This research is driven by the principles of Project Based Learning (PJBL). PJBL is an educational approach that utilizes real-world problems as the starting point for integrating new knowledge. The research question posed is whether the PJBL method affects motivation and interest in learning English among eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. The objective is to examine the impact of PJBL on motivation and interest in English learning at this school. This study employs a quantitative approach, specifically a non-experimental quasi-regression design, with data collection conducted via a questionnaire using purposive sampling. Data analysis involves descriptive statistics to determine mean values, followed by testing for normality assumptions. If the data meets normality criteria, Pearson correlation analysis is used to examine relationships between variables (X and Y1, X and Y2). Additionally, simple linear regression tests the effects of variables Y1 and Y2 on X. The findings indicate that implementing PJBL in English language education for eleventh-grade students is expected to enhance both motivation and interest in learning at SMAN 1 Karangrejo.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the drivers of the economy and help Indonesia's national economic growth. It has a very important role for national and regional economic growth. However, there are still obstacles or problems faced by MSME players, in particular the limitations of preparing simple bookkeeping. This can make MSME players more creative and innovative. One thing MSME players can do is by carrying out simple accounting records. The aim of this service activity is that MSMEs can improve their understanding and accounting skills, improve the quality of financial records, make MSMEs independent and sustainable and increase access to capital. The method of this service is by providing education on simple accounting records. The service activities ran smoothly and the community was very enthusiastic about participating in the activities until the end. This activity can help improve Human Resources and contribute to local economic growth.

The PKK Women's Group in Sambirejo Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency has the potential to produce briquettes from durian peel waste. This is supported by the large amount of waste waste that is wasted. The use of durian peel waste in Sambirejo Village has never been done before. The empowerment activity of the PKK Women's Group in Sambirejo Village aims to provide information, training and assistance regarding how to use durian peel waste into products that have a selling value and can reduce environmental waste. This activity received a positive response from the PKK Women's Movement and Village Apparatus in Sambirejo. From the results of this empowerment activity, the Sambirejo Village PKK Women's Group was able to process and utilize durian peel waste into a product that has a selling value.

The non-cyclical consumer sector is a stock sector issued by companies with businesses that are not affected by seasons or economic cycles in a country. The products or services sold are basic necessities that people always need, so their sales are not affected by economic conditions. The non-cyclical Consumer Sector is related to company value through various factors. Non-cyclical consumer sector companies produce or distribute anti-cyclical goods and services, which are not affected by economic growth. This need must exist and cannot be eliminated from daily use, so that this sector experiences growth in line with population growth and an increase in people's income. For companies that have been listed on the stock exchange, an increase in company value is equivalent to an increase in share price. Meanwhile, for companies that have not yet been listed on the stock exchange, the company's value will be reflected in things such as company sales, business prospects, level of risk faced, market conditions and other factors. Therefore, analysis of the factors that influence the value of banking companies is very important.    

Social Enterprises (SE) are responsible for social and environmental issues. As a hybrid organization that combines the business and volunteer sectors, SE becomes an important tool in analyzing organizational settings and developing plans to achieve social goals. In this article it is emphasized that understanding business models is very important. The social business model (SEMC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) are useful tools to help SEs create strategies that are responsive to the challenges they face. BMC uses a multidimensional approach to mission values ​​and objectives, as well as a deep understanding of stakeholders, to become a powerful tool for driving progress and generating sustainable positive impact. Over time, social entrepreneurs will have to incorporate new principles into their practices. Our results also show that these sustainable and gradual techniques not only change value, but also influence the development of companies and the surrounding society. Therefore, this technique not only helps maintain the existing structure, but also helps make necessary changes. Finally, our research advances our understanding of social entrepreneurship and provides social enterprises seeking greater social change with practical insight.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the role of internal audit and financial statement audits on the quality of financial statements. Internal audit has the task of internal supervision, needed by the company in order to understand the quality of financial statements so that the company can monitor the development of the company. In managing the company, the most effective and efficient mechanism for managers is disclosure in financial reporting. This research method is conducted with SLR (Systematic Literature Review) which is used to evaluate and review all research. Data searches were conducted using the Publish or Perish application which accessed the Google Scholar, Semantic and Crossref databases and resulted in 47 journals to be reviewed. The result is that internal audit and financial statement audit have a positive impact on the quality of financial statements.

