This study explores the complex relationship between globalization, local languages, and the preservation of traditional cultures. As globalization accelerates, the dominance of major world languages poses significant challenges to the vitality of local languages, often leading to their decline or extinction. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data on language usage trends with qualitative interviews from community leaders, linguists, and cultural practitioners. The findings indicate that while globalization facilitates cultural exchange and access to information, it simultaneously threatens linguistic diversity and traditional cultural practices. The study highlights case studies from various regions, illustrating how local communities respond to these challenges through revitalization efforts, language education programs, and cultural initiatives aimed at preserving their heritage. Additionally, the research discusses the role of technology and social media in both promoting and endangering local languages. Ultimately, this study emphasizes the need for a balanced approach that embraces the benefits of globalization while actively safeguarding local languages and traditional cultures, advocating for policies that support linguistic diversity and cultural preservation in an increasingly interconnected world.

Hypertension and diabetes mellitus, which many elderly suffer from, are a significant problem in Indonesia because they pose a risk of serious complications and even death. At the Olak Kemang Community Health Center, the incidence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the elderly has increased. However, the scope of elderly people's active participation in various hypertension and diabetes mellitus management programs is still low. Based on the results of the team's research and initial observations, it is known that the main cause of this problem is a lack of family support and limited knowledge about the efforts that families must make in managing illnesses in the elderly. This situation indicates weak family functioning which has an impact on health. This community service activity aims to strengthen family functions and self-care behavior for elderly people with hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the work area of the Olak Kemang Community Health Center through the implementation of Posdaya (Family Empowerment Post). Posdaya activities include counseling about family functions, developing family skills to manage hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the elderly, as well as assisting families to be able to access various application-based health services for the elderly and families. The activity was attended by 20 elderly people and their families. The results of the activity showed that 80% of participants experienced increased knowledge. In addition, participants provided statements of attitude to improve family function and implement self-care behavior for elderly people with hypertension and diabetes mellitus.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has unlocked new opportunities in marketing, especially through social media platforms like TikTok. This study explores the synergy between viral marketing, gimmick marketing, and influencer marketing in driving the transformation of customer behavior from passive consumers to active participants within the digital marketing ecosystem. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 200 respondents actively involved in digital marketing on TikTok as resellers, dropshippers, affiliates, and co-creators. Using the Partial Least Squares method for analysis, the findings reveal that viral marketing significantly influences the transformation of customer behavior. Similarly, gimmick marketing demonstrates a direct and significant impact on this transformation. Moreover, influencer marketing serves as a mediator, amplifying the effects of both viral and gimmick marketing on transformation of customer behavior. This behavioral shift is evident in the transition of consumers from passive roles to active contributors, taking on positions such as resellers, dropshippers, affiliates, and co-creators. At the same time, sellers are evolving from traditional marketing practices to utilizing e-commerce, social media, and live streaming to reach wider audiences. By actively engaging consumers, sellers foster a collaborative ecosystem where consumers play a pivotal role in expanding the marketing framework. To sustain long-term consumer engagement in this digital marketing ecosystem, it is essential to prioritize the selection of credible and relevant influencers while providing continuous education and support for resellers, dropshippers, and affiliates. This research strengthens the theory of planned behavior and the diffusion of innovations theory, offering fresh insights into designing marketing campaigns based on the 4Ps of digital marketing (Platform, Page, Program, and Posting) to address the needs of the digital era.

This article discusses the concept of the Kingdom of God in Jesus' teaching according to the Gospel of Mark. The Kingdom of God is understood as a spiritual and eschatological reality that is present through the ministry of Jesus Christ. In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus' teaching about the Kingdom of God challenges the traditional view that expects the coming of the Messiah as a political leader. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the verses of Mark 1:15, 4:11-12, 4:30-32, and 10:15 to explain the characteristics of the Kingdom of God, such as its theocentric, messianic, and dynamic nature. The study highlights that the Kingdom of God is the active rule of God in human history, with two main dimensions: "already present" through Jesus' ministry and "not yet fully realized" until His second coming. This article provides theological and historical insights into the relevance of Jesus' teachings on the Kingdom of God for the life of the church and society today.
