A leader must also have a sense of responsibility in the form of independence, full of initiative, diligent, aggressive, and confident. The development of information technology supported by the rapid use of the Internet has created a number of fintechs that will make it easier for people to access financial services digitally. The aim of this research is to know the role of fintech against financial inclusion in UMKM in Banyumas. This research uses the method of literature study, by exploring and examining the results of previous research findings. The results of this research explain that financial technology can have a positive impact in increasing inclusive finance on UMKM in Banyumas.    

The rapid development of the Haji and Umrah Travel Bureau industry at this time requires that a Haji and Umrah travel agency company must have the ability to compete. To address this, every Haji and Umrah travel agency company is required to improve its strategy in marketing its products. Because the implementation of an effective marketing strategy is one of the ways in which companies can distribute Haji/Umroh package products that suit the needs and demands of pilgrims. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy for Haji and Umrah package products at Rizkia Tour & Travel Bukittinggi Branch. This study uses qualitative methods and belongs to field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this study are that prospective pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims make choices about Umrah and Haji packages with considerations such as the type of Haji/Umrah packages, affordable Umrah and Haji package prices, comfort while traveling Umrah/Haji and so on.

The stock price in the market shows the performance of the company. This study shows the relationship between dividend policy and PBV which reflects company performance. By using quantitative research methods. It can be concluded that dividend policy affects PBV..    

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City. This study used a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method. The population used in this study were all employees working in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City and the sample used was 110 employees. This study uses a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method (saturated sampling). Data analysis in this study used the technique of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, have a direct effect on Employee Morale. The Variable of Work Communication partially has no positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. Variables Workload, Work Communication, work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City.

Problems of learning often happen, especially when implementing it in class. The problem in spesific is lack of learning time for practical material in arts and culture-based subjects. This makes the skills that students have cannot be identified and perceived well by the teachers. Students are required to be able to understand theoretical material and practice their abilities as psychomotor values ​​within 3 hours of lessons. The amount of time was too short to sharpen their skills. This research was conducted using the experimental method type One – Shoot Case Study) in class IX SMP, the test results were analyzed by the t-test and the percentage illustrated in the form of a pie chart. The increasing prevalence of sexual harassment cases has become a crucial societal concern, as it can transpire indiscriminately. This study intends to elucidate how Pancasila is implemented to address sexual harassment in the community. Pancasila, as the fundamental principles of the Indonesian state, encompasses pertinent values such as justice, unity, equality, and humanity, which serve as a foundation for combating sexual harassment. The research methodology employed entails a literature review incorporating library studies.

Chronic energy shortage in pregnant women can have a number of consequences significant negative impacts on the health and development of the mother and the fetus. The study aims to analyze the impact of chronic energy deficiency on pregnant women based on an overview of the existing literature. The study involved analysis and synthesis of a variety of reliable sources that included scientific research and related health reports. Results of literature reviews suggest that chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women can lead to a variety of health problems. Pregnant women who experience chronic energy shortages have a higher risk of experiencing persistent fatigue, unwanted weight loss, and a decrease in physical strength. In addition, chronic energy shortages can also cause problems on the mother’s immune system, increase the risk of infection, and affect the body’s ability to recover after childbirth. To raise awareness about the dangers of chronic energy shortages on pregnant women, further research is needed to understand the underlying mechanisms and the effectiveness of appropriate interventions. Thus, this information can be used to improve prenatal care and provide the necessary support for pregnant women to ensure optimal health and development for the mother and fetus.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Quality of Service which consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) to influence simultaneously or partially on Consumer Satisfaction at J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot. The hypothesis in this study is that it is suspected that the service quality variables consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) have an effect on Consumer satisfaction (Y) at J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot. The results of the validity test of 26 questions, all have a value of rcount>rtable, which means that all questions are declared valid. Based on the results of the reliability test, the value of Cronbach's Alpha was obtained > 0.80 (0.949 > 0.80). So all questions are declared reliable. Based on the results of the analysis of the regression equation, Y = 33.126 + 0.239(X1) + 0.128(X2) + 0.185(X3) + 0.166(X4) + 0.207(X5) The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.899, which means that the correlation is very strong between service quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) with Consumer satisfaction (Y). While the value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.798, which means service quality (X) can explain consumer satisfaction (Y) at the J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot of 79.8% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined at (100 – 79 .8) % = 20.2%. The results of the simultaneous F test show that the quality of service influences simultaneously (together) on consumer satisfaction with Fcount > Ftable or states that Fcount is 79.174 > Ftable is 2.31 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially the reliability variable (x1) has a partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a count of 2.900 > ttable 1.98552, Responsiveness (X2) has no partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 1.617 < ttable 1.98552, warranty variable ( X3) has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 2.202 > ttable 1.98552, Empathy (X4) has no partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 1.904 < ttable 1.98552, ) physical evidence variable (x5) has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with a calculation of 3.845 > ttable of 1.98552. So from these results it is known that the dominant variable is physical evidence (X5) because it has the largest tcount value of 3.845, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.  

