Penyakit tidak menular seperti penyakit kardiovaskular (CVD), obesitas, dan diabetes tipe 2 (T2D) meningkat secara dramatis di kalangan orang dewasa muda. Asupan kalori yang meningkat sebagian besar berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan tingkat obesitas di antara populasi umum, yang juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan tingkat diabetes. Massa jaringan adiposa yang lebih tinggi telah dikaitkan dengan peningkatan peradangan dan resistensi insulin pada penelitian sebelumnya, yang pada akhirnya dapat menyebabkan T2D dan CVD. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di kalangan mahasiswa di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, Salatiga pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2022. Hasil Peserta pengabdian masyarakat ini berusia antara 18 hingga 22 tahun. Sejumlah mahasiswa dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko gangguan kardiometabolik seperti seperti peningkatan tekanan darah, kelebihan berat badan, dan peningkatan kadar gula darah kapiler. Pemeriksaan kesehatan secara dini pada dewasa muda serta promosi kesehatan sangat dianjurkan.

Virus Corona atau severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Terdapat 240 zona merah covid-19 di seluruh Indonesia, dan terdapat 5 zona merah untuk Provinsi Sulawesi tenggara yaitu kota Kendari, kota Bau-bau, Kolaka, Muna dan Konawe. Berbagai regulasi diterbitkan oleh pemerintah dalam upaya penanggulangan covid-19 termasuk didalamnya adalah program vaksinasi yang diharapkan dapat membentuk kekebalan kelompok/ herd immunity. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan program vaksinasi adalah terbentuknya antibodi anti SARS-CoV-2 (IgM dan IgG). Tujuan kegiatan adalah melakukan kegiatan skrining berupa pemeriksaan antibodi SARS-CoV-2 sebagai salah satu indikator keberhasilan program vaksinasi covid-19 bagi siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Soropia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode imukokromatografi. Hasil skrining antibodi SARS-CoV-2 memperlihatkan hasil positif/reaktif sebanyak 32 orang (43%) yang tersebar menjadi reaktif IgM sebanyak 12 orang  (16%), IgG sebanyak15 orang (20%), IgM dan IgG sebanyak 5 orang (7%), serta hasil negatif/ non reaktif sebanyak 43 orang (57%). Seyogianya, program vaksinasi dikatakan berhasil jika dapat merangsang pembentukan antibodi dalam  tubuh, namun dalam kenyataannya lebih dari 50% subjek yang menunjukkan hasil negatif/ non reaktif. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor seperti efikasi vaksin dan juga respon imun tiap orang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2018-2021 dilihat dari: (1) Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, (2) Rasio Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah, (3) Rasio Keserasian dan (4) Rasio Pertumbuhan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif  deskriptif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan rumus: Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Rasio Keserasian dan Rasio Pertumbuhan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Merangin dilihat dari: (1) Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah pola hubungannya tergolong  dalam pola hubungan instruktif  karena rata-rata rasionya sebesar 8,14%. (2) Rasio Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah diketahui efektivitas PAD tergolong cukup efektif dengan rata-rata rasio sebesar 98% dan rasio efisiensi PAD tergolong tidak efisien dengan rata-rata rasio sebesar 102%. (3) Rasio Keserasian diketahui bahwa rata-rata belanja operasi daerah masih sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 82% dibandingkan dengan rata-rata belanja modal sebesar 18% sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Kabupaten Merangin masih kurang memperhatikan pembangunan daerahnya. (4) Rasio Pertumbuhan diketahui bahwa pertumbuhan PAD secara rata-rata mengalami pertumbuhan positif namun masih dalam kategori rendah

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan digitalisasi akuntansi pada akuntansi UKM di Kecamatan Benowo Kota Surabaya, dan memahami pentingnya digitalisasi pada UKM. Karena  pemahaman dan penerapan digitalisasi akuntansi memudahkan UKM untuk mencatat atau menyajikan laporan keuangan dan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif bagi UKM. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM yang ada di Kecamatan Benowo Kota Surabaya, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebanyak 10 UKM. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa masih ada beberapa UKM yang belum menerapkan sistem  akuntansi digital. karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap informasi yang diterima untuk mengimplementasikan sistem. Namun, beberapa UKM telah berhasil menerapkan sistem digitalisasi akuntansi ini.  

