This research aims to determine the benefits of assessing attitudes (affective) in Islamic religious education (PAI) lessons in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative method which aims to gain a deeper understanding of the use of attitude (affective) assessment in Islamic religious education (PAI) lessons in elementary schools. So, the data collection method used uses previous research data, then the data is analyzed using data obtained from relevant sources. After previous research has been analyzed, the conclusion of this research is that although behavioral assessment requires students to behave in accordance with Islamic values, their behavior often does not go well. Teachers tend to focus on skills assessment and face difficulties in creating clear and consistent assessment tools. To overcome this problem, more efforts need to be made to assess the importance of assessment by using assessment and testing tools. Additionally, behavioral assessments should be included in the report card and not just as a formality. In this way, it is hoped that the PAI learning process can be more meaningful and contribute to the formation of students' character as a whole.

Complex social problems, such as blasphemy, often arise as a result of social plurality. Time pressure can make the legal system no longer subjective in such situations. If protests continue, the punishment imposed on those deemed to have committed blasphemy will be increasingly severe. Cases of blasphemy have increased in recent times. When some people easily say that such an attitude is blasphemy, the author was moved to investigate and analyze the verses in the Qur'an related to blasphemy using their understanding of classical, medieval, and contemporary interpretations. This qualitative research uses a comparative approach. The author uses Tafsir Jami' al-Bayan'an Ta'wil ai al-Qur'an, Tafsir al-Jami' li Ahkam Al-Qur'an, and Tafsir al-Munir from Wahbah az-Zuhailîy as primary data sources, and books related to blasphemy are used as secondary data sources. The data were studied using deductive-comparative methods. This study shows that some words are involved in the discussion of blasphemy when compared to its general meaning, although the Qur'an does not mention the word "blasphemy" explicitly. This study shows that al-Qurthubîy and Wahbah az-Zuhailîy interpret behavior related to blasphemy in the same way, as does ath-Thabarîy, although ath-Thabarîy does not always mention the details of the behavior. Since the interpretations of the three are almost the same so far, these differences do not have much impact on the author's work. In terms of blasphemy, every example mentioned by the three commentators is a behavior that can be said to be fatal. Therefore, society must be careful and careful in dealing with problems, especially those related to blasphemy, so that slanderous behavior can be prevented and prevented.

Fundamentalism is one of the schools of thought that does not want to accept change in the sense that they oppose renewal. So, they carefully emphasize that the announcement of the prophethood of Muhammad SAW is not something new, but only continues the series of prophets and apostles who preceded him. Meanwhile, radicalism is a group that is often viewed by the West as a terrorist who aims to weaken political authority through jihad. This means that these radical religious movements make jihad one of the methods to achieve their ideals, namely the Islamic system (al-nizām al-Islāmi). In addition, radicals are considered narrow- minded, overly enthusiastic (ultra zeolous), or want to achieve their goals by using violent means. Therefore, it is understandable why most Muslim scholars view radicalism as an unfavorable term and cause misunderstanding. This view is also found in orientalists and Western scholars who understand Islam.

An-Nisa' [4:1], and QS. At-Taubah [9:71], along with contemporary scholarly literature, this study seeks to offer a balanced and just perspective on understanding this issue, rooted in the principles of justice, compassion, and humanity in Islam.

Polygamy in Islam is regulated with clear provisions based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Surah Al-Nisa/4:3 permits polygamy with a maximum of four wives, under the primary condition of fairness in fulfilling material needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. However, Surah Al-Nisa/4:129 emphasizes that emotional fairness, such as inclinations of the heart, cannot be mandated as it is beyond human capability. The Prophet Muhammad SAW exemplified how to practice polygamy while adhering to the principle of justice emphasized in Islam. Historically, the regulation of polygamy aimed to address social crises in early Islamic society, such as the high number of widows and orphans due to war. Polygamy was viewed as a social solution to protect the rights of women and children, albeit under strict conditions. In conclusion, polygamy in Islam is an option permitted only in specific circumstances, not an obligation or outright recommendation, with a strong emphasis on justice and the welfare of all parties involved.

Religious tolerance is an essential concept in religious life reflected in Islamic teachings. Islam teaches the importance of respecting and honoring differences, whether in religion, ethnicity, or culture. The concept of religious tolerance in Islam can be found in several verses of the Qur'an, which call for not imposing religion, living in harmony and peace, and helping one another regardless of differences. The freedom to choose a religion is a fundamental human right that must be respected, as each individual has the right to choose and embrace their religion according to their belief. Islam not only teaches acceptance of differences but also respects the existence of other religions, whether major or minority. Religious tolerance in Islam goes beyond merely respecting differences; it also includes the attitude of living together peacefully and helping one another, in order to create a harmonious and blessed life.