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari kepirbadian merek dan pengalaman yang dihasilkan merek pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada merek Starbuck. Penyelenggaran survey dilakukan secara daring kepada 272 pelanggan Starbucks di kota Malang. Data hasil survey dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda pada SPSS 2022. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa faktor kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan ikatan emosional merek. Diantara keduanya, kepribadian merek ditemukan lebih dominan berdampak pada ikatan emosional merek. Namun, kedua variabel hanya memiliki dampak sebesar 29,8% terhadap ikatan emosional merek. Hal ini berarti faktor kepribadian merek lebih berperan pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada pelanggan Starbuck di Malang. Hasil studi juga menyarankan agar Starbucks perlu lebih memahami kebutuhan pelanggan yang berusia 21-35 tahun. Adanya pergeseran generasi konsumen dari Milenial ke generasi Z dapat menghasilkan perbedaan kebutuhan dan persepektif terhadap kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat menciptakan peningkatan pada ikatan emosional merek.

The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

The basic industry in Pasuruan is developing well. The industry's growth can reach 100 % compared to the previous year. This paper examined and analyzed factors that make Pasuruan's basic industry grow well. This paper tried to give constructive suggestions for industrial development in Pasuruan. Based on our research, there is a need to ensure the economic impact of Pasuruan's industry reaches widely to people. It not only gets more people but also increases the quality of people's lives and sustainable development. Later for the orientation strategy, Pasuruan's target to develop an industrial area will impact greater for the community of Pasuruan.  

Prosperity is always the main target of every government. However, methods to measure prosperity are debatable. Several people argue that the poverty standard from United Nations is valid-enough to decide if people have fulfilled their needs. This measurement does not acknowledge that people also have wants and need to fulfill them. I decided to research Surabaya to understand the prosperity issues by using Purchasing Power Parity theory, the ability of people in Surabaya to fulfill their secondary wants by measuring the total marketing of housing and automobiles, and comparing the economic growth indicator of Surabaya.    

The quality of hospital services will affect patient satisfaction and also their loyalty in using these facilities and the rapid development of health services currently requires hospital managers to run their business well. in the hospital. This study uses the method of literature review (literature review) with search engines used in literature searches including Google Scholar and Research gate with the keywords Service Quality Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Hospitals. The resulting articles were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. The results showed that the application of lean six sigma in hospitals in improving the quality of their services can be carried out through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. The conclusions of this study indicate that the application of lean six sigma can reduce difficulties, increase speed, and separate activities that have added value or value added from activities that have no added value or non-value added in hospitals, such as improving service quality by setting priorities by according to the highest gap required by the patient.

