Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan diri dan penguasaan struktur kalimat secara bersama-sama terhadap keterampilan menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris, untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap keterampilan menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris, dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penguasaan struktur kalimat terhadap keterampilan menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris, pada siswa SMP swasta di Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Sampel berukuran 60 siswa yang dipilih secara acak dari seluruh siswa kelas delapan di SMP Islam Al-Amin berjumlah 180 siswa dan Baiturrahman berjumlah 120 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik angket kepercayaan diri, tes struktur kalimat, dan tes menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, uji hipotesis penelitian yaitu analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda, dan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kepercayaan diri dan penguasaan struktur kalimat secara bersama-sama terhadap keterampilan menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig = 0.473 > 0.05 dan Fhitung=0.760, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kepercayaan diri terhadap keterampilan menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0,942 > 0.05 dan thitung = 0.073,dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan penguasaan struktur kalimat terhadap keterampilan menulis teks recount bahasa Inggris. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0,227 > 0,05 dan thitung = 1.221.

Retorika dakwah merupakan suatu seni berbicara yang dapat mengajak seseorang kepada jalan Allah sesuai kaidah-kaidah Islam. Dalam beretorika seorang komunikator tidak hanya memperhatikan gaya bahasa, akan tetapi juga memerlukan bahasa tubuh untuk membujuk audien, karena gaya bahasa dan bahasa tubuh yang indah merupakan akar dalam beretorika. Penelitian ini terfokus untuk menjawab Bagaimana Retorika Dakwah Ustadz Handy Bonny Pada Channel Youtube Handy Bonny. Untuk mengindikasi persoalan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi (content analisis), dan proses pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan teknik kepustakaan. Penelitian ini mengambil tiga judul video ceramah ustadz Handy Bonny pada channel youtube Handy Bonny. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa gaya bahasa yang digunakan ustadz Handy Bonny adalah gaya bahasa percakapan dengan menggunakan lansung dan tidaknya pencapaian makna berupa retoris yang mana memiliki unsur asonansi, eufemismus, hiperbola dan litotes. Pada unsur asonansi ustadz Handy Bonny melakukan pengulangan kata diantaranya seperti pada kata-kata “gagal dalam percintaan”. Pada unsur eufemismus ustadz Handy Bonny memberikan ungkapan-ungkapan yang dapat menyinggung perasaan mad‟u nya, diantaranya seperti padaa kalimat “Kata Allah, hei sayang. Akutu sayang sama kamu kata Allah, Akutu slalu mencintai kamu, aku tau kamu sudah melampoi batas, tapi please jangan pernah berputus asa dari rahmatku, aku masih menerima kamu. Balikannya sama Allah aja”. Kata hiperbola dalam ceramah usatadz Handy Bonny diantaranya seperti kata “Mabuk dan Termuntahkan”. Unsur litotes dalam video dakwah Ustadz Handy Bonny diantaranya seperti pada kalimat “Bukan berarti ustadz itu slalu baik, ada buruknya juga. Handy Bonny pasti ada buruknya juga, Donkems ada buruknya juga. Bukan berarti Hndy Bonny lebih baik dari Donkems, atau Domkems lebih buruk dari pada Handy Bonnya. Nggak ada yang tau”. Untuk menunjang beretorika agar saat penyampaian pesan, pesan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik, ustadz Handy Bonny menampilkan gerakan tubuh dengan sikap badan yang tidak kaku, penampilan dan pakaian yang sesuai dengan tren anak muda, ekspresi dan gerak tangan serta kontak mata yang mampu menarik perhatian mad‟u.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether executive compensation, institutional ownership and executive risk preference affect tax avoidance. An empirical study on LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The sample in this study consisted of 11 LQ 45 companies with a total of 55 data processed with Eviews-9 software. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative using panel data regression method. The results of this study indicate that executive compensation has an effect on tax avoidance, while institutional ownership and executive risk preference have no effect on tax avoidance.

