The background of this research is the condition where students‘ speaking skills are low in class IV A Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Labuhanbatu. Based on observation data, students’ speaking skills in class IV A Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Labuhanbatu are below 25%. Therefore, qurma learning is one of the solutions to improve students' speaking skills. Speaking skills are mechanistic, meaning that speaking skills are acquired through a process of continuous practice. So, as much practice as possible will make students skilled in speaking. Fostering speaking skills in students can be done through the qurma learning process (qur'an and meaning). Qurma learning is done by familiarising and training students to be skilled in telling stories related to the meaning of the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an improvement in students' speaking skills by using qurma learning in class IV A Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Labuhanbatu. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the Kurt Lewin model which contains the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collection instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The results obtained by the researcher show that the application of qurma learning (qur'an and meaning) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Labuhanbatu has increased from pre-cycle 25% or around 7 students who passed to 83% or 23 students who passed at the end of the meeting with the focus of habituation carried out such as telling the meaning contained in the Qur'an. Aiming for students to be able to convey with their own language orally or in writing. The implementation of qurma learning includes planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The growth of speaking skills in students through qurma learning is characterised by the selection of words that are easy to understand, intonation placement, fluency, accuracy of speech and self-confidence.

Foreign language learning anxiety is a prevalent emotional phenomenon among English major students that significantly impacts their learning effectiveness and motivation. This study comprehensively examines the definition, classification, causes, and complex effects of foreign language learning anxiety from a theoretical perspective. Through analyzing the interplay of personal factors (such as self-esteem, learning styles, learning motivation) and environmental factors (such as teaching methods, classroom atmosphere, test pressure, cultural differences), it reveals the multidimensional nature of foreign language learning anxiety. The research indicates that this anxiety not only reduces learners' motivation and efficiency but also interferes with their cognitive processes, affects the development of speaking and listening skills, and even negatively impacts their physical and mental health. To address this issue, based on the Affective Filter Hypothesis, Humanistic Psychology, Constructivist Learning Theory, and Social Interaction Theory, this study proposes educational intervention strategies, including optimizing curriculum design, improving teaching evaluation systems, establishing psychological counseling mechanisms, and strengthening the emotional support function of teachers. These strategies aim to create a positive, interactive learning environment to help students overcome anxiety and enhance learning outcomes.

This research aims to determine the benefits of assessing attitudes (affective) in Islamic religious education (PAI) lessons in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative method which aims to gain a deeper understanding of the use of attitude (affective) assessment in Islamic religious education (PAI) lessons in elementary schools. So, the data collection method used uses previous research data, then the data is analyzed using data obtained from relevant sources. After previous research has been analyzed, the conclusion of this research is that although behavioral assessment requires students to behave in accordance with Islamic values, their behavior often does not go well. Teachers tend to focus on skills assessment and face difficulties in creating clear and consistent assessment tools. To overcome this problem, more efforts need to be made to assess the importance of assessment by using assessment and testing tools. Additionally, behavioral assessments should be included in the report card and not just as a formality. In this way, it is hoped that the PAI learning process can be more meaningful and contribute to the formation of students' character as a whole.

This research aims to analyze the skills of providing learning variations to increase the effectiveness of the learning process in early childhood. Early childhood is in a very dynamic development phase, where monotonous teaching methods can hinder their attention and motivation. Therefore, the use of variations in teaching methods, such as changes in activity types, duration, learning media, and interactive approaches, can have a positive impact on children's involvement in learning activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method that examines various sources related to variations in learning and their impact on early childhood development. The results of the analysis show that a variety of learning activities can increase children's motivation, prolong concentration, support multisensory learning, and develop children's social and emotional skills. Learning that involves various methods and media allows children to learn through direct experience thereby strengthening their understanding of the concepts being taught. This research concludes that the skill of providing variety in learning not only increases learning effectiveness, but also contributes to children's holistic development. Therefore, it is important for educators to master these skills and apply them consistently in early childhood learning activities.

Classroom management is one of the important skills that a teacher must have to understand, analyze, make decisions, and take action to create a dynamic and conducive classroom atmosphere. Learning model planning is one of the indicators to support the success of a learning goal by analyzing student needs. For students, physics is a complicated lesson, often they avoid or fear this lesson. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is the most appropriate model to apply because this learning approach by implementing an authentic problem (real experience with what students often encounter or find in life) to students. This research is based on the literature review method by collecting data from various journals and previous scientific sources. The process in this method includes searching for literature relevant to the topic. The results show that physics learning using the PBL method shows very significant results, the PBL method students are able to understand concepts in depth compared to conventional learning or lectures.

This research aims to explore the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of class X IPS E students at SMA Negeri 10 Medan, especially in geographic research material. The background to this research is revealed by the low learning achievement of students, where only 40% of them achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). PBL was chosen as an approach because this method can encourage students to actively participate in the learning process through solving real problems, which is expected to improve their critical thinking skills and conceptual understanding. This research methodology involves systematic planning, data collection through observations and tests, and comprehensive data analysis. The research results show that the implementation of PBL significantly improves student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was an increase in understanding of concepts and evaluation values, which further developed in the second cycle with better results. This research concludes that PBL is effective in improving student learning outcomes in geography material and recommends teachers to apply innovative learning methods in the teaching and learning process.
