Pertamini or mini gas station is a retail business of fuel oil such as pertalit and pertramak carried out by the community. The absence of strict regulations regarding safety has caused many fire incidents involving it. ALOHA modeling is a tool for analyzing fire risks and their impacts, so that it can be a consideration of vigilance for perpetrators and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of fires and explosions at the Dukuh Pertamini gas station in 2024. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using ALOHA software. The results of the study showed that the storage tank could create a fire pool with a diameter of 10 meters. If this happens, a flash fire can occur up to a distance of 60 meters, the heat of which can be felt up to 150 meters from the center of the explosion.

Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in organizational dynamics. Differences in perceptions, goals and resources often trigger conflict. This research aims to examine the importance of conflict management in maintaining organizational sustainability and performance. Through literature studies, this research concludes that effective conflict management can change destructive conflicts into constructive ones, increase productivity, and strengthen relationships between organizational members. In addition, this research also identifies various conflict management strategies that can be applied in the context of modern organizations. Organizational conflict is a conflict that occurs when the goal-oriented behavior of one group clashes or is threatened by the group's goals.

This study aims to assess the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the consolidated statements of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. At PT Mayora Indah Tbk, exchange rate fluctuations have a major influence on financial statements, this can happen because of the influence of global commodity prices where subsidiaries are located abroad, third party cooperation for export sales, loans and also the cost of purchasing the main raw materials for the company's production. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where the object of research is PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Collecting data and information using library research methods and PT Mayora Indah Tbk data taken from the annual consolidated financial statements of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. The results showed that the treatment of foreign exchange and foreign currency differences at PT Mayora Indah Tbk, is in accordance with the applicable PSAK.

Abstract. This study examines the impact of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Toko Batik Katura, Cirebon Regency, aiming to provide relevant strategies to enhance customer loyalty. An explanatory research method was employed to explain the causal relationship between product quality, price, and consumer satisfaction variables. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, questionnaires using a Likert scale, and documentation, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that product quality and price significantly influence consumer satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9938 and a determination coefficient of 98.76%. This study recommends product innovation development, flexible pricing strategies, service quality improvements, and the utilization of digital platforms as part of a modern marketing approach. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Toko Batik Katura, Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan strategi yang relevan guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode explanatory research digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan kepuasan konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,9938 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 98,76%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan inovasi produk, strategi harga yang fleksibel, peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pemanfaatan platform digital sebagai bagian dari pendekatan pemasaran modern. Usury is one of the concepts that is forbidden in Islamic law and has a significant impact on the economy of individuals and society (Arafah et al., 2019). The background of this study focuses on the importance of a deep understanding of usury to build awareness of its economic implications. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the types of usury, as well as to understand the legal basis that prohibits the practice in the Qur'an and Hadith. The research method used is a qualitative method based on literature review, by analyzing primary and secondary sources related to Islamic law and sharia economics. The results of the study indicate that usury consists of several categories that have different implications, and the application of the law on usury can encourage the development of a fairer financial system. The discussion includes an analysis of the social and economic impacts of usury practices, as well as alternative sharia financial products that can be applied to replace usury. This study is expected to contribute to public understanding of usury and encourage the implementation of sharia principles in the modern economy.

This study aims to analyze the impact of visual content on Instagram on users’ psychological well-being, focusing on body image, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and life satisfaction. As Instagram usage increases, more users are exposed to visual content promoting certain beauty standards and ideal lifestyles that are often unattainable for many. This exposure drives social comparison and FoMO, triggering various adverse effects on psychological well-being, such as low self-confidence, anxiety, and dissatisfaction with oneself. This research employed survey methods and a literature review from relevant prior studies. Findings indicate that exposure to idealized visual content on Instagram significantly intensifies body image dissatisfaction and personal insecurity. On the other hand, findings also suggest that educational and inspirational content on Instagram has the potential to support psychological well-being, though its accessibility and popularity are often overshadowed by entertainment and lifestyle content. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for users to be more selective in their content consumption and the platform’s role in promoting positive content that supports psychological well-being. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of soft skills, accounting expertise, and digital literacy on the job readiness of accounting students (a study on accounting students at State Universities in Bandar Lampung) both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study consists of accounting students from State Universities in Bandar Lampung, totaling 3,834 students. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling method, specifically the purposive sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Ver.27 testing tool. The research results show that partially, soft skills, accounting expertise, and digital literacy have a positive impact on the job readiness of accounting students.

