This research uses three (three) different approach models, namely statutory approach, case method, and conceptual approach. The constitution contains a number of concepts and standards, as well as provisions that defend and uphold human rights, according to das soll. However, the rules outlined in das sollen do not correspond to reality. Surprisingly, the authorities often ignore backwardness, poverty, and even oppression. Two main objectives that are interesting to be researched by the author in this regard are: to find out the interpretation of the Constitutional Court at stipulation column 28J clause (2) 1945 Composition concerning limitation about human rights and under what circumstances limitation about human rights may be declared unconstitutional by a Constitutional Court.

Indonesia is a country that upholds people's sovereignty, which means that all political and governmental activities in Indonesia, both directly and indirectly, are regulated by the people. It is the people who choose who is entitled to occupy government positions using the election mechanism. This election itself was followed by more than a dozen political parties. The purpose of conducting this research is to further discuss whether the dissolution of political parties has violated the existence of freedoms that guarantee human rights in them or whether these rights have limitations in certain respects. As well as another objective is to examine the reasons and mechanisms in a dissolution within a political party carried out by the Supreme Court. This research uses normative qualitative methods where the results of the research will be in the form of a comprehensive review based on law no. 24 of 2003 and Law no. 2 of 2008. The result is that the dissolution of political parties does not violate human rights at all because the right to associate has certain limitations and the reason political parties can be dissolved is that it is contrary to the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila ideology.

First, the writing skills of observation report texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency, were in a good qualification (76.43). Second, the writing skills of expository texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency, were in more than sufficient qualification (74.07). Third, there was a significant difference between the writing skills of observation report texts and expository texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted because the tvalue is greater than the ttable. Therefore, there is a significant difference between the two texts.

This research was conducted due to the inaccuracy of SMP Negeri 5 Pati educators in using the learning model used in learning descriptive text writing skills. The application of the lecture-based Discovery Learning model has a negative effect on students becoming inactive and having difficulty describing an object quickly. The learning outcomes obtained by students were also unsatisfactory. Seeing this situation, I am encouraged to seek the application of other learning models to support the success of learning descriptive text writing skills for class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. The learning model used is the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model. The data collection method applied is a qualitative method. This research was in class VII B SMP Negeri 5 Pati with a total of 32 students. Data collection techniques applied are test techniques and non-test techniques. From the research conducted, it is explained that learning the skills of writing descriptive text with the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model can make it easier for students to describe or describe objects quickly. From the research data, the highest score was 86 - 100 (very good) for 24 students and 76 - 85 for 8 students.

CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

In an effort to increase productivity to ensure smooth production processes, it is necessary to implement an appropriate maintenance system to reduce production machine downtime. The purpose of company maintenance is to keep production machines in good condition so that production operations can run efficiently and effectively. PT Yale Woodpallet Indonesia is a company in Indonesia that produces wooden pallets (wood pallet). This company often experiences problems with damage to machines due to suboptimal machine maintenance because the maintenance system is carried out to repair damaged components with new components resulting in downtime. Among these problems, this study aims to determine maintenance intervals to minimize maintenance costs by using modularity design and age replacement methods. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, it is known that the modularity design and age replacement methods can achieve optimal component replacement intervals for pallet machine components is 30,000 minutes, rotary screening components are 33,200 minutes and hopper components are 33,200 minutes. The total maintenance cost per year is Rp. 2,115,610,959, -. compared to the company's maintenance costs which have a value of Rp. 2,668,692,000, the maintenance system using the modularity design and age replacement method is more efficient by 1.27%.

Lifestyle patterns lead to consumptive behavior. Self-control is still relatively low so it is easy to be influenced to buy something that is not needed. Research objectives determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in Islam. This research used quantitative research. Quantitative research method is a method based on philosophy that is used to research certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Lifestyle influences consumptive behavior. But financial literacy and self-control have no effect on consumptive behavior, which means that even without financial literacy and self-control, students still behave consumptively. but simultaneously Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control affect Consumptive Behavior. FEBI students UIN STS JAMBI are expected to improve their financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control so they can avoid consumptive behavior. Islamic economic theory is not a new theory that is derived to underlie the existing economy. Historically, Islamic thinkers are the founders of all branches of knowledge, including economics. This is recognized by Islamic economists that since 367-322 BC they read a lot of Aristotle's works as a philosopher who wrote a lot about economics, but Islamic economists think about economics based on the Al-Quran and al-Hadith. This study aims to explore the basic thoughts and reflections on the philosophy of Islamic economics which is oriented towards raising the welfare of mankind which avoids usury practices that are contrary to the mission of the Koran and al-Hadith concerning the economy, as a basis for bringing up human welfare that is clean from usury practices.

The background of this research is that parents think that MDA education is very important for them. They convey this because they are included in the category of parents who are busy working so they don't have enough time to teach their children in terms of Religious Education. That doesn't mean they let go of their responsibilities. Parents think that enrolling their children in MDA is an alternative to teach religious knowledge which they do not get in public schools. Another opinion comes from the parents who are generally housewives. They argue that putting children into MDA does nothing. This they conveyed in accordance with the results they conveyed to researchers, namely in the form of children who were still not fluent in reading the Koran and other religious education. They chose to put their children in the usual places of recitation which were usually held in small mosques taught by Garin in the mosque. These parents think their children understand religion better by putting their children in such a place.
