The human resources prepared by the owner of Dapur Sumba are in the form of (reliability, responsiveness and empathy). This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Digital transformation has become an important issue in the financial industry, including Islamic banking in the current digital era. The development of digital technology has affected the way Islamic banks provide services to customers, allowing them to reach more customers in various locations without being limited by physical offices. Digital banking services developed using digital technology provide convenience, speed, and security in transactions to customers. This study aims to examine the influence of digital technology in the development of Islamic banking services. The money research method used is a literature study by analyzing various literature sources. The results show that digital transformation in Islamic banking has a significant impact, including increased efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Transaction Convenience variable on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable among Students using Mobile Commerce at the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung and to see whether Students using Mobile Commerce have an influence on Transaction Convenience on Mobile Commerce, and whether their Intention Repurchasing will have an effect on Transaction Convenience through Customer Satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. The sampling technique in this research uses data collection techniques: Library Research and Questionnaires. The research results used a partial hypothesis test (t test) which showed that the Transaction Convenience value had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Transaction Convenience. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa. Service quality includes various aspects of interaction and service provided by staff to customers, while product quality is related to the taste, appearance and consistency of the seblak pasta served. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who were customers of Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the variables studied on consumer satisfaction. The research results show that both service quality and product quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction, with product quality having a stronger influence. These findings provide practical implications for the management of Seblak Pasta Taman Siswa to continue to improve service standards and product quality in order to increase customer satisfaction and maintain consumer loyalty.

This research conducted aims to explore the important aspects of office layout in a motorcycle dealer company which includes the objectives: (1) Identifying effective office layout strategies in motorcycle dealer companies, (2) Analyzing the effect of office layout on customer satisfaction, (3) Finding ways to optimize customer satisfaction of motorcycle dealer companies through office layout. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach based on the results of direct observation at the Honda Naga Mas Motor Bandung office Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 529, as well as observing customer reviews on Google regarding the layout of the company. The results showed that Honda Naga Mas Motor Bandung implements an efficient office layout strategy, because the applied office layout can optimize customer satisfaction through positive reviews related to the existing office layout in the company with evidenced of customers who feel more comfortable and easy to get service at the office because of the good office layout. These findings can provide insight and awareness to other motorcycle dealer companies regarding the importance of the right office layout strategy for optimal customer satisfaction.

Digitalization is increasing in Indonesia, this also happens in the world of shopping. the benefits gained by the e-marketplace platform are so great, 2 large companies in Indonesia have experienced trillions of rupiah in profits. but this also raises concerns in online shopping, there are many cases where data is often hacked by irresponsible people. so in this case the main study of this study is to analyze the mediation effect of customer satisfaction on user loyalty based on E-security. this study is a quantitative study with the population of this study being all Indonesian E-marketplace users. while the research sample in this study amounted to 140 respondents. the results of the study in this study in the form of e-security directly affect user satisfaction and user loyalty, besides that user satisfaction can mediate the relationship between e-security and user loyalty.

This research is motivated by several problems, namely the occupancy rate at The Axana Hotel Padang is not up to target, there is hesitation for guests to stay overnight because of discomfort at The Axana Hotel Padang, the image of The Axana Hotel Padang has not been able to provide trust in guests, customer views towards the Axana Hotel Personality brand which has inadequate service, there are guest complaints regarding guest expectations not being met while staying at The Axana Hotel Padang. The research purpose is to analyze the brand personality impact on customer satisfaction. The research type used is descriptive through quantitative data. The data type used in this research is primary data. The research population were guests staying at The Axana Hotel Padang. The sample for this research are 95 guest with a sampling technique by using non-probability sampling. The technique for data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a scale of Likert which has done process for validity and reliability test. The research data were processed by SPSS 25.00. The research results shown that brand personality is in the sufficient category, that are 3.35%. Furthermore, the customer satisfaction variable is in the sufficient category, that are 3.40%. The brand personality impact on customer satisfaction with a score in 14.6% and 85.4% is impacted by other factors. So, the multiple linear regression analysis results obtained a calculated F score is 15,947 with sig. 0.005 < 0.05, meaning that the brand personality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the t value obtained is 3,993 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to determine the influence of Customer Satisfaction Level and Service Quality on Repurchase Decisions at Aulia Cell. Data collection was carried out using primary data sources obtained through distributing online questionnaires via Google Form to students. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples determined in this research was 50 respondents. The research data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a four-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear analysis with a model feasibility test (F test) and partial regression test (t test). The data processing was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 26 program. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence on the level of customer satisfaction and service quality on repeat purchase decisions at Aulia cell.

Maintaining the best possible relationship with customers is part of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The goal is to keep customers loyal and make the company make more money. Leading companies have incorporated CRM into their marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales. The Farmers Market company has implemented a customer relationship management (CRM) system; however, there has been no evaluation of their CRM model to identify profitable marketing strategies or customer retention opportunities. To conduct this investigation, a survey had to be conducted on a sample of 55 current Farmers Market consumers. Using the partial least squares method, the analysis will be conducted with the help of the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The findings of the analysis show that, overall, CRM variables relating to the impact of human resources on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction provide satisfactory results. Customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by each HR variable. While all other variables did contribute to the results, they were not statistically significant. This section of the study concludes with an analysis of the impact of Farmers' Market management and suggestions for improvement.

