Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems often struggle to extract text accurately from images captured at various distances, particularly under challenging conditions such as blurriness, noise, or poor lighting. These issues are common in real-world scenarios and limit the effectiveness of existing OCR technologies. This study addresses these challenges by applying Gaussian blur after the grayscale conversion. This method reduces noise for the image's clarity without sacrificing the original algorithm's key features. Results revealed that the enhanced OCR algorithm significantly outperformed existing methods in terms of accuracy and confidence levels. It demonstrated the ability to read signages with higher precision, even in difficult conditions such as intricate designs, poor lighting, and long distances. This advancement enables more reliable text recognition and translation, offering practical applications for public signage translation, cross-cultural communication, and improved accessibility in multilingual environments.

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, where individuals begin to question the phenomena that occur around them to form self-worth. One of the phenomena that is developing among adolescents is the hedonistic lifestyle, which is increasingly influenced by advances in technology and social media. In this lifestyle, the search for instant pleasure becomes the main goal, which often encourages adolescents to pursue pleasure without considering the long-term impacts. Social media, which displays a glamorous lifestyle and unrealistic standards of pleasure, plays a major role in influencing adolescents' consumer behavior and desire to follow certain trends. This phenomenon is influenced by social factors, family environment, and technological advances, which create behavioral patterns that are more oriented towards instant pleasure. The impacts are seen in social, mental, and educational aspects, such as reduced deep emotional relationships between adolescents, mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and decreased motivation to learn that can interfere with their academic development. However, a hedonistic lifestyle can also encourage creativity and the development of social skills. This study aims to explore more deeply the causal factors, impacts, and challenges that arise due to changes in the hedonistic lifestyle among adolescents, as well as efforts to overcome its negative impacts through character education and the formation of a supportive social environment.

The development of awareness of environmental issues also affects the economic cycle, especially the production process of environmentally friendly goods. The running of environmentally friendly goods production in Indonesia is evidenced by the existence of various product innovations that utilize waste or natural materials, one of which is JEcoware. The existence of JEcoware is also a means of supporting business actors to carry out sustainable product innovations. One of the popular JEcoware product innovations is the utilization of teak leaves and used cardboard. The type of method used is descriptive observation with a qualitative approach. All data for this observation was obtained through literature reviews by analyzing information from various sources, as well as through the analysis of production practices carried out periodically at JEcoware. Based on the results of the discussion, it is known that the utilization of teak leaves is influenced by the season and the availability of materials to produce JEcoware products. The change of seasons also affects the quality of teak leaves due to irregular rainfall. Therefore, seasonal changes significantly impact the quality of raw materials and the JEcoware production process, ultimately influencing the production of high-quality and sustainable products.

Indonesia's positive legal system is not in line with Jinayah's thoughts of accountability. Criminal responsibility according to Islamic criminal law is based on the awareness and intention of the perpetrator (mens rea) and proof of unlawful actions (actus reus), which is in line with sharia principles. The aim of this research is to study how the concept of Islamic criminal responsibility can be applied to Indonesian law by considering the principles of justice, humanity and uniformity in accordance with the country's constitution. The research method used is normative, by looking at various laws in Indonesia and reading literature about Islamic criminal law and its implementation in countries with Islamic law. The research results show that, although there are fundamental differences between Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, several elements of the concept of Islamic criminal responsibility can be exploited, especially in cases containing certain crimes such as qisas, diyat, and ta'zir. By considering Pancasila as the philosophical foundation of the state, these elements can be exploited. It is hoped that this implementation will help strengthen the national legal system by providing space for the religious values that live within it
