Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

Papungan’s one of the villages in Blitar Regency where most of the population are farmers and mostly cultivate rice crops. The effort was made by farmers to meet the needs of the community, but still in limited quantities. From the results of interviews with farmers in Papungan village, they complained a lot because the rice crop was still relatively low, due to the scarcity and high price of fertilizers. By making PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteri) organic nutrients, it is a consortium of bacteria that actively colonize plant roots which play an important role in increasing plant growth, crop yields and land fertility. This study aims to optimize the profitability of rice farming in Pappungan Village. The results of the profit optimization calculation using the Goal Programming method. This study uses primary and secondary dta, and the purpose of this study aims to solve the problem of limited resources optimally with the Goal Programming method. Based on the results of the discussion of calculations using the goal programming method, the conclusion of the optimization of rice crops and applied using LINGO software, obtained optimal results, namely Z = 424.7647 with three goals achieved, among others, the production yield reached 27,640 Kg and the selling price of rice crop production reached Rp 18,000 / Kg with production costs required for rice crop production for per hectare of Rp 61,980,000. For the results of the goal achieved (goal) optimization of crop patterns, Papungan Village farmers are recommended to plant type B rice.

Production and counseling activities for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students made Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves aimed at the surrounding community. Appropriate Technology (TTG) This Plant Shelf contains vegetable plants that are easy to care for and are often used by the local community, especially mothers. The plant contains vegetable plants in the form of chilies, eggplants and tomatoes. MBKM Thematic KKN 03 students succeeded in making 1 shelf containing 16 plants with the hope that these plants would make things easier for the local community. After the Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Racks became Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students conducted counseling to the surrounding community, especially PKK mothers regarding the benefits and how to care for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves so that they last a long time so that they will continue to provide benefits to the surrounding community in Kebondalem Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency.

Hadirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk memastikan kepastian hukum demi memberikan perlindungan kepada konsumen, sebab ada kalanya pelaku usaha melanggar kewajibannya sehingga hak-hak konsumen menjadi tidak terpenuhi, seperti yang terjadi dengan seorang konsumen yang tidak diberikan hadiah yang sesuai ketika membeli sebuah produk kecap sedaap di supermarket, di mana seharusnya ia mendapatkan hadiah piring keramik sebagaimana yang tertera di label produk kecap sedaap tersebut, tetapi ia justru diberikan hadiah piring kaca. Penelitian ini menganalisis terkait apakah konsumen tersebut termasuk yang dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, menganalisis terkait hak-hak konsumen dan kewajiban-kewajiban pelaku usaha yang dilanggar berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, menganalisis terkait pertanggungjawaban PT. Wings Surya atas dilanggarnya hak konsumen tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian hukum normatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa konsumen yang dimaksud termasuk ke dalam konsumen dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, dan terdapat beberapa hak-hak konsumen dan kewajiban-kewajiban pelaku usaha yang dilanggar yang diatur, yaitu pada Pasal 4, Pasal 7, Pasal 8, Pasal 10, dan Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen serta PT. Wings Surya dapat diminta pertanggung jawabannya atas dilanggarnya hak konsumen karena di produk kecap sedaap tersebut terdapat logo dengan keterangan Wings Food yang berhadiahkan gratis piring keramik tersebut, yang mana Wings Food merupakan salah satu produk dari PT. Wings Surya.

Jasa asuransi di Indonesia semakin lama semakin diminati oleh khalayak masyarakat umum di indonesia. Hampir setiap risiko transaksi menggunakan jasa asuransi telah menjadi kebutuhan hidup sebagaian masayarakat Indonesia, kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan asuransi tumbuh pesat dilihat dari jumlah premi yang berhasil dihimpun oleh perusahaan asuransi.oleh karena itu kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap asuransi harus didukung dengan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan asuransi. KUHP, KUHD dan UU No. 2 Tahun 1992 Tentang usaha perasuransian sebagaimana diperbaharui melalui UU No. 40 Tahun 2014 tentang Usaha Perasuransian memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen pemegang polis asuransi. UU No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. UU Perlindungan Konsumen menetapkan tentang bagaimana perlindungan bagi perusahaan asuransi untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap konsumen yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Jasa Asuransi. Sengketa yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan asuransi merupakan sebuah sengketa yang lazim untuk dialami oleh konsumen dikarenakan perusahaan jasa asuransi tidak mampu memberikan kewajiban yang menjadi sebuah hak oleh konsumen pemegang polis asuransi sehingga sudah seharusnya terdapat sanksi pidana bagi pelanggar UUPK termasuk bagi perusahaan asuransi.

Data collection techniques that support and relate to this research are interviews, observation and literature studies..The results of this study indicate that the cause of people becoming perpetrators of illegal drug distribution is because they want to get rich quickly, perpetrators take advantage of the lack of public knowledge about illegal drugs and the correct distribution mechanism according to the rules. There are several factors that support perpetrators involved in illegal drug trafficking. , namely: Economic factors and environmental and social factors. Illegal drug distribution in Indonesia is regulated in Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning health. The free circulation of illegal drugs in Indonesia has turned out to be used by many elements to gain large profits. Some transactions also occur online. The opportunity to buy cheap drugs and sell them at high/profitable prices is the motive of several individuals who have been caught in illegal drug trafficking. The current development of internet technology around the world is increasingly sophisticated, all levels of society can enjoy the benefits of this internet. The existence of social media has now become a primary need that cannot be separated from human life. The presence of increasingly diverse social media has become a place for young K-Pop fans to cyberbully on various applications, one of which is Twitter. The selection of topics in this article aims to find out the motives or reasons behind these young K-Pop fans carrying out acts of cyberbullying. In research on this topic, the author will use qualitative methods by collecting non-participatory observational data and in-depth interviews with two informants, whom the author has traced and indeed indicated to be perpetrators of cyberbullying on social media Twitter. The results of the study found that the motives of young KPOP fans to carry out cyberbullying on Twitter social media were due to the nature of fanaticism towards idols, feeling annoyed and angry when they saw posts/tweets that vilified idols, jealousy or envy of other idol fans, lack of understanding of ethics and norms -norms of behavior on social media, and feel satisfied and happy if they feel they have won the debate.

