Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This research examines the impact of development on teacher performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this research is quantitative, and data collection was done through questionnaires from 58 teachers. The findings indicate that development has a positive impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction also plays a significant role in enhancing teacher performance. This study showed that with proper designs, the development programs improve job satisfaction and motivational levels among the teachers. Development of training, adequate reward, and appropriate job variation may improve the state of affairs for increasing satisfaction and teacher productivity. All this was hoped to become inputs into the human resource management aspect of educational institutions.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..

Teachers have an important role iin shaping the character of early childhood through directed and loving education. At this stage, critical period of development, where basic values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy and discipline begin to form. Teachers not only act as educators, but also as role models who provide real examples of positive behavior. Through daily interactions, teachers help children understand social norms, manage emotions, and build healthy relationships with peers and the surrounding environment. Character education provided by teachers is often carried out through playing, telling stories, or fun group discussions. These activities are designed to instill moral values ​​in a way that is relevant and easy for children to understand. Teachers also create a supportive learning environment, where children feel safe to explore, learn and interact. With a warm and caring approach, teachers help children develop self-confidence and the ability to recognize and overcome challenges.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Lumio By Smart untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan keefektifan siswa dalam mempelajari materi “Adab Seorang Muslim Terhadap Orang Tua dan Guru” pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Tahap pendefinisian (define) mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk proses pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan menarik. Tahap design menghasilkan storyboard dan template untuk presentasi dan game edukasi. Tahap develop menghasilkan prototipe media pembelajaran berdasarkan rancangan. Validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi media. Media presentasi terdiri dari  PowerPoint yang berisi materi dan game edukasi yang menarik. Media permainan edukatif dirancang sebagai bahan refleksi siswa. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan kelayakan sebesar 70% untuk aspek media dan 79% untuk aspek materi, keduanya masuk dalam kategori “layak”. Media pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan keefektifan siswa dalam mempelajari materi melalui presentasi interaktif dan permainan yang mudah diakses. Media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Lumio By Smart ini layak untuk disebarluaskan dan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V MIs Al Anshar menggunakan Model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian yaitu 23 orang siswa kelas V MIs Al-Anshar. Instrument pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi siswa dan guru. Sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, tes hasil belajar dan dokumetasi. data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat pada siklus I dari jumlah siswa sebanyak 23 orang siswa, 3 orang siswa masuk kategori kurang aktif (13,04%), 8 orang siswa kategori cukup aktif (34,78%), 11 orang siswa kategori aktif (47,83%) dan 1 orang siswa kategori sangat aktif (4,34%) meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 3 orang siswa masuk kategori cukup aktif (13,04%), 4 orang siswa kategori aktif (17,39%), 16 orang siswa kategori sangat aktif (69,56%). Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dari 23 orang siswa, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 15 orang siswa (65,21%). Sedangkan jumlah siswa yang belum tuntas 7 orang (34,78%). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I ketuntasan secara klasikal belum tercapai maka dilanjutkan pada siklus ke II. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus ke II sebesar 18,04 %, dari 23 orang siswa, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 21 orang siswa (91,31%). Sedangkan jumlah siswa yang belum tuntas 2 orang (8,69%). Hal ini menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan minimal secara klasikal sudah tercapai.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemimpin wanita dalam pendidikan Islam, khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah, yang sering dihadapkan pada stereotip gender dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif oleh Dwi Lisa Yudhistira, S.Pd., di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah dan memahami dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan di madrasah tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Dwi Lisa, yang berfokus pada visi, inspirasi, dan motivasi, berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan kolaboratif. Pendekatan partisipatifnya meningkatkan kolaborasi dan rasa memiliki di antara guru, staf, dan siswa. Meskipun menghadapi stereotip gender, Dwi Lisa mampu mengatasinya melalui konsistensi kinerja dan inovasi, termasuk integrasi teknologi dan diversifikasi program ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis tentang peran kepemimpinan wanita dalam pendidikan Islam dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi lain dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang efektif dan inklusif.

In the school environment, a good assessment of the performance of guidance and counseling teachers by subject teachers reflects recognition of the contribution of guidance and counseling teachers in supporting students academically, emotionally, and socially. The purpose of this study was to see the views of subject teachers on the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in various aspects. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire on the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. Based on the results of the analysis of the research data that have been presented, the researcher concluded that the performance of guidance and counseling teachers was assessed as good according to the perceptions of subject teachers based on several aspects, namely basic services, individual interest and planning services, responsive services and system support services.