Akuntansi memiliki kemampuan membantu suatu entitas atau lembaga dalam memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan oleh entitas dan lembaga, data tersebut terdapat dalam satuan uang. Studi ini bertujuan guna mengetahui efek digital accounting atas laporan keuangan masjid kecamatan Sukolilo. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis regresi linear dikombinasikan dengan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Kami mengunakan data primer atas survei pada 3 masjid dan 31 responden yang terdiri dari pengurus masjid dan jama’ah masjid di kawasan Sukolilo, Surabaya. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pelaporan keuangan masjid secara signifikan dan memiliki dampak positif yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan penerapan akuntansi digital.Hasil dari analisis yang kami dapatkan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan akuntansi digital paling dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan penggunaan sistem dan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang terampil. Penggunaan akuntansi digital juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengolahan data keuangan masjid. Disamping itu, dengan adanya digital accounting berguna untuk membantu mempermudah jalannya proses pencatatan dalam pelaporan keuangan. Hal ini, bertujuan demi menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat diandalkan dan transparan.Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah kami analisa mengenai topik digital accounting, dengan judul “Pengaruh Digital Accounting Terhadap Laporan Keuangan Masjid Kecamatan Sukolilo” yakni, dapat membantu masjid meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan dan manajemen keuangan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan akuntansi digital harus menjadi prioritas masjid-masjid di kawasan Sukolilo, dan diharapkan dapat diterapkan di masjid-masjid lainnya.  

Dunia yang terglobalisasi dan terindustrialisasi adalah gambarn persaingan yang semakin ketat. Beberapa perusahaan berusaha memasok barang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Akuntansi lingkungan, juga disebut sebagai "akuntansi hijau," adalah proses mengidentifikasi, mengenali, mengukur, menyajikan, dan mengungkapkan semua pengeluaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dimana pada artikel ini adalah CV. Anugerah Print untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan di sekitar perusahaan dengan cara mencegah, meminimalkan, atau bahkan tidak menghasilkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak green accounting terhadap kinerja laporan keuangan. Peneliti meneliti CV PRINT ANUGRAH menggunakan akuntansi lingkungan (green accounting) untuk memahami bagaimana perusahaan mengelola limbah percetakan mereka dengan menggunakan akuntansi lingkungan. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pendokumentasian dan mewawancarai pemilik usaha. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menghasilkan, CV PRINT ANUGRAH sudah atau telah melakukan sistem akuntansi lingkungan yang dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan pendistribusian biaya dalam pengelolaan limbah yaitu identifikasi, pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian, dan pengungkapan. Perlu adanya saran untuk setiap permasalahan yang mungkin berkembang kedepannya di CV PRINT ANUGRAH karena tahapan yang disajikan dan diungkapkan belum sesuai dengan SAK (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) yang sesuai.

This study aims to analyze the causes of writing skills. Grade IV elementary school students involved in this research. In this case the author uses the library research method, which is research conducted by analyzing and making written literature in scientific journals as well as the main source. Writing difficulties are also known as dysgraphia. One of the internal factors that causes students to have difficulty writing is weak fine motor skills, weak visual memory skills, low interest and motivation to learn. And external factors that cause students to have difficulty writing, namely: lack of attention from parents to students, unsupportive home atmosphere, strategies for dealing with writing difficulties through participatory learning in schools that are used by teachers, namely first to provide motivation to students. Second, use interesting learning media in learning to write.

This research aims to explore the implementation of e-learning strategies for enhancing second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah through a library research approach. The study investigates the key e-learning strategies employed in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and explores their differences from traditional classroom approaches. It exploress the effectiveness of e-learning in enhancing second language acquisition for students, considering factors such as age, gender, and language proficiency level. Additionally, the role of interactive multimedia tools in supporting second language acquisition and its engagement with students in the learning process is explored. The extent to which e-learning platforms in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah offer personalized learning experiences tailored to individual students' needs and learning styles, and its impact on second language acquisition outcomes are studied. Finally, the challenges faced by teachers in implementing e-learning strategies for second language acquisition and the measures taken to address these challenges effectively are discussed. This research provides valuable insights into the use of e-learning strategies to enhance second language acquisition in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, offering practical implications for educators and policymakers in the field of language education.  

