The rapid development of information and communication technology produces a multifunctional internet. This development brings us to the threshold of the fourth revolution in the history of human thought, when viewed from the construction of human knowledge which is characterized by a borderless way of thinking. The acceleration of technology is increasingly increasing which is the material cause of continuous change in all interactions and activities of the information society.

Temanggung Regency has an area of mostly highlands because it is located on the part of Mount Sindoro and Mount Sumbing. In general, these areas have lower temperatures and water is more limited than areas that are located lower, especially during the dry season. Not all types of plants can live and develop properly. One type of plant that can be cultivated with good results is tobacco. Initially, the tobacco grown in Temanggung Regency was N. tabacum var. fructicosa then became a variety that has been adapted for years to produce a specific tobacco quality. Through a special cultivation model, namely related to tillage, planting seeds, plant maintenance and fertilization, a long flat-shaped tobacco is produced with a width of approximately 0.5-1 cm. Therefore, people call it soft tobacco. Soft tobacco which is the original cultivation of the people of Temanggung is a special attraction for kretek products so that several manufacturers mix their products with soft tobacco from Temanggung Regency. Regardless of the pros and cons of the tobacco plant itself, Soft Tobacco can have economic value so it has potential to be used as a Geographical Indication for Temanggung Regency. This writing uses a qualitative method, with a normative juridical approach, in which case the method uses a statutory and conceptual approach. Protection of geographic indications aims to protect the uniqueness of a product, in this case, Temanggung soft tobacco from counterfeiting or improper use, while at the same time providing opportunity and legal protection to the people of the Temanggung area as producers of soft tobacco products to get maximum benefits. Therefore it is interesting to write about Soft Tobacco having the potential to become a Geographical Indication for Temanggung Regency and what is the role of the local government in making this Soft Tobacco a Geographic Indication.

In the learning process there will definitely be problems, both problems from the delivery of material by the teacher, problems from students, or inadequate facilities. There are many problems in learning the moral creed at MTsN 4 Fifty Cities, starting from a lack of enthusiasm for learning the moral creed. There are still students who are less active, feel bored in participating in the learning process and do not pay attention to what is conveyed by the teacher, children are indifferent to the assignments and notes given. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data collected is in the form of words, in this case it is explaining the problems of learning aqidah morals. Researchers collected data through interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Techniques for guaranteeing the validity of the data are source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The learning process of Aqidah Akhlak at MTsN 4 Fifty Kota is still in the development stage and is trying to achieve the best. By providing facilities and infrastructure to support the learning of aqidah morals, (2) The problems of learning Akidah Akhlak Class 7 at MTsN 4 Fifty Kota can be seen from two factors, namely, first, internal factors, namely problems that generally occur in teachers and students. The problem of the teacher's aqidah morals is how to convince children of the unseen and convince them to adhere to true Islamic beliefs, from students, namely they often don't focus when studying, feel bored, sleepy in class. Problems from external factors, namely the incompatibility between learning materials of the moral creed and its application in the school, family and community environment. (3) In overcoming problems related to internal factors, namely the efforts made by the teacher to overcome these problems by continuing to improve competence, MGMP activities, continuing to actively communicate with students.

