This study aims to develop a hypothetical model of Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) / Job Training Center through the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) approach as a fundamental framework in reforming the vocational training system. Using qualitative methods with data triangulation from expert interviews, empirical studies, and international reports, the study identified four key themes that determine the effectiveness of the model: digital transformation, strengthening triple helix partnerships, sustainable competency development, and industry-based standardization and certification. Digital transformation through virtual reality-based simulations and digital learning platforms has increased training effectiveness by up to 48%. Triple helix partnerships increase graduate absorption rates by up to 78%. Sustainable competency development is essential, considering that 65% of jobs in 2030 will require skills that do not yet exist today. Industry-based standardization positively correlates with labour productivity, increasing it by 24%. The hypothetical Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) model that integrates these four themes is expected to be a reference in preparing an adaptive, competitive workforce that is ready to face global challenges in the era of technological disruption.

Children aged 2-5 years who suffer from thrombocytopenia are at risk of reducing oral fluid intake. Platelets are blood cells that play a role in stopping bleeding from damaged blood vessels. Bleeding increases the risk of hypovolemia. An intervention that can be used to increase oral fluid intake in children with symptoms of thrombocytopenia is giving them water using a cheerful bottle. Cheerful bottles are drinking bottles that are attractively designed, shaped like cartoon characters, and have colors according to children's favorites. When the child sucks on the bottle, a fountain will appear at the top of the bottle, thereby increasing the child's interest in drinking. This research design uses a one-group pre and post-test design. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique, as many as 36 respondents participated in this research. Data was collected using pre- and post-intervention oral fluid intake observation sheets. The significance value of the research results is 0.02 (P-value > 0.05), which means that there is an influence of using a cheerful bottle on increasing oral fluid intake in children with thrombocytopenia.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the connection between the Pagar Merbau District Health Center's performance and the leadership style used in decision-making and problem-solving. In 2024, Deli Serdang. This study is cross-sectional and observational. Fifty individuals made up the sample size. A questionnaire is used as a data gathering tool in this study the test known as chi-square is the analysis that is employed. The findings of the evaluation indicate that health professionals' performance, which includes their presence, teamwork, excellence of the work, professionalism, and knowledge mastery needs to be in harmony with the educational, consultative, participative, and delegative leadership style of the Pagar Merbau Health Center's chief executive. To maximize the performance of all healthcare professionals in problem-solving, The community health center's head should adopt a leadership style That's more adaptable and flexible to different circumstances.

Pesantren, as the oldest Islamic educational institutions, face complex challenges in environmental health management, primarily due to high residential density, limited sanitation infrastructure, and varying practices of Healthy and Clean Living Behaviors (PHBS). Although the religious concept of taharah (purity) serves as a foundation for cleanliness, there is a lack of in-depth research examining the integration of religious values, infrastructure conditions, and management systems in shaping the daily hygiene experiences of santri (students).This study aims to explore the santri's experience regarding environmental health management in pesantren, focusing on the integration of hygiene, sanitation, and Islamic religious values, while also identifying factors and challenges related to PHBS practices. This qualitative research, utilizing a descriptive phenomenology design, collected data through in-depth interviews with three female santri informants (with 8–9 years of boarding experience). Data analysis was conducted using the six-phase thematic analysis method by Braun & Clarke (2006).The study identified five main themes: (1) Infrastructure is quantitatively adequate but faces operational issues (queues, seasonal clean water scarcity); (2) PHBS practices show positive behavioral changes (self-reliance) but waste management remains traditional; (3) The religious value of taharah acts as a strong intrinsic motivation; (4) The management system involves multi-level roles (kiai-ustaz-administrators) that face consistency challenges; and (5) Main obstacles include limited facilities, varying levels of santri awareness, and disparity in educational programs. Poskestren (Pesantren Health Post) represents an institutional effort to provide basic health services.Environmental health management in pesantren requires a holistic approach, integrating infrastructure improvement and sustainable waste management systems, alongside developing education that unites Islamic religious values with modern health knowledge. Optimizing the religious strategy and strengthening national monitoring/standardization systems are key to program sustainability.

Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition in which pregnant women experience excessive nausea and vomiting which interferes with daily activities and even results in dehydration. The aim of this research was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in 1st trimester pregnant women in the Lawe Sumur Nursing Community Health Center Area, Southeast Aceh Regency in 2023. This type of research is an analytical survey with the population being all pregnant women who visited Antenatal Care at the Lawe Sumur Care Community Health Center, Southeast Aceh Regency in October 2022-March 2023. The sampling technique used was probability sampling and the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. In conclusion, it was found that there was a relationship between maternal age and hyperemesis gravidarum, p value 0.007. There was a relationship between parity and hyperemesis gravidarum with a p value of 0.002 and a relationship between work and hyperemesis gravidarum, p value 0.000 at the Lawe Sumur Care Health Center, Southeast Aceh Regency. Suggestions from the results of this research can be used as input in order to improve services, especially in providing information about hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women and also in developing knowledge about factors related to hyperemesis gravidarum.

Pertamini or mini gas station is a retail business of fuel oil such as pertalit and pertramak carried out by the community. The absence of strict regulations regarding safety has caused many fire incidents involving it. ALOHA modeling is a tool for analyzing fire risks and their impacts, so that it can be a consideration of vigilance for perpetrators and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of fires and explosions at the Dukuh Pertamini gas station in 2024. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using ALOHA software. The results of the study showed that the storage tank could create a fire pool with a diameter of 10 meters. If this happens, a flash fire can occur up to a distance of 60 meters, the heat of which can be felt up to 150 meters from the center of the explosion.