This article contains information literacy related to fish health management. This writing was conducted by means of a literature study. This paper focuses on the ability of fishermen and fish cultivators to be able to find appropriate information related to fish health management and efforts to prevent fish disease. In this article, the conceptual meaning of information literacy and fish health management is carried out. Next, the discussion is carried out with the elaboration between the two concepts. The results of the discussion found that fish health management requires a process whereby understanding the right information, the right source of information, and comparing the information to be decided to take. Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy used by Kedai Geprek Niki in facing business competition in the digital era. This study uses qualitative research methods by interviewing the owners and customers of Kedai Geprek Niki. The results show that Kedai Geprek Niki still uses word of mouth marketing as the main method to develop its business. This is done by ensuring quality food and good service to increase customer satisfaction and make them recommend Kedai Geprek Niki to their friends and family. In order to increase customer satisfaction, Kedai Geprek Niki also pays attention to service aspects. They provide special training for their staff to provide good and friendly service to customers. Kedai Geprek Niki also pays attention to aspects of cleanliness and environmental comfort. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Kedai Geprek Niki has managed to survive in the digital era by adopting a marketing strategy that is in line with current business trends. They leverage technology and strengthen their word-of-mouth marketing strategy by focusing on product and service quality.  

Abstrak - Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang kaya akan potensi kelautan dan perikanan sehingga banyak sekali masyarakat yang gemar memelihara ikan hias.  Meski demikian, dalam pemeliharaan ikan hias masih ditemui beberapa kendala. Salah satunya adalah kesulitan dalam mengontrol pakan ikan secara realtime, terutama ketika pemelihara tidak bisa melakukan secara langsung di lokasi. Demikian juga dengan pengontrolan kualitas air yang cukup menyulitkan. Dengan adanya teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang, dapat membantu peternak dalam melakukan kontrol jarak jauh menggunakan Internet of Things (IoT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pakan otomatis serta monitoring Total Disslove Solid  (TDS), sehingga kualitas air akuarium dapat dipantau secara remote dengan memanfaatkan IoT. Hasil dari pengujian  menunjukkan bahwa sensor TDS dapat mengidentifikasi kualitas air akuarium, terutama terkait dengan tinggi rendahnya larutan kadar TDS di dalam air. Sedangkan pemberian pakan pada ikan hias dapat diberikan secara otomatis sesuai dengan jadwal pemberian pakan yang telah diatur sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT This research specifically aims to examine the impact of assessment changes through educational supervision practices. The assessment changes include the National Final Examination, National Examination, Computer-Based National Examination, and Minimum Competency Assessment. There are various issues and positive impacts on education that occur as a result of national assessment changes. Supervision practices are implemented in educational institutions to facilitate changes in national assessment and provide guidance and support to educators. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a literature research approach. The research data were obtained from 250 national and international journals indexed in SINTA and Scopus related to the research theme. The data were then filtered, and 55 journals closely related to the theme were selected as primary and secondary sources. The results of this research indicate that national assessment changes through educational supervision practices have significant potential to advance education in Indonesia. Terdapat berbagai macam permasalah dan dampak positif terhadap pendidikan yang terjadi akibat perubahan asesmen nasional. Praktik Supervisi dipraktikan pada lembaga pendidikan agar mampu memfasilitasi perubahan dalam asesmen nasional dan memberikan panduan serta dukungan kepada para pendidik.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dekriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, dimana Data penelitian diperoleh dari 250 jurnal nasional dan internasional terindek sinta dan scopus yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian ini, kemudian disaring dan diambil yang berkaitan erat dengan tema ini dan merupakan sumber primer dan sekunder sebanyak 55 jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwaperubahan asesmen nasional melalui praktik supervisi pendidikan memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia.

The objective of this research is to determine the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions to buy beverages online on marketplaces. The variables used are product, price, promotion, location, service quality, marketplace usability, and trust. The sample consists of 150 respondents. The Likert scale is used as the data collection model, and statistical analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. After analyzing the data, this research has obtained results indicating that product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), location (X4), service quality (X5), marketplace usability (X6), and trust (X7) have a significant impact on buyer's decisions with a magnitude of 0.732 (73.2%), which means that all variables contribute and affect consumer purchase decisions by 73.2%, while the remaining 26.8% is attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study. The results of the F-test analysis show that collectively, all variables significantly impact consumer purchasing decisions. The t-test analysis indicates that the research hypotheses for variables X1, X2, X6, and X7 significantly influence consumer purchase decisions, while variables X3, X4, and X5 do not significantly affect consumer decisions

Terry's model of leadership principles based on an Islamic perspective, with the hope of creating new values ​​in good leadership management based on Islamic Sharia, because in essence Islam brings people to the right path. follow the rules and stay away from the prohibitions of Allah SWT.
