Law plays a fundamental role in creating order, balance, certainty, and benefit in social and state interactions. Legal science, as a dynamic discipline, continues to evolve along with its object of study, based on ethical, moral, and aesthetic principles. This article aims to analyze the relationship between legal codification as an effort to systematize and ensure legal certainty, and the existence and evolution of legal science in the context of modern legal development. This research adopts a normative legal method, focusing on the examination of primary and secondary legal materials, as well as legal analysis as norms and texts. The findings show that legal codification, which emerged from the need for legal certainty and unity, was greatly influenced by Enlightenment political thought, such as the concept of the separation of powers and the doctrine of popular sovereignty. Meanwhile, legal science, rooted in the philosophical foundations of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, faces challenges between theoretical depth and practical demands, yet remains steadfast in its authentic goal of achieving justice. The development of modern law demands a balance between the formal certainty offered by codification and the dynamic nature of legal science in achieving justice amid societal complexity, driving continuous adaptation and reflection.

This study investigates the influence of understanding the philosophy of science on students’ critical attitudes and academic ethics in the learning process. Philosophy of science is essential in shaping systematic and reflective scientific thinking, while also serving as a foundation for academic character development. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 30 postgraduate management students at Universitas PGRI Palembang. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale to measure three constructs: understanding of the philosophy of science, critical attitude, and academic ethics. The obligation to seek knowledge holds a central position in Islamic law, grounded in strong normative and theological principles. Islam classifies the pursuit of knowledge as fardhu ‘ain (an individual duty) for essential religious and worldly knowledge, and fardhu kifayah (a collective duty) for broader societal needs. This article explores the legal foundations of this obligation in Islamic jurisprudence and examines its relevance in the context of contemporary education. Using a normative-juridical method, this study analyzes primary Islamic sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and the views of classical and modern scholars. The findings show that Islam does not treat knowledge merely as a tool for personal development, but as a moral and spiritual responsibility. In modern educational systems, these values remain highly relevant, particularly in addressing ethical decline and the loss of purpose in learning. This article recommends the integration of Islamic legal perspectives on knowledge into educational curricula to help restore the spiritual and moral aims

The dominance of Western-centric norms in cybersecurity ethics presents a significant gap in addressing the moral and cultural realities of diverse societies, particularly those in the Muslim world. This paper proposes a decolonial and culturally inclusive framework by integrating Islamic ethical philosophy into the discourse on cybersecurity. Drawing on key Islamic concepts such as amanah (trust), ‘adl (justice), and niyyah (intention), the study explores how these values can inform ethical decision-making in digital environments. Through a philosophical-theological approach, it critiques the assumption of value neutrality in technology and highlights the moral agency and accountability embedded in Islamic metaphysics. The findings underscore the necessity of ethical pluralism and call for a global digital ethics that is both morally substantive and culturally responsive. Ultimately, the study contributes to the development of a more holistic and spiritually informed cybersecurity paradigm that resonates with the ethical traditions of Muslim-majority contexts.

A professional leader of an educational institution is someone who is able to provide direction, set goals to be achieved, provide solutions to every problem, make various decisions, planning and strategies. He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

The rapid growth of science and technology in the contemporary era has had a considerable impact on social life, especially among adolescents. Adolescents typically encounter difficulty in controlling their emotions and desires, which can lead to deviant behavior or juvenile delinquency. This study intends to evaluate techniques for reducing juvenile delinquency through the function of the family as the first and foremost social unit in an individual's life. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores numerous literature and related previous study results. The results of the study reveal that open communication, giving affection, establishing moral and religious beliefs, and regular supervision from parents have an essential role in preventing aberrant conduct in teenagers. In addition, significant family involvement in adolescent life might enhance adolescent resilience to harmful environmental impacts. From these findings, it is recommended that families improve the quality of interactions with adolescents and work together with educational institutions and the community in establishing an environment that fosters positive adolescent development.

The main problem in this study lies in the lack of a deep and comprehensive understanding of child development from the perspective of Islamic psychology, especially in the context of education. In fact, understanding the stages of child development is very important to design appropriate educational approaches holistically. This study aims to explain the definition of child development psychology, identify psychological concepts in Islamic teachings that are relevant to child growth, and analyze how the principles of Islamic psychology can be applied in child education. The method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach, which examines various literatures from modern psychology and classical Islamic sources. The results show that Islam provides a strong conceptual foundation in understanding child development, which includes a balance between intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and moral aspects. Educational psychology in Islam also emphasizes the importance of the active role of parents, teachers, and the surrounding environment in shaping children's character and personality. Thus, the integration between modern psychological theories and Islamic values can be a strategic foothold in developing a child education system that is not only academic, but also oriented towards the formation of noble morals and character.
