This study aims to improve the writing skills of fable stories in grade V students. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) or development research. This development research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Impementation, and Evaluation). The researcher has developed a literacy portfolio book based on Tri-N teaching for students' writing skills. Data collection was conducted by observing the learning process, interviewing educators, tests in the form of pre and post tests, and questionnaires to determine student and teacher responses. Data collection is supported by documentation of the implementation of learning by applying the product. The results of research using this development product can be said to be feasible based on the assessment of media experts and linguists. Based on the results of the pre test, post test, teacher response, and student response, the use of Tri-N teaching-based literacy portfolio books can improve the writing skills of fifth grade elementary school students so that it can be said that this product is effective.,

This paper aims to show the Simple project-based learning in Teaching speaking, success. English and student attention using techniques during the learning process. quantitative data Experimentally conducted and collected using pre-study, treatment, and post-study techniques Offer multiple-choice tests before and after applying the technique. Although the data are qualitative, Utilize surveys by distributing surveys to students and teacher also conducting multiple related interviews to simple project-based learning. Only test results before applying the technique 65% of the students are proficient in speaking English, but after demonstrating The technique, it improved the student's English speaking ability to 89%. On the other hand, student analysis Studies have also shown the Simple project-based learning in Teaching Speaking techniques are effective to Improve the students' English skills. Application of Simple project-based learning Techniques in Learning For this reason, improving your English, especially your speaking skills, is the right strategy to improve your students' skills. Education is a very important factor for the development of a country. Education helps develop and improve skills and improves the quality of life and human dignity. To date, changes have been made to the curriculum. The curriculum is considered a plan developed to facilitate the teaching and learning process which is the responsibility of the school or educational institution and its teaching staff. (Yulia, 2023). Education in Indonesia has undergone curriculum changes 11 times. Starting from after independence until the latest in 2021-2022. This research aims to compare the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at State Elementary School 064037 and understand the differences between the two in improving the quality of education. The method used is qualitative research with a content analysis and narrative analysis approach. In-depth content analysis is carried out on written and printed information from mass media to identify message characteristics objectively and systematically. Data was collected through interviews and reviewing controversial mass media news. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum, which has only been implemented in grades 1 and 4, gives students greater freedom in the use of knowledge, both inside and outside school, and encourages teacher and student creativity. In contrast, the 2013 Curriculum balances soft skills and hard skills in an integrative manner but still places educators as the main assessors of student abilities. Observations show that the Merdeka Curriculum encourages students to play an active role in learning, with educators acting as facilitators. This change in curriculum leads to a more student-centric approach, where students receive active feedback regarding their self-evaluation. These findings confirm that the Merdeka Curriculum promotes more independent and participatory learning compared to the 2013 Curriculum.

Assessment is an integral component of learning in schools, playing a crucial role in measuring student achievement and enhancing the overall educational process. This article discusses challenges and strategies to improve teachers' understanding and skills in effective assessment implementation. Key challenges include the availability of adequate resources, teachers' readiness to use various assessment types, and societal expectations regarding evaluation standards.The research aims to explore how educators can enhance their assessment practices through continuous professional development. The research methodology employed includes literature review to identify best practices in assessment approaches, along with case analysis to understand implementations across different school contexts.The conclusion highlights the importance of enhancing teachers' understanding and skills in assessment as key to improving student learning quality. Teachers proficient in using diverse assessment types, providing meaningful feedback, and making instructional decisions based on assessment data can help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Therefore, focused professional development in assessment is a critical strategy in preparing educators to address future challenges in an increasingly complex and diverse educational landscape.

The purpose of this research is to improve students' speaking skills through a project based learning, making them more immersive and active. This study used experimental techniques and analysis of students' cognitive abilities with quantitative research techniques through oral tests. The research questions considered in this study are: was there a significant effectiveness of simple project-based learning syntaxes in teaching speaking (pronunciation element) and to what extent was the effectiveness of simple project-based learning syntaxes in teaching speaking (pronunciation element)?. The purpose of this study is to know whether the Simple project-based learning syntaxes to teach speaking (pronunciation element) contributes significantly to the senior high school students’ speaking ability of eleventh grade student of MA NW Juet academic year 2024. And the perpose of this research is to find out the extent of Simple project-based learning syntaxes in teaching speaking (pronunciation element). The analytical methods used for data processing are included in the Social Science Statistics 22.0 for Windows. The results before applying the project based learning technique, only 50% of students are able to spek in English and after applying the project based learning, it improved student's ability to speak in English by 80%. Applying project based learning , especially speaking, This is the right strategy to improve students' speaking skills (pronunciation).