Learning strategies can be interpreted as an outline of a course or general patterns of activities carried out by an educator and students in the embodiment of teaching and learning activities to achieve the goals outlined. There are several problems found by researchers in research locations, especially in the learning process of Akidah Akhlak at MTsS Miftahul Huda Silikuan Hulu Village, Ukui District, namely, students are not able to directly absorb the material presented by the teacher, lack of enthusiasm of students in class when learning Akidah Akhlak which causes some students to not care about the material presented by the teacher, and the teacher's lack of understanding of the application of learning strategies which can be seen from the learning process the teacher only uses monotonous learning strategies so that it does not increase the learning enthusiasm of students in the classroom. This research includes qualitative research, the data collected is in the form of words and pictures, in this case it is explaining how teachers use learning strategies. Researchers collected data through interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Techniques for guaranteeing the validity of the data are source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The strategies used by the aqidah moral teachers in class VIII semester 2 of MTsS Miftahul Huda Siliuan Hulu Village, Ukui District, namely problem-based strategies, discovery learning strategies, and cooperative learning strategies (2) Steps -Steps for implementing learning strategies in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak a. Opening learning activities, b. Explain the competence to be achieved, c. Educators help students define organizing tasks. d. Educators and students arrange tasks together. e. Students collect information according to the problem being discussed. f. Educators supervise the course of learning activities g. The teacher gives an explanation of the material. (3) Obstacles faced in implementing the implementation of the learning strategy of aqidah morals at MTsS Miftahul Huda Silikuan Hulu Village, namely the lack of teacher preparation in implementing learning, for the learning process to be carried out suddenly.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon from the author's observations about the low student learning outcomes caused by several factors, including the low attention of students in attending Islamic Religious Education lessons. One of the causes of the problems that arise is the inaccuracy of the use of methods in learning. So, in this study the researcher will choose a method that is considered to be able to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the demonstration method. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. Collecting data in this study the authors obtained through tests and documentation. This study used 44 students as a population and 44 students as a sample. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test, homogenesis. Then the final data analysis the author uses is the t-test. Based on the results of the study it can be understood that the results of the researchers' calculations using the t-test and SPSS 20 where the t-test obtained the results tcount = 4.11713736 and ttable = 1.714, then tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and calculations using SPSS 20 yield results which are 2-tailed significant values or sig values. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the significance level α = 0.05. Because the significant value of 2-tailed <α, i.e. 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that demonstrations are effective in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII.2 PAI subjects at SMPN 4 Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban.

The research method employed is normative research, which is defined as research based on theoretical studies, principles, or other existing written legal regulations that will then be examined from various perspectives such as theory, history, philosophy, comparison, structure and composition, scope and material, consistency, general explanations, and chapter by chapter. The Prosperous Justice Party faction encountered difficulties in implementing the AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA Inter-Time Alternation mechanism in the Paniai Regency DPRD. The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements. Based on the analysis that the author conducted regarding the Recognition of Ulayat Rights in the Republic of Indonesia, the district/city government is the first line to provide recognition and protection of customary rights over customary law community lands. Crime is a social phenomenon that is the responsibility of the state and society because the more crimes that are committed, the greater the danger to the state and society. This study uses normative legal research methods which aim to analyze and evaluate court decisions related to law enforcement of perpetrators of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi ordering fraud. This method will involve literature study and document analysis, namely court decision number 1507/PID.SUS/2018/PN.MDN and decision number 143/PID.B/2018/PN.LMG which is related to the fraudulent case of fictitious online motorcycle taxi orders. The analysis was carried out using a statutory approach and legal theory related to criminal acts of fraud and related court decisions. The results of the analysis will be requested and presented in a narrative form that can provide a deeper understanding related to law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi orders. Based on the author's analysis above of the two criminal court decisions in the field of Information and Electronic Transactions Law, it turns out that the authors found that it was very low and did not give a deterrent effect to perpetrators of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and did not provide a sense of justice to victims. Tujuan Utama: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan algoritma deteksi anomali yang lebih efektif dan akurat menggunakan Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) dan mengimplementasikannya ke dalam platform sumber terbuka Machine Learning (ML) H2O-3. Background problem: Algoritma Isolation Forest (IF) asli menghadirkan bentuk deteksi baru, meskipun algoritme mengalami bias yang berasal dari percabangan pohon. Perpanjangan algoritme menghilangkan bias dengan menyesuaikan percabangan, dan algoritme asli hanya menjadi kasus khusus. EIF diimplementasikan ke dalam platform sumber terbuka ML H2O-3. kebaharuan: Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan algoritma EIF dalam deteksi anomali. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengimplementasikan EIF ke dalam platform sumber terbuka ML H2O-3 untuk dijalankan pada sistem komputasi terdistribusi dengan pustaka Map/Reduce. Research Method: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deteksi anomali dengan fokus pada algoritma EIF.  temuan: Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Extended Isolation Model perlu disesuaikan. Tes kinerja deteksi anomali mengungkapkan sedikit ketidaksempurnaan dalam deteksi struktur data jika dibandingkan dengan satu-satunya implementasi algoritma Python yang tersedia. Hasil ujian untuk tahap evaluasi dinyatakan lulus dan waktu komputasi secara logaritmik lebih kecil dengan jumlah utas.  Kesimpulan: pada penelitian selanjutnya, algoritma dapat ditingkatkan lebih lanjut dengan menskalakan anomali deteksi untuk data dimensi tinggi. Ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan menambahkan parameter lain yang memungkinkan metode pemilihan fitur dalam perhitungan..

