The commercial sector, especially the hospitality industry, is one of the largest consumers of electrical energy, with energy costs often ranking as the second highest operational expense. This study aims to conduct a specific Electrical Energy Audit in the Office Engineering unit of Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center to optimize electricity usage and improve energy efficiency. The research applies a detailed audit approach with a focus on lighting systems and air conditioning (AC), which are major contributors to energy consumption. The initial stage involves calculating the actual Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in kWh/m²/month and comparing the results with ASEAN and SNI standards to determine the efficiency classification of the building. Data collection is carried out through direct field measurements as primary data, using instruments such as a Clamp Meter and Lux Meter. The expected outcome of this study is the identification of detailed Energy Saving Opportunities (ESO), along with the estimation of potential monthly energy cost savings and the calculation of the investment Payback Period.

Biodiversity represents the condition and level of ecosystem complexity in a particular area, reflecting the presence of various living organisms and their interactions with the environment. Based on its ecological conditions, Mooat Lake in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency serves as a habitat for various plant species, one of which is moss (Bryophyta), which plays an important role in maintaining ecosystem balance. The presence of Bryophyta in this area has the potential to be utilized as a contextual learning resource in biology education. This study aims to determine the validity level of an interactive e-book based on Bryophyta research conducted at Mooat Lake, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, as a biology learning material for tenth-grade senior high school students. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed in this study was an interactive e-book containing biodiversity material based on field research findings. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 94.2%, categorized as very valid, while the media expert validation obtained a percentage of 83.7%, also categorized as very valid. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the interactive e-book based on moss research meets the criteria of being very valid and is suitable for use as a learning resource in biology subjects, particularly on biodiversity topics.

The decline in seed quality due to storage beyond the shelf life is a major problem in rice cultivation. One effort that can be made to improve seed viability is through invigoration techniques using natural ingredients, such as bean sprout extract (Phaseolus radiatus), which contains growth hormones. This study aims to analyze the effect of bean sprout extract on the viability of Ciherang rice seeds that have exceeded their shelf life and to determine the best treatment. The study was conducted from August to November 2024 at the Biology Laboratory of the UPTD Seed Center, Supervision and Certification of Agricultural Seeds of Gorontalo Province. The study used a two-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with bean sprout age (3, 5, and 7 days after sowing) and bean sprout extract concentration (20 g/L, 40 g/L, and 60 g/L) as factors, with four replications. The parameters observed included germination rate, maximum growth potential, and sprout length. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and DMRT post-hoc test at a 5% level. The results showed that bean sprout extract had a significant effect on all observed parameters. The treatment of 5-day-old bean sprouts with a concentration of 20 g/L gave the best results with a germination rate of 95.5%, maximum growth potential of 98.5%, and the highest sprout length. Sprout extract has the potential to be used as a natural alternative to improve the quality of rice seeds that have passed their storage period.