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is currently growing, with the existence of these MSMEs it can encourage Indonesian economic activities, and has a significant influence. One indicator that these MSMEs are progressing or developing is by assessing how satisfied consumers are in getting their satisfaction in purchasing products. Therefore, this study aims to assess how the level of consumer satisfaction in purchasing ayam penyet sangar products, this study uses the Customer Satifisfication Index (CSI) method. in the results of the calculations that have been carried out, there are final results that show a CSI value of 85.13% which indicates a very satisfied indicator. with the results obtained, this business is in accordance with what is expected by consumers because of the value of the calculation results.

Service Quality is fulfilling customer needs by offering products and services that exceed customer expectations, so that they can satisfy customer desires. Prima Freshmart, which is the object of this research, is a retail store that plays a crucial role in meeting people's needs. The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided at Prima Freshmart. The method used is the Service Quality Method (Servqual), this method can identify the service criteria expected by customers. Research on 97 respondents at Prima Freshmart SV IPB showed valid values ​​in measuring service levels. The results of analysis using Servqual show an average gap of -0.175. The attribute that has the biggest gap is being fast in providing promo information, so there is a need to improve in providing promo information quickly to customers.

Designing the layout is an important key in ensuring company operations run efficiently in the long term. Several problems have been identified at Sejahtera Mart, especially regarding the layout of frozen food and chillers, as well as shopping baskets that are less efficient. A layout that is not optimal can make it difficult for customers to find the items they need, thereby affecting customer satisfaction. This research uses the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method to analyze the relationship between facilities, and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) to evaluate the benefits of a layout that suits the product material flow and the shortest material flow distance that can be achieved. The research results show that the placement of the chiller and shopping basket layout in the layout solution has changed. Based on TCR analysis, the display rack shows the highest score with a TCR of 330, followed by the cashier with a score of 217. This research aims to redesign the layout of the facilities at Sejahtera Mart to be more efficient and effective in placing products and organizing space. It is hoped that these changes will improve sales, customer experience and maximize space use.

This research explores how service quality (servicescape) at Prima Freshmart, Sekolah Vokasi IPB University, affects customer satisfaction. Researchers surveyed 100 customers to gauge their perceptions of service quality and satisfaction. The results indicate that servicescape, as a whole, positively influences customer satisfaction. Among the servicescape dimensions, attentiveness and reliability emerged as the most influential. This suggests that customers value caring and dependable attitudes from the staff at Prima Freshmart. In conclusion, servicescape is a crucial factor for Prima Freshmart to consider in boosting customer satisfaction. Management should prioritize enhancing service quality, particularly regarding staff attentiveness and reliability, to cultivate a more satisfied customer base and encourage repeat business at Prima Freshmart.

This study aims to examine: about the function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in a company in increasing customer satisfaction, especially for patients at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Banjarbaru. The research design is a qualitative research which is a type of field survey research and a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The results showed that human resource management is very influential on the satisfaction of visitors or patients at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Banjarbaru, the results of the study obtained from several dimensions, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical appearance. And from these results indicate that the informants are not satisfied with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and physical appearance due to queuing problems, health workers do not provide good explanations and understanding, doctors pay less attention when providing services. Meanwhile, informants who are satisfied only with the guarantee variable because the service they get is very good and the doctor is able to assure the patient's recovery, provides a sense of security, is friendly, polite and gentle.

Passenger comfort in using public transportation is the main factor in satisfaction with the transportation services used. This lack of satisfaction will affect the use of transportation services which will reduce the income from transportation services. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics, level of passenger/customer satisfaction based on (reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness) and factors that influence the level of passenger satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method, which was carried out in September-November 2022 at a tourist bus shelter in Tana Toraja Regency using SPSS analysis. The results of the research show that the analysis of 5 dimensions, namely tangibles (physical evidence) 0.131, reliability (reliability) 0.084, responsiveness (responsiveness) 0.082, confidence (belief) 0.117, empathy (attention) 0.0120. The most influential factor is the tangibles dimension (physical evidence), which is 0.131.

The development of the specialty coffee trade is currently transforming towards cafes or coffee shops. Coffee shops are in great demand among various age groups, from teenagers to adults. It is believed that psychological comfort can be found in coffee shops. This research is a quantitative study which aims to see the influence of Psychological Comfort on Customer Satisfaction of Coffee Shops in Padang City. The number of respondents in this study was 101 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The research results show that there is an influence of Psychological Comfort on Coffee Shop Customer Satisfaction in Padang City.

The results of the research are self-service technology and quality of service-generating data that have a positive combined and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Masalalu Cafe

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has prompted attention to factors that can maintain business sustainability, especially in terms of customer loyalty. The literature study identified several determining factors, including service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand trust. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the impact of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust on customer loyalty in the Shopee mobile application in Jabodetabek. Using a purposive sampling method, the survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 120 customers. The results of regression analysis using SPSS refer to a statistical research process where data about the relationship between one or more independent variables (predictors) and one dependent variable (result) is analyzed. SPSS is used as a tool to analyze data and produce regression results. Thus, this research provides important implications that e- commerce mobile applications need to ensure service quality, satisfaction and customer trust to maintain and increase customer loyalty, as well as compete effectively in the online market.
