Keperibadian sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, termasuk seorang guru yang memiliki tanggung jawab dengan keperibadian tersebut dapat memberikan hal yang positif dalam kehidupan siswa. Titus 2:7 memberikan gambaran yang cukup jelas bagaimana seorang guru dapat bertanggung jawab dalam pekerjaannya sebagai pendidik dan pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survel, yaitu penelitian yang digunakan pada populasi skala besar maupun kecil. Hasil penelitian kepribadian guru pendidikan agama Kristen dengan prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan Titus 2:7 dipengaruhi dan bisa diterapkan karena memiliki pengaruh yang baik. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara keperibadian guru berdasarkan Titus 2:7 dengan prestasi belajar siswa di pusat pengembangan anak 10 432 Merpati, dan berdasarkan hermenutik yang Titus 2:7 diketahui bahwa seorang guru harus bersungguh-sungguh dan berperan aktif dalam menjadikan dirinya contoh dan teladan bagi siswa, jujur dalam perkataan dan berintegritas dan dilakukan secara terhormat dan konsisten serta berkesinambungan

Penididikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari dua unsur utama yakni mengajar dan mendidik. Mengajar merupakan tugas seorang pengajar untuk mentrsanfer pengetahuan dengan cara menyampaikan bahan ajar, memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan dunia pendidikan, dan memberikan penilaian dalam bentuk evaluasi untuk melihat kemampuan belajar dari apa yang sudah dan sedang mereka dapatkan di lembaga pendidikan.

This study aims to explain the views of Islamic economic law on the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Kopontre Al Mubarok, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in the Al Mubarok Kopontren, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. While the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling with fluctuations in consumer prices first made transactions between the kopontren managers and consumers for the goods being traded and the payment was using DP. In terms of sharia economic law, the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Al Mubarok Kopontren Pringgondani Village is permissible (legal), because according to the theory of compilation of sharia economic law (KHES) the pillars and conditions in articles 56-57 are fulfilled.    

One of the advantages or advantages of online buying and selling activities with the current cash on delivery (cod) system is very helpful for everyone in terms of meeting all their needs. By only capitalizing on waiting for the order to arrive at home and being paid after the goods arrive at the hands of consumers. However, in addition to these positive things, there are also several risks arising from transactions using the cash on delivery (cod) system, one of which is canceling the order even though the goods have reached the consumer's address. This also happened in the online shop "sweeter shop" in Glagahwero Village, Kalisat District. The problems in this study are How is the practice of canceling orders in online buying and selling Cash On Delivery (COD) system at the Online Shop "Sweeter Shop" in Kalisat District and how is the view of muamalah fiqh on the cancellation of orders in online buying and selling Cash On Delivery (COD) system. The research method used is using a qualitative approach. In determining data sources using purposive techniques, while the data collection methods used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The conclusions of this study are: that the practice of canceling orders with a COD payment system includes a Wakalah Bil 'Ujrah contract and occurs due to a fasakh. The cancellation is also motivated by several reasons, namely that the goods displayed on social media do not match what consumers receive, the budget is not enough and the buyer has other options. According to the concept of fasakh, cancellation in a sale and purchase transaction is permitted as long as there is an attitude of an taradhin (mutual willingness) between the two parties.    

Penelitian ini dapat tersusun dengan baik karena peneliti melakukan penelitian, dengan menggunakan  metode penelitian observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di lapangan tentang realita yang terjadi di kalangan para peserta didik dan guru. Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Keteladanan Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap Kepribadian Peserta Didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Parindu Kabupaten Sanggau.”

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Pentingnya Peranan Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Mengatasi Pernikahan Dini Peserta Didik  di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kristen Setia Bakti empaong. Guru PAK adalah seorang p-endidik, pengajar, pembimbing, penmgarah, penilai, dan pengevaluasi dalam mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. Guru PAK sangatlah berperan  penting untuk mengatasi pernikahan dini peserta didik.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Pentingnya Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Membina Kerohanian Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Nala Kecamatan Parindu Kabupaten Sanggau. Penelitian ini dapat tersusun dengan baik karena peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dukumen dilapangan tentang realita yang terjadi di kalangan para peserta didik dan guru.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gross profit, operating profit and net profit in predicting future cash flows (study of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period). In this study, the population is the number of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019, totaling 149 companies. The sample in this research is 19 companies with purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that gross profit has a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that gross profit can predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2017 period 2019. Operating profit does not have a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.774 <0.05, so it can be concluded that operating profit cannot predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Net profit has a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that net income can predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period

Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, and profitability on firm value. The population of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2019 research period, totaling 26 companies. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 13 companies which are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 computer program for windows.

