Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya korelasi kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta tahun 2015/2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah siswa kelas XII di SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data-data siswa kelas XII SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta. Menggunakan teknik angket untuk mengetahui korelasi kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dan kemampuan mengembangkan bahan ajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA Kristen 1 Suarakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis hubungan dengan rumus product moment.Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi ganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa rxy = 0,467 > r tabel 5% = 0,220 dan 1% = 0,286, dengan memiliki hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta”, terbukti kebenarannya. Sedangkan hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara bahan ajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMA Krsiten 1 Surakarta” menunjukan hasil analisis bahwa rxy = 0,5056 > r tabel 5% = 0,220 dan 1% = 0,286.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Profesional, Bahan Ajar, Prestasi Belajar Siswa.

Promas Greenland Nglimut Is a Hot Spring Bath and Villa Accommodation, Promas Greenland Ngonut Gonoharjo is located at an altitude of 700m above sea level, located in Limbangan District and 30 km from the city of Semarang. The purpose of this study is to introduce to the public so that people are more aware of greenland promas tourism, as well as interested in traveling to greenland promos gonoharjo and increasing marketing of greenland promasan tourism to be able to compete with other tourism in Kendal district. This study uses the Aida method and uses a 3D model. The subject of this research is to the public and tourists who will visit Greenland promasan tourism. The results of this study were able to attract the public or tourists to visit Greenland promising tourist sites and improve their marketing system, the results obtained from marketing with 3D models are able to improve the marketing system that the public will find out the specifications and forms of Greenland promotions before visiting or traveling. This is supported by the existence of good management and adequate facilities so that visitors feel comfortable and happy.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.

This research aims to determine the effect of audit committees,institutional ownership, independent commissioners, size, leverage andprofitability (ROA) to tax avoidance. Dependent variables used inthis study are tax avoidance and Independent Variables used in thisstudy are audit committee, institutional ownership, proportion ofindependent commissioner, size, laverage and profitabiliatas (ROA). Thepopulation in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sample selection usingpurposive sampling method with final sample 18 observation data duringthe period of 2011-2015. The type of data used is secondary data taken fromCompany Financial Statement and Company Annual Report. Data analysistechnique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysistechnique with SPSS 20 program application. The results showed that thevariable of institutional ownership, size and profitability (ROA) have aneffect on tax avoidance. While the audit committee, the proportion ofindependent commissioners and laverage have no effect on tax avoidance.The coefficient of determination in this research is 35.8%. Further researchis expected to add the number of samples, extend the study period and addother variables that affect Tax Avoidance such as audit quality for betterresearch results.

Company value described how good or bad the manager of wealth management, itcan be seen from the measurement of financial performance obtained. The purpose of thisreasearch is to analyze the effect of the financial performance of the company's value tothe disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable onmanufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. Theindependent variables are financial performance (ROA, ROE, CR, DER, TATO), thedependent variable is the enterprise value (Tobin's Q) and variable CSR as moderation.Samples were 30 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Sampling of thepopulation using purposive sampling technique. Financial reporting data, ICMD andannual reports obtained from IDX. Testing the hypothesis in this research using multipleregression analysis with SPSS applications 21.The results of the research with multiple linear regression showed that theROA, ROE, CR, DER significant positive effect on firm value, while TATO significantnegative effect on firm value.The moderating variables with interaction test shows thatdisclosure corporate social responsibility moderating influence ROA by value company,while corporate social responsibility disclosure doesn’t moderating influence ROE, CR,DER, TATO by value of the firm.

Organic products as natural products or are free of chemicals /pesticides , is currently a trend in many countries around the world.The tendency of shifting consumer consumption patterns of consumingorganic products to conventional products has become an interestingphenomenon today . Shifting back to nature lifestyle , has become a wisechoice to meet a healthy lifestyle . This view , looking at the trend ofconsumers choosing organic ingredients and eco-friendly products isincreasing. Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.

This study examines financial difficulties can occur if the auditcommittee does not perform its roles and responsibilities effectively. Theperformance of an audit committee can be measured by its characteristics,including the size, independence, activity of the audit committee, and thecompetencies of audit committee members. Based on the discussion of researchresults described above, then there are some implications found and can addinformation for the company, investors and other parties associated with thecompany's activities. The results conclude that the size of the auditcommittee, the independence of the audit committee and the financialknowledge of audit committee members can not prove a significant influenceon financial difficulties. This research proves that the existence of women ingender audit committee is able to avoid the company from financialdifficulties. The frequency of meetings of audit committee members can proveto have a significant negative effect on the financial difficulty. This isbecause the frequency of meetings of members of the audit committee has arole in changing the pattern of management behavior and communicationamong members more structured so that the company's condition will notexperience financial difficulties.