  Abstrak. The purpose of this research is to find out the right method to achieve optimal profit at PT. Andhika's lamp. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem in this study is how this research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the ex post facto research method, namely research on data collected after the event occurred. The research was conducted by examining purchase cards and use cards in 2021. The conclusion of this study is that within a one-year period it can be concluded that the ending inventory value generated using the FIFO method is Rp. 118,840,000, while the LIFO method produces an ending inventory value of Rp. 124,440,000, the LIFO method is the opposite of the FIFO method, which produces a high cost of use so that the resulting profit is low. Based on the conclusions of the research results using the FIFO method, when the acquisition price increases using the LIFO method will be able to produce a high cost of production, this is the impact of the average trend in determining the cost of using fertilizer and ending inventory and reducing the effect of excessive price changes. high or low so that future costs will be more stable.

Minyak kelapa murni atau lebih dikenal dengan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan modifikasi proses pembuatan minyak kelapa sehingga dihasilkan produk dengan kadar air dan kadar asam lemak bebas yang rendah, berwarna bening, berbau harum, serta mempunyai daya simpan yang cukup lama yaitu lebih dari 12 bulan. Pembuatan VCO dengan cara fermentasi kelapa akan mendapatkan bakteri asam laktat dan bersifat bakteriosin pada setiap lapisannya. Bakteri asam laktat yang didapatkan adalah sebagai probiotik yang menghasilkan berbagai macam produk fermentasi seperti etanol, karbondioksida, asam asetat, dan peroksida. Beberapa Studi menunjjukkan bahwa VCO dapat meningkatkan system kekebalan tubuh, dan mampu untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Sehingga pada pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMKN 8 batam Sei pelunggut, kacamatan sangulung kota batam, diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan kelapa untuk pembuatan VCO. Melalui kegiatan ini telah dihasilkan suatu cara atau metode yang mudah dan sederhana dalam pembuatan VCO dan para siswa/siswi SMKN 8 Batam yang mengikuti pelatihan ini mendapatkan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat dan memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan produk VCO ini ketika stock kelapa melimpah dan dapat dilanjutkan menjadi usaha skala rumah tangga serta berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi usaha yang lebih besar dan bisa dipasarkan ke pasar modern

Islam peradaban melayu apapun bentuknya menjadi (manifestasi) iman dan amal saleh manusia dalam pengabdian kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Islam peradaban dalam menegakkan tidak hanya memandang satu sisi kehidupan dunia saja dengan budaya yang kaya untuk memajukan pencapaian peradaban, tapi juga memperhatikan prinsip mengejar kebahagiaan, oleh memberikan cara pengajaran moral dan kehidupan sipil yang dalam pandangan keanekaragaman dunia. Dalam pembentukan dan pengembangan, Islam peradaban melayu tidak dapat dipisahkan dari dasar-dasar keislaman petunjuk peradaban, yaitu: pertama, Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah, kedua, ummat Islam dan ketiga, Pembuka jalan menuju peradaban melayu. Selain itu, peradaban Islam memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu, sifat dan karakteristik yang berbeda dengan peradaban lain. Karakteristik ini, yaitu universalitas, tauhid, seimbang dan moderat, dan sentuhan karakter. Dengan karakteristik Islami tersebut islam peradaban melayu dapat diterima di berbagai belahan dunia. Artikel ini akan menjelaskan proses masuk dan menyebarnya peradaban Islam ke Dunia Melayu, yaitu melalui proses perdagangan, perkawinan, politik dan lain-lain. Kedatangan Islam kepada hakikat dan peran Islam peradaban akan memberikan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap perkembangan dan kemajuan dunia Melayu baik dalam bidang Aqidah, Hukum, pemerintahan, ekonomi, bahasa dan sastra, seni dan arsitektur.    

