This article will discuss the importance of character education in the world of education. Character education is an important part of the life process of students at school, of course it needs comprehensive activities in the process. Character education includes everything about the values ​​of positive people's behavior, helping people to become better people, especially individual students who will shape the next generation of the nation. The role of character education has a major influence on a person's moral development through letter education which will be used as a printer to renew the morals of the Indonesian nation through education. Family, teachers, parents and the environment all influence the cultivation of character education by students.

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

Dalam penelitian atau artikel ilmiah, penelitian terdahulu atau relevan sangat penting karena membantu memperkuat teori dan perancangan hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Dalam artikel ini, literatur tentang sistem informasi akuntansi dikaji mengenai variabel yang memengaruhi sistem informasi, termasuk sumber daya manusia, bisnis, dan teknologi. Membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel adalah tujuan dari tulisan ini. Hasil penelitian literatur ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Sistem Informasi; 2) Pengaruh Bisnis terhadap Sistem Informasi; dan 3) Pengaruh Teknologi terhadap Sistem Informasi.

Perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang polis asuransi merupakan hal yang penting sekali, oleh karena dihubungkan dengan praktik perjanjian baku pada perjanjian asuransi, pada hakikatnya sejak penandantanganan polis asuransi, tertanggung sebenarnya sudah kurang mendapatkan perlindungan hukum oleh karena isi atau format perjanjian tersebut lebih menguntungkan pihak perusahaan asuransi. Tidak setaranya kedudukan antara pemegang polis asuransi dengan perusahaan asuransi sebagaimana penerapan perjanjian baku, menyebabkan fungsi perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang polis asuransi itu dipertanyakan. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana perlindungan hukum atas kerugian nasabah asuransi terhadap kasus gagal bayar ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan hambatan-hambatan dalam perlindungan hukum atas kerugian nasabah asuransi terhadap kasus gagal bayar ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Beberapa akibat yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat berakibat dalam perusaahaan yang akan berpengaruh besar pada perusahaan asuransi, hilangkan kepercayaan masyarakat menimbulkan dampak yang besar. perusahaan asuransi memberikan penyuluhan hukum agar masyarakat awam yang juga menggunakan jasa asuransi dapat memahami prosedur dan isi dari kontrak yang diperjanjikan, karena ketika klaim asuransi ditolak maka yang dirugikan adalah pengguna asuransi karena telah menaruh harap yang besar pada asuransi namuntidak dapat meminta pemenuhan haknya. Persoalan ini berakibat pada munculnya rasa tidak percaya masyarakat akan lembaga asuransi serta menimbulkan rasa ketidakadilan

Company dissolution and legal protection of shareholder rights are regulated based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia. The journal discusses the procedure for dissolving a company, the reasons for dissolving, and options for filing a lawsuit against the court for dissolving a company when a dispute arises between shareholders. The author emphasizes the importance of legal protection for shareholders and the need for clear regulations in the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law. Normative legal research methods (normative legal research). The results of this study indicate that the procedure for dissolving a company based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability companies can apply for the dissolution of a company through a district court. There are shareholder rights that must be protected and shareholders must exercise their rights through adequate procedures that have been determined by the company.

A justice collaborator are suspect, defendants or convicts but work together with law enforcement officials to provide information in uncovering criminal acts that have occurred. The aim of the research is to analyze the legal protection of justice collaborators in terms of Law 31/2014. This study uses normative legal research methods with qualitative data. The results of the study show that (1) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of Law Number 31 of 2014 explained in article 5 that law enforcement officials have the obligation to provide protection and assistance to justice collaborator from legal entities so that they feel safe from threats which will come. (2) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of five basic principles or commonly called Maqashid Asy-Syariah which can be concluded that Islam highly upholds the protection of human rights, which in this case is legal protection for justice collaborators who have important services in helping officials Law enforcers uncover a crime.

One example of predatory pricing is the case of giving a large discount to a cosmetic brand which indicates a lower price than other competing brands.

This research aims to analyze the application of diversion and restorative justice in criminal cases committed by minors. The application of diversion is examined in more depth about the obligation of every law enforcer to carry out a series of diversion processes in the police, prosecutor's office and up to the court. The implementation of diversion is something that must be done without exception in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 11/2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The application of restorative justice seeks a benchmark for the extent to which it can be implemented by taking into account the authority possessed by the public prosecutor when the diversion process is not achieved and when the criminal case has entered the criminal justice process. The application of the termination of prosecution must be based on the applicable provisions and conditions contained in the Attorney General's Decree No. 15 of 2020. After conducting research on diversion and restorative justice, the only legal benefit of juvenile criminal cases is through the provision of punishment for a child who is a perpetrator of a criminal offense in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations concerning the juvenile criminal justice system.

In the current era of globalization, the progress of technology and information development occurs very quickly. Developments in the transportation sector have experienced significant changes with the presence of online transportation services in the form of an application. Online transportation service applications are very easy to use which has an impact on other transportation services. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is carried out in order to find out how business competition lies therein, including between online transportation service business actors and ordinary (conventional) transportation businesses. Some online transportation service providers in Indonesia include Uber, Grab, Go-jek, In-driver, and others. The services provided by online transportation services are not only in the form of transportation services, but offer food delivery services, online shopping services, and services to deliver packages. Business competition between online transportation services and (conventional) transportation services causes unfair business competition. In this research, the author uses a qualitative research type because the author discusses the business competition between the two by conducting an analysis. The research approach used by the author in this journal is to use a statutory approach.