Brand Switching is the time when a customer or a group of customerchange their loyalty from one brand of product to another. Population of thisresearch is SIM Card User in Totalwin Semarang. Sixty eight are chosen assample are fixed as purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using SPSSprogram. Data are collected with questionnaires.From the research we canconclude that validity test and reliability test all questioner are fulfill therequirement. Result and theoretical implication of this research is: thisresearch supports previous researches postulating that promotion, price , andproduct attributes influences to brand switching positively. In managerialterms, this research contributes to decision makers to pay more attention tothe promotion in purpose to improve loyalty customer.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the persistence of earnings.Factors affecting earnings persistence consist of permanent differences, temporarydifferences, Large Positive Book Tax Differences (LPBTD), Large Negative Book TaxDifferences (LNBTD), and debt levels. The sampling method used is pruposive samplingwith the following criteria, 1. Manufacturing companies listed on the BEI and publishthe audited financial statements as of December 31 consistently and completely from2010-2013 and not delisted during the observation period of the study. 2 The financialstatements are denominated in rupiah. Due to the research conducted in Indonesia, thefinancial statements used are those which are stated in Rupiah. 3. The Company did notincur any losses in commercial financial statements and fiscal financial statements duringthe year of observation. The reason is that carryforward losses are a deduction of deferredtax expense and recognized as deferred tax assets so as to obscure the meaning of booktax differences (Hanlon, 2005). 4. The Company did not compensate tax due to lossduring the previous years.There are 146 companies that have been rated corporate governance index.Based on the criteria of this study obtained 71 companies used as sample research. Theanalysis technique used to analyze the hypothesis of this research is multiple linearregression analysis. The results of this study show that permanent differences have anegative and significant effect on profit persistence. Temporary differences have asignificant negative effect on earnings persistence. Large Positive Book-Tax Differences(LPBTD) has no significant effect on earnings persistence. Large Negative Book-TaxDifferences (LNBTD) have no significant effect on earnings persistence. The debt levelhas no significant effect on earnings persistence. This means that debt levels can notpredict earnings persistence.

Mie adalah produk makanan yang sangat terkenal dan disukai berbagai kalangan dari mulai anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Mie merupakan makanan yang mengandung protein yang berasal dari bahan utamanya yaitu tepung terigu protein tinggi. Substitusi tepung kacang merah akan meningkatkan kandungan protein dan meningkatkan kandungan gizi mie kering.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi perlakuan terbaik dalam peningkatan nilai gizi protein mie kering yang disukai konsumen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu rasio tepung terigu : tepung kacang merah 85:15; 75:25; 65:35; dan kadar ekstrak bit 20; 30; 40; 50%. Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan kombinasi perlakuan yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan gizi protein serta yang disukai konsumen adalah pada perlakuan substitusi tepung kacang merah 15% dan kadar ekstrak bit 50%. Mie yang dihasilkan memiliki karakteristik sebagai berikut : kadar air 5,24%; kadar abu 2,24%; kadar protein 15,66%; aktivitas antioksidan 17,62%; angka asam 3,61 mg KOH/g minyak; warna merah muda terang (2,26); aroma agak langu (2,20); tekstur agak kenyal (2,26); dan kesukaan keseluruhan menunjukkan disukai oleh panelis (3,06).Kata kunci: mie, tepung kacang merah, ekstrak bit, substitusi.

Cookies merupakan kue kering yang renyah, tipis, datar dan berukuran kecil. Bahan baku cookies adalah tepung terigu. Kulit buah naga dan ampas tahu dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan cookies, yang merupakan hal baru dalam industri makanan. Kulit buah naga adalah limbah yang belum banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan, padahal memiliki antioksidan yang tinggi. Selain itu ditambahkan tepung ampas tahu hasil samping dari pembuatan tahu, ampas tahu memiliki kandungan protein nabati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan cookies yang mengandung protein tinggi dan antioksidan serta disukai oleh konsumen.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama prosentase tepung ampas tahu (0, 10, dan 20%) sedangkan faktor yang kedua konsentrasi tepung kulit buah naga (5, 10, dan 15%).Hasil penelitian yang optimal adalah kombinasi tepung ampas tahu 10% dan tepung kulit buah naga 4% dengan kadar air air 1,69%, kadar gula total 36,23%, kadar protein 6,61%, aktivitas antioksidan 78,16%, volume pengembangan 1,09%, warna (2,40), rasa (2,00), kerenyahan (2,87) dan disukai panelis (2,73).Kata kunci: ampas tahu, cookies, dan kulit buah naga.ABSTRACT

Biskuit adalah kue kering yang terbuat dari tepung terigu dan merupakan salah satu produk makanan yang populer di masyarakat, biskuit mengandung karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak sehingga bagus dikonsumsi terutama anak-anak. Biskuit yang beredar di pasaran mempunyai kadar protein yang relatif rendah yaitu minimum 9% sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kadar proteinnya. Pemanfaatan tepung ikan patin sebagai substitusi dalam pembuatan produk pangan akan meningkatkan kandungan protein, serta lebih meningkatkan kandungan gizinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dua faktor yaitu rasio tepung terigu : tepung ikan patin (90 : 10)%, (85 : 15)%, (80 : 20)% dan kadar ekstrak jahe gajah (4, 6, 8, dan 10%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formula biskuit tepung ikan patin dengan penambahan ekstrak jahe gajah yang mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan rasio tepung terigu : tepung ikan patin dan kadar ekstrak jahe gajah yang terbaik adalah pada rasio tepung terigu : tepung ikan patin (85 : 15)% dan kadar ekstrak jahe gajah 4%. Hasil biskuit ikan patin yang terbaik mengandung kadar air 1,71%; kadar abu 1,56%; kadar protein 20,54%; kadar lemak 10,45%; aktivitas antioksidan 81,18%; volume pengembangan 0,32%; warna kuning kecoklatan (2,80); rasa amis tidak terasa (1,20); flavour jahe terasa (2,00); memiliki kerenyahan atau tekstur renyah (2,93); dan disukai panelis (2,47).Kata kunci: Biskuit, tepung ikan patin, ekstrak jahe gajah, substitusi.

