The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of demand deposits in the trading business. This discussion aims to analyze the effect of the application of digital technology on the use of demand deposits in the retail industry. Several retail companies are still facing challenges related to technological infrastructure and the availability of reliable internet access. In order to optimize the use of demand deposits in the trading business with the adoption of digital technology, retail companies need to involve employees in training and developing technology skills. Attention to data protection and customer privacy is also required and the development of strategies to promote consumer acceptance of digital payment methods.    

Hospitalization is a process that requires children to undergo treatment and therapy at the hospital until they return home. The impact of hospitalization that is most often experienced by children is anxiety. Anxiety experienced by children during hospitalization can be overcome by playing therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving playing ball therapy to hospitalized children with anxiety before examining vital signs. This research method is a descriptive study, with a sample of 2 people in the Hospital of Temanggung Regency. The instrument used to measure anxiety levels is the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (SCAS). Respondents were given play therapy 3 times in 3 days. The results of this study indicate that the anxiety level of hospitalized children decreased from an average score of 36, namely the moderate anxiety category, to an average score of 20, mild anxiety category.    

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

This study aims to identify how the development of human capital can be improved through optimizing the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in an effort to improve school quality. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the RKAS at SMKN 3 Tuban. The results of the research show that developing human capital through optimizing RKAS has the potential to improve school quality. Funds allocated wisely for teacher and student training programs, as well as extracurricular support and collaboration with other schools and industry visits, were able to develop teacher and student competencies. Optimal implementation of RKAS plays an important role in facilitating human capital development by ensuring proper allocation of funds and programs that are relevant to school needs.

PT SK Keris Indonesia is a joint venture company operating in Indonesia and is part of SK Chemicals' global strategy. This company produces various types of products, such as polyester filament yarn, PET resin for bottles, PET film, as well as several specialty chemicals that are tailored to orders from consumers. Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, security at PT SK Keris Indonesia is very important. This study was made to find a correlation between the role of security management and security breaches. The results of the study show that the Security Unit at PT SK Keris has not optimally and coordinatedly utilized all parties related to the security of PT. SK Keris including the local police. SK Keris, needs to take advantage of the potential that exists from within and around it, including by building cooperation with the local police apparatus.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning outcomes of students at the elementary level through the Role Playing method. The learning outcomes of each student are different so there is a need for this research to examine this. Based on the results of student evaluations in learning material for fiction stories, fifth grade students at SDN Pandan showed very low learning evaluation results. This can be seen from several students, who obtained a 60% level of learning outcomes. This happens because of the lack of students in understanding the Role Playing material. This study uses a type of classroom action research using data collection techniques in the form of observation and tests. The research instrument used observation sheets in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and student observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.  

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low numeracy skills in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the Jaritmatika method. This research involved 40 grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this study was classroom action research. From the results of the research, the average score in cycle I was 62.41% of 40 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 74.88%.    

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The position of the Committee for State Receivables (PUPN), from a constitutional point of view, should be able to become a strong and professional representative interdepartmental institution in line with the goals and expectations of its establishment in accordance with laws and regulations to support the wheels of the economy and benefit the country's finances at a macro level. The problem in this study is regarding how PUPN's authority is viewed from the point of view of the legal system theory. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a normative juridical approach. Law Number 49 Prp of 1960 concerning the Committee for State Receivable Affairs, is the forerunner of the paradigm for settlement of State Receivables by incorporating elements of managing and collecting state debts with very effective and strong authority from a legal standpoint. In addition, the institutional form that is interdepartmental gives a special image and the presence of law enforcement officials in it can have a significant psychological effect on the debt guarantor. Not to mention that the PUPN itself is equipped with parate execution powers which are the same as the court's execution powers.

The settlement of state administrative disputes as a result of the issuance of a state administrative decision letter is the authority of the State Administrative Court as a judicial body appointed by the Law governing the State Administrative Court. Ice cubes are made from drinking water frozen at 0°C, although low temperatures can inhibit the growth of microorganism cells, ice cubes still have the possibility of containing contaminant microorganisms. Ice cubes that can cause diarrhea are ice cubes that contain pathogenic bacteria, one of which is Escherichia coli. Therefore it is necessary to check the quality of ice cubes microbiologically. This study aims to detect the presence of Escherichia coli in ice cubes sold by food stalls in the Liliba Village, Kupang. This type of research uses a descriptive method, where the population in this study is ice cubes which are sold in 10 different stalls in Liliba Kupang Village. The method used is Most Probable Number (MPN) with a variance of 5-1-1 followed by Gram staining and IMVIC test. From the results of the study, it can be found that ice cubes are sold in food stalls in Liliba Kupang Village, from 10 samples of ice cubes there is 1 sample that contains 10% Escherichia coli bacteria.

In this study, researchers focused on research on the Main Building of the Indragiri High School of Technology which was more than 10 years old to analyze the level of damage to the building and estimate the cost of maintaining the building. In the calculation that the level of damage is calculated based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Guidelines for the Maintenance and Care of Buildings, from the sum of all the components, 89.0% is categorized as Severely Damaged with the greatest damage in structural damage. The estimated maintenance cost for the main building of the Indragiri High School of Technology is Rp. 467,929,000.00 including Four Hundred Sixty Seven Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Rupiah    

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services that can create a sense of satisfaction in each patient. So if there is dissatisfaction with the patient, it is something that needs to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of lasinrang Hospital, pinrang Province. This study uses an analytical observational design based on cross-sectional, quantitative analysis. The population in this study was 10444 patients. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with a sample of 100 samples. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire, and the data analysis used is simple linear regression.In this study, all indicators of service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) together have a positive influence on the service quality of hospital administration staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on the quality of hospital administration staff service on patient satisfaction in the outpatientinstallation unit of Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and (R2) of (0.636) shows that 63.6% of patient satisfaction variables can be explained by the quality of service of hospital administrative staff, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be concluded that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied patients will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients according to their needs and desires.  

This study aims to determine the feasibility of LKPD through validity activities. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The data was collected by providing an instrument in the form of LKPD, where the data in this study was in the form of data from the validation results of LKPD. The results of research on the validity of LKPD are based Problem Based Learning it can be seen that the average value of the total validation is 84.38% with a very good category. LKPD Physics based Problem Based Learning in class X Newton's Law material can be said to be valid and can be used as one of the teaching materials to support the physics learning process in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.
