This study investigates the effectiveness of implementing group counseling services using self-regulation learning strategies to improve students' learning discipline. Learning discipline plays a crucial role as a determining factor of academic success; nevertheless, many senior high school students still demonstrate weaknesses in managing their time and fulfilling their academic responsibilities. This study adopted a quantitative approach through a quasi-experimental method utilizing a pre-test and post-test control group design. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique with low learning discipline scores as the primary selection criterion. Data were collected using a learning discipline scale that had been tested for its validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing was conducted through a paired sample t-test to detect changes occurring before and after the intervention was administered. The results demonstrated a meaningful improvement in students' learning discipline following participation in group counseling sessions incorporating self-regulation strategies. This technique proved beneficial in helping students plan, monitor, and evaluate their learning activities in a more structured manner. These findings suggest that incorporating self-regulation learning into group counseling has strong potential to become a leading strategy for school counselors in enhancing student discipline and academic achievement.

The development of digital technology and the widespread use of social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok, have opened opportunities for online interaction but also increased the risk of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is aggressive behavior via digital media intended to harm or degrade others. One psychological factor believed to influence this behavior is emotional regulation, which is the ability to manage and express emotions appropriately in different situations. This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional regulation and cyberbullying behavior among early adult students in Jambi. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was used, involving 127 students aged 18–25 years, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire, which included an emotional regulation scale and a cyberbullying behavior scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with SPSS software. The results showed a significant negative relationship between emotional regulation and cyberbullying behavior, with a correlation coefficient of r = -0.632 and a significance level of p < 0.001. This indicates that students with better emotional regulation skills are less likely to engage in cyberbullying. Thus, enhancing emotional regulation skills could be an effective strategy in preventing cyberbullying among students.

Microteaching is an innovative educator training method aimed at developing basic teaching skills and fostering student self-efficacy through a micro-scale approach. This study describes how teaching simulations with limited duration, audience size, and material focus can facilitate the transformation of pre-service teachers' pedagogical competence. Using a qualitative approach, the research found that microteaching functions as a "safe laboratory" for students to explore teaching creativity without the risk of systemic failure. The skill development process includes mastering stimulus variation techniques through the use of visual and audiovisual media, such as PowerPoint and instructional videos, as well as strengthening instructional communication styles. Furthermore, students' self-efficacy increases significantly through a cycle of constructive feedback from peers and supervisors, enabling reflection-on-action. The results conclude that the re-plan and re-teach mechanisms are crucial in shaping professional and permanent teaching behaviors before students enter actual classroom environments. These findings highlight the importance of microteaching in developing both the technical and reflective skills necessary for effective teaching practice.

21st-century skills are a crucial aspect that students must master, equipping them to face the challenges of modern development. In history learning, the use of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is considered a powerful tool for transforming learning from rote memorization to active, problem-solving-based learning. This study aims to analyze the role of PBL in enhancing 21st-century skills in history learning through the Problem-Based Learning (SLR) approach. The research method used in this study is the SLR with a prism procedure. The data were obtained from a search of scientific articles through Google Scholar using the keywords Problem-Based Learning, 21st-Century Skills, and history learning. From the initial 2,540 articles obtained, after screening based on relevance, quality, and year range, six key articles were obtained. The study results indicate that PBL is effective in enhancing 21st-century skills through discussions, historical source analysis, and contextual problem-solving. In the era of globalization, children are exposed to a social environment influenced by external factors such as social media, advertising, and a consumer culture, all of which can promote a materialistic lifestyle. Consequently, financial literacy education has become essential to equip children with the necessary skills to manage their finances effectively. Beginning with a simple understanding of accounting, children can learn fundamental concepts of money management, financial decision-making, and planning. However, many young children still lack access to this vital education. Various learning methods and media, including loose parts, storytelling, and interactive educational tools, can be utilized to foster financial understanding. Additionally, this education promotes important social concepts like sharing, charity, and the responsibility of managing finances to help others. It integrates Islamic principles, emphasizing values such as honesty, justice, transparency, and the avoidance of usury. Through these principles, children are not only taught how to manage their personal finances but also how to contribute to society. By implementing financial literacy education at an early age, we can help children grow into informed, ethical, and responsible leaders in the future. This education is crucial for ensuring they make sound financial choices and contribute positively to their communities.
