The unresolved problem of street vendors on H.R. Soebrantas Street is a dilemma. City planning problems and public order disturbances are always caused by the presence of street vendors. The Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, which assists the regional government in securing and enforcing regional government policies specifically in the field of public order, has often carried out enforcement for the sake of controlling, which is a supporting element for the regional government's duties. secure and implement regional government policies specifically in the field of public order. This research aims to determine the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling street vendors on Jalan H.R Soebrantas, Tampan/Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City. Apart from that, this research aims to determine and analyze the inhibiting factors in the process of controlling street vendors by the Civil Service Police Unit on Jalan H.R Soebrantas. This research uses Agus Dwiyanto's theory which uses indicators: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. This research method uses qualitative methods and descriptive research which was carried out at the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit Office and on Jalan H.R Soebrantas. From the results of measurements of each sub-indicator of the research carried out, it can be stated that street vendor control activities by civil service police units have been implemented but are included in the Ineffective and Not Optimal category because there are still obstacles faced in the field, namely: lack of awareness among Street vendors understand Pekanbaru city regional regulations, lack of space to relocate traders on Jalan H.R Soebrantas, no monitoring post to supervise street vendors, and lack of facilities and infrastructure for controlling street vendors

This study aims to investigate the influence of macroeconomic factors on the performance of the maritime business in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Utilizing a literature review approach, this research analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maritime businesses and its relationship with macroeconomic factors. Prior to the pandemic, the maritime business experienced stable growth, driven by macroeconomic growth and increasing international trade. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the landscape of the maritime industry by causing a decline in trade volume, increased operational costs, and changes in trade patterns. Macroeconomic factors such as economic growth and market demand dynamics also affect the operational conditions and business strategies of shipping companies. The implications of these findings underscore the need for adaptation and innovation in maritime business practices, including investment in technology and infrastructure, as well as international collaboration to address the challenges faced. Future research can deepen understanding of changes in international trade dynamics and identify more effective adaptation strategies for shipping companies in this post-pandemic era. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by the maritime industry in the future.

Recognizing outstanding students is an essential strategy to encourage learners to improve their academic performance and overall learning quality. However, the process of selecting the best students at SMK Negeri 1 Raman Utara still encounters significant challenges due to the complexity of the evaluation criteria, which include academic achievement, attendance, participation in extracurricular activities, and student behavior. The current manual selection method is considered less effective because it is time-consuming and susceptible to subjectivity in decision-making. This study aims to address these issues by developing a technology-based Decision Support System utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW was chosen for its efficiency in solving multi-criteria problems through matrix normalization and preference weighting for each alternative. The development process includes requirement analysis, system design, and the implementation of an automated ranking mechanism for student candidates. Based on the testing results, the implemented system can process assessment data rapidly and produce accurate and objective rankings of high-achieving students. The system offers a practical solution for the school by enhancing transparency and validity in the selection process, minimizing human calculation errors, and supporting more equitable and data-driven decision-making.

The capital market is an important part of representing the country's economic conditions. In the capital market there are several instruments that are traded, one of which is mutual funds. Mutual funds are quite an attractive option for the community, but there are cases of default that make mutual fund investors suffer losses. This research uses a normative juridical approach method, namely library legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as a basis for research by conducting a search for laws and literature related to the problems studied. Legal protection can be done by using preventive and repressive legal protection in mutual fund investment cases as a form of protection to investors from the government. The losses suffered by investors due to the default of PT TDPM to MMI, indicate that TDPM has a responsibility that can be in the form of paying all obligations and compensation and accepting all sanctions that can be in the form of administrative, civil, to criminal. Preventive legal protection can be seen in the existence of laws and regulations such as the Capital Market Law, P2SK Law, POJK 48/2015, POJK 31/2015, and others. Repressive legal protection is in the form of enforcement of sanctions from administrative even to bankruptcy. Responsibility must be carried out by TDPM, namely paying obligations along with interest according to the debt restructuring agreement until the imposition of sanctions. And it is necessary to see the form of MMI's responsibility as the Investment Manager in this case.

Regarding the implementation of employee performance of the Housing, Residential Areas and Land Agency of Cilacap Regency, it is marked by the fact that there are still delays in completing tasks and work for employees. This results in delays in providing reports on their tasks and work to the leadership, and low employee awareness of the tasks/obligations that are their responsibility and inadequate employee abilities for the tasks assigned to the work apparatus. The formulation of the problem proposed in this study includes: 1. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 2. How does competence affect employee performance? 3. How much influence do work motivation and competence have on employee performance? The method used in this study uses a quantitative method. To analyze it, using statistical correlation and multiple regression test data analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X1 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.407 (40.7%) and then competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the contribution data of X2 to Y with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.453 (45.3%). Furthermore, motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if there is motivation and competence, then employee performance will also increase. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis which states the contribution of variables X1 and X2 to Y with a correlation (r) of 0.722. If consulted with the table of interpretation values r, then the level of relationship between X1 and X2 to Y is included in the fairly strong category. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.521 which means that motivation and competence affect employee performance by 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside that are not studied.

This study explores the integration of hybrid AI control models, combining reinforcement learning (RL) and robust adaptive control, to improve the adaptability, performance, and stability of autonomous manufacturing systems. Traditional control systems, while effective under stable conditions, often struggle to cope with disturbances and varying production demands. Hybrid AI models, which integrate classical control methods such as Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) with machine learning techniques like RL, deep Q-networks (DQN), and deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG), enhance decision-making capabilities in dynamic production environments. The study develops a hybrid RL robust control framework and tests it in both simulation and real-world scenarios. Performance metrics, including production efficiency, system stability, and adaptability, are assessed under various disturbance conditions, such as machine failures and fluctuating demands. The hybrid model significantly outperforms traditional PID control in terms of efficiency and stability, demonstrating faster convergence and better adaptability in dynamic environments. Statistical analysis confirms the superiority of the hybrid system over standalone RL models and traditional PID control. This model’s scalability and adaptability make it a promising solution for Industry 4.0 applications, addressing key challenges in real-world manufacturing systems by ensuring computational efficiency and the ability to manage large-scale data. The findings contribute to the development of more robust and efficient control strategies for autonomous manufacturing systems in uncertain environments.
