German language learning in High School (SMA) holds significant importance in the current era of globalization. The complexity of German grammar, including gendered nouns and article usage, demands innovative approaches in the learning process. This research explores innovative learning methods, focusing on the implementation of Game Based Learning (GBL) and the teaching of Nomen materials, to enhance the effectiveness of German language learning in SMA. The primary goal is to increase student participation and equip them with strong communication skills in German. Research findings indicate that integrating innovative learning methods, such as GBL, can serve as effective tools in achieving improved German language learning outcomes in SMA.

The ability of a nation to progress depends on its level of education. The quality of human resources produced is influenced by how good the quality of education is. Therefore, teachers play an important role in ensuring the success of education. Teachers' skills in teaching are key in creating meaningful learning for students. This research is intended to understand the teacher's skills in organizing learning variations, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam Sangatta. The research method used is a qualitative approach of field research type through data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study highlighted the importance of variations in teaching styles, the use of media and learning tools, as well as communication patterns of interaction with students in order to create a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere. The findings show that variation in learning plays a key role in motivating learners and teachers have an important role in ensuring such variation through three main components, especially in PAI learning at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam, namely variation in teaching styles that can be used by developing existing learning methods to be more varied and involve more activities for learners, the use of IT-based learning media and tools, and communication patterns of interaction with learners that can be done with many-way communication. Learning variations not only make teaching and learning activities more interesting but also facilitate better understanding for learners in order to achieve the desired learning objectives

Basic vector concept material will be more meaningful and able to hone students' mathematical communication skills if learning is implemented that is appropriate to the characteristics of students and needs in the field. The aim of this research is to create a research design for basic vector concept material using the Dick and Carey model. The results show that there are 10 steps that teachers need to pay attention to when creating learning designs and ensuring that the learning objectives contained are in accordance with learning achievements and needs in the field.

The aims of this research are to help students new to English phonology understand its fundamentals. The study employs a literature review methodology to explore the field of English phonology. It addresses key topics for beginners, including the basic units of sound (phonemes) and their variations (allophones). The research also discusses vowel and consonant reduction, which impacts the pronunciation of certain sounds. Finally, it provides an overview of how consonant and vowel sounds are grouped based on their characteristics. By studying these elements, beginners can enhance their pronunciation, recognize different sound patterns, and improve their overall communication skills in English.

Teachers have an important role in education, not only as teachers, but also as administrators in schools. This dual role requires teachers to have various competencies, both in pedagogy and management. As administrators, teachers have the responsibility to manage various important aspects of the school, such as:  Developing lesson plans, assessing student learning progress, and making learning outcome reports. Managing classroom budgets, creating financial reports and applying for funds. Managing teacher and staff data, assisting with the recruitment process and resolving staffing issues. Maintain and care for school facilities and infrastructure, make damage reports, and apply for procurement of goods. Establish communication with parents, school committees and the surrounding community. In the context of education, the role of teachers as administrators in schools plays a very important role in managing various aspects of school activities. Teachers are not only tasked with teaching, but also as leaders in organizing school administration, including curriculum planning, supervising student activities and managing resources. With good administrative skills, teachers can create an effective and efficient learning environment, ensure all processes run smoothly, and make a positive contribution to the school's progress and overall student achievement.

Through play, children's creativity will awaken and develop optimally. Child and socio-emotional development: In principle, children learn through social interactions, both with adults and peers. Social development has a positive impact on children's growth and development. Social development supports communication skills, academic success and school adjustment, strengthens peer relationships, and creates a positive learning environment. Therefore, this skill must be developed optimally from an early age. Playing is one way to develop social-emotional skills in childhood. A Thesis English Education Department the Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, stkip us Kutacane.The aim of the research was to find out the effect of news video on students’ speaking skill. Language is crucial for communication, and English is an international language. Researcher aim to improve basic English skills by addressing issues in schools like inadequate speaking practice, unmotivated students, and ineffective media. This research uses quantitative techniques for methodical and factual data collection.Ma'ruf Abdullah (2015:124) quantitative research is research that uses quantitative data, namely data in the form of numeric or numbers. The research found that class X IPA 2 students at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan, their  speaking skills were not improved before using video as a medium. So, the researcher applied video as a media in students’ speaking skill. The result research, researcher found the average pre-test score to 56.17, and post-test scores improved to 82.78.Pre-test and post-test data showed a 21.33% difference, indicating a high hypothesis, with a df value of 2,074. There is any improvements by using video as a media in students speaking skill at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan especially X IPA 2.The researcher may conclude that the results of the study show that the application of video in the student’s speaking ability has an influence in improving the student's speech abilities. it has been proven from the research data results thus the hypothesis is accepted..

