The aim of this research is to find out and understand the role and duties of the parish pastoral council in pastoral work and church services in the Catholic Church. The method used in this article is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques using literature reviews, observation, documentation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative methods through data analysis techniques. Research steps include interviews with informants, informant profiles, theme definitions, reflections, implications, synthesis, perspectives or future possibilities. So that the church can grow and develop, with the hope that it can help people to be more active, especially in positions that require service and visits, so that their faith and hope can grow and develop towards eternal salvation, so that they can better understand the meaning contained therein. . in the teachings of the Catholic Church. The results of this research show that the parish pastoral council, especially in Ampa Petrus and Paulus Parish, has a very important role, and the parish pastoral council is very much needed in the parish, especially in pastoral care. from church. and assisting the parish priest in his duties and ministry serving the parishioners.

This study aims to find out the view of Dayak Ngaju Catholics about Sangiang Rituals, their appreciation about the sacrament of anointing the sick, and the implementation comparison about the sacrament of anointing of the Sick and rituals of Sangiang in Ngaju Dayak culture. The method used in this study is qualitative research methods. Data is obtained by interview, observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using Miles and Huberman steps used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that Dayak Ngaju people know about the Sangiang ritual as a healing ritual in Dayak Ngaju’s culture. The people know about the sacrament of the anointing of the sick in the Catholic Church as one of the sacraments asking that the sick person is strengthened in order to be able to pass through all his illnesses because of God's help.This conclusion is that the sangiang ritual has a social dimension that directs, and brings people to realize that to live together requires a sense of caring between one another. The values contained in the sangiang ritual are values of togetherness and brotherhood. The presence of the Church in the culture is the entrance to proclaiming the kingdom of God, especially giving catechesis related to the sacrament of anointing the sick because God himself works to heal especially in the sangiang ritual.

Through a case study of salt farmers in Kalianget, Sumenep, this research examines training and development to increase productivity, innovation and welfare of salt farmers. The research results show that intrinsic motivation, such as job satisfaction, increased productivity, and recognition, has a significant influence on innovation and welfare of salt farmers. The results of this research provide valuable insight for salt farmers, especially in Karang Anyar Village, to increase productivity, innovation and job satisfaction for salt farmers.

This research aims to conduct an analysis of consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek Sriwedari MSMEs. This research involved 100 respondents who were consumers of the restaurant. This study focuses on five indicators, namely product quality, service quality, emotional aspects, product price and costs. The research results show that overall the five indicators received a good positive response from consumers. These findings indicate that the factors studied have a significant contribution to consumer satisfaction with Ayam Geprek Sriwedari. The implications of this research suggest the need for MSMEs to continue to improve and maintain product quality, service, emotional aspects, product prices, and manage costs well in order to maintain consumer satisfaction and increase business competitiveness. This research provides valuable insight for MSME managers in understanding the factors that are important in creating positive experiences for consumers and strengthening market share.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram social media promotion effectiveness on brand awareness and consumer purchase intention, with a case study on Bistro Balige, North Sumatra. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this research involved 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that the effectiveness of Instagram promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. However, brand awareness does not have a significant influence on purchase intention. These findings provide valuable insights for culinary businesses in tourist areas like Lake Toba in optimizing their digital promotion strategies.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. Business legality that is officially recognized by the government, such as a Business Identification Number, is the main prerequisite for gaining consumer trust and access to various other business opportunities, including financing and partnerships. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance to Bu Suwarti Semen Tape MSMEs regarding NIB creation, starting from the registration process to NIB processing so that the business is recognized as legal by the government, and by developing branding for the Bu Suwarti Semen Tape product, it can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of its products. on the market. The MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. This assistance is carried out in two stages, namely assistance in creating a Business Identification Number which starts from the registration process to processing the NIB so that the legality of the business is recognized by the government. Next, the second stage is assistance with MSME branding through creating a visual identity which aims to increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of this tape product on the market.

A country's economic growth can increase because of the important role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive economic enterprises that were born as one of human activities to fulfill their daily needs. This research discusses the role of the Business Identification Number (NIB) in the context of business legality to support the business growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The focus of this activity is the UMKM Semen Tape Bu Suwarti, a tape producer in Semen Hamlet, Musir Kidul Village. This MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. The stages in this activity begin with socialization regarding the importance of NIB ownership for business legality and assistance in making NIB. The existence of NIB can help to increase transparency in the business world by making it easier for the government to monitor and enforce laws related to business licensing and regulations. In this way, NIB not only simplifies the business process, but is also an important step in supporting the growth of MSMEs as a sector of the Indonesian economy.