The success of education delivery depends heavily on the quality of supporting elements, particularly educational facilities, which play a strategic role in supporting learning activities and achieving human resource development goals. This research is motivated by a gap in understanding regarding the effectiveness of the management process for facilities and infrastructure in improving learning quality, as well as the need to adapt to the dynamics of modern education. The purpose of this research is to examine the management process for educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to improving learning quality, based on the results of a literature review. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, where data was obtained through critical analysis of scientific journals and academic literature. The research findings indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure includes the stages of planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, supervision, and disposal. Each stage is interrelated and plays a strategic role in supporting a more effective, efficient, and sustainable learning process. The implications of this research indicate that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, carried out through a planned and sustainable process, plays a crucial role in supporting the improvement of learning quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level on the quality of financial statements based on SAK EMKM, with accounting information systems as a moderating variable, focusing on coffee shop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kediri City, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 32 business owners or financial managers selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software.The results indicate that education level has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements, suggesting that higher educational attainment enhances accounting understanding and compliance with SAK EMKM. However, accounting information systems were found to weaken this relationship, indicating that system complexity, limited digital literacy, and insufficient technical training may reduce the effectiveness of education in improving financial reporting quality. These findings highlight that improving financial reporting quality among MSMEs requires not only higher educational capacity but also appropriate technological support and continuous technical assistance. This study contributes to the accounting literature by emphasizing the contextual role of accounting information systems in shaping the relationship between human capital and financial reporting quality in MSMEs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kompetensi  baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kualitas pelayanan pada pegawai Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah 67 orang pegawai, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 105 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 84 orang yang dipilih dengan Slovin secara proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan pemberdayaan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki peran mediasi dalam memediasi knowledge sharing dan pemberdayan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja pegawai sektor publik yang sering terkendala birokrasi, budaya organisasi hierarkis, dan regulasi ketat. Kepemimpinan autentik dan penyesuaian pekerjaan dipandang sebagai faktor yang dapat   memengaruhi kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui keterlibatan kerja. Kepemimpinan autentik berperan dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang terbuka dan penuh integritas, sedangkan penyesuaian pekerjaan memberi ruang bagi pegawai menyesuaikan pekerjaan dengan kekuatan dan preferensi pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 153 pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pemalang. Instrumen berupa kuesioner berskala Likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun mediasi antar variabel berdasarkan teori JD-R, COR, dan Authentic Leadership. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat hipotesis diterima dan satu ditolak. Penyesuaian pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta menjadi prediktor paling kuat bagi kinerja (β = 0,432). Kepemimpinan autentik berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan kerja (β = 0,335), namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja (β = 0,120). Keterlibatan kerja terbukti memediasi sebagian hubungan penyesuaian pekerjaan dengan kinerja, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 44,2% varians keterlibatan kerja dan 60,8% varians kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya faktor individual seperti penyesuaian pekerjaan dibandingkan faktor kepemimpinan top-down dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di sektor publik. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah perlunya organisasi pemerintah mengembangkan program penyesuaian pekerjaan, memperkuat keterlibatan kerja, serta membangun kepemimpinan autentik sebagai fondasi budaya kerja yang positif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan digital, knowledge sharing baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui perilaku inovasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai Kecamatan se-Kabuptaen Pemalang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN sebanyak 217 responden. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 141 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi. Perilaku inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Perilaku inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan digital terhadap kinerja pegawai dan perilaku inovasi dapat memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim kerja dan komepensasi finansial baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai OPD Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai OPD Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang berjumlah 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN sebanyak 217 responden. Sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 141 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi digital dan adaptasi penyuluh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pera efektivitas komunikasi terhadap kepuasan peternak ayam padaKemitraan Peternak Ayam di Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta penyuluhan peternak ayam di Pemalang, dengan pengambilan sampel dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 133 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peternak, adaptasi penyuluh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peternak. Kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peran efektivitas komunikasi, adaptasi penyuluh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peran efektivitas komunikasi. Efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peternak. Efektivitas komunikasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi digital terhadap kepuasan peternak.  Efektivitas komunikasi dapat memediasi pengaruh adaptasi penyuluh terhadap kepuasan peternak.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on members' saving decisions at BMT Fajar Bina Sejahtera Metro Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires given to 98 respondents, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that both service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on saving decisions, both partially and simultaneously. However, service quality has a more dominant influence compared to promotion. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) indicates that 32.4% of the variation in saving decisions can be explained by these two independent variables. Therefore, BMT Fajar Bina Sejahtera needs to continuously improve service quality and design more effective promotional strategies to attract and retain members to be more active in saving. This research provides important insights for BMT management in formulating more precise policies to enhance members' saving decisions.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in accelerating regional economic growth and improving community welfare. However, MSMEs in North Sumatra Province continue to face various challenges, particularly limited access to capital, low adoption of digital technology, and insufficient business assistance. This community service program aims to strengthen the MSME ecosystem through integrated empowerment initiatives, including facilitating access to financing, enhancing the use of internet-based technologies, and improving the capacity of MSME actors. The methods applied include business mentoring, training activities, and analysis of MSME performance in both short-term and long-term perspectives. The results indicate that expanded access to capital and increased adoption of digital technology contribute positively and significantly to MSME income growth in both the short and long term. Interestingly, the absence of guidance, training, and extension services shows a positive correlation with income in the short term but has a significant negative impact on business sustainability and stability in the long term. Furthermore, reliance on bank loans consistently demonstrates a significant negative effect on MSME performance across both analytical periods. These findings highlight the importance of building a sustainable MSME ecosystem through continuous mentoring, improved financial literacy, and adaptive digital transformation to ensure long-term business resilience.

