Pregnancy is a physiological process that involves various physical and psychological changes in women. One common psychological issue that can arise is anxiety related to body image, which can significantly influence the eating behaviors of pregnant women. This psychological challenge may lead to eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and bulimia nervosa. The presence of eating disorders during pregnancy can have detrimental effects on maternal health, including nutritional deficiencies, fatigue, and an increased risk of complications during pregnancy, such as preterm birth and gestational diabetes. Additionally, these disorders can negatively impact the fetus, resulting in inadequate nutrient intake, low birth weight, and developmental delays. Therefore, maintaining a healthy, balanced diet, alongside psychological support, is crucial for pregnant women. Health education, along with professional counseling and guidance from healthcare providers, plays a vital role in preventing and managing eating disorders during pregnancy. Such efforts ultimately contribute to optimal health outcomes for both the mother and the developing fetus, ensuring the well-being of both in the long term.

This research aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for consumers in the case of illegal cosmetic circulation in the Traditional Market of Moluo Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, and to examine the roles of the Health Department and the Gorontalo Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BBPOM) in supervising and guiding business actors. The research method used is empirical legal research with a non-doctrinal qualitative approach, thru interviews with sellers, consumers, and supervisory authorities, as well as field observations and document studies. The research results show that the majority of vendors in the market already understand the importance of a distribution permit from BPOM and choose to sell legal products, although in practice illegal cosmetics are still found due to high consumer demand for instant results. The main obstacle lies in consumers who are often aware of the dangers of illegal cosmetics but still purchase them. BPOM Gorontalo implements legal protection thru two channels: preventive measures such as socialization, education, and routine inspections, and repressive measures such as legal action in accordance with Article 435 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. The implications of this research confirm the need for more comprehensive legal protection strategies with cross-agency collaboration, increased public legal literacy, and consumer empowerment to make them more critical in product selection.

Unmonitored traffic conditions often hinder decision-making processes in traffic management, particularly on secondary roads. Jalan Raden Inten II in East Jakarta is one of the connecting routes with heavy traffic activity at certain times, yet no integrated data-based monitoring system is currently available. This study proposes an Internet of Things (IoT)-based traffic condition classification system to identify Clear, Normal, or Congested states based on vehicle counts and speed categorization. The system is designed using an ESP32 microcontroller, an HB100 sensor to detect vehicle speed, and two AJ-SR04M ultrasonic sensors to detect vehicle presence. Data on vehicle counts and the percentage of slow-moving vehicles are periodically transmitted to the ThingSpeak platform and processed using the Threshold-Based Classification method. The classification results are visualized on a dashboard-based website equipped with charts, traffic condition status, and notifications when consecutive congestion is detected. Testing was conducted using simulation data over a specific period. Qualitative validation was carried out by comparing the classification results with traffic indicators from Google Maps. The results show that the system can classify traffic conditions with a good degree of agreement with external references, although discrepancies occurred at certain times due to the limitations of simulated data. This research demonstrates that a simple IoT approach can provide an affordable and effective solution for monitoring and classifying traffic conditions, with potential for real-world implementation in future studies.

Integrated Quality Management (IQM) or Total Quality Management (TQM) has become a strategic issue in the field of education because it is directly related to improving the quality of learning, school management, and the achievement of sustainable competency standards. In the context of Islamic education and integrated schools, the implementation of IQM is not only oriented toward managerial efficiency but also toward the integration of religious values and the development of students’ character. Therefore, this literature review is essential to understand the development, trends, and challenges of IQM implementation in education. The purpose of this literature review is to examine how IQM is applied in various educational institutions and to identify its theoretical and practical contributions. The research questions proposed are: (1) How are the concepts and principles of IQM developed in education? (2) What are the main impacts and challenges of its implementation? The study employed a literature search through repositories, e-journals, and online publications using the keywords “integrated quality management,” “TQM,” and “education.” Out of 20 initial articles, only 5 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth. The analysis results revealed three main themes: strengthening the fundamental concepts of IQM, the role of key figures and TQM principles in education, and the implementation impacts on academic and non-academic quality. In conclusion, IQM has proven to be relevant as a strategy for improving educational quality, although challenges such as limited resources and internal resistance still need to be addressed. Future research should explore adaptive IQM strategies tailored to the local school context.

This study aims to investigate the impact of Instagram social media use on deviant behavior among students at Campus 3 of Mercu Buana University in Yogyakarta. The phenomenon of increased intensity of social media use among students is the main basis of this study, in which Instagram not only functions as an instrument of communication and self-expression, but also as a medium that has the potential to trigger various forms of deviant behavior, such as cyberbullying, self-image manipulation, and social norm violations. The research method used integrates quantitative methods with descriptive design and simple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through a survey distributed to 100 active student participants, whose sample was determined using a simple random sampling method. Validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments met the criteria for validity and reliability, as reflected in a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.946. The relationship between Instagram and deviant behavior among students is represented by the regression equation Y = 2.300X + 0.641. These findings indicate that an increase in the frequency of Instagram use correlates with an increase in the potential for students to adopt deviant behavior. It is hoped that this study can serve as a basis for improving digital literacy and educating students on the ethical use of social media in a university environment.

The flipped classroom model emerges as an innovative pedagogical approach that fosters active student participation and cultivates personal responsibility for learning, particularly within the context of distance education. This method presents a valuable alternative for delivering practical-oriented courses such as Applied Ethnomusicology. In practice, the instructor’s role shifts from a traditional knowledge transmitter to a learning facilitator whose responsibilities include guiding, inspiring, and supporting students in achieving optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the flipped classroom model in the online learning of the rapa’i musical instrument at the Department of Performing Arts, Syiah Kuala University. Additionally, it seeks to describe the subjective perceptions and responses of both students and lecturers toward this instructional approach. Online learning was conducted using Zoom Meeting as the primary platform for synchronous interaction, supported by WhatsApp for content distribution and communication. A formative research methodology was employed, involving 20 students enrolled in the Applied Ethnomusicology course. Qualitative data were collected through observations of each flipped classroom phase and in-depth interviews with participants. Quantitative analysis was conducted to assess effectiveness via N-gain calculations. The use of technological resources, especially the internet, has a very important role in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of the flipped classroom model. Through internet access, students can prepare before face-to-face learning by watching learning videos, reading materials, or doing exercises independently. This allows the classroom teaching and learning process to be more interactive, where face-to-face time can be focused on discussion, problem-solving, and application of concepts. Based on survey data collected from students of SMK Dewata Bali Denpasar, it is known that optimal use of the internet helps increase students' understanding and interest in learning science subjects. However, as time went by, it was found that some of the material was still difficult for students to understand and remember. Therefore, educators need to choose the learning platform that is most effective in supporting the implementation of this model. Using the ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality) method, this study assessed various platforms such as features, price, ease of use, and user survey results. The results show that Google Classroom is the most suitable and efficient platform to support reverse learning because of its ability to integrate various learning media, ease of access, and support for interaction between teachers and students.
