Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Pengembangan kemampuan dan pemberian motivasi sebagai bentuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada destinasi wisata kampoeng djowo sekatul Kendal, skripsi progam strata 1 (S1) dengan peminatan manajemen sumber daya manusia di Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI).rumah makan kampoeng djowo sekatul selain dikenal dengan berbagai menunya yang komplit dan harganya yang tidak begitu mahal, tempat ini tergolong nyaman untuk makan sambil beristirahat dengan udara yang sejuk dan di kelilingi berbagai bangunan rumah joglo yang ber nuansa jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelatihan dan Pemberian motivasi karyawan pada Desa wisataKampoeng Djowo Sekatu Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi.Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah purposive sampling.Manager, divisi umum, serta para staff karyawan merupakan informan dalam penelitian ini.Penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi sebagai teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian menujukkan metode yang digunakan terbukti efektif, seperti proses pelatihan calon karyawan yang menggunakan metode pelatihan sambil bekerja, sedangkan dalam proses pengembangan karyawan, metode yang digunakan oleh Desa wisataKampoeng Djowo Sekatul adalah metode rotasi pekerjaan, persiapan untuk pengganti dan juga memakai kembali metode pelatihan (pelatihan sambil bekerja).

Villa Kampung Gunung Kuningan merupakan resort yang terdapat di Kabupaten Kuningan. berkembangnya beberapa pembangunan hotel di Kabupaten Kuningan mengakibatkan tamu yang akan berkunjung ke Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki beberapa alternative pilihan untuk tempat menginap ketika akan berkunjung ke Kabupaten Kuningan, hal ini yang mendorong penulis untuk menganalisa kualitas pelayanan khususnya petugas front office deparment terhadap kepuasan tamu, adapun dimensi yang penulis teliti adalah  bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tangkap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empathy, hal tersebut merupakan alat ukur untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan. Alat ukur tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen Villa Kampung Gunung dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada tamu. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada skripsi ini adalah kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan angket pertanyaan kepada tamu yang berkunjung, dengan mengambil responden sejumlah 96 tamu dan seluruhnya dijadikan sebagagai sampelnya.

Profil Budaya Organisasi Indomart Genuk Demak saat ini (current) dan yang diharapkan (preferred) masih didominasi oleh tipe budaya hierarchy dan market dengan gap sebesar 3%, maka tidak dibutuhkan perubahan budaya organisasi yang signifikan. Namun jika dilihat lebih detail terhadap keenam dimensi, ada lima dimensi yang menunjukan gap lebih dari 5% sehingga memerlukan perubahan budaya organisasi sebagai strategi peningkatan SDM pada perusahaan tersebut. Kelima dimensi tersebut adalah Kepemimpinan Organisasi, Pengelolaan Karyawan, Perekat Organisasi, Penekanan Strategis dan Kriteria Sukses.Strategi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia pada Indomart Genuk Demak berdasarkan pada enam dimensi utama, yaitu : a). Kepemimpinan Organisasi : Menerapkan kepemimpinan organisasi yang lebih fleksible namun tidak juga melanggar aturan b). Pengelolaan Karyawan : melakukan pengelolaan karyawan yang lebih mengutamakan kerja sama tim, kesepakatan, partisipasi semua karyawan, lebih fokus pada pengelolaan intern perusahaan. c). Perekat Organisasi : mengurangi formalitas aturan aturan yang mendasari perekat organisasi. d. Penekanan Strategis : fokus pada internal perusahaan dan mengurangi fokus pada persaingan pasar e). Kriteria Sukses : menekankan kriteria sukses pada pengembangan SDM, kondisi internal perusahaan, kerja tim dan komitmen serta kepedulian akan sesama karyawan.Kata kunci: dampak, ritel modern, Indomart.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sanita Catering Semarang yang bertujuan untuk  Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan  untuk  kepuasan pelanggan yang mana mengalami kondisi kuranng baik meliputi bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan  serta empati yang mana dalam kondisi pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pelayanan oleh seorang karyawan masih kurang cukup baik, serta ada beberapa kualitas produk masih kurang sesuai harapan pelanggan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan analisis deskripstif. informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 8 orang diantaranya 1 pengelola, 2 karyawan, 5 konsumen. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak pengelola maupun kepuasan konsumen. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan teknik keabsahan data, reduksi,sajian data, dan kesimpulan atau vertivikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelayann untuk kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas produk di Sanita Catering 8 (delapan) standar kualitas produk yang baik diantara 8 (delapan) kualitas produk tersebut adalah flavour, consisteny, texture, nutrional content, visual appeal, aromatic appeal, temperature, dan recipes. Pelanggan tetap berpendapat bahwa kualitas produk yang di Sanita Catering sudah tergolong cukup baik akan tetapi ada beberapa kualitas produk yang perlu ditingkatkan meliputi consisteny, texture, temperature dan recipes.Kualitas pelayanan di Sanita Catering mempunyai 5 (lima) unsur diantara 5 (lima) dimensi kualitas pelayanan tersebut adalah reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan dan kepastian), emphaty (empati), tanggible (berwujud). Karyawan berpendapat bahwa masih ada beberapa yang harus ditingkatkan meliputi dalam unsur dimensi responsiveness (ketanggapan) dan emphaty (emphaty), guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen pembelian produk pada periode berikutnya.