According to Law No. 20 of 2008, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are defined as independent business activities carried out by individuals or groups that are not branches of larger companies. MSMEs plays a significant role as an economic driver in Indonesia and can absorb up to 97% of the workforce. The city of Blitar has a total of 9,243 MSMEs units producing 14,000 types of products. One of the challenges faced by MSMEs is the underutilization of social media as a marketing platform. Digital marketing is considered a more effective and efficient communication medium for product promotion. By implementing digital marketing strategies, MSMEs can improve their marketing systems, expand their target market reach, and enhance sales activities for the future. Therefore, to help address the challenges faced by MSMEs, a socialization program is conducted to provide guidance on the initial steps to gain publicity on social media.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and supervision on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study took the location at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District, with a total of 104 respondents. In this study consists of four variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), Work Discipline (X1), Supervision (X2). The data analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive method with the Path Analysis tool, with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 2) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 4) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 6) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District. 7) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka Segati, Langgam District.

Analysis of Financial Statements Based on the Common Size Method at PT. Indonesian Food Center, Tbk. This study aims to determine and analyze the composition of assets, debts and capital based on the general size of the financial statements of PT. Sentra Food Indonesia, Tbk in 2018-2020. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection procedure used in this study is through documentation in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of the study show that in terms of the common size from the balance sheet, PT Sentra Food Indonesia, Tbk. who allocated funds for assets in 2018-2019 mostly from their own capital thereby revealing a stronger financial condition of the company, while in 2019-2020 most of the funds for assets came from debt. Common size in terms of profit and loss statement, PT Sentra Food Indonesia, Tbk. In 2018-2019 there was an increase in net profit so that it can be seen that the company managed to increase sales better, while in 2019-2020 net profit decreased due to decreased sales.

Identity politics is a political tactic in which people or groups organize themselves based on certain traits such as religion, culture, race, gender, sexual orientation, or even hobbies. This can happen due to discrimination or injustice in society that makes the person or group feel the need to form a similar group for support and protection. In the context of society, identity politics can appear in various forms such as feminist movements, anti-racism movements, or LGBT movements. However, we must also beware of the dangers of identity politics that can divide society and create conflicts between different groups. The basis of Christian belief also teaches us to live in peace and harmony with fellow human beings. We are taught to forgive and give others a second chance. In the context of identity politics, these values and principles can help us build inclusive and peaceful societies where every individual feels valued and accepted.

Permasalahan kegiatan pembelajaran yakni menurunnya semangat siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terdeteksi semenjak mereka masuk offline terutama kelas VII di MTsN 1 Trenggalek setelah adanya pembelajaran online daring (dalam jaringan) selama dua tahun, sebagai akibat dari adanya pandemi covid-19. Hal tersebut merupakan alasan adanya penelitian ini. Sebagai bentuk usaha untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian menggunakan model pembelajaran Probing – Prompting  dirasa mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif metode quasi experiment. Peneliti mengambil populasi siswa kelas VII dan mengambil sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposif Sampling yakni penentuan sampel berdasarkan alasan dan pertimbangan tertentu. Melalui teknik tersebut sampel penelitian adalah kelas VII-H (kelas eksperimen) dan VII-I (kelas kontrol). Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, instrumen (post-test, angket), dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji pra-syarat untuk mengolah data menggunakan uji T-Tes dan uji Manova. Dengan hasil hipotesis Ha keseluruhan dapat diterima.  

The poem "Patience" by Chairil Anwar became one of the literary works that inspired many people. This poem describes one's patience and sincerity in facing life's trials. This paper aims to provide an appreciation analysis of the poem "Patience" by Chairil Anwar. This analysis is carried out by paying attention to the structure, language, and meaning contained in the poem. In this analysis, the writer finds that the structure of the poem "Patience" consists of four stanzas with each stanza consisting of four lines. In each of his verses, Chairil Anwar emphasizes the message of patience and sincerity in facing life's trials. The language used by Chairil Anwar in this poem is very effective in conveying philosophical messages about patience and sincerity. Chairil Anwar uses simple language but full of deep meaning. The meaning contained in the poem "Patience" is about one's patience and sincerity in facing life's trials. Chairil Anwar described that patience and sincerity are two very important things in life. Even though life is full of trials and tribulations, with patience and sincerity, humans are able to face all of that with steadfastness. It can be concluded that the poem "Patience" by Chairil Anwar is a very valuable literary work. This poem is able to describe philosophical messages about patience and sincerity in simple yet meaningful language. Through this poem, Chairil Anwar inspires readers to always be patient and stay strong in facing all of life's trials.

