Law enforcement in the context of recovering state finances does not solely focus on corruption offenses, but also on administrative errors that may potentially cause losses to the state. The State Attorney (Jaksa Pengacara Negara/JPN) holds strategic authority through legal audits to identify, assess, and provide recommendations regarding potential state financial losses arising from administrative actions inconsistent with applicable regulations. This research formulates two main issues: first, how the legal authority of JPN is applied in conducting legal audits on administrative errors potentially causing state financial losses; second, what legal mechanisms are employed by JPN in conducting legal audits on such administrative errors. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of legal authority by JPN through legal audits aims to ensure that every aspect of authority, procedure, and substance in governmental decision-making, as well as in the procurement of goods and services, complies with legal provisions, starting from the needs identification stage up to the final handover of work results. This is essential for JPN to accurately determine administrative errors that may potentially cause state financial losses and to formulate them in a legal audit report. The mechanism for resolving legal audit findings is carried out through coordination between JPN and the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) to determine the amount of potential losses. Subsequently, JPN provides recommendations to the applicant to return the potential losses to the state or regional treasury.

This study looks at how the drum band at SDN 1 Kedungwaru Kidul supports the musical arts abilities of elementary school pupils as an extracurricular activity. It is anticipated that children's IQ would increase as they learn music. The growth of other intelligences is greatly aided by this intellect. Participating in extracurricular drumband training is one way to enhance musical arts abilities. participants in elementary school. On October 4, 2025, 24 grade VI students who had been actively involved in drumband activities for about a semester engaged in music art classes and conducted supervisor interviews in order to collect data. This study employs a qualitative methodology using a case study format to analyze data gathered by observation, documentation, and interviewing techniques. In research, data triangulation is used to verify the accuracy of the data. The study's findings demonstrate that the Drumband Extracurricular Program's implementation process has been proceeding smoothly. Damaged equipment, a shortage of practice time, and pupils who are not focused and diligent in performing the exercises are the challenges encountered. Increasing practice time, purchasing new equipment or repairing broken equipment, and providing constant guidance and direction are the strategies to get beyond these challenges and ensure that drum band practice runs well. The study's recommendations include the necessity of additional research to look at the factors that make drum band extracurricular activities successful and the execution of other arts extracurricular programs at the primary school level

This study aims to analyze user sentiment toward the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in online learning platforms, which are increasingly expanding in the digital era. With the growing use of AI technologies in education—such as learning chatbots, material recommendation systems, and automated assessments—it is essential to understand users’ perceptions and reactions to these implementations. The research employs sentiment analysis based on text mining using user review data collected from various online learning platforms. The analysis process includes data preprocessing, sentiment classification using machine learning algorithms, and interpretation of results based on the proportion of positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The findings indicate that most users express positive sentiments toward AI integration, as it enhances learning efficiency and personalization. However, some users raise concerns regarding data privacy and the lack of human interaction. This study is expected to serve as a reference for educational platform developers to design AI systems that are more adaptive, transparent, and user-centered

The digital era demands that organizations be fast-moving, adaptable, and innovative. With the advancement of information technology, changes in work methods, global competition, and stakeholder demands are becoming increasingly complex. Knowledge Management (KM) plays an important role as a strategic mechanism for identifying, acquiring, storing, sharing, and utilizing knowledge to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In this context, knowledge management becomes one of the important elements for organizations to enhance performance. Knowledge management is not just about collecting data or information, but how organizations can store, share, create, and utilize knowledge to gain a competitive advantage. This article aims to analyze the importance of knowledge management for organizational performance in the digital age, including how the digital era changes the dimensions of knowledge management, how knowledge management contributes to organizational performance, the challenges faced, and their implications. The data obtained for this study were gathered from observations thru interviews with relevant parties and a literature review study by examining the results of empirical research from the past five years (2020–2025). The method used was descriptive literature analysis of 15 scientific articles from accredited national journals. The analysis focuses on the relationship between knowledge management dimensions (knowledge creation, storage, sharing, and application) and organizational performance indicators (financial performance, innovation, productivity, and customer satisfaction). The study results show that the implementation of knowledge management significantly contributes to improving organizational performance, both directly thru increased efficiency and effectiveness of work processes, and indirectly thru strengthening a culture of innovation and organizational learning. This article asserts that an organization's success in the digital age is not solely determined by its ability to adopt technology, but also by its ability to manage and leverage knowledge as a strategic resource. Therefore, knowledge management needs to be systematically integrated into the organization's digital strategy, accompanied by strengthening a learning culture, human resource training, and adaptive information technology systems.