This dedication implements and evaluates the e-recruitment system at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera to enhance the employee recruitment process. By employing a structured implementation method, from initial preparation to final evaluation, this dedication successfully introduces the integration of psychological assessments into the company's e-recruitment platform. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in HR team understanding and skills in using this new system, as well as enhanced efficiency in candidate selection. The final report and presentation of results to PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera management illustrate the benefits of implementing this technology in optimizing the recruitment process. With ongoing support and consultation, it is expected that this e-recruitment system will continue to deliver sustained positive impacts for the company. This method can stimulate students' interest in learning Biology, strengthen information retention, and improve their problem solving skills in the context of natural sciences. This research illustrates the significance of using images as a learning tool that can support the achievement of Biology learning objectives.

This research explores the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to improve the quality of digital image processing learning in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. Through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, this research shows that PBL has a positive impact on students' conceptual understanding, technical skills, and involvement in the learning process. Nevertheless, challenges such as planning relevant learning problems and evaluating the learning process were also identified. Support and training are needed for lecturers to overcome these challenges. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of problem-based teaching practices in the context of digital image processing.

The learning outcomes of students are a benchmark for the success of students in the learning process that has been conducted in class. This study aims to analyze students' learning outcomes in the topic of derivatives. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with the sample selected being students of class XI IPS at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan. The data collection techniques used include tests, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that students' learning outcomes vary between low, moderate, and high abilities, particularly in how they approach problem-solving. Students with low abilities can answer all questions, but there are errors in rewriting and linking derivative concepts. Students with moderate abilities can answer all questions although they may struggle with linking concepts and rewriting them in question number 2. Meanwhile, students with high abilities can solve all questions using derivative concepts and rewrite these concepts in problem-solving.

The aim of Community Service activities is to provide outreach and education about the use of the Kahoot application at SMP N 1 Konawe. The participants in this activity were 12 teachers. From the results of the activity, it can be concluded that by conducting training on the use of digital game-based learning media using the Kahoot platform, educators or teachers can provide skills in learning innovation, resulting in enthusiastic and interactive learning in the classroom. So that it can optimize and facilitate the process of evaluating or assessing student learning. Based on the feedback, information was obtained that this activity was very relevant to the needs of PKM participants. Kahoot is effective as a learning medium in supporting classroom learning

Examination and test panscore is an important process in educational evaluation that aims to measure students' understanding and achievement in various areas of knowledge. However, the challenge of ensuring the validity and reliability of tests is often a major concern for evaluation instrument developers. This paper discusses the approach used in the examination and panscorer of the test to improve the validity and reliability of the evaluation results. This approach involves steps such as careful test design, development of quality test items, validity and reliability testing, and analysis of test result data. One of the important aspects of test checks is careful test design. This involves selecting a test format that is appropriate for the purpose of evaluation, as well as the preparation of instructions that are clear and understandable to students. In addition, the development of quality test items is also necessary to ensure that the test can accurately measure the desired knowledge and skills. This process involves thoroughly testing test items to ensure fit with the curriculum and fit with the desired level of difficulty. Once the test is designed and the test items are developed, the next step is to test the validity and reliability of the test. Validity refers to the extent to which a test can measure what it is supposed to measure, while reliability refers to the extent to which a test can produce consistent results over time. This testing can involve gathering data from a variety of sources, including statistical analysis and review by experts in the field. Finally, the analysis of test result data is an important step in understanding the evaluation results. It involves using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends in the data, as well as interpreting test results to make relevant conclusions about student achievement. By using this approach in examination and test pansora, it is hoped that the results of education evaluation can become more valid and reliable, thereby providing more useful information for education stakeholders.

The educational environment is needed in the educational process, because the educational environment functions as a supporting the teaching and learning process. A comfortable environment will support the implementation of the teaching and learning process well. Educational environment can be divided into family environment, school environment, and community environment society. By using the literature review method, this study examines relevant theoretical sources including the relevant theoretical sources including the Quran, hadith, and recent scientific works. recent scientific works. The results show that the family environment plays as the foundation of a child's education, instilling basic values and shaping character. The school environment serves to develop academic potential, social skills and further character building. While community environment provides a practical context for the application of the values and skills that have been acquired. This study concludes that the three environments have a significant and complementary influence in shaping children's education holistically. This research recommends the importance of synergy between family, school and community in creating an optimalan optimal educational environment for children's growth and development.

