The use of smartphones nowadays is increasingly rapid, even teenagers cannot be separated from using these smartphones, but several conditions cause dependence, especially on the internet network, which ultimately gives rise to incidents of nomophobia or conditions of anxiety, fear and even stress and depression in a person, which is caused by the absence of or being away from the internet network on a cellphone and this is considered a modern phobia resulting from individual interactions with information and communication technology, especially smartphones. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-esteem and the incidence of nomophobia in early adolescents at SMP Barunawati 1 Petamburan, West Jakarta. This type of research is non-experimental quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling used proportional stratified random sampling and purposive sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 76 students with research instruments in the form of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q) questionnaires. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of the research showed that the majority of early adolescents had high self-esteem (71.1%), and the majority of early adolescents had moderate nomophobia (65.8%) and there was a relationship between self-esteem and nomophobia in early adolescents at SMP Barunawati 1 Petamburan, West Jakarta and grades. p value 0.000 < 0.05. Hypertension is a health problem that often occurs in society. Uncontrolled hypertension can trigger degenerative diseases such as heart disease and kidney failure. One therapy used to lower blood pressure is celery leaf therapy. To determine the effectiveness of celery leaf juice and boiled celery leaves on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This type of quantitative research is a Quasi Experimental design with Two Group pretest – posttest Control Group. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 32 people. The instruments in this study used a tensimeter, stethoscope, and observation sheet. Research results using the Wilxocon test and Mann Whitney U Test showed that the results of the analysis of celery leaf juice had a sig value of systolic ρ↑alue= 0.000≤α 0.05 and diastolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤0.05. The results of the analysis of boiled celery leaves showed a sig value of systolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤α 0.05 and ρ-νalue diastolic = 0.000≤0.05, meaning that celery leaf juice and celery leaf decoction are effective for blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension. Celery Leaf Juice and Celery Leaf Infusion are Effective for Blood Pressure in Elderly People with Hypertension

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic, progressive disease characterized by the body's inability to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins, leading to hyperglycemia. DM can be associated with serious complications such as kidney damage, eye problems, cardiovascular disease, nerve damage and skin and foot problems, so DM sufferers need to take precautions to avoid complications. Foot exercise is a type of foot exercise performed by diabetics which can increase peripheral perfusion and thus prevent worsening of diabetic neuropathy. Foot exercise can also reduce the risk and progression of peripheral neuropathy because it can improve blood flow to the periphery, increase muscle strength and improve motor function. Objective: to determine the effect of foot exercise on motor neuropathy in type 2 DM patients. Method: The design in this study used a quasi-experimental approach using a one group pretest posttest design. The sample for this research was 18 respondents. Data analysis used the paired sample t-test. Results: based on the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples t Test, the resulting P value is 0.000 < 0.05, where it can be concluded that there is an influence of foot exercise on Motor Neuropathy in type 2 DM patients. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is an influence of foot exercise on Motor Neuropathy in type 2 DM patients in the working area of Benteng Sukabumi City Health Center.

Stunting is a developmental disorder in children caused by poor nutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. A child can be defined as stunted if his age height is more than two standard deviations, below the provisions of the Child Growth Standard. The high incidence of stunting in Indonesia is one of the factors due to people's misunderstanding about stunting where they consider it reasonable about the proportion of their children's height, the mother's understanding factor is a very important factor in preventing stunting where stunting in children tends to occur in mothers who have less understanding. Understanding from mothers/expectant mothers really needs to be improved optimally to prevent and break the chain of stunting.

Nursing care is a process or series of activities in nursing practice that is provided directly to clients/patients in various health service settings. In implementing nursing care based on self-transcendence theory, nurses play the role of facilitators to help individuals experience growth and development through the self-transcendence process. Self-transcendence theory was developed by Pamela G. Reed and emphasizes the spiritual and transpersonal aspects of treatment. Reed explained that nurses act as facilitators to explore positive things and build bio-psycho-social spiritual well-being. Self Transcendence Theory aims to understand a person's movement in transcending self-limitations and achieving higher well-being. This theory focuses on five concepts, namely vulnerability, self-transcendence, well-being, moderating-mediating factors, and point of intervention. This self-transcendence offers the best for living in peace and prosperity. Apart from that, this theory is also used in the context of counseling services to help individuals utilize inner resources that empower patient capacities. Thus, the aim of the Self Transcendence theory is to understand and encourage individuals to achieve higher well-being through holistic self-understanding and development.

One of the application of the compound contained is made in the form pHarmaceutical preparations. Liquid soap is made through a saponification reaction from oil and fat reacted with KOH. This research. aim to do optimization of liquid soap formula between concentration variations of 8%, 9%, 10% so can find out the optimum liquid soap formula and know the evaluation of properties pHysics and chemistry of preparations. Nutmeg seed extract is obtained by extraction using the maceration method using 70% ethanol solvent, then carried out evaporation using a rotary evaporator instrument until the extract is obtained thick. Formulation of liquid soap by heating method for 45 minutes. Evaluation preparations include organoleptic observations, homogeneity. pH, foam height. Results showed that the liquid soap formulated from elstract: colored nutmeg brownish, has a characteristic odor of nutmeg seed extract, is in the form of a homogeneous liquid, has a pH pH 8-10, foam height 93mm-139mm. Optimum formula based on results showed no significant difference from all formulas. Variation concentration 8%, 9%, 10% pH test and high foam test. the formula has complied requirements in accordance with the standards set by SNI 06-4085-1996.
