This study aims to find out the parties who are related and responsible according to Law Number 38 of 2004 concerning roads (Road Law), for various damage to road infrastructure in the city of Bandar Lampung and their handling and government accountability to parties who are disadvantaged in problems this (273 Law Number 22 of 2009). This study uses normative juridical research with data sources consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary data, analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. Data that can be obtained from written materials such as laws, books and documents. And also by using empirical legal research, by using a statutory approach and a case approach, data collection was carried out by means of literature studies and interviews, the data collected was descriptive. (113) Law enforcement for traffic accidents caused by damaged roads, especially in the city of Bandar Lampung, is not only a form of public service, but is a responsibility mandated by law, which if not implemented can lead to serious legal consequences. This study aims to determine law enforcement against traffic accidents caused by damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung and what factors become obstacles to law enforcement against traffic accidents caused by damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung. The results of research on traffic accident law enforcement due to damaged roads in the city of Bandar Lampung show the weak handling of the traffic police and the Bandar Lampung city government in implementing Law number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, especially article 273. As well as the effectiveness of law enforcement and implementation that occurred in the implementation of the current road is still considered lacking.

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menjadikan manusia menjadi lebih baik, dengan cara mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang menekankan pada peningkatan kemampuan siswa untuk menjadi pribadi yang memiliki pemahaman yang luas dan mumpuni. Salah satu aspek yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman yaitu melalui membaca. “Banyak Baca, Banyak Tahu” merupakan salah satu slogan mengenai pentingnya membaca. Proses pembelajaran yang sukses harus menggunakan strategi yang relevan guna untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggiguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Dalam proses penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan rasional yang disusun berdasarkan hasil observasi studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi yang baik dan relevan pada pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggi dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa.

In this study, the data that will be used as research objects are Regular Indonesian Language Education Students E 2020. This study aims to find out Indonesian language errors in WhatsApp group conversations for regular students E 2020. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique comes from screenshots of text from the WhatsApp group application for Indonesian Language and Literature Education Regular E 2020. The research method contains an explanation of the methods used by researchers in conducting research. In this section the researcher explains the scientific procedures carried out by the researcher to produce a conclusion. The method contains research approaches and methods, data sources/populations and samples, methods for selecting samples/determining data sources, instruments, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. This section contains a description of the procedure and research steps according to the topic being studied. The results of this study are that there are many mistakes made by students in communicating in groups such as using incorrect spelling, using non-standard words and using forgotten punctuation marks.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

Membaca merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk melatih keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi lisan. Membaca adalah suatu proses pembacaan sandi yang penulis buat untuk pembaca. Membaca merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa di dalam atau pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Mulai dari SD, SMP, SMA, bahkan sampai di perguruan tinggi ini masih dipelajari. Keterampilan membaca sangat penting di semua kalangan Pendidikan, karena Ketika seorang peserta didik atau mahasiswa tidak memiliki keterampilan membaca, maka akan terjadi ketertinggalan zaman yang diakibatkan ketidaktahuan membaca. Pembelajaran membaca memiliki peran penting dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Semua pendidik berharap anak didiknya menguasai keterampilan membaca. Salah satunya adalah siswa dapat membaca dengan cepat untuk menemukan ide pokok.

Rumusan Masalah yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana hasil penelitian analisis kelas sosial dalam novel Marianne karya Risa Saraswati. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil kelas sosial dalam novel Marianne karya Risa Saraswati, kelas sosial tersebut meliputi kelas sosial atas dan kelas sosial bawah yang dianalisis berdasarkan para tokoh dalam novel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui teknik simak catat yaitu data yang telah tersedia dianalisis dengan cara disimak, setelah data terkumpul akan dilakukan teknik mencatat semua data yang telah ditemukan pada novel Marianne. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 31 wujud kelas sosial. Berbagai wujud kelas sosial tersebut ditemukan berdasarkan analisis kelas sosial atas dan kelas sosial bawah. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian tersebut diantaranya sebagai berikut. 1) berdasarkan kelas sosial atas terdapat 21 data, yaitu 4 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Marianne Van Dziburg, 17 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Anton Van Dziburg. 2) berdasarkan kelas sosial bawah terdapat 10 data, yaitu 5 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Saeni, 5 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Brata.