Kepuasan konsumen tentu tidak mudah karena konsumen mempunyai sifat yang berbeda-beda sebagaimana dari kebutuhan manusia yang tidak terbatas disamping dipengaruhi oleh kondisi eksternal dan internal lainnya yang berakibat langsung terhadap perilaku konsumen. Faktor eksternal yang dimaksud meliputi kebudayaan, sub budaya, kelas sosial, kelompok sosial, kelompok referensi, dan keluarga. Sedangkan faktor internal adalah faktor yang ada pada diri konsumen itu sendiri (psikologis) yang meliputi: belajar, kepribadian, dan konsep diri,serta sikap (Stanton,1996). Oleh sebab itu konsumen harus dapat mengendalikan perubahan perilaku tersebut dengan berusaha mengimbanginya, yakni dengan mempengaruhi konsumen dalam membeli produk jasa yang ditawarkan dan melalui evaluasi berkala demi kelangsungan hidup produsen itu sendiri. Tidak semua kualiatas Warung Makan diminati oleh sebagian besar konsumen yang ada, tetapi hanya beberapa saja. Warung Makan SOP Balungan Babe Demak merupakan salah satu Warung Makan yang menjual sop dan gado-gado di Kabupaten Demak. Pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih Warung Makan SOP Balungan Babe Demak yang menyediakan produk berupa makanan, jasa pelayanan dan pengiriman tidak hanya didasarkan pada harga saja tapi banyak hal lainnya yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan, misalnya kualitas makanan, kualitas jasa, pengiriman, kepercayaan terhadap pelaksanaan service dan tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh.

Hotel merupakan salah satu pergerakan dibidang industri pariwisata yang memiliki potensi yang baik dan cepat sekali dalam perkembangannya seiring dengan berkembangnya kebutuhan dan gaya hidup masyarakat yang berkembang juga. Kini hotel berkembang dengan berbagai macam fasilitas seperti boutique hotel, fitness center, swimming pool dengan air hangat, spa, sauna, sport  center dan sebagainya yang merupakan fasiltas yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk memuaskan para tamu. Untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada tamu ada beberapa hal yang menjadi elemen penting dibelakangnya, yakni dari pihak karyawan dan pimpinan yang mengelola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel motivasi dan variabel kepemimoinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Pramesthi Kartasura. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode obeservasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan skala likert dan populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Hotel Pramesthi Kartasura. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling sebanyak 33 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi liniar berganda (multi liniar regression). Dari kedua variabel tersebut variabel kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Pramesthi Kartasura dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,561.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan Bauran Pemasaran dan Fasilitas Daya Tarik Wisata secara parsial dan bersama – sama terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Owabong Purbalingga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wisatawan yang berkunjung di Owabong Purbalingga selama 5 bulan berjumlah 85.042.6 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin untuk menentukan besarnya Sampel dengan taraf 10 %, sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Alatanalisa yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan bersama – sama ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Bauran Pemasaran dan Fasilitas Daya Tarik Wisata secara parsial dan bersama – sama terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Owabong Purbalingga. Variabel Fasilitas Daya Tarik Wisata merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan wisatawan di Owabong Purbalingga.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tentang kemampuan sektor kepariwisataan sebagai unggulan penghasil devisa dan untuk  menjelaskan  beberapa tantangan yang kurang mendukung terhadap upaya pembangunannya. Studi menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik yang diterapkan adalah analisa dokumen bidang kepariwisataan, meliputi dokumen laporan hasil pembangunan kepariwisataan, buku pustaka, dan sumber data elektronik. Hasil studi mengungkapkan, bahwa pembangunan sektor kepariwisataan telah menunjukkan hasil yang baik sebagai penghasil devisa yang tinggi mengimbangi minyak. Di sisi lain, upaya pembangunan bidang kepariwisataan masih menemui banyak tantangan yang perlu disikapi Pemerintah, untuk meningkatkan  peran sektor kepariwisataan dalam andil memajukan Indonesia.