Buah naga merah, jambu biji merah, dan nanas madu merupakan buah-buahan yang kaya akan antioksidan alami dan vitamin C. Buah-buahan tersebut memiliki potensi sebagai bahan selai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama rasio buah naga merah: jambu biji merah:nanas madu (1:2:3, 3:1:2, dan 2:3:1), sedangkan faktor yang kedua kadar gula (50, 55, dan 60%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan selai yang bersifat fungsional yaitu mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan dan kadar vitamin C yang tinggi serta disukai panelis. Hasil penelitian yang direkomendasikan adalah kombinasi perlakuan rasio buah naga merah:jambu biji merah:nanas madu 3:1:2 dan penambahan gula 55%. Karakteristik selai yang direkomendasikan adalah: aktivitas antioksidan 71,34%; kadar vitamin C 82,67 mg/100g; kadar air 29,74% b/b; kadar gula 63,24% b/v; kadar pektin 1,45% b/b; kadar padatan tak terlarut 8,53% b/b. Selai yang paling baik menunjukkan warna merah; aroma buah yang dominan buah jambu biji merah; dan tekstur mudah dioles.Kata kunci: Antioksidan, buah naga, jambu biji, nanas madu, selai, vitamin C

Biji wijen merupakan salah satu bahan nabati yang mempunyai berbagai macam manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Begitu pula dengan buah bit yang termasuk salah satu bahan pangan yang merupakan sumber antioksidan. Biji wijen serta buah bit belum banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai produk pangan, padahal keduanya memiliki kandungan antioksidan yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis biji wijen dan buah bit dengan mengolahnya menjadi yoghurt yang mengandung antioksidan tinggi dan disukai konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama prosentase biji wijen (10, 12, dan 14%) sedangkan faktor yang kedua konsentrasi ekstrak buah bit (5, 10, dan 15%). Hasil penelitian yang optimal adalah kombinasi perlakuan prosentase biji wijen 14% dan konsentrasi ekstrak buah bit terhadap susu 15%. Yoghurt susu wijen-buah bit tersebut mempunyai karakteristik sebagai berikut: aktivitas antioksidan 42,56%; kadar protein 43,95%; gula total 4,70%; pH 4,64 ; warna (3,00); rasa (2,46); tekstur (2,06); aroma (2,40); dan kesukaan keseluruhan (2,13).Kata kunci: antioksidan, biji wijen, buah bit, yoghurt.

Temulawak merupakan salah satu jenis rimpang yang sering digunakan untuk bahan baku obat tradisional. Temulawak mengandung zat warna kuning (kurkumin). Begitu pula dengan nanas yang termasuk salah satu bahan pangan yang merupakan sumber antioksidan. Temulawak serta nanas belum banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai produk pangan, padahal keduanya memiliki kandungan antioksidan yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis temulawak dan nanas dengan mengolahnya menjadi es krim yang juga mengandung antioksidan tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama temulawak (10, 20, dan 30 g) sedangkan faktor yang kedua bubur buah nanas (40, 50, dan 60 g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah kombinasi perlakuan ekstrak temulawak 30 g dan bubur buah nanas 60 g. Daun sirih merupakan tanaman herbal yang banyak tersedia di Indonesia. Daun sirih banyak mengandung minyak atsiri, polifenol, dan flavonoid. Antioksidan yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan sehingga berpotensi sebagai sumber bahan pangan fungsional. Salah satunya dapat dimanfaatkan ekstraknya untuk pembuatan permen jelly. Daun suji ditambahkan sebagai pewarna alami dari permen jelly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi ekstrak daun sirih dan daun suji yang optimal dalam pembuatan permen jelly. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan dari permen Jelly yang dihasilkan. Permen jelly yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar mutu SNI dan disukai oleh konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak daun sirih 1, 3, dan 5% dan faktor kedua konsentrasi ekstrak daun suji 0, 2, dan 4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan yang mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan maksimal dan disukai konsumen adalah konsentrasi ekstrak daun sirih 5% dan konsentrasi ekstrak daun suji 2%. Permen jelly tersebut mempunyai karakteristik : aktivitas antioksidan 90,62%; total fenol 2,23 mg ekuivalen asam galat/100 g; kadar air 18,43%; kadar abu 1,49%; kadar gula total 42,21%; kekenyalan 15,85 mm devision; warna hijau tua (3,07); tekstur kenyal (3,47); rasa sirih sedikit pahit (2,07); dan disukai (2,47).Kata kunci: Permen jelly, daun sirih, daun suji, antioksidan