Umbilical cord infection is one of the leading causes of neonatal mortality in Indonesia. Appropriate umbilical cord care is essential to accelerate separation and prevent infection. In the working area of UPT Puskesmas Alai, variations in cord care practices and delayed separation cases were still found. This study aimed to analyze the effect of umbilical cord care using sterile gauze method on cord separation duration at UPT Puskesmas Alai. The study employed quasi-experimental design with one-group pre-test post-test approach on 32 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Pretest data were obtained from medical records, while posttest data through direct observation. Analysis used Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test (α=0.05). Results showed mean cord separation time in pretest group was 9.2 days (SD=1.08) and posttest group 6.0 days (SD=0.84). Wilcoxon test showed Z=-4.94 with p-value=0.000, indicating significant difference. Umbilical cord care using sterile gauze method effectively accelerates separation time compared to conventional methods. Healthcare workers are recommended to implement this method as standard care.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education learning has increased significantly, particularly among Informatics Engineering students. Although AI provides various benefits in supporting the learning process, its utilization also raises ethical concerns, especially related to algorithmic bias and responsible use of technology. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Informatics Engineering students regarding bias and ethics in the use of artificial intelligence in learning. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 80 Informatics Engineering students who had experience using AI in learning activities. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using mean scores and percentages. The results indicate that students demonstrate a high level of ethical awareness and responsibility in using AI; however, their perception of potential bias in AI systems remains at a moderate level. These findings reveal a gap between normative ethical awareness and critical understanding of algorithmic bias. This study recommends strengthening contextual and applied AI ethics literacy within the Informatics Engineering curriculum to promote responsible and ethical use and development of artificial intelligence technologies.

This study aims to explore the understanding of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors regarding financial statements as a basis for applying for Islamic financing. Financial statements play a crucial role in assessing business feasibility, especially in Islamic banking which emphasizes the principles of transparency, justice, and accountability. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations involving MSME actors and Islamic banking practitioners. The results indicate that most MSME actors have limited understanding of financial statements, both in terms of preparation and utilization, which impacts their ability to access Islamic financing. Therefore, collaboration between Islamic banks and educational institutions is needed to improve MSME financial literacy, so they are better prepared and have sufficient understanding to prepare financial reports in accordance with Sharia principles. This is expected to improve access to and the quality of financing received by MSMEs in Indonesia.

This study aims to describe the implementation of multicultural education at SDN Bululawang 02 and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study consist of the principal and teachers. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews, while data analysis used an interactive analysis model that includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that multicultural education has been implemented through school policies, the learning process, and school culture. The school applies deep learning-based instruction that emphasizes meaningful learning experiences with the support of learning technologies such as smart TVs and smart boxes. Multicultural education is also realized through various religious, social, and national activities, such as routine religious activities, the commemoration of national and religious holidays, as well as the use of traditional clothing, which serve to instill values of tolerance, togetherness, and mutual respect. The role of the school principal is evident through classroom supervision, teacher training, and learning evaluation, while teachers integrate multicultural values through varied and enjoyable teaching methods. The challenges faced include the diverse characteristics of students, limited facilities, and differences in students' academic abilities. Efforts made by the school to overcome these challenges involve collaboration with parents and adjustments to learning strategies. This study concludes that multicultural education in elementary schools has been implemented well; however, it still requires strengthening in terms of facility support, teacher competence, and ongoing collaboration between schools and parents.

This research aims to normatively analyze the legal basis, rationality, and implications of the presidential threshold on the multi-party system and the principle of electoral justice in Indonesia, with a focus on Constitutional Court Decision Number 14/PUU-XI/2013. Thru a normative legal approach, this research examines the provisions of Article 222 of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections and the Constitutional Court's constitutional arguments in maintaining the presidential nomination threshold. The analysis results show that although formally the presidential threshold is an open and legitimate legal policy, it substantially creates political inequality and limits the participation of small parties in the multi-party system. The Constitutional Court's decision is considered not fully reflective of the principles of electoral justice and popular sovereignty, as it prioritizes government stability over political equality. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the presidential candidacy threshold policy to make it more proportional, inclusive, and aligned with the principles of constitutional democracy. This reform is expected to strengthen the legitimacy of Indonesia's presidential system without neglecting the fundamental values of justice and political representation of the people.