This of course cannot be separated from our efforts in maintaining safety and health both in the environment where we live and in the workplace, especially in the kitchen. As an effort to improve the quality and quality of production, Ivanna Catering requires a guideline in implementing Hygiene, Sanitation and Work Safety in the Kitchen. The preparation of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of guidelines aims to assist in carrying out the functions of a professional and safe workplace. Of course, if food or drinks are processed without hygiene and sanitation standards, it can cause several diseases for consumers. In addition, by not applying good hygiene and sanitation standards, it may endanger employees.

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in Moringa processing; increase participants' knowledge about the potential of Moringa leaves as a healthy food ingredient, and produce Moringa chicken nuget products and Moringa leaf sticks. The activity method used is mentoring with activity stages; 1. preparation, 2. implementation, 3. evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in processing Moringa leaves, participants knew that Moringa leaves have good nutritional potential and can be developed as a healthy food processing ingredient, and participants are skilled in processing Moringa leaves into Moringa chicken nuggets and Moringa leaf sticks. . Given the large benefits of this activity, it is advisable to carry out further activities in the form of assistance in marketing Moringa leaf processed products in order to increase people's income.

The mangrove forest ecosystem is an important habitat for forest conservation, so one area that has the potential for developing mangrove ecotourism in the city of Semarang is the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo, Tugu district. Mangrove forest is a mangrove forest in brackish swamp land, usually influenced by tides, generally found on the coast / bay forest that is protected from big waves with biodiversity. Therefore, the importance of direct activities to raise awareness to the community about the importance of planting mangroves can prevent abrasion, especially in the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo. This activity is carried out by the TVO (Tourism Volunteer Organization)  organization.  In  general,  the  activities  were  followed enthusiastically by other participants. The research method uses qualitative methods, and the type of case study research. The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around           population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is  undeniable  that tourism  contributes  a large amount  of  income  so  that  this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents The results of this research in hypothesis 1 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.362 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05) Hypothesis 2 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.398 > 1.989) with a level of significance of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.659 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05). Hypothesis 4 obtained the results of F count > F table (7.566 > 2.717) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) which means there is a significant influence between work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The conclusion of this research is that in hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 4 there is a significant influence on work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia employees.

The author is interested in examining the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area and the public reaction to the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area. Research in this writing uses Sociological Juridical type with descriptive-analytical research specifications through primary and secondary data sources. Based on the results of the study, the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area can be divided into two major factors, namely internal factors and external factors which can be analyzed using the analysis of Criminal Sociology Theory such as Ecological Theory, Cultural Conflict Theory, Economic Theory, Differential Association Theory. ), and Anomic Theory, while the public reaction regarding the distribution of narcotics can be seen from two views, namely from the community and law enforcement officials. The harmony and integrity of the household can be disturbed if behavior and self-control cannot be controlled, the bad result is negative behavior, namely anger and quarrels which can lead to acts of domestic violence. Likewise, neglect of the household is not a new thing, because the fact is that it often occurs in the reality of society. This study aims to explain the factors that cause household neglect, to explain the legal consequences for the husband who has neglected his wife, and, to explain the efforts that must be made to prevent neglect in the household again. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and a descriptive analytical research specification, data collection using techniques such as literature study, interviews, and documentation. The data source that has been used is secondary data. The results of this research indicate the factors that cause household neglect are; do not provide a living, make dependence; the existence of a patriarchal culture in society; low education and knowledge of women as wives. The provisions of the Marriage Law stipulate that the husband must be responsible, if it is violated then legal sanctions will apply. In cases of household neglect, a solution is usually found not to be penalized and not to be fined. Efforts that must be made so that household neglect does not occur again is by car; there must be awareness, there needs to be religious guidance, it is not enough to just provide material but cannot educate his wife well, there must be mental development because a husband to become a leader must be able to lead his wife to a better direction. Legal consequences / sanctions for a husband who has neglected his wife can be punished with a maximum imprisonment of three years or a maximum fine of Rp. 15 million based on articles 49 and 50 of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning PKDRT. Efforts that must be made so that neglect of the household does not occur again is by means of citizen awareness that neglect is a criminal act, so that law enforcement must continue so that people understand that neglect is a criminal act, from the aspect of marriage there must be socialization from the general public .   Keywords: neglect, wife, violence, household, criminal.
