Failure caused by a decrease in the body temperature of the baby born falls by about 0.30C per minute. To avoid hypothermia, several ways can be done, including by using skin wrap. Skin wrap is a plastic bag to reduce heat loss due to evaporation so that it can easily increase the baby's temperature. The method of using skin wrap can be used to prevent hypothermia in neonates, both premature and not. Hypothermia in infants can worsen the condition of babies who lose heat after birth. Providing education and outreach regarding the application of skin wraps for newborns is carried out so that all nurses understand the importance of implementing this in order to maintain thermoregulation in newborns. Children as the next generation of the nation, must be protected from childhood to adulthood. If a child has been in an environment of crime since childhood, that child can become a criminal in the future, and will disturb people's lives. It is wise for child protection to start in junior high school. Junior high school (SMP) as a place for children to gain knowledge, begins to learn to get along with peers, smaller friends or teachers and begins to understand ways to commit violence against others. Therefore, the protection of children and teachers is currently an important matter and must be a common concern. Lack of understanding and knowledge of legal protection for children in the school environment has resulted in many violations and even criminal acts of violence against children in the school environment. As a result, children do not feel comfortable at school, skip school, or even drop out. One important theme that is rarely discussed is the service towards children. In community life, children are often neglected and deemed unimportant in certain contexts. Children have the smallest place in the social order of life. This is also experienced by children within the Christian community. They are only seen as the future of the church, leading to their current existence being often ignored. This should certainly be a matter of concern for all parties, including parents, pastors, and even Christian teachers or educators. The challenges faced by children in the postmodern era have become increasingly complex. They will confront a reality that perceives no absolute truth, as all truths are considered relative. Therefore, the core focus of this paper is to discuss the steps or roles that Christian religious education teachers take in preparing children, especially Christian children, to face this postmodern era. In the discussion, the author presents various challenges and needs of children in the postmodern era, as well as what a Christian educator should do. The method used by the author in this article is a literary method with a descriptive approach. The author gathers various data sources related to the discussed topic and analyzes them to find a comprehensive and accurate understanding. Through this research, it is found that a Christian religious education teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children to know Christ, so that they have faith, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, and experience a renewal of life.

The monetary crisis in 1997 - 1998 is a history that will serve as a lesson for the Indonesian economy. The cause of the monetary crisis was caused by the decline in the value of the rupiah currency, Indonesia's high debt abroad, the price of goods and services became higher and lasted longer, causing inflation. The impact of the monetary crisis was that many companies went bankrupt, banks experienced bad credit, and so on. MSMEs  (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) became a savior during the 1998 monetary crisis, at that time. MSMEs support the Indonesian economy by surviving and keeping the wheels of the country's economy from the threat of high unemployment. MSMEs have a very important role for Indonesia, because they contribute to gross domestic product and employment. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is a village that has many MSMEs, and this research discusses brand equity, where branding is still the main obstacle for MSMEs. By making logos and brand names that come from information from MSMEs actors, researchers can assist in assisting with direct understanding and creation. Brand equity is able to increase consumer loyalty and strengthen the brand and can be remembered so that it helps in competing with competitors. Regarding this matter, it has the potential for product placement (positioning) so that consumers understand product quality. Thus sales of MSMEs products will increase and be more advanced than before.