Electronic vehicles (EV) are not only an alternative for fossil fuel cars to reduce the rate of air pollution but also as a strategy to expand market share in Indonesia. This research aims to analyse the Wuling Air EV product strategy in attracting consumer to purchasing the electric cars. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from search results in various digital databases and official publications. The research results show that the success of Wuling Air EV sales cannot be separated from the implementation of an omnichannel marketing strategy (offline and online) to attract consumer interest in electric vehicles. The omnichannel marketing strategy implemented involves various channels, both online or social media and directly through car shows or at dealers. This makes Wuling Motors take the opportunity, apart from intensifying promotions at dealers, offline exhibitions or car auto shows, but to utilize online marketing Wuling collaborating with car reviewers and influencers, providing options for purchasing or booking via e-commerce, and provide a home test-drive simply through the application. In this way, Wuling Indonesia has a goal of being able to create a touch point with the public regarding electronic vehicles (EV) both offline and online.

In today's digital era, the role of social media in marketing has become increasingly significant, but there is still a lack of research exploring its influence on traditional products such as iced tea poci. Marketing strategy is a method of generating profits and goals. By improving the products the company sells. This strategy is one of the marketing mix strategies that companies often consider.  This Poci iced tea UMKM was founded in 2022 and is located in the Pelita Bangsa University canteen. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of social media and price on purchasing decisions for iced tea pots, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative research approach is applied in this research which focuses on a causal approach. Determining the sample used was through incidental/accidental sampling techniques. Data from 100 respondents was collected using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument and to analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used. The results of this study show that (1) social media has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase iced tea teapots (2) price has no effect on the decision to purchase iced tea pots (3) social media and price have a significant effect on the decision to purchase iced teapots. These results indicate that the marketing mix and marketing strategy are very important in driving sales of the Teh Poci beverage business.

Kopiko's positive reputation as a global brand is a consideration for PT Mayora Indah Tbk in innovating its marketing by choosing a product placement strategy. Product placement is a form of brand placement, product packaging or certain logos that are integrated with the film plot. PT Mayora Indah Tbk chose to market Kopiko in Korean drama series considering that Korean dramas are currently popular and have many fans in the world. This research aims to analyze the use of Korean drama entertainment as a marketing strategy for local Kopiko products. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data comes from search results in various official publications and relevant digital databases. The research results show that the product placement that appears in the drama is done by inserting advertisements naturally in an effort to touch the thoughts and feelings of the audience by clearly displaying the product, brand and logo of the Kopiko candy. Product placement in popular dramas accompanied by the attractiveness of the actresses involved can arouse curiosity in potential consumers to find out more about the product that appears. Kopiko's first appearance in the Korean drama entitled 'Vincenzo', followed by other Korean dramas, became a hot topic of conversation on social media. Indonesian people seem enthusiastic about the emergence of Indonesian brands and quite a few feel proud because local products appear in Korean dramas which have recently been in great demand by people from various parts of the world.

Bank Syariah Mandiri is a sharia commercial bank that has implemented CAMEL analysis as a benchmark for health. So this research aims to see whether there is an influence of the camel method on the health level of Bank Syarah Mandiri for the 2015-2017 period. This research uses a combination research method with quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to predict changes in a variable caused by other variables. The sample used is the quarterly financial ratios of Bank Syariah Mandiri for the 2015-2017 period. The results of this research indicate that hypothesis 1 obtained a CAR ratio, namely tcount as big as 4,729 > 2,776, meaning Capital has a positive effect on the bank's health level. Hypothesis 2 obtained KAP ratio obtained tcount -0.251 < 2.776 and PPAP obtains tcount 0.309 < 2.776, meaning Asset Quality has no positive or negative effect on the bank's health level. Hypothesis 3 shows that the NPM value obtained a significant value of 0.380 > 0.05 and tcount 0.987 < 2.776, meaning that management has no positive or negative influence on the bank's health level. Hypothesis 4 shows that the ROA ratio obtains a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05 and tcount 3,300 > 2.776 and the BOPO ratio has a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05 and tcount  2.908 > 2.776, meaning Earning has a positive effect on the bank's health level. Hypothesis 5 shows that FDR has a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05 and tcount -3.611 > -2.776, meaning, Likuidity has a negative effect on the bank's health level.

One of the most difficult issues for a country to avoid is reducing the unemployment rate, and this problem is often referred to as a multidimensional issue. Unemployment serves as a starting point for other social problems, such as criminal activity and other economic issues. A low unemployment rate reflects an improving standard of living for the population. Therefore, government policies are needed not only from a micro perspective but also from a macro perspective, considering the dynamic inflation rate. This report is used to analyze the dynamic relationship between inflation and the unemployment rate in Indonesia during the period 2019 - 2023. This period has caused a rather complex economic disruption, so the inflation-unemployment relationship may differ from classical economic theory. This study also compares the effectiveness of the Phillips curve on government policy. The data used are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), including the inflation rate and the open unemployment rate. The method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that there is a negative relationship between inflation and the unemployment rate in Indonesia during the period 2019 - 2023. This means that when inflation increases, the unemployment rate decreases, and vice versa. However, based on current real conditions, they are now aligned. Government policies aimed at controlling inflation need to consider their impact on the unemployment rate.

