This study explores the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali’s educational philosophy to contemporary Islamic education in responding to current moral, social, and educational challenges. Using a library research method, the study systematically examines Al-Ghazali’s views on educational goals, curriculum orientation, the role of teachers, and instructional methods, and then contextualizes these perspectives within the dynamics of modern educational systems. The analysis highlights how Al-Ghazali’s educational thought addresses issues related to moral decline, character formation, and the imbalance between intellectual achievement and ethical development in present-day education. The findings show that Al-Ghazali’s emphasis on integrating knowledge and character, balancing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, and highlighting the teacher’s role as a moral exemplar remains highly applicable today. His educational framework which prioritizes spiritual development, moral formation, self-discipline, and closeness to God offers a strong, comprehensive, and relevant foundation for renewing Islamic education in the modern era and for fostering holistic learners with intellectual competence, ethical awareness, and spiritual integrity.

This research investigates integrated maritime workforce resilience and mental health management frameworks addressing post-pandemic seafarer wellbeing challenges and organizational safety culture transformation. Through qualitative analysis involving 39 stakeholders including seafarers, ship operators, mental health professionals, maritime unions, training institutions, and maritime authorities, this study examines how COVID-19 pandemic intensified mental health crises through extended contracts, shore leave restrictions, and isolation while exposing systemic inadequacies in psychological support systems. Results demonstrate that comprehensive mental health frameworks can reduce psychological distress by 55-70%, improve safety performance by 40-55%, enhance crew retention by 45-60%, and decrease incident rates by 35-50% when integrating organizational culture change, leadership competency development, predictive analytics, and culturally-adapted interventions. Key challenges include mental health stigma (affecting 65-80% of seafarers), limited organizational investment (only 18-25% adequate), service accessibility gaps, and workforce demographic diversity requiring culturally-sensitive approaches. Findings reveal that effective mental health management requires systemic organizational transformation integrating psychological wellbeing into safety management systems, work design optimization, family support programs, and career sustainability rather than treating mental health as peripheral welfare concern, supporting maritime industry's workforce retention and operational safety imperatives.

Vocational education requires a practice-based learning process supported by complete facilities so that students can master work competencies optimally. However, the condition of the Motorcycle Engineering workshop at Noemuti State Vocational High School shows that the completeness of the disc brake system practice facilities does not meet the ideal ratio standards, which affects the effectiveness of learning. This incompleteness has an impact on the low achievement of students' practical learning outcomes that have not reached the KKM. This study aims to describe the level of completeness of workshop facilities and the results of the disc brake system practice learning, and to determine whether there is a relationship between the two. The research approach uses a quantitative correlational method with a total sampling of 26 students. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, Pearson correlations, and coefficients of determination using SPSS 27. The results showed that the average completeness of workshop facilities was 42.27 and the results of practical learning were 42.81, both of which were in the good category. The Pearson correlation test produced a value of r = 0.960 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a very strong and significant relationship. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.92) shows that 92% of the variation in practical learning outcomes is influenced by the completeness of workshop facilities. The more complete the workshop facilities, the higher the students' practical learning outcomes.