Maternal mortality is one of the unresolved health problems in the world. Obstetric complications directly in maternal mortality (pregnancy complications, childbirth, and the puerperium). This study aims to analyze the relationship between the determinants of maternal mortality due to obstetric complications. This type of research is an observational analytic study with a case-control design. In this study, there were 48 case samples and 144 control samples with a ratio of 1:3. The data obtained in the form of patient medical record data. Data analysised by univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed that the most common cause of maternal death was preeclampsia/eclampsia. Risk factors that have a significant relationship with maternal mortality due to obstetric complications are anemia status (OR: 2.111; CI: 1.053-4.233; p: 0.035), history of maternal disease (OR: 2.514; CI: 1.260-5.015; p: 0.009) and HR (OR: 2.121; CI: 1.062-4.237; p: 0,033). In the multivariate results, the dominant risk factor was a history of maternal disease followed by anemia status and HR. The tendency of mothers who have a history of disease will increase the risk of maternal death compared to mothers who do not have a history of the disease.

The talent scouting program is an important strategy in recruiting and developing personnel to ensure that organizations, including the Indonesian Navy, have quality human resources and are able to face modern challenges effectively. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of talent scouting programs in the context of the Indonesian Navy to identify and develop potential talents. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between talent selection methods, information sources, supporting technology, and development programs on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel recruited through the talent scouting program. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 55 respondents involved in the Indonesian Navy's talent scouting program. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical techniques such as simple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that talent selection methods and information sources have a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel (beta coefficients 0.62 and 0.58, respectively, t = 3.75, p = 0.002 and t = 4.21, p = 0.001). However, assistive technology showed a less significant effect (beta coefficient = 0.35, t = 1.80, p = 0.087). The development program was found to have a significant positive impact on personnel quality (beta coefficient = 0.70, t = 4.55, p = 0.000). The regression results show that the overall model is significant (F = 6.21, p = 0.001), confirming the importance of the variables studied in improving the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel through talent scouting programs.  

Many companies utilize PR consultant services in their public relations programs, one of which is In-Lite LED as a client of PT Prima Praxis Komunika or Praxis. In-Lite LED together with Praxis collaborate in organizing external communication programs that require the role of the media, one of which is the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program. This research aims to discuss in detail the program management process which includes the process of defining problems, planning, implementing action strategies and communication, and evaluation of the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program by Praxis. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods based on interview data, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the problem definition process includes an assessment of individual concerns regarding an external condition that can be improved, carrying out informal interviews and secondary analysis via the internet, conducting site surveys, understanding evaluations of previous CSR in-Lite LEDs, as well as conducting brainstorming with client. The planning process includes determining public targets, objectives, strategies and tactics, days, dates and duration of events, spokespersons and talking points, to preparing media documents and preparing other technical needs. The implementation process includes implementing action strategies in the form of CSR programs, implementing active coordination, and implementing communication strategies. Finally, the evaluation process includes media monitoring and internal evaluation of the organizer. Overall, the program management process has gone well, although Praxis can still maximize each process to obtain more in-depth evaluation results regarding the impact on the residents of Untungjawa Island after the program has taken place.    

His research aims to determine emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance, as well as to determine the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress both partially and  simultaneously on the performance of employees in the sock production section of PT Kahatex Cijerah, Cimahi City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who were taken from all employees of the production section, the socks department. To see the relationship between 2 variables, the analysis used is path analysis. This study resulted that the effect of emotional intelligence on performance partially was 35.4%. The effect of work stress on performance partially is 39.4%, so that emotional intelligence and work stress together (simultaneously) are 74.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.  

Hallucinations are disorders of human perception that assume something exists that actually does not occur. Auditory hallucinations that are not treated properly can have a negative impact on oneself, others and the environment. One treatment to control hallucinations is classical music therapy which can reduce the symptoms of hallucinations. The aim of this research is to determine the possibility of applying classical music therapy to reduce signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations using the single group pretest and posttest method of applying music therapy to reduce signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. The results of the application of EBP classical music therapy which was carried out for 3 days for 10-15 minutes on respondent I (Mr.A), the signs of hallucinations before music therapy were 12 (100%) after classical music therapy the symptoms decreased. hallucinations 3 (25%), Respondent II (Mr. K) had 12 (100%) signs of symptoms down to 4 (33%), Respondent III (Mrs. %). Based on the application of classical music therapy, it was found that signs of auditory hallucinations decreased in three respondents.

The study aims to determine how much (1) the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (2) the effect of perceived ease of use on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (3) the effect of perceived usefulness on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (4) the effect of trust on attitude toward using in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, and (5) the effect of attitude toward using on behavioral intention to use P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square. This research uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) research methods with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques using PLS SEM which consist of outer model and inner model. The outer model consists of convergent validity test, discriminat validity test, undimensionalitas test, and reliability test. The inner model uses R- square, Q square, path coefficient, Goodness of Fit, and descriptive analysis. The result showed that (1) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (3) perceived usefulness has a significant effect on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (4) trust has a significant effect attitude toward using in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (5) attitude toward using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square.    