The development of trade in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase, especially in the fashion and accessories trading business. The Indonesian Muslim community today is increasingly aware of the importance of the fashion aspect which does not only involve choosing clothes, but is also related to style and trends, even when they wear the hijab. The high intensity of purchasing Muslim fashion through e-commerce in recent years and how important it is to fulfill lifestyle needs without forgetting one's religious identity. Judging from the above phenomenon, religiosity is a consideration when making decisions to purchase Muslim fashion. The aim of this research is to find out how religiosity influences Muslim clothing purchasing decisions. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire, and the sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method using the Slovin formula. The data obtained was then processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results of this research show that the selbelsar t value was 2.429 and the selbelsar significance value was 0.017 at a significance level of 0.05. The conclusion of the results obtained is a value of 0.017 < 0.05, so a hypothesis is obtained which states "Religiosity has a positive influence on the purchasing decision variable and the buying of Muslim clothing..

The aim of this research is to analyze commodities in the food crop subsector and horticultural crop subsector which have the potential to be developed in order to support the economy in East Kalimantan Province. Analyzing food crop subsector commodities and horticultural crop subsectors that have competitiveness to be developed in order to support the economy in East Kalimantan Province. Analyzing the shift and role of commodities in the food crop subsector and horticultural crop subsector in the economy in East Kalimantan Province. Analyzing economic development planning strategies that can be carried out in order to develop potential and competitive commodities in the food crop subsector and horticultural crop subsector to support the economy in East Kalimantan Province.In this research, an analysis was carried out to determine potential economic sectors using the Klassen typology analysis tool, then an analysis was carried out to explain competitive sectors and shifts in economic structure using the Shift Share analysis tool, then a SWOT analysis was carried out.The results of this research are food crop subsector commodities and horticultural crop subsectors that have the potential to be developed in order to support the economy in East Kalimantan Province are lowland rice, shallots and large chilies. Commodities in the food crop subsector and horticultural crop subsector that have competitiveness to be developed in order to support the economy in East Kalimantan Province are lowland rice, corn, bananas, shallots and large chilies. The economic development planning strategy that can be carried out in order to develop potential and competitive sectors in the food crop sub-sector and horticultural crop sub-sector in order to support the economy in East Kalimantan Province is to implement short-term, medium-term and long-term plans.

Empowerment is basically a process that is run with the full awareness and preparation of the parties to increase the capacity and capability of the community in developing and helping themselves to the good state. Target awareness here is a small business, because most of them can not empower their business due to the difficulty of obtaining additional capital. BMT Maunah Tegal is one of the institutions supporting economic activity is shown to support the community and small businesses by presenting a variety of financing, one of which is murabahah. The purpose of this study was to describe the Murabaha financing and small business pemberdyaan performed at Baitul Mall wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal and determine the effect of Murabaha financing to small business empowerment.  The method used in this study is a quantitative method, technique of data collection through questionnaires addressed to the respondent customers Baitul Mall wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal, and to study the documentation. Samples from the Baitul Mall Customer wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal by 69 respondents.  Based on the survey results revealed that with df = ttable n-2, 69-2 = 67 finished ttable test of df 67 is 67 = 2292. T say if the significant value of t <t table so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, whereas if t count> t table then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the value of t (4364) and ttable of attachment (2292) then t count> t table so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus meaning that the granting murabaha financing has significant influence to empower small businesses.

This research aims to examine the role of ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqf) in economic equality in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) using a qualitative approach. ZISWAF is seen as a financial instrument that has great potential for reducing economic disparities between community groups in NTB. A qualitative approach is used to understand the impact of ZISWAF's contribution to economic equality and the factors that influence its implementation. The research results show that ZISWAF has a significant role in economic equality in NTB. Through fund distribution, economic empowerment programs, and infrastructure development, ZISWAF can reduce economic disparities between community groups.

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Accounting Fraud has become a major problem across all industries, causing financial loss and damaging an organization's reputation. In this research, the goal to be achieved is to understand how an individual's morality and internal control influence the occurrence of fraud. Fraud cases in Indonesia have increased along with business growth and developing investment opportunities. Company financial reports are often presented maximally to attract investor interest. This research applies a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This literature review was carried out by collecting articles published in international and national journals from 2017 - 2024. Of the 336 articles found, 52 articles were taken for further analysis based on certain criteria. Articles collected via Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate and Garuda. In this study, articles were grouped based on the year in which they were published, the number of authors involved, the research methods used, and the data collection techniques applied. The findings from this study indicate that this subject will be the most discussed in 2022, with 13 related journals. Most of the authors come from the Indonesian Hindu University in the Hita Accounting and Finance journal, contributing 22% of the total articles. The method most commonly used in this research is quantitative, with questionnaires as the main approach to collecting data.

In developing more advanced human resources it is very important, proper employee management can realize human resources or improve the performance of skilled workers and help agencies achieve their goals. West Bekasi District is one of the state administrative bodies responsible for coordinating government administration, serving and empowering the surrounding community. There are several problems, namely a lack of supervision from the leadership, so that there are still employees who arrive late and do not come in without explanation and the facilities provided are inadequate so that employee performance is still less than optimal. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 37 respondents from the West Bekasi District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS 22 to carry out multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously leadership and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.