This study examines the use of Book Creator in increasing creativity in writing persuasive speeches for grade VIII.3 students at SMP Pupuk Kujang. The researcher implemented PTK (Classroom Action Research) through several steps, including (1) identifying stages in increasing creativity in writing persuasive speeches using Book Creator in grade VIII.3 students at SMP Pupuk Kujang, (2) carrying out measurements related to increasing student creativity in writing persuasive speeches using Book Creator in grade VIII.3 students, and (3) collecting student responses to the use of Book Creator in supporting creativity write their persuasive speeches. Students in grade VIII.3 are designated as research subjects, and data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and tests. The results of the descriptive-analytic analysis showed that: (1) the teaching process conducted by the teacher was effective, (2) the use of Book Creator media effectively improves students' ability to write persuasive speeches, as evidenced by the increase in the average classical score from 64.28 in the first cycle to 85.14 in the second cycle, and (3) students' reactions to using Book Creator in the classroom were favorable.

This research focuses on students who show less involvement and seriousness in learning. This research emphasizes the importance of using effective lesson opening and closing techniques during the learning process to increase student participation and achieve learning goals. This research aims to analyze the impact of teachers' skills in opening and closing PAI lessons on student engagement, using qualitative methods such as observation, interviews and document analysis to ensure the credibility of the data. teachers have used lesson opening and closing skills to increase student engagement, although not all of these skills are used optimally. There are several indicators, such as student interaction and use of tools, that are not commonly used by teachers. As a result, the skills for opening and closing PAI lessons have been implemented but not fully maximized by teachers. Despite this, students have shown a high level of engagement in learning, which indicates that the better the teacher's skills, the more engaged the students will be.

PISA results show that Indonesia's science literacy skills are low, so a solution is needed to fix the problem. This study aims to analyze the role of multimedia in improving students' science literacy skills. The method used is by collecting literature review data and then reviewing information from the data that has been collected. Based on the results of this study, it was found that multimedia can improve students' science literacy skills in both the “High” and “Medium” categories, so the use of multimedia in the learning process is considered important to improve students science literacy skills. Text, images, audio, animation, and video contained in multimedia can facilitate students in understanding the material, stimulate students' thinking skills, and create active learning.

Education in Indonesia is experiencing development, students are required to compete in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 in the 21st century to be able to improve their abilities, namely collaboration, communication, creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills. So an effort is needed that can be applied to learning activities and one of them is through the application of the Project Based Learning learning model. This project-based learning is a learning strategy that empowers students to gain knowledge and understanding. The aim of this research is to increase student creativity through project-based learning to create teaching media to introduce the female reproductive organs and their functions. Classroom action research research design. The population of this research is all students taking women's health and family planning courses for the 2022-2023 academic year with a sample size of 13 odd semester (three) students. The data collection technique looks at activity during the lecture process and monitors the progress of projects carried out by students using observation assisted by instruments, namely written tests, performance tests and observation sheets. The results show an increase in learning outcomes in the category of students' thinking skills and creativity, which can be seen from the students' enthusiasm in completing the Teaching Aids for Introduction to Female Reproductive Organs project as well as presenting and publishing the results of their work. So it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of thinking skills and creativity of students at the Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Midwifery Academy for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

This community service examines the conditions and potential of digital marketing for MSME business actors in Jatirejo Village, Diwek, Jombang, especially in the context of diversification of processed salak products. By using a local potential approach, this service identifies the level of knowledge and skills of business actors in processing salak-based products that are still less than optimal so that the PKM team provides training on product diversification such as salak juice, salak nastar, salak bakpia, salak cireng, salak crackers, and Salak crackers are an economically valuable product. In addition, the research also explored how confident they are in implementing digital marketing strategies to increase the visibility and market penetration of their products. The results of this research provide recommendations for developing appropriate training and mentoring programs to improve digital marketing skills among MSMEs in Jatirejo Village.

Digital innovation has become an important aspect in efforts to empower MSMEs and develop local economies in various regions, especially Klagen Village. This research investigates the implementation and impact of digital innovation in the village context. Through a participatory approach, students explored how MSMEs in Klagen Village adopted digital technology such as creating a Linktree and MSME website, creating Google Maps points, and registering NIB to increase their market access and operational efficiency. The research results show that the adoption of digital innovation has made a significant contribution to increasing income, expanding product ranges, and accelerating MSME business processes. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and skills, concerns about data security, and the level of public acceptance were also identified as potential barriers. By exploring these findings, this activity not only provides insight into the benefits of digital innovation for MSMEs at the local level, but also highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to increase digital innovation and sustainable economic growth at the village level.