Class analysis results for the Think Pair ShareeCooperative learninggmodel class and the direct learning model class indicate that the average learninggoutcomes of studentsstaught utilizing the ThinkkPairrShare Cooperativeelearning modelaare greater than those of studentsstaught utilizing the direct learning model.

Restriction and blockage are two types of lung function problems.Purpose: To analyze the application of the tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to the increase in oxygen saturation in congested patients in the emergency room at PROF Hospital. Dr. SABOE TONGUE.Methods: Case report, which is a narrative report. The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study.Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room.Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.  

This research is about juridical analysis of the application of article 1348 of the Civil Code to the practice of online arisan with a descending system. The method used in this research is normative. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal consequences caused by the Owner and Member of the Online Arisan Practice System for Decreasing the Non-fulfillment of Elements in Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The results of this study are that if one of the parties defaults or defaults, the provisions for sanctions are regulated in criminal and civil provisions, then the legal consequence is that if a member party does not complete the arisan contribution, the owner will bear the fee. so that members who commit defaults will hold negotiations/mediation efforts up to filing a lawsuit in court or carrying out a criminal law process by the owner as the person in charge of the arisan.

AUTO2000 Basuki Rahmat is one of the branches dealer Toyota, which is located in the city of Surabaya, is engaged in services such as sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts whose management is fully handled by the Astra Group. The company always strives to provide fast and accurate service, but customers spend quite a long time waiting because the car service process is relatively long. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. This research is entitled "Inculcation of Character Education in PAI Learning in SMP N 12 Palembang". This study aims to determine the inculcation of character education in PAI learning in schools and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in inculcating character education in PAI learning in schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using method triangulation and source trianulation. In this study it was found that pie learning at this school was carried out face-to-face where previously it was done online. So that the findings in this study are PAI teachers find that students' technological abilities are getting better. But sometimes in the learning process sometimes become lazy and not disciplined with time. So that in PAI learning at school, PAI teachers instill four positive values ​​in learning that will have an impact on student character. The four values ​​are honesty, discipline, hard work and wisdom.

This article will discuss the importance of character education in the world of education. Character education is an important part of the life process of students at school, of course it needs comprehensive activities in the process. Character education includes everything about the values ​​of positive people's behavior, helping people to become better people, especially individual students who will shape the next generation of the nation. The role of character education has a major influence on a person's moral development through letter education which will be used as a printer to renew the morals of the Indonesian nation through education. Family, teachers, parents and the environment all influence the cultivation of character education by students.

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana perlindungan hukum atas kerugian nasabah asuransi terhadap kasus gagal bayar ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan hambatan-hambatan dalam perlindungan hukum atas kerugian nasabah asuransi terhadap kasus gagal bayar ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Company dissolution and legal protection of shareholder rights are regulated based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia. The journal discusses the procedure for dissolving a company, the reasons for dissolving, and options for filing a lawsuit against the court for dissolving a company when a dispute arises between shareholders. The author emphasizes the importance of legal protection for shareholders and the need for clear regulations in the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law. Normative legal research methods (normative legal research). The results of this study indicate that the procedure for dissolving a company based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability companies can apply for the dissolution of a company through a district court. There are shareholder rights that must be protected and shareholders must exercise their rights through adequate procedures that have been determined by the company.

A justice collaborator are suspect, defendants or convicts but work together with law enforcement officials to provide information in uncovering criminal acts that have occurred. The aim of the research is to analyze the legal protection of justice collaborators in terms of Law 31/2014. This study uses normative legal research methods with qualitative data. The results of the study show that (1) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of Law Number 31 of 2014 explained in article 5 that law enforcement officials have the obligation to provide protection and assistance to justice collaborator from legal entities so that they feel safe from threats which will come. (2) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of five basic principles or commonly called Maqashid Asy-Syariah which can be concluded that Islam highly upholds the protection of human rights, which in this case is legal protection for justice collaborators who have important services in helping officials Law enforcers uncover a crime.