Research on the analysis of "Values ​​and Functions of Tradision Manten Mubeng Gapura at mosque Wali At-Taqwa Loram Kulon Kudus" was conducted in Loram Kulon Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. This study uses a qualitative descrptif approach. Data collection techniques through literature, observation, interviews, recording, writing and taking pictures. The results of this study obtained the values ​​and functions of the manten mubeng gapura padureksan tradition, the values ​​associated with this tradition are religious values ​​and cultural values ​​while its function is as a medium of da'wah and to introduce if a Muslim must have a sense of responsibility and not leave obligations.

Children are God's creations that must be protected each because of their limitations. Protected one of which is the legal protection of children to accept a kind of violence. Accepting child violence has a negative impact on the child's future. Therefore, the State provides legal protection, all children are bound by law number 31 of 2014 concerning amendments to law No. 13 of 2006 concerning child and victim protection number 35 of 2014 to prevent violence against children.

Women workers in Indonesia have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Women and men as subjects and objects of development have the same rights, obligations and opportunities. Employers may not discriminate against women workers in terms of wages, promotion and career development. Writing this is to determine the need for legal protection for women workers. Therefore, the state provides legal protection, namely Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower to provide protection for women workers.

This research aims to examine the problems that occur in the crime of murder and premeditated murder in the charges that will be filed against the perpetrators of these crimes. At the beginning, the background will be about how a criminal law in Indonesia develops and in carrying out its function as a legal rule that contains provisions, prohibitions, and criminal threats for those who commit a criminal case. This research will emphasize the problems that occur with the obstacles experienced by law enforcement in identifying a legal event that occurs in the case of murder with premeditated murder in finding an element of fulfillment, especially against the elements of the offense of premeditated murder. Then after that, the research will continue on legal reconstruction and legal discovery at the court hearing which aims to facilitate the disclosure of a legal event that occurs in order to find the material truth so that the judge can determine the sentence for the perpetrator.

Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang sedang mengalami proses perkembangan dengan pesat, sehingga anak prasekolah memerlukan optimalisasi perkembangan motorik kasar salah satunya dengan menggunakan senam. Perkembangan motorik merupakan salah satu aspek pertumbuhan anak-anak yang begitu jelas dan terlihat, kadang-kadang kita menerimanya begitu saja. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peranan senam irama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kajian pustaka pada sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti artikel jurnal, buku dan semakin banyak kegiatan yang bervariatif dan inovatif maka peluang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak sehingga dapat berkembang dengan optimal. Implikasi temuan dari tulisan ini memberikan gambaran dari  mengembangkan fisik motorik kasar pada anak usia dini melalui olahraga senam senam irama .

The adjustment of new students is an individual process in carrying out the process of adjusting to the new activities and environment that they will occupy. In qualitative research, the aim is to explain and analyze the adjustment of new students to activities at the Al Husna Jember Student Islamic Boarding School. Researchers use the phenomenological approach method. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interview methods. The first result of the research is that there are two forms of adjustment of new students to activities at the Al Husna Student Islamic Boarding School, namely a good form of adjustment marked by obeying all the rules and carrying out obligations as students and the last form of adjustment is a wrong adjustment marked by the large number of new students who breaking the rules. The second is the process of adjusting the new students to activities at the Al Husna Jember Student Islamic Boarding School, there are two, namely the adjustment process that begins with a conflict caused by the compulsion of new students to enter the boarding school because their parents told them to. And what follows is an adjustment process without being based on conflict experienced by new students who have had the desire to enter and study religion at Islamic boarding schools from the start.

The research method used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach so that it emphasizes more on the understanding aspect of a problem. The descriptive approach focuses on the actual problem as it was at the time the research took place. In the pre-production stage, there are several stages, namely field data research, camera, lighting and audio. The production stage of the process of sending signals to various locations simultaneously. This process can be via satellite, radio, television and SNG cars. Lastly, post-production, at this stage the editing process will begin after everything is okay, it will be broadcast every Friday at 10.00 am.

The problem in this research is what is the strategy for the halo ustad program in attracting audience interest on salam tv. This study aims to find out how the strategy in the Halo Ustad program is to attract public interest on Salam TV. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques and direct interviews at the research location. The strategy in the halo ustad program starts with compiling a broadcast schedule, choosing and preparing questions, choosing a teacher to present the program, which is very influential on the intended audience. For that we need a strategy in an event program.

High microbial contamination in food is an indicator of hygiene that determines the health of food for consumption. Meatballs are a very popular snack in Majene City. Apart from their delicious taste, meatballs also have a relatively cheap price, so they have always been a popular snack alternative. The high nutritional content in meatballs can be a medium for the growth of bacteria so meatballs can be carriers of disease. The aims of this study were to determine the total number of bacterial contaminants and identify the coliform in meatballs at Majene City. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 10 traders. The test carried out was culturing bacteria on NA (Nutrient Agar) media to calculate the total number of microbes in meatballs using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method and EMBA (Eosin Methylene Blue Agar) media to determine the presence of coliform bacteria in the sample then continued with gram staining test. The results of the study showed that 3 samples were found on NA media which had microbial contamination levels exceeding the threshold specified in SNI (Indonesian National Standard) 3818:2014 where the highest amount allowed was 1 × 105 cfu/g. Samples that exceeded the threshold namely sample A was 1.33 × 106 cfu/g; sample C was 1.06 × 105 cfu/g; and sample G was 5.8 × 106 cfu/g. There were 5 samples that tested positive for coliform, namely samples A, B, C, D, and G

Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.
