The purpose of this study is to identify the procedure for budgeting direct labor wages of the convection division at PT Wijaya Tirta Makmur. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study used primary data and secondary data. From the observations that have been made, it can be seen that all staff, both office and production, both have an important role in the production process.The results of this study show that the wage system used by PT Wijaya Tirta Makmur for convection division is a wage system based on the number of units of output which can certainly increase company productivity.    

This research aims to analysis the soundness level of banks using the RGEC method at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2021. The data studied is in the form of financial statements of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for 2018-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique using the RGEC method. The results of this research show that Bank Mandiri for 2018-2021 is viewed from the aspect of risk profile with two ratios, namely the ratio of Non-Performing Loans for banks in a healthy condition and the ratio of Loan to Deposit Ratio for banks in a fairly healthy condition. Aspects of Good Corporate Governance get the title of very healthy. Earnings aspect with two ratios, namely the ratio of the bank's Return on Assets in a very healthy condition and the ratio of the bank's Net Interest Margin in a healthy condition. Aspects of Capital with the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio of the bank is in very healthy condition.

The conclusions of this study are (1) There is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) There is no significant influence between brand image on customer satisfaction, (3) There is a significant influence between price perceptions on customer satisfaction, (4) Simultaneously service quality, brand image and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction.

This study was structured to determine the effect of the Hedonism Lifestyle and Twin Date Promos on Impulse Buying for Shopee users in South Tangerang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the type of associative descriptive research. This study uses primary data obtained by making questionnaires and then distributed to respondents who match the research criteria, the data is then analyzed using the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The statistical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the Hedonism Lifestyle and Twin Date Promo on Impulse Buying for Shopee users in South Tangerang.

In the current era of globalization, many trading activities are carried out with the help of technology. With the emergence of internet echnology, people's lives have become easier, one of which is online shopping. The practical advantage of online shopping is that with the help of internet technology it can be done anywhere, anytime and without limits. Thus, online shopping applications can always see the products available there. Product quality, price and promotion are one of several factors that influence consumer considerations in purchasing decisions. Quality products at affordable prices and lots of promotions will attract people's interest. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze The effect of product quality, price and promotions on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The samples taken were 100 respondents Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This study used the SPSS calculator version 22. The results showed that product quality, price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions of this study, the distribution is normal, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity.

Improving product quality is the first effort faced by companies, when faced with efforts to become a leader. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) How are students' perceptions of drug trafficking on campus; 2) What form of anti-drug movement has been carried out by students; 3) How is the anti-drug movement on the Makassar State University campus. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique in determining informants was purposive sampling with the criteria being students of the Faculty of Social Sciences. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data, then drawing conclusions. The data validation technique used source triangulation. The results of the study show that: 1) Students' perceptions of drug trafficking are rejecting and not supporting drug trafficking. 2) Forms of anti-drug movement that have been carried out by students, namely; (a) Participating in commemorating drug day, (b) attending seminars/webinar about the dangers of drug use, (c) participating in spreading broadcasts or information about the dangers of anti-drugs through social media. 3) Forms of the anti-narcotics movement on the Makassar State University campus, namely; (a) Establishing a student activity unit concerned with HIV/AID and drugs (UKM MAPHAN), (b) Organizing seminars/webinar on combating drugs, (c) Participate in the involvement of P4GN (Prevention of Eradication of Abuse and Illicit Circulation of Narcotics).