Beton merupakan material utama konstruksi yang masih memiliki kelemahan pada kuat tekan dan permeabilitas. Inovasi dengan penambahan Superplasticizer diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas beton. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh variasi dosis Superplasticizer (1%, 1,5%, dan 2% dari berat semen) terhadap kuat tekan dan permeabilitas beton dibandingkan beton normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan membuat 48 sampel beton silinder dan kubus yang diuji kuat tekan pada umur 7, 14, dan 28 hari serta permeabilitas pada umur 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Superplasticizer mampu meningkatkan kuat tekan dan menurunkan permeabilitas, sehingga dapat menghasilkan beton yang lebih kuat, kedap air, dan tahan lama.

Kebutuhan akan angkutan umum berbasis rel berdampak luas terhadap pertumbuhan penduduk dan aktivitas ekonomi Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan KRL Commuter Line dan MRT Jakarta dari dua aspek Kemampuan Membayar dan Kesediaan Membayar. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi literatur deskriptif-komparatif. Jurnal, prosiding, tesis, dan dokumen kebijakan yang digunakan sebagai sumber sekunder melalui analisis konten. KRL dengan tarif dasar sebesar Rp. 3.000,- mendapatkan ATP Rp. 3.770,- – Rp. 4.825,- dan WTP Rp. 3.974,- – Rp. 5.057,-, yang berarti KRL berpotensi untuk perubahan tarif sebesar Rp. 770,-. MRT Jakarta untuk tarif sebesar Rp. 14.000,- untuk fase 2A, ATP menunjukkan daya beli Rp. 17.044,- dan WTP Rp. 19.000,-. Pola penumpang terikat muncul dan sangat bergantung, di sisi ujung, dengan WTP yang tinggi dan ATP yang rendah, untuk kedua moda, menandakan MRT dan KRL sangat efisien dan nyaman. Penelitian ini berpendapat agar penyesuaian tarif dilakukan dan untuk jangka panjang, tarif perlu diikuti dengan peningkatan mutu pelayanan dengan penyesuaian yang progresif dan sesuai dengan penghasilan bagi masyarakat berpendapatan menengah ke bawah, agar mutu pelayanan tidak berkualitas rendah.

Pengukuran deformasi yang akurat pada struktur beton dibawah pembebanan sangat penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan daya tahan elemen-elemen tersebut. Ada beberapa keterbatasan dalam mengevaluasi struktur beton secara konversional seperti memerlukan waktu dan biaya besar. Beberapa penelitian menunjukan potensi fotogrametri jarak dekat dan pemodelan tiga dimensi (3D) mampu menganalisa deformasi, tegangan/regangan internal, dan perambatan retak. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode pengukuran deformasi dengan empat tahapan untuk mengembangkan model 3D beton dengan menggunakan teknik fotogrametri jarak dekat dan selanjutnya pengolahan gambar. Tahapan metode yang digunakan: 1) mempersiapkan perangkat uji dan persiapan beton, 2) akuisisi gambar beton menggunakan kamera sebelum pengujian kuat tekan, menguji kuat tekan beton dibawah pembebanan, kemudian akuisisi gambar setelah pengujian kuat tekan beton, 3) melakukan pengolahan untuk menghasilkan model 3D beton, dan 4) membandingkan hasil model 3D sebelum dan sesudah pengujian kuat tekan beton. Untuk deformasi terkecil berapa pada sample beton 2 dengan loss volume sebesar 4%. Sementara itu, untuk deformasi terkecil berapa pada sample beton 3 dengan loss volume sebesar 26% yang menunjukan kuat tekan beton optimum berapa pada sample beton 2.