This research was conducted to answer the problems that arise in learning Indonesian in the independent curriculum in phase E or class X at SMA Negeri 1 Pamanukan. This research focuses on teacher readiness, school support, supporting factors, and obstacles related to the implementation of the independent curriculum. In addition, this study also tries to identify steps that can be taken to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the independent curriculum. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which aims to provide a systematic description of some of the existing relationships. The data used in this study were written data obtained from recorded interviews with Indonesian language teachers who taught in phase E or class X. The data was then transcribed into written form. The interview samples were taken from Indonesian teacher respondents who taught in phase E or class X. Based on the results of data collection, it was found that the learning process in general had been carried out well. However, there are several facts that show there are deficiencies in the implementation of this curriculum. One of the deficiencies found is that not all teachers have received the necessary training, and many of them admit that they have not been able to apply learning in accordance with the achievements of the Independent Curriculum. In addition, cognitive assessment to measure student learning outcomes has also not been implemented thoroughly.

This poem describes the patience of a poet or poet who always faces people who are near him and around him, even though he always feels uncomfortable with the environment.  and always feel annoyed by the people around him, but he realizes that this is what is called fate and life, in the first stanza describes noise so that the poet feels uncomfortable and very disturbed by the sounds around him, not only is it ridicule and insults were heard and thrown from one person to another.  In this world, only a few are filled with goodness, and badness is increasingly rampant, even though many have warned and rebuked, but the reprimands and warnings were only a passing wind, and were not paid any heed to by the parties concerned.  The second stanza describes something that the poet wants to convey, but the idea is not heard at all, they seem to regard the writer as if the wind were passing by, the third stanza describes a state of life that has lost its calm and serenity, so that life is worthy very hard to reach.  The last stanza describes the condition of the poet who is no longer respected and heard by those around him so that the poet no longer cares about it. At this time, the poet hopes that calm and tranquility will return, so that a decent life can be created again.

Through teaching and examples given by teachers, students learn about integrity, discipline, responsibility, hard work, and respect for others. All of this helps students develop strong and moral characters. The importance of Christian religious education teachers in the formation of character, spirituality, morality, and the spiritual life of students cannot be underestimated. Their role is to help prepare students to become individuals with integrity, have a strong moral foundation, and be able to face life's challenges with solid Christian beliefs.

Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) adalah salah satu infeksi akut paling umum yang membutuhkan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Infeksi akut seperti CAP dapat memengaruhi sistem kardiovaskular melalui berbagai mekanisme dan secara langsung menyebabkan atau memperburuk komplikasi kardiovaskular, seperti gagal jantung, sindrom koroner akut, aritmia jantung, dan stroke.  Pasien dengan gagal jantung diperkirakan memiliki risiko pneumonia 2 kali lipat lebih tinggi dibandingkan mereka yang tidak. Sebaliknya, pneumonia meningkatkan risiko perburukan gagal jantung dan sering dianggap sebagai faktor dekompensasi yang menyebabkan rawat inap. Tujuan: Mengetahui prevalensi dan mekanisme pasien gagal jantung yang disertai dengan pneumonia dan tanpa pneumonia. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review melalui google schoolar dan PUBMED dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Gagal Jantung“ + “Pneumonia”. Artikel jurnal yang dianalisis adalah yang dipublikasikan sejak tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022 yang diakses full text dalam format pdf.

Hyperemesis gravidarum is the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women up to more than 10 times per day which can affect the general condition and hinder daily activities.The purpose of this study was to find out in-depth information about psychological factors related to the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Harapan dan Doa Hospital of Bengkulu City. This study uses descriptive research design with qualitative methods. Data collection is based on in-depth interviews. Taking research subjects using purposive sampling technique. The main informants consisted of 5 pregnant women who experienced gravidarum hyperemesis and secondary informants consisting of husbands, families of pregnant women, and midwives. The results showed that most mothers received less pregnancy. A small number of informants lacked husband's support. There are pregnant women who lack family support. Most housewives and 1 who work experience stress in work. Health workers are expected to conduct prenatal counseling in first trimester pregnant women, so that pregnant women know the symptoms that lead to hyperemesis gravidarum and timely consultation with health workers, and also can monitor the psychological state of pregnant women that can affect their pregnancy