Digitalization in the payment system has brought significant changes in people's behavior, including among generation Z (Gen-Z). One of the most prominent innovations is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which offers convenience, speed, and accessibility in transactions. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing QRIS payments on the financial planning culture of Gen-Z, known as the digital native generation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on a number of respondents from Gen-Z. The results of the study show that the use of QRIS has positive and negative impacts on their financial planning habits. On the one hand, QRIS makes it easier to manage daily financial transactions, such as automatic recording and easy cashless payments. On the other hand, this convenience also has the potential to increase consumptive behavior due to too fast access and minimal direct control over spending. This study highlights the importance of financial education to increase Gen-Z's awareness in using technology wisely to support better financial planning.  

This research aims to determine the impact of the infrastructure of the Burake Tourist Attraction on the economic growth of the community around the Burake Tourist Attraction. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Data was collected through interview and observation procedures. The informants for this research consisted of 7 people consisting of 2 local people, 2 people who were business actors at the Burake Tourist Attraction, 1 levy collector at the Burake Tourist Attraction, 1 tourism service employee, and 1 tourist. The research results show that the existence of the Burake tourist attraction has an impact on the economic growth of the local community and has a good influence on the development of infrastructure such as roads and electricity. The development of infrastructure supports and makes it easier for people who are business actors at the Burake Tourist Attraction, especially road infrastructure, making accessibility easier for both local people and tourists. Indirectly, the existence of the Burake Tourist Attraction which is supported by adequate infrastructure can help the economic growth of the community around the Burake Tourist Attraction. This economic growth includes creating jobs, increasing income and opening up business opportunities.

Online gaming has become an integral part of the lives of many college students around the world. This phenomenon has a variety of impacts, both positive and negative. Playing online games is an activity that is carried out with the aim of obtaining pleasure without considering what will happen from the activity. This study aims to determine the impact of the online game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting study program at the Bone State Islamic Religious Institute. This research uses field research and the type of research is qualitative research. Data processing in this study is carried out by processing and analyzing data qualitatively. Qualitative data processing and analysis are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the impact of online games consists of two, namely negative impact and positive impact. The positive impacts of online games are skill development, hand-eye coordination, social skills and collaboration, language development, and a source of entertainment and relaxation. Negative impacts are dependence and addiction, physical health, social isolation, financial impact, and stress levels.

The purpose of this study is to examine how school leadership can resolve teacher conflicts and how this affects educational institutions' overall performance. In the school setting, teacher conflict is frequently inevitable and can negatively affect the collaborative environment, work climate, and attainment of educational objectives. It is crucial for school leadership to mediate, manage, and resolve disputes so that they don't degrade the overall performance of the organization. This study examines numerous theories and empirical research on school leadership, conflict resolution techniques, and their effects on output and workplace culture using a qualitative approach and literature study methodologies. The study's findings demonstrate the importance of effective leadership philosophies like transformational and participative leadership in reducing the likelihood of conflict escalation and fostering productive working relationships. Furthermore, effective dispute resolution can boost the institution's reputation, enhance instructor effectiveness, and establish a positive learning environment. According to this study, school principals should possess both strong managerial abilities and interpersonal skills that enable them to facilitate productive dispute resolution.

This research discusses the impact of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) at MAN 1 Pandeglang to increase students' interest in reading and literacy skills through literacy outreach every Wednesday morning. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that GLS is implemented in three stages: Habituation, Development, and Learning. Even though there is support from various parties, challenges such as a lack of reading materials and the performance of the school literacy team are obstacles. This research recommends improving facilities and program evaluation to support the success of GLS. With that, the writing of this article will discuss the problem statement: 1) What is the meaning of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) 2) How is the School Literacy Movement (GLS) implemented. 3) What is the impact of the Literacy program on MAN 1 Pandeglang students and students?

Child neglect is a form of emotional violence that can have a significant impact on a child's social and emotional development. Neglect, which is characterized by a lack of attention, affection and support from parents or primary caregivers, often hinders children's ability to build interpersonal relationships, manage emotions and form self-confidence. This impact is not only short-term but also affects the child's life in adulthood, including the risk of mental disorders such as anxiety and depression. This article aims to analyze the impact of neglect on children's social and emotional development and provide recommendations for preventive and intervention steps to support children's optimal growth and development.