The use of sengon albasia ash waste as a partial cement substitute in concrete production is carried out to reduce combustion waste and also reduce cement use. This study focuses on the use of sengon albasia wood ash waste. The use of sengon albasia wood ash as a cement substitute causes a significant decrease in the slump test value. The use of sengon albasia wood ash as a partial cement substitute in concrete mixes actually produces different results depending on the proportion. If added as much as 10%, the concrete's compressive strength actually increases, but if it reaches 20% or 30%, the compressive strength actually decreases. This occurs because this type of wood ash has a significant water absorption capacity. As a result, the water that should be used for The chemical activity occurring between cement and water is diminished, so that the bond between the cement mixture as a binder and aggregate as a filler is reduced, and ultimately the concrete's compressive strength also decreases.

Proyek Trade Mall di Jabodetabek sebagai bagian dari bisnis properti merupakan proyek yang memiliki tingkat penyerapan pasar tertinggi diantara proyek properti komersial lainnya seperti apartemen, hotel, perumahan, kantor, dan industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi strategi pra pengembangan proyek trade mall dalam rangka meningkatkan profitabilitas dan daya saing developer di wilayah Jabodetabek serta mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang menentukan tingkat profitabilitas dari pra pengembangan proyek Trade Mall, menyusun model system dynamics yang dapat menggambarkan pengaruh dari supply dan demand pengembangan proyek Trade Mall terhadap kinerja daya saing developer, membuat rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan terhadap penyebab terjadinya penurunan tingkat profitabilitas dan kinerja daya saing developer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis arsip dan survei. Kemudian data yang telah diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa statistik dan system dynamics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada dua faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas proyek, yaitu harga jual dan tingkat penjualan, gap pertumbuhan Trade Mall yang diperoleh dari simulasi supply & demand. Serta rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan terhadap penyebab penurunan profitabilitas dan daya saing developer.

Floor slabs are important structural elements in building construction that function as floor coverings and withstand various loads. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation method of the slab work and analyze the material requirements for the slab work of the Joglo Elementary School Building Construction project. This research applies quantitative research type. The volume calculation method is manual (conventional). The calculation analysis is only limited to the work of reinforcing iron, formwork, and concrete. The implementation of floor slab work in this project includes reinforcement work, formwork work, casting work, formwork demolition work, and floor slab concrete maintenance work. The reinforcement requirement for the 1st floor needs 8,551.02 kg, the second floor 17,102.04 kg, and the third floor 17,102.04 kg. The formwork requirements for the 1st floor slab amounted to 1038.34 m2, the second floor amounted to 1038.24 m2, and the third floor amounted to 1038.34 m2. The casting requirement for the 1st floor slab is 103.83 m3, the 2nd floor is 124.60 m3, and the 3rd floor is 124.60 m3.

Profil baja IWF (Instrument Wide Flange) merupakan elemen struktur yang banyak digunakan pada bangunan industri karena kemudahan dalam pemasangan dan fleksibilitasnya. Namun, kondisi lingkungan ekstrem seperti genangan air dengan pH asam maupun basa dapat mempercepat proses demineralisasi (korosi) pada baja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi laju kehilangan unsur Fe dari profil baja IWF akibat perendaman dalam larutan dengan pH ekstrem, serta menyusun model matematis yang menggambarkan proses demineralisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji laboratorium dengan perendaman potongan baja dalam larutan pH 4, 7, dan 10 selama 72 jam, dilanjutkan dengan uji TDS, ORP, dan morfologi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada pH 4, terjadi demineralisasi Fe tertinggi sebesar 16,167 mg dengan rata-rata ORP sebesar 195,5 mV dan TDS 732,55 ppm. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dibentuk model matematis diferensial untuk memprediksi laju demineralisasi. Disarankan penggunaan pelapis (coating) yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan umur pakai struktur baja.

