The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of applying reading skills at a glance in improving understanding of scientific work. The method used in this study was library study. The data in this study were obtained from reading reference books and journal articles.  The result of this study is that by applying fleeting reading skills in understanding scientific work, we can improve academic literacy, help students and researchers access information quickly, and form critical and effective individuals in managing information. A fleeting reading skill is not just a technical skill, but a learning strategy that supports the achievement of higher education goals. In extensive reading, these skills are key to achieving an overall picture and basic information of scientific texts. In addition, the application of fleeting reading skills in scientific work provides significant benefits, such as time efficiency and the ability to quickly identify key information, although deep reading remains essential for comprehensive understanding.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of linear regression as a forecasting tool to estimate the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) in Indonesia. Utilizing UMP data from various provinces during the period 2002-2022, this study employs linear regression to analyze the factors influencing UMP determination. The predicted UMP for North Sumatra in 2023 demonstrates a high level of accuracy (R-squared = 0.9678), affirming the potential of linear regression as an effective tool to understand regional economic dynamics. The research provides a crucial foundation for policymakers in regional economic planning and suggests avenues for further investigation, including exploring alternative prediction methods and analyzing the impact of UMP regulation policies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Dinasti Politik dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang diukur dari tingkat keterpilihan terhadap calon kepala daerah terhadap dinasti politik. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini terkait pengaruh praktik politik dinasti yang semakin marak menjelang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang demokratis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pedekatan konseptual dan pendekatan perbandingan dalam mengkaji kemenangan pemilihan kepala daerah yang menggunjakan politik dinasti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (a) Politik Dinasti dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang belum berjalan secara demokratis hal ini disebabkan faktor internal, yaitu terjadinya beberapa jabatan-jabatan strategis dalam pemerintahan dipegang oleh kelompok dan keturunan yang berasal keluarga. Selain itu disebabkan faktor eksternal, yaitu partai politik hanya dijadikan kendaraan politik semata yang akan menghambat peran dan cita-cita ideal partai karena hanya melihat dari aspek untuk memperoleh kekuasaan saja. (b) Pengaruh Politik Dinasti dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah terhadap keberlangsungan demokratis di Indonesia menjelang Pemilu 2024, panggung politik Indonesia menjadi semakin semarak dengan munculnya fenomena politik dinasti. Politik Dinasti yang seringkali melibatkan keluarga utuh dapat memiliki implikasi yang kompleks terhadap keragaman pandangan politik. (c) Praktik Politik Dinasti dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi tak luput dari praktik penyelenggaraan politik dinasti. Praktik Politik Dinasti telah berkembang sejak masa Orde Baru. Praktik Politik Dinasti pada era reformasi semakin subur. Praktik Politik Dinasti di Amerika Serikat tingkat pendidikan politik dan indeks demokrasi di Negara Amerika Serikat lebih tinggi dibandingkan Indonesia maupun Filipina. Praktik Politik Dinasti di Filipina termasuk yang cukup tinggi dalam pemilihan kepala daerah karena dapat memilih para calon untuk menjabat dalam tingkatan Provinsi dan Kota.

. Reward and punishment are very important in motivating nurse performance, because through reward and punishment nurses will become more qualified and responsible for the tasks given. This study aims to determine the relationship between reward and punishment and the work motivation of inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. This research uses quantitative research using a correlational descriptive design and a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital, namely 59 nurses. The sampling technique used total sampling where sample selection was carried out by determining all 59 subjects who met the research criteria. The method used in collecting data was by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the research show that the reward frequency distribution is mostly in the high category at 54.24%, the frequency of punishment in the high category is 55.93%, the frequency of motivation in the high category of nurses is 50.85%. It is hoped that nurses will increase their knowledge about the applicable reward and punishment system through seminars/socialization in order to increase work motivation and control behavior that can reduce the effectiveness of nurses' performance.