Abstract. Based on research at Smp Darul Ulum Palangka Raya, the learning process is still relatively passive due to the lack of utilization of learning media, which still seems like learning with lecture methods by teachers so that there is a lack of student interactivity in the learning process, especially in islamic religious education subjects, namely fiqh. Therefore, the results of the study show that teachers do not utilize learning media during learning so that student interactivity is lacking in learning so that they get bored quickly, do not understand and students do not participate actively in learning. So with this, researchers try to help overcome the use of learning media, especially in fiqh learning subjects, so that teachers and students can interact and interact and achieve learning goals. Abstrak. Berdasarkan Penelitian di Smp Darul Ulum Palangka Raya bahwa proses pembelajaran masih terbilang pasif dikarenakan kurangnya  pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, yang masih terkesan pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah oleh guru sehingga kurangnya interaktif siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yaitu menggunakan video pembelajaraan serta game edukasi puzzle untuk meningkatkan interaktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran terutama pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam yaitu fiqih. Oleh karena itu dari hasil penelitian bahwasannya guru kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran selama pembelajaran berlangsung sehingga interaktif siswa kurang dalam pembelajaran sehingga cepat bosan, kurang memahami dan siswa kurang berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Maka dengan ini peneliti mencoba membantu mengatasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran terkhusus pada mata pembelajaran fiqih, agar guru dan siswa bisa berinteraktif dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.

This line of research aims to determine the effect of work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 3 Takalar. The method used in this line of research is Quantitative method with number of respondents 56 Teachers which made as sample with descriptive method with quantitative approach, where Data collection technique used questionnaires. The analysis  used  in the research line is  simple linear regression  test.  The results of  testing on a persial basis  variable  work environment  on  teacher performance  there is a  significant influence  on  teacher performance  which  is proven  based on the  results of persial  test  with  significant value 0.006  < 0.05.

This research aims to analyze the role of teacher creativity in guiding small groups in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Teacher creativity is very important in facilitating the social, emotional and cognitive development of early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving observations and interviews with several PAUD teachers. The research results show that teacher creativity in designing learning activities that are fun, interesting and appropriate to children's development can increase children's overall involvement and development. Therefore, there needs to be more effort to improve the quality of teacher creativity in the small group learning process in PAUD.

Policies set by leaders of educational institutions are often in the spotlight of experts, both in science and other fields. The madrasah principal is fully responsible for the continuity and existence of the educational institution. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the decision letter of the Head of MTs An Nawawiyah No 091 of 2023 and the professional competence of teachers at MTs An Nawawiyah Kepung Kediri. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles Huberman and Saldana's interactive data analysis model, including: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) An Nawawiyyah Madrasah Head Policy in improving teachers' professional competence. There are two main policy aspects implemented, namely macro and micro policies. Macro policies include curriculum planning which includes annual, semester, monthly, weekly, and daily work plans. Meanwhile, micro policies focus more on the internal arrangements of the madrasah which include programs such as PKG (Teacher Performance Assessment), PPG (Teacher Professional Education), MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata P1), training, workshops, meetings, coaching in the preparation of lesson plans, classroom supervision, question making, learning evaluation, asatidz/asatidzah board activities, and competitions. (2) The professional competence of teachers at MTs An Nawawiyah is at a good level, indicated by five main aspects: mastery of subject matter, ability to develop learning methods according to standards, utilization of media and learning resources, reflection on learning and participation in seminars and training, and awareness of the development of science and technology in carrying out tasks.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

The aim of this research is to find out how Islamic Religious Education teachers at SDN 02 Maek, Limapuluh Kota Regency contribute to the implementation of mandatory student prayers. Data was collected for this research using qualitative descriptive methodology through observation, interviews and documentation. Even though elementary school learning hours are limited to performing midday prayers in congregation at PAI schools, teachers still carry out their role in helping students perform obligatory prayers, according to research findings. This is what happened to the Islamic Religious Education Teacher at SDN 02 Maek. At SDN 01 Maek, PAI professors participate in student prayer in several ways, including: The instructor provides information about prayer and applies it to students' actual situations. Islamic Religious Education Teachers convey information by connecting what they have learned so far with what students already know. Religious Education in Islam Teachers inspire students to participate in obligatory prayers by providing examples and inspiration regarding the importance of doing so. Religious Education in Islam By requiring children to pray every day at every school level, teachers provide direction and guidance. Religious Education in Islam Teachers educate by encouraging students to understand the meaning of each movement in prayer. Teaching the Islamic faith Instructors work with parents of students. Religious Education in Islam Instructors assess their students' ability to perform the required prayers.

