This study explores the relationship between digital literacy and student engagement in language education. With the increasing integration of technology in modern education, digital literacy has become a fundamental skill, influencing various aspects of academic participation. The research employs a correlational design and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the impact of digital literacy on cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement in language learning. The findings suggest that students with higher levels of digital literacy demonstrate greater cognitive engagement, including improved critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, digital literacy was found to positively influence behavioral engagement, such as increased participation, effort, and persistence in learning tasks. Furthermore, emotional engagement, measured by students' enjoyment, interest, and sense of belonging, was strongly associated with digital literacy. This study highlights the critical role of digital literacy in fostering deeper engagement and improving overall learning outcomes in language education. Implications for practice include the integration of digital literacy skills into language curricula, with educators encouraged to incorporate digital tools to enhance engagement. The study also calls for further research to examine the long-term effects of digital literacy on academic performance and to explore the potential disparities in digital literacy levels across different student populations. As educational technology continues to evolve, understanding its impact on student engagement remains essential for developing effective teaching practices that meet the needs of contemporary learners.

Education as a role holder in the development process both institutionally, educational materials, teachers as implementers of learning, methods, facilities, and so on from all aspects and supporting factors of the educational process, must be able to look carefully and be able to build a new paradigm in the form of education in the global era which is full of challenges, so that it can provide new space for several opportunities that can provide new perspectives and contribute to the development of the global world. Research on Challenges and Opportunities for Islamic Education in the Global Village Era aims to identify challenges and opportunities for Islamic education in the global world and provide solutions to improve understanding and appreciation of Islam. Research on Challenges and Opportunities for Islamic Education in the Global Village Era can be carried out using a qualitative approach with research methods. bibliography and descriptive. In its development, the global village has had positive and negative impacts on human life. The impact it creates is in line with the process of transforming information that can be accessed more quickly in various parts of the world as the globalization of the world has changed the pattern of life in various aspects and sides. The phenomenon that was awakened by the emergence of the global village era has provided various kinds of problems, both about how information that continues to grow indiscriminately can be absorbed or how to respond to new things that always come and go without any filters to filter them. The era of the global village with its development of information technology can increasingly be felt, with the media in the form of computers, televisions, cellphones and other sophisticated equipment, which have truly become complex things in the transformation of information.

Leaders are simply defined as someone who can move. This definition is increasingly complex in meaning when the leader is considered the top leader in higher education because one of the influences on the transformation of higher education is futuristic leadership, especially visionary leaders who have foresight for the development and improvement of campus quality to be competitive at the global level. This is where relationships, connections, and continuous improvement are needed, driven by higher education leaders who involve all stakeholders. The aims of this research are: 1) To describe the futuristic leadership of IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi; 2) Describe the transformation of IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi; 3) The influence of futuristic leaders on the transformation of IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi. This research approach is quantitative research with a descriptive research type. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation testing in research uses data validity tests using the product moment formula, fota reliability tests using the CornbaCronbach formula, for normality tests using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. In data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. After conducting data analysis, it was found that: 1) the futuristic leadership implemented at IAIDA Blokagung was relatively good; 2) The institutional transformation of IAIDA Blokagung as a large pesantren-based campus in Banyuwangi district is also quite good by its efforts to periodically change its form; 3) The influence of futuristic leadership on the transformation of the IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi tertiary institution is 21%, while the other 79% is influenced by other factors outside of futuristic leadership. This shows that futuristic leadership is in a low category in influencing the transformation (change in shape) of IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi as a pesantren-based campus.

In Indonesia, the Job Creation Law has had a major impact on workers, especially in terms of policies that tend to favor companies. The emphasis on labor flexibility and the ease with which companies can restructure can reduce job security, wages, and workers' rights. Inequalities in labor contract negotiations arise as the power differential between companies and workers widens. Thus, modern slavery practices often emerge to make workers feel marginalized. This is due to the lack of legal protection, which is detrimental to their health. Therefore, this study aims to provide an explanation of the effect of government regulation in the form of omnibus law and investment policies on the welfare of workers in terms of wages and working time. To achieve this goal, this research uses a political economy perspective with two derivative theories, namely the theory of oligarchy and neoliberalism. Then, in collecting data, this research will use the big data analytics method that will collect data containing tweets from Indonesians on social media X that contain certain keywords. This method consists of several stages consisting of data cleaning processing, data transformation into tabular form, and data visualization. Besides big data, this research also uses literature review methods to collect data from books, journals, and articles related to this research topic.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become a central component of digital transformation initiatives across various industries. While prior studies have primarily emphasized technical aspects such as accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency, less attention has been given to the integration of human-centered principles and scalable architectural design. This study aims to examine how AI-based DSS can be enhanced through the combined application of Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI) principles and scalable AI architecture. Using a qualitative, literature-based research methodology, this study systematically analyzes peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus to identify key dimensions influencing the effectiveness and sustainability of AI-driven DSS. The findings indicate that technical capabilities alone are insufficient to ensure successful adoption and long term impact. Instead, transparency, explainability, ethical governance, and user empowerment core elements of HCAI are critical for fostering trust and user acceptance. Furthermore, scalable architectural principles, including modularity, interoperability, and adaptability, are essential for enabling AI-based DSS to operate reliably in large-scale and dynamic environments. This study contributes a unified conceptual framework that bridges technical scalability and human-centered design, offering theoretical insights and practical guidance for developing trustworthy, scalable, and sustainable AI-based Decision Support Systems in digital transformation contexts.

Introduction: Digital transformation in the agricultural sector has become an urgent need to increase efficiency and productivity, especially in tropical regions that are rich in natural resources but face challenges in adopting technology. Purposed: To analyze the socio-economic factors influencing the adoption of precision agricultural technology by farmers in tropical agro-ecological areas. Research method: A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was used in this study, with a sample consisting of crop farmers selected randomly. The independent variables analyzed include age, education, income, land area, access to credit, and participation in farmer groups, while the dependent variable is the level of adoption of precision technology. Results: Logistic regression showed that education, income, access to credit, and participation in farmer groups have a significant impact on the adoption of precision technology. In contrast, land area did not show a significant effect on technology adoption. Access to credit and education had a very strong influence on the adoption decision, followed by income and participation in farmer groups. This study suggests the need for improving access to education, providing adequate financing schemes, and empowering farmer groups to enhance the adoption of precision agricultural technology in tropical areas. Thus, policies supporting precision agriculture technology are expected to improve productivity and sustainability in the region.