The aim of this research is to create flash-based animation learning media for students at Kanaan Ungaran Vocational School, as well as increasing students' interest in learning animation. The method used is Research and Development, namely a method that develops a particular product such as animation-based learning media. This research was motivated by the discovery of a lack of media for learning animation at Kanaan Ungaran Vocational School, especially in class XI Multimedia animation lessons. Due to the lack of learning media, this creates students' interest and motivation in learning animation, so the author can conclude that students need a media that can generate learning motivation. Product packaging has a very important role in attracting consumers, making consumers select the goods and serving as a tool for brand promotion. Using images, colors, and text, graphic designers can apply design principles to produce visually appealing packaging, highlight the benefits of a product, and give it a unique personality. Dodok Lawang runs a business in the form of services, namely making dowries, gifts, ring boxes and gift boxes. In this research, we developed packaging making/with the aim of renewing old packaging so that it appears more attractive. The form of packaging for the wedding planner is in the form of boxes and paper bags, as well as leaflets with a simple but still elegant design concept. validation from media experts and material expert have a result that the product is valid to be used as a protecting/wrapping of product properly. From the user's side, this design is effective because the information and visuals acquired from the packaging design are better understood by the user.    

The Video Game Industry is a subsidiary of the entertainment industry that is still growing. Video Games come in different genres and have unique experiences for every player. One of those unique games is the souls-like genre. The souls-like genre is games designed with a high difficulty level, with a dedicated fanbase that loves games with these genres. In this research, we would like to conduct research about Challenging Gameplay and Its Impact on Player Motivation in Gaming. In this research we used the experimental method to observe players’ reaction during the experiment and followed up with an interview. This experiment's result shows that participants who experience setbacks & defeat multiple times still show interest towards playing a game that has challenging gameplay outside of this experiment.

Health education is one of the most important thing to be learn since early age like washing hands and brushing teeth. But because of the lack of education a lot of people in the community don’t know the ways to take care of their own teeth. The consequence of lack of education create a problem for a a lot of people in the community which is tooth ache. The effort that could be done to fix the problem is to create a learning media that is easy to understand and have the capability to share information widely. Because of that, animation 3D become a choice for this research to educate people in the community about dental health and how to take care of it. The method that the researcher use in this research is qualitative interview, researcher will do an interview with a dentist to get information about how to take care of your teeth. After getting the information it will then be used to create animation 3D. the method that is being used to create animation 3D is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which has 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution after the animation is finished its being shared to social media such as Youtube and Instagram. Tokusatsu is one of the popular Japanese culture in the world, including in Indonesia. This research is a Tokusatsu style analysis research on an Islamic themed comic entitled Ultimate Glad. This study was conducted to find out why the Ultimate Glad comic chose the Tokusatsu style to be combined with the Islamic theme, and to find out whether there are advantages and disadvantages of the Tokusatsu style combined in the Islamic comic entitled Ultimate Glad. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data sources obtained from interviews with the publishers of Ultimate Glad comics, documentation, and testimonials from readers of Ultimate Glad comics. From this research, it can be benefited that the Tokusatsu style from Japan can be combined well with other themes, including Islamic themes, even with methods that are not easy.  

Ichsan Gorontalo University is one of the favorite private universities in Gorontalo province. Every year there are hundreds of registrants from various regions. The aim of the research is to provide information on registration procedures for prospective new students in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. The lack of social media for prospective new students regarding the steps that must be taken to be officially registered as students at Ichsan University Gorontalo often causes applicants to find it difficult to register. This research uses interview methods with New Student Admissions (PMB) employees, observations of prospective applicants and literature studies on books, journals and research-related literature as reference material. In making this infographic, you use a combination of various media, such as writing and images which are packaged using Adobe Illustrator software to produce a poster or banner. The results of this research are registration flow infographics in the form of posters and banners which can be disseminated online via the New Student Admissions (PMB) website and social media at Ichsan Gorontalo University and can be displayed on the Ichsan Gorontalo University campus.