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah :Ingin mengetahui praktik pemberian uang hantaran dalam perkawinan, Ingin mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap melembaganya adat dalam tradisi hantaran masyarakat  desa dan Ingin mengetahui perpektif hukum islam terhadap uang hantaran di desa Kembang Tanjung Kabupaten Batang Hari.Latarbelakang penelitian ini diawali dari (Grand Tour) penulis melihat bahwa pada masyarakat desa Kembang Tanjung Kabupaten Batanghari: 1). Masih terlihat adanya perbedaan pada jumlah uang hantaran dalam peminangan. 2) masih terlihat pada masyarakat desa Kembang Tanjung dalam menentukan jumlah uang hantaran dilihat dari tingginya rendahnya pendidikkan anak perempuannya.Hasil penelitian mahar merupakan pemberian wajib bagi calon suami kepada calon istri sebagai bukti ketulusan hati calon suami untuk menimbulkan rasa cinta kasih pada seorang istri kepada calon suaminya.. Agama tidak menetapkan jumlah minimum dan jumlah maksimum dari mahar. Hal ini dikarenakan  perbedaan tingkatan kemampuan manusia dalam memberikannya. Mahar boleh dilaksanakan dan diberikan dengan kontan atau utang. Hantaran di Desa Tanjung Kembang ditetapkan dengan melihat  pendidikan, pekerjaan perempuan dan kebiasaan jumlah ditetapkan di kampung tersebut. Penetapan jumlah dan waktu uang hantaran diberikan ditentukan dengan cara kesepakatan dari kedua belah pihak, tetapi tetap saja keputusannya dari pihak perempuan. Pihak laki-laki akan meminta jumlah uang hantaran dikurangi seandainya tidak ada kemampuan untuk memenuhinya. Praktek pemberian uang hantaran membebankan mempelai laki-laki yang ekonominya menengah ke bawah dan yang mempunyai berbagai tanggungan sehingga berakibatkan penundaan perkawinan. Hal ini dapat kita lihat berdasarkan penelitian,  setelah terjadi penundaan perkawinan Simpulan dari penelitian ini 1) Penetapan jumlah uang hantaran dengan melihat kepada pendidikan, pekerjaan perempuan dan kebiasaan jumlah ditetapkan di kampung tersebut.. 2., tradisi pemberian hantaran sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat setempat dan dilaksanakan dari dahulu kala.  Tradisi ini yang disebut dengan adat dianggap baik oleh masyarakat selanjutnya dilestarikan dan tidak boleh ditinggalkan. 3).Mahar menjadi salah satu kewajiban pertama suami kepada istri, bukan hadiah atau seserahan,” sebutnya. Dalil mengenai mahar telah diatur dalam firman Allah, Q.S An-Nisa ayat 4 yang artinya: “Berikanlah maskawin (mahar) kepada wanita (yang kamu nikahi) sebagai pemberian dengan penuh kerelaan.

Illegal logging merupakan salah satu bentuk tindak pidana dibidang kehutanan. Kasus tindak pidana illegal logging di Jawa Timur sendiri mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun namun tidak diiringi dengan penegakan hukum yang baik. Sehingga antara kasus yang masuk dengan jumlah kasus yang selesai tidak seimbang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penegakan hukum dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana illegal logging yang ada di Perum Perhutani Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini ialah yuridis empiris. Data primer dan data sekunder yang digunakan ialah melalui wawancara,observasi dan studi kepustkaan. Metode analisa yang digunakan ialah deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini ialah penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum dalam hal ini Perhutani dan juga Kepolisian belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala seperti terbatasnya anggaran, sarana dan prasarana, terbatasnya jumlah Polisi Hutan dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait regulasi kehutanan. Namun dengan adanya kendala-kendala tersebut dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk menanganinya.    

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the public services available at the Bima Regency Environmental Service in waste management at the Final Disposal Site (TPA). In this study, researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. While the location of this research was carried out at the Bima Regency Environmental Service. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at the Environmental Service is optimal, although it is still hindered by several obstacles related to waste management. The supporting factors such as the performance of employees in providing services, as well as inhibiting factors such as the geographical location of the Bima Regency area, and the lack of availability of land, lack of communication from the Office related to the community, lack of outreach to the community. It can be interpreted that the Quality of Public Services at the Environmental Office for Waste Management at the TPA is maximal enough in providing its services.

Customer satisfaction is one of the factors or measures of success for any development in a business. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. The population in this study are registered clients from 2021, which are 56 clients. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on service quality, corporate image and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Major Success Blessing. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Major Success Blessing. Company image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Major Success Blessing. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Major Success Blessing.

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. In this study using a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 400 respondents. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method. The test stages used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 tools. The results of this study were obtained by Online Customer Reviews and Online Customers Ratings have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace with variable values of 20.8% and 91.0% respectively. While Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, they contribute 39.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 60.8% is contributed by other factors not examined that influence purchasing decisions (Y ).

