Emotional development is a crucial aspect in shaping children's personality and social abilities. Children with emotional and behavioral disorders, known as "tunalaras" children, often struggle to express their feelings appropriately and behave according to social norms, thus requiring support from the school environment, particularly through the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers. This study aims to explore in depth how BK teachers at SKH Bina Citra Anak support the emotional development of tunalaras children. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with BK teachers as the primary informants. The findings reveal that BK teachers act as emotional companions who deal with various emotional characteristics of tunalaras children, such as impulsive, aggressive, and destructive behaviors. Teachers implement personal approaches to manage children's emotions, such as taking them to a quiet room, engaging in empathetic dialogue, and building safe relationships. Major challenges stem from the children’s social and environmental conditions, such as broken homes and external pressures. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to schools and related parties in creating a more empathetic and supportive educational environment for tunalaras children.

The limited capacity of primary school kids to produce simple compositions is typically a barrier in the Indonesian language learning process.  Amidst the constraints of conventional approaches that are dull, the Joyful Learning-based storytelling method has developed as a pleasant, participatory way that may promote students' creativity.  In this setting, instructors play a vital role as facilitators who may construct learning experiences that drive students to communicate their thoughts in writing.  The study was done at SDI Nurul Huda utilizing a descriptive qualitative technique using interviews, observations, and documentation.  The results suggest that the use of storytelling not only boosts students' interest in writing but also expands their vocabulary, improves the structure of their writing, and raises their confidence in expressing their thoughts in writing.  Active and innovative teachers have demonstrated to be able to maximize this strategy to assist the fundamental reading abilities of third-grade pupils.

Career planning is a crucial step in equipping vocational high school students to face the world of work or continue their education. This study aims to explain the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in helping students plan their careers through aptitude and interest test services. This study uses a narrative qualitative approach using data collection techniques through literature studies and content analysis. The study that will take place shows that BK teachers have a strategic role in helping students recognize their potential, determine educational paths, and choose the appropriate career direction using their abilities and interests. Aptitude and interest tests are important instruments that help students understand personal strengths and reduce the risk of mis-majoring. Barriers to the implementation of these services include limited resources, test sense, and lack of career issues. Therefore, an integrated strategy is needed between BK teachers, schools, and parents so that this service can run optimally.