Work motivation is one of the key factors that contribute to improving teacher performance in education. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in improving teacher performance at SMP Bina Siswa, Laud Dendang. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and school management. The results of the study indicate that good work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, significantly affects teacher productivity and performance quality. Factors such as awards, recognition, a conducive work atmosphere, and support from school leaders have proven to be the main drivers in improving teacher work motivation. Thus, it is important for schools to continue to pay attention to the motivational needs of teachers in order to create a supportive work environment and improve the quality of education at the school.

The role of school principals holds crucial significance in enhancing educational quality of education, especially through strengthening and empowering the professionalism of educators. This article discusses the diverse aspects of principal leadership and its effect on teacher performance within the school setting. The principal not only functions as an administrative manager, but also acts as an educator, innovator, as well as a motivator who can guide teachers in realizing educational goals. In their capacity as leaders, school principals have the responsibility to create a positive work culture, provide professional support, and formulate policies and strategies to improve teacher competence. Various efforts to develop teacher professionalism, such as training, certification programs, and advanced studies, are key for improving the quality of teaching in schools. The article also identifies the role of school principals in managing changes and challenges in the world of education, as well as the importance of support from various parties to create an environment that supports teacher development. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership of school principals is able to improve teacher performance, which is further a determinant factor in the success of the education system as a whole.

The role of teachers in enhancing students' active participation in the learning process, which is considered an important element in the success of teaching and learning activities. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach and literature review to recognise the various elements that impact on student participation, including internal (psychological and physiological) and external (non-social and social) factors. The article also examines learning strategies such as problem-oriented learning, active learning and project-based learning to enhance student engagement. In addition, methods such as ‘Index Card Match’ and discovery-based learning models are used to increase student participation. The results showed that students' participation contributed significantly to their learning achievement, both through active involvement in discussions and the courage to ask questions. The author suggests the application of creative teaching methods as well as efficient teacher questioning skills to optimise students' participation potential in the classroom.

Questioning skills are skills that teachers must develop in the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research is to illustrate how teachers' questioning skills play an important role in stimulating the cognitive development of early childhood. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research which collects data through interviews, documentation and observation. The subjects of this research were young children who received institutional education. In fact, teachers' questioning skills have been proven to have a significant impact on the cognitive development of young children. Teachers' questioning skills can increase children's curiosity and improve children's memory, imagination and creativity in finding answers in the teaching and learning process. It can be concluded that teachers' questioning skills play a very important role in improving children's cognitive development. Because through these questions children can continue their thinking processes, obtain new information and expand their knowledge.

Upacara bendera di sekolah dasar memiliki peranan penting dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme pada siswa. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan upacara bendera secara rutin dapat membantu peserta didik memahami dan tanah air dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman budaya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam menaati aturan, seperti berpakaian rapi dan berperilaku disiplin, yang merupakan bagian dari pembentukan karakter yang bertanggung jawab dan disiplin. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah penurunan semangat nasionalisme dikalangan generasi muda, termasuk siswa sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara guru, keluarga, dan pihak sekolah sangat diperlukan untuk mengembangkan program yang dapat menguatkan jiwa nasionalisme secara berkelanjutan. Guru berperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai ini melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang relevan, baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Saran untuk kepala sekolah dan pengajar adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penanaman sikap nasionalisme, serta memberikan motivasi kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya pelaksanaan upacara bendera. Dengan demikian, diharapkan siswa dapat menunjukkan sikap dan perilaku yang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan karakter yang bermoral.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi program Pentas Seni di Hairos TK Siloam Medan untuk mengukur efektivitasnya dalam mengembangkan kreativitas, keterampilan sosial, dan kepercayaan diri anak-anak usia dini. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas program pentas seni yang dihadapkan pada kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya pelatihan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program, menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi, dan merekomendasikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas program. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Pentas Seni telah berhasil mencapai tujuannya, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu perbaikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memiliki dampak positif pada perkembangan anak-anak, terutama dalam hal peningkatan keterampilan seni, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan sosial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan koordinasi antara guru dan orang tua serta peningkatan kualitas fasilitas dan sumber daya untuk mendukung program Pentas Seni di masa depan.