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

Dampak Covid 19 melanda dunia global dimana semua lini kehidupan manusia tidak terkecuali termasuk gereja. Berkenaan dengan judul ini maka Probelimatika yang muncul adalah apa itu manajemen gereja, bagaimana efektifitas manajemen gereja terhadap perekonomian jemaat pada masa covid-19, menyikapinya serta apa yang harus gereja lakukan pada masa covid-19, dan terutama jawaban Alkitab dibalik Covid 19. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah menjelaskan tentang manajemen gereja.dan ke efektifan manajemen gereja yang baik terhadap perekonomian jemaat. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini, yaitu library research (penelitian perpustakaan) dan field research (penelitian lapangan). Terbukti bahwa jika gereja melaksanakan manajemen gereja secara efektif dan tepat dalam implementasinya, maka perekonomian jemaat akan lebih baik lagi dan berkembang dari yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menjadi rekomendasi bagi para peneliti yang sedang dan akan melakukan peneletian yang berkaitan dengan judul dan efektifitas manajemen gereja ditengah krisis yang dialami jemaat.

Gereja adalah komunitas orang percaya yang di hadirkan oleh Tuhan di tengah  dunia ini , yang terus mengembara dalam menghadapi kemajuan dan tantangan zaman teknologi. Maka melalui tantangan teknologi yang terus maju dan berkembang gereja jangan sampai kehilangan jati diri dalam berteologi dan terus mewartakan kebenaran yang hakiki yaitu Yesus Kristus. kemajuan teknologi di zaman saat ini menjadi tantangan bagi setiap gereja yang harus membuka diri dengan perkembangan zaman ini, agar tidak ketinggalan zaman yang maju dan berkembang yang mempunyai dampak positif maupun negative. Dalam situasi saat ini gereja Tuhan haruslah menjadi garam dan terang dan haruslah menjalankan fungsinya. Dan melalui kuasa otoritas Tuhan maka gereja terus menunjukan eksistensinya untuk menjawab tri tugas gereja yaitu; Bersekutu, bersaksi, dan melayani.

Penelitian ini dapat tersusun dengan baik karena peneliti melakukan penelitian, dengan menggunakan  metode penelitian observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di lapangan tentang realita yang terjadi di kalangan para peserta didik dan guru. Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Strategi Guru PAK Mengatasi Kejenuhan Proses Belajar Peserta Didik di SMA Pelita Ngabang”.

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the influence of product variation, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect satisfaction consumers of Toko Ramai Semarang. The type of research used is inferential. The population in this study are consumers who shop at TokoRamai Semarang. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of product quality, price perception, and brand image on the purchasing decision of Reebok brand sports shoes in the After.disc shoes store. The population in this study are all consumers who come to After.disc shoes store. While the sample was chosen using the non-probability sampling method of 96 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study include data instrument testing, model feasibility tests, t tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) produce that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions so that it can be interpreted the higher the quality of Reebok shoes sold by After.disc shoes store, the higher the tendency of consumers to make a decision to buy. Hypothesis 2 (H2) results show that price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions so that it can be interpreted as the more affordable Reebok shoes prices After.disc shoes store, the higher the tendency of consumers to make decisions to buy.

Law enforcement within the TNI is carried out jointly in a military criminal justice system, which involves several elements, including: Investigators, Ankum, Prosecutors and Papera. Papera/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by TNI regulations. The desire and hope of a Papera/unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. The aim of this research is to show that superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum)/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by regulations within the TNI. The desire and hope of a unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that in the ongoing legal process, superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum) and Papera have 2 (two) paths in an effort to defend their service members from being punished or dishonorably dismissed (fired) due to considerations of military interests. with several considerations such as the TNI soldier having abilities that are really needed by the unit, the TNI soldier being assessed for good behavior on a daily basis or other considerations, so that Ankum can try through these 2 (two) paths, namely providing recommendations to be retained as a TNI soldier and submitting efforts law according to statutory regulations.

Hypertension is a chronic condition that results in an increase in blood pressure. Hypertension can cause headaches, headache is pain in the head that causes discomfort. One way to overcome them is by massage. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of massage from shoulder to head to the level of headache in hypertensive patients. The method used is descriptive research. This research was conducted on 2 subjects. The subjects of this study were hypertension patients with criteria of being willing to be respondents, stage 1 hypertension with mild headaches, age 40 years and above. Analysis of the level of headache was done descriptively and measured based on the Numeric Rating Scale. The results of the analysis showed a decrease in the level of headache after the intervention. In subject I mild headache with a scale of 3 to scale 1 and subject II of mild headache with a scale of 3 became a scale 1. Conclusion that massage from the shoulder to the head is effective for reducing headaches, especially in hypertensive patients who experience headaches. Recommendations for nurses can apply massage therapy to reduce the level of headache in hypertensive patients

This activity is carried out at SMEs made from sheepskin which produce calligraphy ornaments with a market share of 95% in the Middle East. The location of the activity was carried out in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of the products produced and improve the quality of their management. The results of the activities carried out to improve quality are by improving the storage method, the process of managing raw leather and the drying process, while for the management process, the resulting activities are improving managerial and simple bookkeeping for UKM Partners.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI.