Community Service Program (PKM) of the Pattimura University Student Community Service (KKN) batch L in Negeri Rumah Tiga is a community service action to clean the environment involving KKN students, State Apparatus and the community in Negeri Rumah Tiga. This activity aims to make the environment clean, healthy and beautiful as expected by the entire community, also fostering a culture of mutual cooperation in the Negeri Rumah Tiga Community. This community service activity is filled with cleaning the streets from garbage and weeds, gutters and picking up garbage in the yard. The implementation of this activity went smoothly. The evaluation of the implementation of this activity is that this activity must be routinely scheduled continuously, especially before entering the rainy season. The community's commitment to participating in this activity and maintaining its environment with good waste management also still needs to be improved. This activity also requires commitment from various parties, not only adults but also the participation of children in this activity as a form of campaign to maintain a clean lifestyle environment and the inheritance of cultural values ​​for future generations.

This research aims to find out the influence of the 2013 curriculum change to the independent curriculum on learning in class V A at SDN 101765 Bandar Setia. This research is a type of research that uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique uses the interview method. This research discusses the influence of curriculum changes on the learning process, both for teachers and students. This article also discusses the challenges for teachers in teaching during the 2013 curriculum change to the independent curriculum and discusses what curriculum is more effective to use in learning. The conscious or unconscious entry of mathematics into various aspects of life is certainly interesting to study such as from a cultural point of view. What can bridge the gap between culture and mathematics is ethnomathematics. Ethnomathematics is a study of the relationship between mathematics and culture. The study of mathematics in culture needs to be developed further to be able to provide an overview to the public about the role of mathematics in culture. one of the tribes that is rich in culture is Toraja, for example in Toraja carving which is a cultural heritage that is passed down from generation to generation until now there is the concept of geometry. Therefore, the purpose of this research is how the concept of geometry in Toraja carving using qualitative research methods ethnographic approach.

Currently, the development of information technology has advanced in all sectors, one of which is the education sector which plays an important role in optimizing library functions and services in educational institutions. SMA Negeri 1 Sreseh Sampang developed a library information system to increase effectiveness and accessibility in managing libraries. System development was carried out using a RAD approach, including workshops on requirements planning, design and implementation. During implementation, the system utilizes a web platform compiled with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of this research show that the library information system of SMA Negeri 1 Sreseh Sampang can cover all library business needs and can be used by all library members and employees, so that information can be presented more quickly and efficiently.

In this turbulent digital era, the role of Pancasila values is becoming increasingly important in guiding social ethics.  As the philosophy of the Indonesian state, Pancasila is not only a constitutional basis but also a social glue that shapes the character of society.  The influence of Pancasila values on social ethics in the digital era includes crucial aspects such as tolerance, justice, and togetherness. The study of the influence of Pancasila values on social ethics in the current digital era requires a variety of data or references from various situations/contexts.  Therefore, the method that will be used in this research is qualitative.  By using a data search method using interview techniques, it is possible to obtain in-depth and varied data information from various perspectives. The results of this research show that Pancasila values have strong relevance in building positive social ethics in the digital era.  This emphasizes the importance of strengthening understanding and application of Pancasila values in everyday life, including in interactions in cyberspace.  can help increase awareness and self-awareness in behaving ethically.  The important role of social media and digital platforms in facilitating healthy social interactions and supporting Pancasila values was also the focus of the discussion.  Emphasizing the importance of using technology responsibly and utilizing it as a means to promote Pancasila values in online communication and interaction.

The narratives of identity politics emerging ahead of the 2024 Elections threaten the unity of Indonesia's pluralistic nation. This research explores how Pancasila can reinvigorate the spirit of unity in the face of this unsettling vortex of identity politics. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates Pancasila's role as the unifying thread of diversity in bolstering public accountability and good governance. The findings reveal that identity politics jeopardize social stability and public trust in the government. Therefore, strategic steps are needed to implement Pancasila's values, such as transparency, participation, and non-discriminatory law enforcement. Pancasila must serve as the moral foundation for clean, effective, and integrity-based governance in weaving the nation's diversity. This research recommends revitalizing the understanding of Pancasila and integrating good governance principles into government policies. It is expected to guide Indonesia towards dignified progress by uniting to face global challenges.
