The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.  

This study aims to determine the feasibility of LKPD through validity activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The data was collected by providing an instrument in the form of LKPD, where the data in this study was in the form of data from the validation results of LKPD. The results of research on the validity of LKPD are based Problem Based Learning it can be seen that the average value of the total validation is 84.38% with a very good category. LKPD Physics based Problem Based Learning in class X Newton's Law material can be said to be valid and can be used as one of the teaching materials to support the physics learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.

This article discusses the important role of Islamic economics in halal financial management and its impact on the modern business world. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores how the application of Islamic principles not only improves the welfare of the people but also creates an ethical and sustainable business environment. It is found that Islamic financial institutions play a central role in providing products and services that are in accordance with Islamic values, although challenges in terms of reputation and public trust remain obstacles. This study also highlights the importance of supportive promotion and effective education to improve public understanding of Islamic finance. With the increasing awareness and demand for halal financial products, this article shows the great potential of Islamic economics in contributing to global economic growth. This research discusses marketing that occurs in the existing Shopee Marketplace in connection with the current implementation of Islamic business ethics, Shopee sellers must maintain integrity and honesty. The phenomenon that occurs is honesty, where the seller displays an accurate and honest product description. using primary and secondary data methods. Informants in this research include sellers at the Shopee Marketplace in the city of Sampang and outside the city of Sampang. Using an approach with qualitative research methods. To check and test data validity techniques, use the Triangulation method. Data analysis in this research was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as the final goal. The research results show that in Islamic Business Ethics in marketing on the Shopee Marketplace it is important to prevent practices of manipulation, intimidation or immoral behavior towards buyers which include: Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility Responsibility), and Truth. The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in marketing activities at the Shopee Marketplace has not been fully implemented in its entirety. The importance of applying Islamic Marketing Ethics by interacting with sellers in the marketing process to provide a deeper understanding.

This research has the purpose of finding out that tourism development can also be said to be a process in order to improve and improve something that already exists. This study aims to find solutions related to students' low interest in developing entrepreneurship. In fact, currently there are many fashion vocational education as entrepreneurs in Islamic boarding schools. Many government assistance such as sewing machines and other training rooms are disbursed in the assistance scheme for BLK Islamic Boarding Schools. Today's students are required not only to delve into religious knowledge but also to be able to be entrepreneurial. The existence of BLK is expected to improve the skills of students in the field of fashion design. However, the existence of a job training center and a number of sewing machine assets has not been optimized, especially to produce products that can be commercialized.  The solutions offered are in the form of entrepreneurship training and veil making training as an effort to optimize and commercialize the assets of the Job Training Center that have been owned.

Abstract Main problem: the influence of self-efficacy and business financial management knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. Objective: to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and business financial management knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. Originality: the influence of self-efficacy and business financial management knowledge on entrepreneurial intentions. Method: this exploration is quantitative and is applied due to the influence of two or more factors explicitly when building a relationship. Results: self-efficacy has a positive and extraordinary impact on the desire for entrepreneurship. Knowledge of financial management influences the desire for entrepreneurship in central java.    

The aims of this research are 1.  to find out environmental management policies in Indonesia in general; 2.  know the environmental management policies in Tulungagung Regency; 3. knowing environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency; and 4.  knowing the role of the community in maintaining, protecting, and preserving the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis, using the literature study method. Sources of data used, namely articles, journals, research reports, and other sources that have a good reputation. The results of this study indicate that environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency are increasing pollution and increasing the volume of waste. Apart from referring to Law Number 32 of 2009, the local government also has a regional regulation, namely the Tulungagung Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2018 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The Tulungagung Regency environmental management strategy focuses on environmental functions, especially controlling environmental impacts by preventing, restoring environmental damage and pollution in the framework of achieving environmental goals of sustainable and environmentally sound regional development.

Religious intolerance in Indonesia is quite high. In 2013 there were 245 violations of religious freedom. The attitude of intolerance found in the educational environment affects the learning outcomes of student. Research purposes: 1) To find out that learning using the LKS assisted NHT method has achieved completeness 2) to determine the effect of tolerance on the learning outcomes. 3) To find out changes in student learning achievement by applying the LKS assisted NHT method. Researchers used quantitative experimental research with the instruments: self-assessment questionnaires and knowledge tests. The results average score of tolerance assessment was 82.37 indicating that the LKS assisted NHT method was effective in increasing tolerance and PAK learning outcomes. The posttest score increased with a class average of 86.37. The regression test showed a positive effect of tolerance on learning achievement of 84%. The LKS assisted NHT method is effective in increasing PAK tolerance and learning achievement.

Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang sebagian besar belum menjadi member Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan praktik transaksi investasi saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sehingga diharapkan dapat mahir dalam melakukan trading saham secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait praktik transaksi investasi saham di bursa efek dengan software profit online trading.   Hasil   yang   diperoleh bahwa  Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal mampu memahami dan menjelaskan instrumen dan menu IDX. Namun, kurang mahir dalam mengoperasional  software  profit online trading dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia dan peserta belum menjadi anggota Bursa Efek.

This literature study aims to review the literature relating to the effect of port facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction. The literature review was carried out by searching for articles published in leading and accredited journals. The results of the literature study show that port facilities and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Complete and adequate facilities, such as parking areas, toilets and waiting areas, can increase customer satisfaction because they provide comfort and convenience for customers. In addition, good port service quality, such as service speed, staff friendliness, and punctuality, also contribute positively to customer satisfaction. Previous research has also shown that investment in port facilities and service quality can increase customer satisfaction. Customers who are satisfied with the services provided tend to return to using port services and recommend the port to others. However, there are several other factors that also affect customer satisfaction, such as the price of port services, port security, and ease of access. Therefore, it is important for ports to pay attention to these various factors in increasing customer satisfaction. In conclusion, this literature study shows that port facilities and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Ports must pay attention to these factors to increase customer satisfaction and obtain long-term benefits for their business.    

Currently in an environment full of competition, the use of competitive advantage for companies must be very agile and adaptive. While it is often unable to establish a certain level of performance based on existing technology advancements, companies also frequently tap into new emerging technologies. How to address business appropriately as a way for companies to simultaneously exploit their current competitive advantages while exploring opportunities for the future. This achievement is based on a balance between exploration and exploitation which consists of more than just allocating resources in proportion between the two processes. So as will be discussed, For exploration to exploitation is a process that should be, different structures and cultures.    

Conflict management studies are needed because it is still difficult to find previous studies that address this topic in depth and considering that some companies have not optimally implemented conflict management programs both inside and outside the company. The purpose of this literature review is to find and examine various definitions of conflict management based on the broad context of previous research. The type of data used in this literature review is a type of secondary data in the form of articles and research journals totaling 29 articles and research journals both nationally and internationally with the journal publication year 2011-2022. The data collection method used in this literature review was a literature review with the help of the Google Scholar and Mendeley databases. The data analysis technique used in this literature review is a bibliometric-based data analysis technique with the help of VosViewer 1.6.19 software to obtain a more comprehensive visualization of conflict management. The results of this literature review are based on the results of bibliometric data analysis through the context of previous research which shows that each study places a different focus or concentration on conflict management. Teams and organizations have 29 outcomes from conflict management in the form of leadership style, job satisfaction, innovation and productivity are the four antecedents of conflict management. Conflict Management Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Performance, Innovation, Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence are the six consequences.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of cash flows and the effectiveness of using cash flow reports as an indicator of the financial performance of the Magelang city government in 2018-2021. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method based on secondary data, namely the cash flow report of the Magelang city government. The data was taken through the official website of the Magelang City government. Based on this research, it can be seen that the overall cash flow growth in 2018-2021 for operating, investment, financing and transitory activities indicates a fairly good financial performance from the Magelang city government. In addition, relatively high free cash flow indicates that the Magelang city government has cash left that can be used for various activities to support high-quality public services

The main part in managing the company is in the field of recognition, presentation and measurement. The methods used in this study were interviews and documentation as the main part of the data analysis as the main part of the qualitative descriptive. The results of the study are that there is an accounting treatment that originates from outsourcing service revenue from PT. Ion Solution Objective seen from the recognition, presentation, and measurement. Revenue from outsourcing services is in accordance with the rules that apply in SAK ETAP

The global marketing perspective in international business is the key to a company's success in the global market. In an increasingly connected world, companies must be able to understand global markets, adapt their products and strategies, face existing challenges, and forge strategic partnerships.