This research aims to analyze the impact of Indonesian language errors in accounting reports on users' understanding of financial reports. Language errors, both in terms of grammar and use of terms, can affect the quality of understanding of the information conveyed in accounting reports. The sample for this research consisted of 50 students majoring in accounting at Medan State University (UNIMED). The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, where respondents are asked to provide responses to a number of statements related to the influence of language errors in accounting reports. This data collection focuses on aspects of errors in the use of accounting terms, grammar, clarity of sentences, and the influence of writing errors on the trustworthiness of information. Based on a survey involving 50 accounting students, the results showed that language errors, such as the use of inappropriate terms and ambiguous sentences, greatly impacted their understanding of the financial information presented. The majority of respondents (86.3%) agreed that they often encounter language errors in accounting reports and are a disturbing factor in the process of understanding financial data.

Pendidikan bertujuan mengembangkan kompetensi dan kesadaran moral siswa, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003. Namun, di SMKN 1 Ciruas, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Microsoft Office dan Canva, serta belum memiliki kesadaran yang cukup terhadap isu perundungan dan pelecehan seksual. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, penelitian ini melaksanakan pelatihan desain grafis, Microsoft Office, dan training motivasi guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan kesadaran siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dan pustaka. Program pelatihan melibatkan siswa OSIS dan MPK, berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan dua pertemuan mingguan. Pelatihan Microsoft Office mencakup pengenalan fitur dasar hingga pembuatan dokumen dan pembukuan sederhana. Pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan Canva dan CapCut untuk mendukung kreativitas siswa. Training motivasi memberikan pemahaman mengenai dampak perundungan dan pelecehan seksual. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknologi dan kesadaran moral siswa. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga membangun karakter yang lebih baik. Disarankan agar program ini dijadikan kegiatan rutin untuk mendukung pembelajaran di luar kelas dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tuntutan era digital.

Generation Z, known as the internet generation, has unique characteristics that influence the way they learn. Technology-based learning, such as the use of animated videos and interactive applications, can increase students' interest and understanding of complex SKI material. This article discusses the impact of technology on the scope of SKI learning in building historical awareness and cultural identity for Generation Z. This research method uses library research, namely searching for research sources by collecting several pieces of literature sourced from journals, books and other sources. The results of this research show that the rapid development of technology is currently having a significant impact on the field of education, including learning the History of Islamic Culture (SKI).

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of E-commerce, and accounting information systems and accounting knowledge, on the performance of SMEs in Bandar Lampung City with 53 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The research results showed that the use of E-commerce, accounting information systems and accounting knowledge partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bandar Lampung City.

Financial consolidation has become a crucial strategy for multinational companies in addressing increasingly intense global competition. It is often employed as a primary approach to expand market reach and drive corporate growth, ultimately affecting liquidity, equity-earning based measures, and profitability. This study specifically examines the impact of consolidation on a company's liquidity, equity-earning based metrics, and profitability using financial ratio analysis, including Current Ratio (CR), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) as key indicators. Adopting a quantitative approach, the research utilizes secondary data from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk before and after consolidation in 2023. The methods applied include a comparison of financial statement items pre- and post-consolidation and a literature review relevant to financial performance analysis. The data analysis results reveal that post-consolidation, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk recorded an increase in liquidity ratio (current ratio) by 15.26%, reaching 1.9171, and an equity-earning based ratio (earnings per share) rise of 53.74% to 0.001309, which positively impacted the company. However, profitability ratio (net profit margin) declined by 22.81% to 0.1028, indicating challenges in cost management and operational efficiency following the consolidation.

In the current era, customers are more critical and intelligent in determining which bank to use so banks need to understand customer needs and preferences more deeply. Optimal service quality is one of the keys to retaining and attracting customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality and its impact on BCA customer satisfaction, which is then expected to provide more insight into this matter. The research method used is qualitative with literature study data collection. The results of this study indicate that BCA's service quality is very good, but still needs to be improved, especially regarding digital services. Then, service quality can have an impact on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to explore how game-based learning impacts the learning motivation of Grade V students at UPTD SDN Pendabah 3. A literature review method was employed to analyze relevant academic sources. The results indicate that game-based learning, through challenges and rewards, can enhance students' intrinsic motivation. This study concludes that game-based learning has significant potential as an innovative teaching strategy, despite certain challenges in its implementation, such as costs and teacher training.
