This research explores the role of leadership styles in managing power and conflict in the university environment. We employed a qualitative approach by interviewing 25 respondents from various faculties. The results indicate two categories of leadership based on Least Preference Co-worker (LPC) scores, namely High LPC person and Low LPC person. Transformational and transactional leadership styles significantly moderate power dynamics and manage conflict. Organizational factors such as structure, policies, and culture also play a crucial role in power dynamics and conflict management. In conclusion, it is essential to enhance awareness and training for university leaders to implement effective leadership approaches and improve organizational factors to create an environment conducive to collaboration and constructive conflict resolution.

PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai is one of the PLN units that supply electricity to the community. Digital services launched by PLN in the form of PLN Mobile continue to be developed to meet customer needs and satisfaction as well as ease of access. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of efficient customer service through the use of PLN Mobile in UP3 Binjai. The literature review method is used to collect research data by using literature studies to collect materials from books and scientific journals regarding the use of PLN Mobile. From the results of the study, the PLN Mobile application provides benefits for the UP3 Binjai community to find solutions to customer electricity problems, ranging from applying for new electricity installations, checking bills, switching power, responding to complaints and power outages, to purchasing electricity tokens. However, there is a weakness, namely when customers check their bills, customers cannot see information on how much Rupiah is charged, only the month billed. This research aims to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and its impact on the financial performance of Islamic banks, with a focus on PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bakti Makmur Indah Sidoarjo during the period of 2021-2023. The method employed in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, which involves data collection through literature review and documentation related to the implementation of GCG at BPRS Bakti Makmur Indah, as well as the analysis of the bank's financial reports for the specified period. The research findings indicate that BPRS Bakti Makmur Indah has implemented the principles of GCG, such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness. However, the financial performance of the bank experienced a significant decline from 2021 to 2023. This decline is evident from the decrease in the values of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). These findings suggest that although the principles of GCG have been implemented, their effectiveness is not yet optimal, and there are still challenges to be overcome to improve the financial performance of the bank.

Infrastructure management is coordination between the physical work environment and employees and work in an organization to maintain the quality of an integrated work environment in operating, maintaining, improving and adapting through the organizational restructuring process so that employee contributions can be realized in achieving company goals. Strength in the form of commitment and individual strength is individual capital that is important for management. This shows that the organizational role of employee contributions as superior employees (store employees) creates intellectual capital through greater effort and hard work which is closely related to the creation of intellectual capital.

Cervical cancer is a type of cancer that attacks the cervix in women and can be treated with chemotherapy. One of the side effects of chemotherapy is nausea and vomiting. Nausea and vomiting can be treated by administering Acupressure Pericardium 6. This study aimed to determine the effect of administering Acupressure Pericardium 6 on nausea and vomiting in post-chemotherapy cervical cancer patients. This type of research is quantitative, using a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test one-group design. The study employed purposive sampling with 47 respondents, utilizing the INVR index measuring instrument. The results of the analysis showed that the majority were elderly, aged 46–65 years (70.2%), elementary school education level (42.6%), non-working employment status (61.7%), type of chemotherapy drug carboplatin (19.1%), and stage III cervical cancer (42.6%). Before receiving the acupressure pericardium intervention, post-chemotherapy patients experienced 6 frequencies of moderate nausea and vomiting (46.8%), and after the intervention, they experienced 6 frequencies of mild nausea and vomiting (44.7%). After that, a statistical test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test, obtaining a p-value of 0.000 or ≤ 0.05. In conclusion, pericardium 6 acupressure has an effect on nausea and vomiting in post-chemotherapy cervical cancer patients. Future researchers should develop variables and pay more attention to the timing of administering Pericardium 6 acupressure to ensure optimal results.

The Age limit requirements on job vacancies are currently being criticized by the public through social media. Age restrictions are a form of age discrimination. Companies/employers often set an age limit for workers ranging from 18-25 years old. This age requirement is considered to make it difficult for prospective workers to find work, especially for contract workers and women. This study describes the limitation of working age as a form of discrimination and the policies governing age requirements in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is normative legal research using a statute approach, comparative approach, and conceptual approach. The results of this study show that in Indonesia there are no regulations or policies that regulate and provide legal protection regarding age discrimination of workers and it is important for the government and companies to consider more inclusive policies related to age restrictions in recruitment. In addition, there needs to be an effort to provide training and employment opportunities for workers who are above the age limit so that they can still be productive.

Literacy and numeracy are basic competencies needed by students to analyze reading and numbers in various contexts.  Based on the research results, it is known that the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still very lacking. For this reason, the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, is holding a program called the Teaching Campus, which invites students to contribute to strengthening students' literacy and numeracy learning, especially at the junior high school level. Students work directly to help schools, teachers and students according to school conditions and existing needs. The student activities in implementing this campus teaching program are prepared in the form of a RAK (Collaborative Action Plan). However, before that the students are handed over by the field supervisor to the school, then the students carry out school observations. Once they felt they had enough observation data, students created a RAK with the main target of developing the quality of literacy and numeracy. In line with this, students carry it out together with a team that has been formed by the campus teaching program organizing committee. All activities include teaching in class, calistung tutoring, garden improvements, green parks, Bible study, art lessons, literacy trees, reading corners, helping with administration in employee offices, student character training, mutual cooperation, morning cleaning, helping with daily pickets, and development Student talent is a program that the student team carries out during the assignment period at the placement school for the class 7 campus teaching program at SMP Negeri 1 Palipi, JL. Mogang Harbor District. Palipi, Kab. Samosir.

This article examines a potential solution to the well-known Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP), which is classified as an NP-hard problem. We also provide a theoretical synopsis of several approaches that have been employed to tackle this problem. A prominent example of a combinatorial problem is the traveling salesman problem (TSP). To address the fundamental PSO algorithm's premature convergence issue and stagnation behavior on TSP, a scout characteristic-based PSO algorithm is suggested. We address Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), a member of the evolutionary methods class, and outline the methodology for applying PSO to the TSP. Among population-based metaheuristic optimization methods, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is one of the most widely used. Scientific domains such as engineering, chemistry, medicine, advanced physics, and humanities have all effectively employed PSO. Numerous theoretical and empirical results on the convergence and parameterization of PSO versions have been produced as a result of the method's extensive investigation since its introduction in 1995. Hundreds of PSO versions have been developed. It is well recognized that population size has a significant impact on the effectiveness of metaheuristics; nevertheless, no comprehensive research has been done on the appropriate selection of PSO swarm size to date.Through the application of this approach, we examine the effects of various control settings. The ideal solution and the quality of the solution are contrasted.