This research was motivated by an error related to physical motivation at the Rimbo Panti Nature Park (TWA) which was allegedly caused by the facilities at the Rimbo Panti TWA. This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities on the physical motivation of visitors at the Rimbo Panti TWA attraction. This type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. This research was conducted at the attraction of TWA Rimbo Panti, Panti District, Pasaman Regency. The population of this study were visitors who had come to the TWA Rimbo Panti charm, totaling 7,319 people. Selection of research samples using incidental sampling with a total sample of 99 people. Data collection uses a Likert scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then the research data uses simple linear regression. The results of this study show that 59.6% of respondents stated that the TWA Rimbo Panti facilities were not in good condition, then on the physical motivation variable 79.8% of respondents assessed that they did not feel physical motivation. Then the two variables were analyzed and the result was that there was an influence of facilities on physical motivation of 77.5%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of community participation in the application of Gorontalo District Regulation Number 04 of 2014 concerning the Control of Livestock in Ilomata Village and the factors that influence it. The research method used in this research is empirical legal research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of community participation in the Implementation of Regional Regulations of Gorontalo Regency Number 04 of 2014 concerning Controlling Livestock in Ilomata Village has not been optimal because socialization in the formation and implementation of regional regulations has not been thorough and breeders have not fully known and understood these regional regulations. Enforcement of regional regulations is also not fully optimal and the provision of livestock facilities is inadequate.

The problem identified is the number of visitors or customers who do not know what products they sell, and what facilities are provided by Velocity Burger & Coffee. To find a way out of the above problems, the SWOT analysis method is used which stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats. This method begins with finding and understanding the problems experienced based on data, then proceed with designing the media from the results of previous data analysis, then developing or designing from the initial design, and the final design results are disseminated through several digital platforms or print outs. This design will produce an output, namely media posters, roll up banners as media to convey information regarding products and merchandise sold by Velocity Burger & Coffee. Making media posters and roll up banners has proven effective in increasing awareness and attracting people to buy food and beverage products from Velocity Burger & Coffee. This is evident from the fact that the message conveyed in the poster media is easily understood by the target audience. And besides designing the main media, several supporting media were also designed, such as: Posters, Roll Up Banners, Social Media, Totebags, Accessories, T-shirts, Lighters, and Stickers.

This study aims to test the board of directors, board of commissioners, audit committee, transfer pricing, earnings management have an effect on tax avoidance, as well as to test the board of directors, board of commissioners, audit committee, transfer pricing, earnings management have an effect on tax avoidance with profitability as moderation. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2022 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 26 companies with a total sample of 104 financial statements. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a testing tool. The results of the study show that transfer pricing has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Board of directors, board of commissioners, audit committee, earnings management have no effect on tax avoidance. Profitability is not able to moderate the influence of the board of directors, board of commissioners, audit committee, transfer pricing and earnings management.

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable and examine moderating variables that can support the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables used in this study are Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Firm size, and the dependent variable is firm value and the moderating variable used is profitability. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study was 59 Go Public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique and obtained sample results of 13 companies during the 2019-2022 period with a total sample of 52 financial reports. Hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and firm size have a significant positive effect on firm value, while profitability has no significant effect in moderating the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and firm size on firm value.

In the current era, people who own land containing trees and plants have been used as buildings for business and personal interests, increasing population has resulted in increased housing needs, the use of open space for public entertainment has decreased due to the activities of people who are busy working to make ends meet. and the lack of public interest in making the environment more beautiful and sustainable. Even though the existence of a garden in a large building greatly influences the atmosphere in the environment around the building. Apart from that, one of the reasons is the lack of interest of the community in creating a beautiful environment because it is quite difficult to find the services of gardeners around where people live. The problem that occurs is that these gardeners are not exposed to all the gardens they build.

Karangawen State Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) is a junior secondary level formal education institution which is geographically located in Karangawen Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency, with a total of around 800 students divided into 25 classes. This Madrasah has been officially established since 1997. With a large number of students, MTs Negeri has been supported by facilities and infrastructure capable of supporting the process of teaching and learning activities as well as administrative activities. Currently MTs Negeri Karangawen already has 20 units of computers in one computer laboratory equipped with a computer network to support teaching and learning activities. In the field of administration, it has also been supported by 5 units of computers that are used by administrative staff in order to serve all teaching and learning process activities, including in the service of student financial payments.