The development of Indonesian in children is important because communication and social interaction are important aspects of their development. Through speaking, they can communicate and interact with other people. One way to encourage language development in early childhood is through social interaction. This research aims to explore how social interaction influences language development in early childhood. We involved 10 students from Istiqomah Kindergarten, including 3 who tend to be introverted and have difficulty interacting with their friends. We use observation methods, interviews with teachers, and observations of students over a certain period. The research results show that social interaction has a significant role in improving language skills in early childhood. The development of Indonesian in children is important because communication and social interaction are important aspects of their development. Ineffective communication and negotiation can have negative consequences for the company, such as loss of customers, decreased product quality, and decreased trust with customers. Therefore, companies must have effective communication and negotiation strategies to increase business success. This research aims to analyze how communication and negotiation strategies can increase business success. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, data collection techniques through literature study. Analyzing data using a qualitative analysis approach, this research concludes that in increasing business success, communication and negotiation strategies play an important role. Effective communication allows companies to interact with customers, partners and other parties more effectively, thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and business reputation. Meanwhile, good negotiations allow companies to reach profitable agreements with other parties, such as business partners, suppliers and customers. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important foundation in children's development, influencing their cognitive, social, emotional and motoric aspects. To improve the quality of teaching, PAUD teachers must develop effective communication skills. In order to achieve this goal, the Katingan District Education Office held an Integrative Holistic PAUD Technical Guidance event which aims to improve the communication skills of PAUD teachers through the AKIK (Active, Communicative, Interactive and Collaborative) learning model. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results showed that PAUD teachers participated more actively during the training, their communication skills improved, and they were able to design learning activities that were more communicative and collaborative. The application of the AKIK model has proven effective in creating an interactive learning environment, increasing teacher confidence in communicating, and strengthening collaboration between teachers.

Indonesian as the national language of the Indonesian nation is also a language studied in various countries. The Indonesian Language Program for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) is a program aimed at teaching Indonesian to foreign speakers. One of the learning models applied in the BIPA program is the AKIK Learning Model (active, communicative, interactive and collaborative). This research aims to: (1) describe the application of the AKIK learning model in BIPA teaching. (2) Analyzing student responses to the AKIK learning model. (3) Identifying the obstacles faced in implementing the AKIK learning model. (4) Evaluate the results of Indonesian language learning using the AKIK learning model. The research results show that the implementation of the AKIK learning model is effective in improving the communication skills and understanding of Indonesian at Normal University South Luzon students. Students responded positively to the AKIK learning model, feeling more motivated and active in learning. However, several obstacles are faced, such as cultural and language differences and limited learning facilities that support technology. This research contributes to the development of the BIPA curriculum by recommending more effective teaching strategies. The results can be used as a reference for teachers and researchers in the field of foreign language teaching, especially Indonesian.

Researchers can see what changes occur after the researcher carries out the real action. Then they can take action for what follow-up action will be taken after the activity.Researchers also apply inquiry learning to activate the learning provided to students at their institution, by asking questions that can stimulate the development of their ability to think or solve existing problems, and they can think creatively in collaboration with their friends in carrying out an activity.Examining the theory of physical motor development and how to overcome problems with physical motor development. examines the physical motor development program for early childhood which includes gross and fine motor skills, as well as health and safety behavior so that children have physical and mental health as well as the ability to coordinate, flexibility, balance, speed, agility and strength through various movement stimulation so that children from an early age have good motor control to accelerate neurological maturity which encourages the growth and development of children's potential which leads to optimal and better readiness to learn at the next stage by implementing base learning projects.

Bullying is any form of bullying or violence that is intentionally perpetrated by a stronger individual or group of people with the aim of inflicting physical, emotional, or psychological harm on others. Bullying can occur anywhere, including at school, and can be carried out by teachers, students, or adults in the school environment. Many cases of bullying today attract the attention of practitioners to intervene with victims of bullying. One of them is MR, a junior high school student who is a victim of bullying at his school. He often received treatment that indicated bullying from classmates. Through this activity, practitioners are interested in intervening with MR (client) regarding the bullying case he experienced. The purpose of this activity is to examine the causes of bullying against clients and help make behavioral changes in clients such as communication skills and increased self-confidence. The method used is casework intervention in identifying client problems. The results showed that the client became more confident when communicating with others and speaking in front of people and began to dare to defend himself if he received treatment that indicated bullying.