Research Method: metode analisis pengujian flakiness digunakan dengan urutan tahap filtering commit dan dua analisis. Finding/Result: hasil penelitian dibandingkan dengan studi proyek Java sebelumnya, dan ditemukan dua penyebab kelemahan yakni presisi dan pelatihan (jaringan Machine learning). Flakiness presisi disebabkan oleh pernyataan dengan ambang batas yang terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah. Kelemahan pelatihan disebabkan oleh pengaturan pelatihan yang salah dari jaringan Machine learning dalam pengujian. Sebagian besar tes dalam proyek Python ditemukan tidak stabil karena masalah dengan menunggu asinkron, presisi, dan jaringan.  Conclusion: Developer Python dimasa depan akan mendapat manfaat dari pengetahuan tentang jebakan umum yang dapat menyebabkan kelemahan dalam rangkaian pengujian mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi para peneliti di masa depan dengan area penlitian tes flakiness atau area serupa lainnya..

Control over the arrangement of an electric power distribution network can be effective and efficient and will be equipped with a SCADA system. Control of the electric power network based on the SCADA system is really necessary considering that the growth of electric power is very high and adds to the increasing complexity of the electric power network system. The SCADA system ((Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) itself is a system created for data retrieval, storage, analysis and also for controlling a plant/system that has been used remotely.

In addition to causing a recession in the national economy, this issue has also decreased peoples' purchasing power and ability to withstand the rising cost of living.This study outlines the efforts made by the Bandung Regency government to provide good guarantees for street children through preventive measures, financial education assistance, fostering enthusiasm and shelter supervision, developing regulations and policies, and providing freedom of choice for street children in the medium term through playing, direct support, approaches to tackling social issues, and suggestions for revenue management. the enhancement of human resources, research into the growth of street children, and evaluation of good street child conduct are all attempts to better society.The problem is that because of spiritual issues, many of them try to escape and destroy necessities of life. Despite having a sizable state budget, it is impossible to employ street children in suitable jobs. Additionally, there is still a dearth of assistance and backing from many organizations.

Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

Research to better understand the real estate and plantation market in Indonesia, analyze the factors that affect returns on investment, and make policy recommendations that can improve efficiency and productivity in these areas. Combined quantitative research was conducted to investigate liquidity, leverage, and company size to determine the relationship between these variables. One factor that affects a business's value is its profitability, which can be measured from the profits generated by the company every year. If the company is very productive and profits increase, it will attract investors, and the value of the company will grow. Profitability is the ability to generate profits from sales or investments, while liquidity is the ability to pay short-term obligations on time. Leverage measures how well a company uses debt to finance its operations, and company size is the company's total market value.

This journal is conducted with research, which aims to determine and define how the effect of the implementation of educational supervision by the principal on teacher performance in schools.  This research was conducted using one approach, namely qualitative approach. The educators in schools became the subject of research by taking samples of several teachers, using proportional random sampling techniques, and from the research and assessment it can be seen that the implementation of educational supervision by the principal has a positive effect on teacher performance and the implementation of educational supervision by the principal is also very impactful on teacher performance in schools.

The ability of children to recognize the letters of the Qur'an in Taam Darul Huda is still low. Almost all students know hijaiyyah letters, but have not been able to pronounce and write letters without seeing examples. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards in Ta'am Nurul Huda. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards carried out by teachers at Taam Nurul Huda can actually help students memorize hijaiyah letters. The learning approach designed by the teachers is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, self-learning, and evaluation stages.    

This study aims to analyze the effect of local taxes and regional levies on city/regency local revenue (PAD) in North Sumatra province for the 2016-2021 period. The research method used is panel data regression method. This type of research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data, namely data on local taxes, regional levies and PAD. The chosen research method is the fixed effect model. From the simultaneous test results, it was found that local taxes and regional levies have a significant effect on regional original income with a significance value of 0.000. From the results obtained, it is hoped that the city/regency governments in North Sumatra Province can make better use of the available sources of development financing funds to increase the amount of Local Own Revenue, especially those sourced from Regional Taxes and Regional Levies.

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of reviewing tourism marketing through information technology as a tourism industry management plan. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand tourism marketing reviews through information technology as a management model planning in the tourism industry requires several important things including: (a) Travel consumer, (b) Trends in tourism technology, (c ) Digital Marketing (DM) and (d) Virtual Reality (VR). Technology is a central element and a foundation for actors in the tourism industry promoting media that is relevant to the development of information technology, especially in the form of social media and websites.