Peninggalan sejarah berupa bangunan benda cagar budaya sangatlah bermanfaat sebagai pembangkit motivasi, kreativitas dan mengilhami generasi muda untuk memahami sejarah dan identitas Kota Gorontalo.(1) Keberagaman bangunan cagar budaya kota Gorontalo menjadi daya tarik utama wisatawan, namun sayangnya masih banyak yang belum mengetahui  bangunan cagar budaya yang ada. Maka dirancanglah sebuah buku dengan tujuan mampu memperkenalkan  keragaman warisan budaya kota Gorontalo dari perspektif sejarah dan budaya. Manfaat  dari Penelitian  yaitu Mendorong masyarakat  Gorontalo untuk mengetahui keberadaan dan jenis benda cagar budaya sebagai peninggalan bersejarah di Gorontalo yang memiliki nilai-nilai historis .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaitf   dan design thingking . Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah  terciptanya Buku Visual cagar budaya dengan media utama berupa buku   referensi/monograf yang berisi ilustrasi bangunan cagar budaya dan kondisi lingkungan yang mempengaruhinya.  Dan Media pendukung  berupa pembatas buku, notes, dan katalog

Arumanis mango seeds (Mangifera indica L.) are organic waste, which in previous research contained many secondary metabolite compounds such as flavonoids and had very strong antioxidant activity. Arumanis mango seeds have the potential to heal wounds, including excision wounds. Excision wounds are characterized by the loss of a certain amount of tissue volume that can be filled with wound healing material. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of arumanis mango seed extract ointment on the healing of excision wounds, variations in concentration and histopathological features. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups, namely the control group (ointment base), the arumanis mango seed extract group with concentrations of 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% and the comparison group (T® ointment). Applying is done 2 times a day for 14 days. The parameters observed were the percentage of wound healing, epithelialization time, and histopathology. Results from the average percentage of healing of excision wounds in the control group (82.4%), concentration 2.5% (85.5%), concentration 5% (90.5%), concentration 7.5% (92.1%) and comparison (95.3%). Results of epithelialization time in the control group (10 days), 2.5% concentration (9 days), 5% concentration group (7 days), 7.5% concentration group (7 days) comparison group (7 days). For histopathology, the scores for epithelialization, collagen fibers and fibroblasts were obtained respectively in the control group (2,1,2), 2.5% concentration (2,2,3), 5% concentration group (2,3,3), concentration group 7.5% (2,3,3) and comparison (3,2,2). The results of the one-way ANOVA test showed that administration of arumanis mango seed extract ointment significantly influenced the parameters of wound healing area and epithelialization time (p<0.05). The conclusion is that arumanis mango seed extract ointment is effective in healing excision wounds. The most effective group for healing excision wounds was the 7.5% concentration group, with good histopathological results.

This research is driven by the notion that the current learning process predominantly privileges the instructor, resulting in insufficient student engagement. Islamic Religious Education and Ethics educators continue to use traditional instructional methods. The instructional approach employed lacks the ability to actively involve students. The aim of this study was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the learning outcomes in the experimental and control courses of Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti for eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 9 Padang, both before and after the examinations. Furthermore, the study aimed to evaluate the impact of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) instructional style on student academic performance in particular courses and grade levels at SMA Negeri 9 Padang. The findings indicated that the average first learning outcomes for the experimental group were 47.78, while for the control group it was 55.68. Furthermore, the experimental group exhibited an average post-test score of 82.42 for PAI learning outcomes, whereas the control group achieved an average post-test score of 79.25. The t-test analysis performed using SPSS version 26 yielded a two-sided significance α (2-tailed) of 0.000, indicating that the observed outcome is statistically significant (0.000 < 0.05). This implies that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, indicating that there are differences in educational results between Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti while using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning approach in Class XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Padang. 

Laboratories are uniform in terms of management and availability of complete equipment. Attention is needed to manage the laboratory well. More specifically, the science laboratory includes the fields of Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This research aims to find out how science laboratory services are managed at Ma Annuriyyah Jember. The emphasis of this research is how the head of the laboratory carries out management so that the science laboratory services at Ma Annuriyyah Jember can function well in accordance with the observations that will be made. This research uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are that the science laboratory service management process at Ma Annuriyyah Jember is carried out well, both from the ongoing science laboratory program planning and the existing science laboratory management structure, at the Ma Annuriyyah school the science laboratory is not only used for practice. Only, but as a classroom where science laboratory learning takes place.