A steel truss bridge is a structure constructed from a series of interconnected steel bars. The loads received by this structure are analyzed and transferred to the steel bars that make up the structure. Factors that need to be analyzed in bridge construction include the location and surrounding environmental conditions. After identifying the type of soil and bedrock beneath the surface, the materials used must meet strength or durability test standards before the bridge can be operated. The materials used must comply with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). In addition to the factors mentioned above, the bridge must undergo a feasibility evaluation. Among the various tests used to evaluate bridge strength, one is vibration testing. The vibration test method, when compared to the load test method, shows higher cost efficiency and does not cause damage to the structure.

This research proposes an alternative model for predicting the plasticity potential of clay soils, updating the previous model developed by Firincioglu and H. Bilsel. The alternative lies in the use of the fine fraction content (FC) as the predictive variable, replacing the percentage of sand fraction content (SC) previously suggested. The analysis was conducted on 61 low-plasticity clay (CL) soil samples, classified using the Casagrande and Moreno-Maroto systems, by examining the relationship between consistency limits (LL, PI), grain fractions (sand, silt, clay), and related parameters (FC, sand-silt-clay spectrum, and sand fraction ratio). The correlation analysis results show significant findings, including a strong positive correlation between sand content and the sand ratio (SR), as well as a negative correlation between sand content and FC, and between FC and SR. The performance of the substitute Casagrande quadratic model [2] reveals the best predictive accuracy among the proposed models ( [1], R² =0.90; [3], R²  0.89; [4], R² =0.43; [5], R² =0.93; [6], R² =0.93; [7], R² =0.89; [8], R² =0.89), with the highest R2 value of 0.93, MSE of ≈4.01, and MAE of ≈1.44–1.47. This study analyzes the maintenance process of the Roll Bending machine used in the wind tower production line at PT Kenertec Power System, Cilegon, Indonesia. The Roll Bending machine plays a crucial role in shaping steel plates into cylindrical shell components, which are later assembled into wind tower sections. The objective of this research is to identify maintenance patterns, types of failures, and improvement strategies to ensure machine reliability and operational efficiency. The research employed observation, interviews with maintenance personnel, and documentation review to collect relevant data. The findings show that the machine experienced multiple failures, mostly related to hydraulic system leaks, PLC programming errors, and component wear such as cylinders, seals, and gear pumps. A significant increase in corrective maintenance activities occurred between August 2023 and April 2024, particularly in February 2024, indicating the need for a more consistent predictive maintenance strategy. The implications of this study highlight that optimized maintenance scheduling and monitoring are essential to reduce downtime, avoid production delays, and maintain product quality. This research is expected to support maintenance decision-making and contribute to the improvement of industrial machine reliability in wind tower manufacturing operations.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of digital marketing strategies, investment in digital technology, and customer engagement on the business performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with digital transformation as a mediating variable. A case study was conducted on the MSME Es Teh Djanoko Bayat. This research employs a quantitative methodology with a causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 350 respondents and analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3 tool. The results indicate that digital marketing strategies and digital technology investment have a positive and significant effect on both digital transformation and performance improvement. Furthermore, digital transformation is proven to have a positive effect on performance. However, while digital customer engagement positively affects performance, it was found to have no significant effect on digital transformation. In conclusion, the effectiveness of digital marketing and technology investment are key drivers in the transformation process and company performance, while customer interaction impacts sales directly without triggering significant operational changes.

rogram pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat peran orang tua dalam mencegah perilaku bullying pada remaja di Kelurahan Jatibarang, Mijen, Kota Semarang melalui edukasi berbasis pendekatan partisipatif. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan model Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan para orang tua, kader atau masyarakat dalam proses pemetaan masalah, edukasi, diskusi, serta evaluasi. Intervensi berupa sesi edukasi parenting, role-play, dan diskusi kasus lokal. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan kemampuan orang tua dalam mendeteksi serta menangani perilaku bullying, disertai terbentuknya jejaring dukungan komunitas untuk keberlanjutan program. Program ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi komunitas dalam membangun lingkungan aman bagi remaja dan mendorong penguatan fungsi keluarga dalam pencegahan bullying.