This study aims to analyze the effect of recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance, and analyze the dominant influence between recording, reporting and monitoring on public sector performance. This type of research is quantitative which is designed to answer the problems that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved as well as to test hypotheses. The population is all employees of the Wajo District Education Office. The sample size was selected using purposive, namely the employees of the financial management division who were determined as many as 97 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that recording had a significant effect on public sector performance. This shows that the apparatus in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office has carried out budget records in accordance with the applicable mechanism, starting from recording income, spending and proposed changes to the budget, which have contributed to improving the performance of the public sector. Reporting has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office have made reports on the budget based on realization, balance sheet, operations, cash flow and equity on the budget in a transparent manner towards improving public sector performance. Supervision has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This shows that the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office carries out monitoring activities of budget allocations in the form of transfers, financing and changes in balances over the budget contributing to improving public sector performance. Reporting is the dominant variable that has a significant effect on the performance of the public sector. This means that reporting activities carried out by officials in the financial management section of the Wajo District Education Office determine the achievement of public sector performance based on input, process, output, outcome, benefit and impact.

Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it was found that the variable land area has a significant effect on the income of corn farmers because the wider the land owned will increase the income of farmers because the more land planted is also encouraged by other factors such as plant care. The variable cost of fertilizer has no significant effect on the income of corn farming because the use of fertilizer must be in accordance with the recommended dosage. If it exceeds it can cause plant death and continuous application of fertilizers can have a bad effect on soil conditions. Soil becomes quickly hardened, less able to store water. The cost of pesticides has no significant effect on the income of corn farming because the excessive use of pesticides is not friendly to the environment and the health of farmers, because nutrients in the soil are eroded in the long term and productivity decreases. Seed costs do not have a significant effect on corn farming income. That is, the more seeds used, the greater the production yields, but there is still a maximum limit for this use, if it is used beyond this limit it will reduce production yields. The variable amount of labor does not have a significant effect on the income of farmers because the more labor used will reduce income to provide wages, the labor used in this case is daily workers and only at harvest time. The output price variable does not have a significant effect on farmer income where the increase or a decrease in the total output price will result in an increase and decrease in corn income in the Waterfall Village, Pantai Cermin District.

The Influence of Production Factors on the Income of Rice Farmers in the Waterfall Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses 1 dependent variable and 3 independent variables. The dependent variable is rice farming income, while the independent variables are capital, land area and labor. While the object of research is the farmers of the Village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Linear regression explains the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable so that it can be concluded that this variable has a positive effect on the income of rice farmers. In other words, if the studied variable increases, it will be followed by an increase in rice farming income. Simultaneously (together) the variables studied have a real influence on rice farming income and of the 3 variables studied, partially there is 1 variable, namely the variable land area which has a significant effect on income while 2 variables, namely capital and labor variables have no effect the real impact on the income of rice farmers in the village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District.

Tax is the biggest source of income for a country in funding the State Budget (APBN). The very large number of MSMEs in Indonesia have a very large potential for levy revenue, so that public authorities must boost levy revenue from MSMEs. However, a significant problem that must be addressed is that the majority of business actors are not registered as taxpayers and do not pay. The purpose of this study is to explain efforts so that business people know more about how to pay their taxes. The preparation of this conceptual article uses a literature review approach. Data collection was carried out by searching and collecting literature sourced from journal articles which were then presented using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that efforts to increase the awareness of MSME actors in paying taxes can use a strategy in the form of outreach about taxation, updating the tax service system, transparency in the management and utilization of tax funds, and making policies or sanctions for MSME actors who do not comply with tax payments.

Analysis of the 13 articles explains that transformational leadership has benefits and effectiveness on employee performance. Based on the results of available literature, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. kind to employees. This can increase employee confidence, commitment, and involvement in achieving organizational goals. In addition, transformational leaders also have the ability to develop employee potential and strengthen the working relationship between employees and leaders.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on product quality and service quality on the decision to buy an Xpander car. In this study using a quantitative/associative approach and sampling techniques using non-probability sampling as many as 96 respondents taken from consumers of PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor. Sources of data in this study are from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique models, and processed with the help of the SPSS program through validity tests, reliability tests, data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simultaneous effect tests, partial effect tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially significantly influence purchasing decisions. Product quality is the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions.

The study's findings suggest that the fast food restaurant in question has sound management practices and can compete well in an industry where many similar enterprises can be found.