The rapid advancement of technology has made it easier for the public to access online loans (pinjol), but it has also increased the risk of misuse by illegal entities. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) recorded that from 2018 to 2022, it shut down 4,265 illegal online lending platforms. However, many cases continue to emerge due to the ease of creating applications and the use of overseas servers. Teachers are among the most affected victims due to low salaries and high living costs. The impacts of illegal online loans are highly detrimental, including the leakage of personal data, threats, intimidation, and excessively high interest rates. Education is crucial to prevent new victims. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the JKN Mobile interface using Nielsen’s Usability Heuristic Principles to identify issues that affect clarity, consistency, and user navigation. The research applied a descriptive qualitative approach through interface observation and visual analysis, focusing on typography, layout, color usage, iconography, and feedback mechanisms. The findings showed that several essential elements of system status were not clearly presented, such as loading indicators, data update information, and synchronization cues. Inconsistencies in icon style, visual hierarchy, and button functions further reduced predictability and increased the cognitive load on users. Some screens also displayed incomplete content and unclear action mapping, which disrupted task flow. The study concludes that improving visual hierarchy, standardizing interface components, refining navigation paths, and providing clearer feedback can strengthen usability and support the application’s role as an accessible digital public service.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the financial management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makale District. Sound financial management is an important factor for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs; therefore, an empirical examination of the factors influencing it is necessary. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data analysis is conducted through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS statistical software version 26. The research population includes all MSME actors in Makale District, with a sample of 88 respondents selected using a random sampling technique to ensure equal participation opportunities. The independent variables in this study are financial literacy and financial inclusion, while the dependent variable is MSME financial management. The results indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant partial effect on MSME financial management. This finding suggests that the better MSME actors understand financial concepts and practices, the better their ability to manage business finances. In contrast, financial inclusion does not have a significant partial effect on financial management. However, financial literacy and financial inclusion simultaneously have a significant effect on financial management. The coefficient of determination of 69.3% indicates that most of the variation in MSME financial management can be explained by these two variables. This study concludes that improving financial literacy is a key factor in enhancing MSME financial management.

In recent years, there have been more and more cases of misuse of social media accounts, especially Instagram, through hacking carried out by individuals for illegal purposes. These hacks often involve using the victim's account for fraudulent actions, such as requesting money via the direct messaging feature to the account's followers. This problem raises a number of legal questions, including how the law regulates hacking and fraud on social media platforms such as Instagram, as well as the types of criminal sanctions that can be imposed on perpetrators. This research uses a normative legal approach to analyze existing regulations, especially the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE). Based on the ITE Law, hacking is defined as an illegal activity to access, take or transfer electronic system data without permission, which can be subject to criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment and/or fines. In addition, if hacking is followed by fraud, the perpetrator can be charged with additional articles related to fraud as regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP). This research also highlights the important role of social media organizers in protecting users through developing security features such as data verification. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to strengthening legal protection for social media users in the digital era.

Cognitive concentration constitutes a pivotal determinant within the educational process; when an individual exhibits impaired attentional capacity, the instructional input received is unlikely to be effectively encoded into neural pathways or long-term memory, thereby rendering the expenditure of effort, time, and resources essentially futile. This investigation sought to elucidate the associative dynamics among breakfast consumption patterns, levels of physical activity, and sleep quality in relation to academic concentration among students in Grades X and XI within the North Bogor District. Employing a cross-sectional methodological framework, the study encompassed 101 participants whose selection adhered to an observational analytic approach. Empirical data pertaining to breakfast behavior, physical activity, sleep quality, and concentration performance were acquired through standardized self-administered questionnaires. Analytical procedures were conducted using the chi-square statistical test. The inferential findings demonstrated a statistically significant association between breakfast habits (p = 0.002) and sleep quality (p = 0.008) with learning concentration, whereas physical activity exhibited no significant correlation (p = 0.831). Accordingly, the study substantiates that breakfast regularity and sleep quality are meaningfully interrelated with students’ concentration levels, while physical activity does not manifest a measurable relationship with concentration outcomes

A clear national insight can guarantee the achievement of national interests, both internally and externally. This means that national insight provides a clear picture and direction for the nation's survival, as well as the future development of the nation and state. The organization of national and state life must proceed on the basis of mutual agreement, namely Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Indonesia's existence as a state based on the rule of law (rechtstaat) based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution requires the development of Pancasila ideology and national insight as instruments that serve as catalysts or drivers in strengthening national insight and spirit, love of the homeland, democracy, legal awareness, respect for diversity, and participation in building a Pancasila-based nation in Wonogiri, especially among intellectuals. In accordance with its function, the Pancasila Ideology and National Insight Development organizes national, democratic, legal, multicultural and citizenship education to support the realization of citizens who are aware of their rights and obligations, as well as intelligent, skilled and have character so that they can be relied upon to build the nation and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