Background : The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) worldwide reaches 183,000 per 100,000 live births (WHO, 2024). In Indonesia, there were 4,305 reported cases (Ministry of Health RI, 2024), while Central Java Province recorded 315 cases (Central Java Health Office, 2024). In Brebes Regency, there were 54 maternal deaths in 2024 (Brebes Health Office, 2024), and in the Bumiayu Public Health Center area, 2 maternal deaths were recorded (Bumiayu PHC Data, 2024). Objective : To analyze, implement, and provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. A, 25 years old, with anemia in the Bumiayu Public Health Center area in 2025, using the Varney midwifery management approach and the SOAP method. Research Methods : This study used a qualitative descriptive design in the form of a case study. Results : Midwifery care during pregnancy for Mrs.A with anemia was carried out bassed on the mother’s needs. During labor, newborn care, postpartum period, and family planning services, no complications were found. Conclusion: The comprehensive midwifery care provided to Mrs. A with anemia was carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with both the mother and baby in good condition.

Elevated blood pressure above the normal range is a hallmark of a medical condition known as hypertension. It is estimated that as the population ages, the number of hypertension cases will also increase. If this condition is properly managed early, it can be controlled. Controlling daily eating habits is one of the most effective non-pharmacological methods for lowering blood pressure. Therefore, finding alternative food sources that can naturally lower blood pressure is crucial. Red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus), which is high in fiber, potassium, and antioxidants such as vitamins B, C, and E, is one possible option. These nutrients are important for maintaining blood vessel flexibility and controlling hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of red dragon fruit juice consumption on blood pressure in the Paku Village Community Health Center (Puskesmas Pembantu) operational area. A single-group pre-experimental design was used in this study. A paired-sample t-test was used to assess the data. Based on the findings, the average systolic blood pressure was 184 mmHg before consuming red dragon fruit juice and decreased to 164 mmHg after the intervention. With a t-value of 23.4, a correlation of 0.96, and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), this decrease was statistically significant. Meanwhile, the average diastolic blood pressure dropped from 101 mmHg to 84 mmHg, with a correlation of 0.961, a t-value of 18.65, and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that consuming red dragon fruit juice significantly lowers blood pressure, with an average decrease in systolic pressure of 20 mmHg and diastolic pressure of 17 mmHg.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of students, teachers, and educational staff at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology as a medium for promoting the excellence of their study programs. The activity was conducted in the form of a two-day workshop attended by 50 participants, consisting of students, teachers, and educational personnel. The workshop materials covered an introduction to AI, the application of AI in digital promotion, and hands-on practice in creating promotional content using AI, such as chatbots, AI-based graphic design, and data analysis. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ skills in using AI technology to support study program promotion, which positively contributed to increasing the interest of prospective new students. This workshop provides a tangible contribution to human resource development at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih and serves as a replicable model for community service initiatives in other educational institutions.

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the digital literacy of children at SDN Mranggon Lawang II by teaching them how to find accurate information and know the dangers of hoaxes. In order for children to use technology wisely, they must be taught important digital literacy from an early age. This activity was carried out through interactive lectures and Q&A discussions for seven days in August 2024. In addition to examples of simple false information, the material includes differences of opinion and facts, there were 13 children who participated showing a high level of enthusiasm during the activity. However, there are obstacles regarding language that hinder understanding that can be overcome through communication techniques and visual media. The results of the activity show that children better understand the importance of critical thinking when getting information. This activity is expected to increase knowledge about digital literacy and encourage smart media behavior.