Apart from be.ing famous for the language of the Koran, Arabic has an important role in entering the current era of globalization, moreover Arabic is also an international language that we should have mastered. Therefore, Arabic has been widely studied in several schools, especially in Islamic educational institutions or Islamic-based schools. To make it easier for educators to convey Arabic language learning, educators should master the methods used in learning Arabic. In this writing, the author will explain a method for learning Arabic, especially the Maharah Al-Kitabah, to make it easier for educators to achieve learning goals. The method for learning Arabic in Maharah Al-Kitabah which will be discussed in this writing is the insyaiyah method. The purpose of this writing is to make it easier for educators or anyone who reads this article to inform and make it easier to choose Arabic language learning methods. The author uses the library research method, namely a series of activities relating to library data collection methods, by collecting as much data as possible through books, journals, the internet and so on, then criticizing and writing it into this paper when he has found it. accurate data.

This research aims to examine the nature of students in the Islamic education system from a theoretical perspective. The author explains things to find out what students mean, what are the criteria for good and correct students, what is the role of teachers towards students, and teaching methodology what is effective for students and the rights and responsibilities of students. This study uses a qualitative method. The author also always writes down the results of interviews addressed to WKM MAS AL-WASHLIYAH 22 TEMBUNG in each of the titles we have mentioned. The author also presents several learning methods that can be used by teachers.

The increasing number of cases of bullying and hate speech from year to year means that this case can be called one of the social problems in Indonesia. This is because bullying behavior and hate speech have many negative impacts on all parties involved, especially the victims. This research aims to look at the phenomenon of cyberbullying and hate speech among MPI students. Various research results show that the impact of bullying felt by victims can hinder various aspects of the development of teenagers who are targets of bullying. The research approach used is qualitative research with a focus on analyzing students in the MPI environment. The research results show that bullying can have a serious impact on MPI students, namely disrupting the learning process, reducing learning motivation, damaging mental well-being, and affecting the quality of their academic experience. Therefore, an anti-bullying program is needed that involves cooperation between students, academic staff and the authorities in creating a supportive environment so that victims feel comfortable seeking help from their environment.

This research aims to explore the role of performance management in improving the quality of education in schools. Quality education is an important aspect in achieving quality education goals, and performance management is considered an effective tool to achieve this. This research method involves literature study, secondary data analysis, and interviews with educational professionals. The research results show that performance management has a key role in improving the quality of education, through measuring, monitoring and improving the performance of teachers, students and educational staff. Implementing performance management in education can also increase school accountability, transparency and more effective decision making. In the era of digital education, information technology and performance management information systems can become valuable tools in managing data, evaluating and reporting educational performance. In conclusion, performance management has a very important role in improving the quality of education in schools. By implementing appropriate performance management strategies and practices, schools can optimize teacher and student performance, achieve better educational goals, and contribute to improving the overall quality of education.

Physical growth is the process of change that occurs in the size, shape and structure of an individual's body as they age. In the context of education, understanding physical growth is very important as it can affect the learning process and overall development of learners. In essence, growth emphasises the physical changes of each child. At this time they need balanced nutrition, so that physical growth can be in accordance with the stages that should be. Growth is expected to be in accordance with the developmental tasks that must be passed. This study uses a survey approach research method which is part of a quantitative approach, with observation, interview, questionnaire filling, and documentation techniques. The research subjects were principals, teachers, parents, and students. The results showed that there are differences in how to educate children in the past era with the current one, and also in accordance with what we read in journals and books that are the reference of this research.

Salak is a fruit that can be harvested throughout the year, it can also benefit farmers, especially in Haunatas village in Marancar sub-district, South Tapanuli district. Through the processing of salak, it can increase the economy of the people there, especially congregations who experience poverty in the economy. In an effort to improve the community's economy, several governments have made things or efforts to reduce this poverty and also the church has a very important role in this matter where the Church provide some knowledge in the form of knowledge skills and also donations in the form of funds for knowledge in processing salak fruit. Salak fruit can be processed into various preparations, such as making snake fruit dodol, snake fruit jam and other sweets. With this processing, it can reduce some of the poverty in the congregation, although not everything can be coordinated well. However, at least the church has tried to overcome poverty in the congregation, especially in the village of Haunatas, by utilizing snake fruit which is a characteristic of that area.