Kecelakaan dapat membuat kerugian secara material maupun merenggut nyawa seseorang. Salah satu kecelakaan yang sering terjadi berada pada jalan raya maupun jalan tol. Jalan Raya Sultan Agung terletak di Kecamatan Medan Satria, Kota Bekasi yang menampung arus lalu lintas arah Bekasi menuju ke arah Jakarta atau sebaliknya. Berdasarkan kecelakaan yang sering terjadi perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas jalan raya. Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan (AEK) dihitung dengan rumus menjumlahkan kejadian kecelakaan dalam satuan kilometer atau satu segmen panjang jalan kemudian dikalikan dengan nilai bobot sesuai tingkat keparahannya. Adapun nilai bobot dari masing-masing tingkat keparahan yaitu yang pertama bobotnya 12 untuk meninggal dunia (MD), tiga untuk luka berat (LB), tiga untuk luka ringan (LR), dan satu untuk kerugian materi (K), setelah data korban kecelakaan diketahui maka bisa langsung melakukan perhitungan angka kecelakaan pada tiap-tiap segmen pada ruas jalan yang ada untuk dilakukan penelitian. Penentuan titik rawan kecelakaan dilakukan menggunakan metode statistika kendali mutu sebagai kontrol chart UCL (Upper Control Limit) di mana didasarkan dengan angka kecelakaan tiap kilometer atau segmen jalan yang memiliki nilai bobot (AEK) melebihi nilai batas UCL. Rata–rata kecelakaan diperoleh dari perhitungan jumlah terjadinya kecelakaan pada metode Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan (AEK) yang akan digunakan untuk perhitungan selanjutnya pada metode Upper Control Limit. Setelah melakukan perhitungan dan pengamatan sepanjang ruas Jalan Raya Sultan Agung atau keseluruhan segmen terdapat bahwa segmen 3 dengan nilai AEK sebesar 153, nilai UCL sebesar 125,630 yang artinya nilai AEK 153 melebihi nilai UCL 125,630 dan Batas Kontrol Atas sebesar 133. Faktor penyebab kecelakaan dapat dilihat tidak diimbangi dengan prasarana dan sarana penunjang jalan raya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari minimnya rambu lalu lintas, kurangnya kesadaran dari pengendara, marka jalan yang tidak menyeluruh dan beberapa marka jalan yang pudar, ketidaktersediaan pengaman pagar/trotoar sepanjang ruas Jalan Raya Sultan Agung.

Rumah  makan  adalah  tempat/bangunan  untuk  mendirikan  bisnis  jual  makanan  yang menyuguhkan  hidangan  siap  saji.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  membuat  sebuah  media  bantu  sistem  informasi  geografis  yang  dapat membantu masyarakat dan wisatawan dalam melakukan proses pencarian lokasi dan rute serta menyajikan informasi mengenai  rumah  makan berbasis  android di Kabupaten Fakfak.Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data rumah makan yang dikumpulkan  yaitu  nama  pemilik,  alamat,  nama  usaha,  alamat  usaha,  menu,  harga,  waktu  pelayanan dan  nomor  hp.  Metode  perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Waterfall, dimana semua proses kegiatan terlebih dahulu telah direncanakan dan dijadwalkan sebelum dilakukan proses pengerjaan. Sedangkan, pengujian  sistem  menggunakan  metode  Blackbox,  aplikasi  yang  digunakan untuk  membuat  sistem  adalah  Android  Studio  dan  MySQL  untuk  membuat  database.Berdasarkan hasil  pengujian  menggunakan  metode blackbox  bahwa  sistem  yang  di  kembangkan  sudah  dapat memenuhi  kebutuhan   pengguna  dan  berdasarkan  kuesioner  dari  segi  pengguna  didapatkan  sebanyak 90%, menyatakan  sistem ini dapat sangat membantu dan memudahkan pengguna  dalam mencari lokasi dan rute serta informasi mengenai informasi menu, fasilitas, waktu pelayan, alamat dan jenis rumah makan di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android.