Effective communication is a crucial skill for educators, particularly in religious institutions like Pondok Pesantren. This community service project aimed to enhance the public speaking abilities of teachers and instructors at a Pondok Pesantren. Through interactive workshops and practical exercises, participants were trained in various aspects of public speaking, including voice modulation, body language, content organization, and audience engagement. The project emphasized the importance of clear and confident communication in imparting knowledge and religious teachings. Pre- and post-training evaluations showed significant improvements in the participants' public speaking skills, confidence levels, and teaching effectiveness. The project's success highlights the value of community service initiatives in promoting professional development and fostering a conducive learning environment within religious educational institutions

Teacher ethics, It refers to a set of moral and professional principles that govern the behavior of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Teacher ethics includes aspects such as integrity, honesty, fairness, respect for diversity, and professional obligations towards students and their own profession. Indonesian Teacher Academic Qualification and Competency Standards are set by the government to ensure that teachers have the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to provide quality education. The standards cover various aspects, including minimum academic qualifications, teaching skills, communication skills, classroom management abilities, knowledge of curriculum, and understanding of student needs. The aim of this research is to find out how or to what extent a teacher's code of ethics is an indicator of the success of a teacher's competence who has at least 4 competencies.

Leadership training for Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) administrators at MA Al Hidayah Semarang to develop leadership skills in students who are responsible for leading organizations at school. This can help them learn concepts, and effective practices in the context of leadership. The methods used in this training are situation analysis, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the training, participants engage in various activities and exercises that involve understanding leadership concepts, effective communication, and organizational strategy. They learn how to communicate well with their peers, organize activities at school, motivate other students to participate, and make the right decisions and the importance of leadership ethics, such as integrity, responsibility, honesty, and a positive attitude. So that they can be good role models for other students and build a positive image of the OSIS at school. At the end of the training, participants are allowed to apply their new leadership skills through the OSIS work program. This service aims to provide practical experience to students in managing work programs, collaborating with members, working with teams, and facing organizational challenges that may arise. Leadership training aims to strengthen their leadership skills and make a real contribution to school development. It is hoped that this service can provide a strong foundation for them to become effective leaders and can have a positive impact on improving their school and community.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in the world of education today, especially in the learning process. This research aims to review the role of ICT in increasing effective interaction in learning through library research methods. A qualitative approach is used with a focus on analyzing relevant scientific literature from various sources such as academic journals, books, review articles, and other online sources. The results of the analysis show that ICT provides opportunities to present learning material in an interactive and interesting way, improve communication and collaboration, personalize learning, support distance learning, and increase student learning motivation. However, challenges such as limited access, teacher skills and parent involvement need to be overcome. Suggested solutions include providing adequate ICT infrastructure, training for teachers, and education for parents. By paying attention to these factors, ICT can be an effective tool for increasing interaction in learning and improving the overall quality of education. The integrity of the use of ICT in the learning process will help create a conducive and enjoyable learning environment for all students.

This research aims to describe the role of teachers in 21st century learning for elementary school students in the independent curriculum.  In this research, the method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with a library research approach, namely an approach that focuses on literature analysis.  Researchers collect data from various written sources such as books, journals and other references.  Based on the research results, it shows that in 21st century learning teachers have a very important and crucial role in the learning process and development of students' skills based on 4C skills (communication, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity).  It is hoped that 21st century learning for elementary school students through the independent curriculum can develop students' potential and skills to compete with developments that are increasingly developing day by day.  The implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools also plays a role in creating empowered students, able to adapt to current developments through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.  Therefore, it is hoped that there will be collaboration and support from parents, school principals and the government so as to produce a young generation who are intelligent, have character and are ready to face the future. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar di kurikulum merdeka. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, yaitu pendekatan yang berfokus pada analisis literatur. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran abad-21 guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan krusial dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan siswa berdasarkan keterampilan 4C (communication, critical thinking, collaboration, dan creativity). Pembelajaran abad-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui kurikulum merdeka diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan siswa untuk bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman yang kian hari makin berkembang. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar juga berperan untuk menciptakan siswa yang berdaya, mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Oleh karena itu diharapkan adanya kolaborasi dan dukungan  dari orang tua, kepala sekolah dan pemerintah sehingga menghasilkan generasi muda yang cerdas, berkarakter, dan siap menghadapi masa depan.