Tuberculosis is an infection disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and most often infects the lungs. Pulmonary TB cases in Indonesia are the third largest in the world. NTT province occupies the 15th position out of 34th in Indonesia. Kupang city ranks first with the highest incidence of pulmonary TB in NTT. One of the factors that influence pulmonary TB is occupation and education level. This study aims to determine the differences in pulmonary TB incidence based on occupation and education level in Kupang City in 2021. This research was conducted at a health center in Kupang City, experimentally with a cross-sectional design, from March until May 2022. The research sample is secondary data of pulmonary TB patients with a total sample of 395 cases with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The result showed that there was no difference in the incidence of pulmonary TB based on occupation where p = 0,958 (p > 0,05) and there was a difference based on education level where p = 0,048 (p< 0,05). Further research is conducted to strengthen the effect of work and education level on the incidence of pulmonary TB.   Keywords: , 

PAB Rehandling office workers in the mining sector, these stressors have a greater impact due to the dynamic and often dangerous nature of the work. Office workers responsible for transporting materials and processing associated paperwork are often under pressure to meet strict production targets. This pressure can be exacerbated by a work environment fraught with safety risks, leading to increased levels of anxiety and stress. To determine the correlations of individual stressors (age, gender, and tenure) with occupational stress. Using quantitative methods using a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the sample in this study was office workers in the PAB Rehandling section in the Mining Sector, totaling 56 respondents. Data analysis using Spearman test for ordinal data types (age and tenure) and Chi Square test for nominal data types (gender). The study showed that there was a correlation between age with a p-value of 0.032, there was no correlation between gender with a p-value of 0.873, there was a correlation between tenure with a p-value of 0.000. To minimize the high level of stress in PAB Rehandling office workers, it is possible to implement a program to implement stress management in the workplace.

This research began with initial observations that showed that public services at the Langkaplancar District office were not optimal, so that the people served were not satisfied. Contributing factors include limited employee abilities and skills, suboptimal service, and slow service process. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 8 employees in Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency, using census techniques or saturated samples. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, as well as documentation of relevant activity and regulatory reports. The results of the study show that: Work culture has a positive and significant influence on public services; the better the work culture, the better the public service, the effectiveness of the organization also has a positive and significant effect on public services; the better the effectiveness of the organization, the better the public service, the work culture and the effectiveness of the organization together have a positive and significant effect on public services; The better the work culture and organizational effectiveness, the better the public service.

The problems in this study are regarding the carrying capacity of human resources at the Regional Secretariat of Pangandaran Regency, the management of Regional Assets at the Regional Secretariat of Pangandaran Regency, the factors that hinder the carrying capacity of human resources in implementing Permendagri No. 17 of 2007 at the Regional Secretariat of Pangandaran Regency and the efforts made to improve the carrying capacity of human resources in implementing Permendagri No. 17 of 2007 at the Regional Secretariat of Pangandaran Regency. This article examines the deployment of information network systems, namely the adoption of Indonesia One Search (IOS) in university libraries. The used methodologies include of literature reviews and online observations, designed to comprehensively analyze the implementation of IOS. A system is characterized as a collection of interacting components aimed at achieving certain objectives, while information is the outcome of data processing that serves a purpose for the receiver. This essay emphasizes the significance of cooperation among libraries in establishing efficient information networks. The text elaborates on many collaborative methods, including library acquisition, collection sharing, and inter- library lending. This partnership offers enhanced information access, resource efficiency, personnel specialization, and less material duplication. Indonesia One Search (IOS) is a unified search platform that consolidates collections from libraries, museums, archives, and electronic information sources across Indonesia. IOS, introduced by Ismail Fahmi, Ph.D., and overseen by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, seeks to provide extensive and accessible information for students and other users. “The iOS development process includes bibliography compilation, text analysis, and anti-plagiarism services. The functionalities provided by iOS, like full-text search and interaction with digital library apps, illustrate its capacity to fulfill information requirements in the digital age. The use of IOS at institutions, including the Indonesian Education University and the Indonesian Islamic University, demonstrates its efficacy in enhancing students' knowledge retrieval skills. This study underscores the need for libraries to adapt to user requirements in the digital age and highlights the possibilities for cooperation across libraries to enhance services via technology.  

This research aims to determine the influence of regional financial management, regional financial accounting systems, and human resource competence on the quality of regional government financial reports in TTU Regency, partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative research approach. This research uses primary data. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling with respondents consisting of 36 respondents who were at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency in TTU Regency. Where data is collected through questionnaires distributed, and the analysis is based on respondents' answers obtained through questionnaires distributed by researchers. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study state that regional financial management does not have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports, while the regional financial accounting system and human resource competency have a significant effect on the quality of regional government financial reports, and of the three regional financial management variables, the regional financial accounting system and human resource competency together have a significant effect on the quality of regional government financial reports.    

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction at Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel, Waropen Regency, associated with the quality of service and hotel facilities. The population in this study were all customers of Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel, Waropen Regency. This study used a sample of 100 respondents who were and had stayed as customers or guests at Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel in the past year, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS. The results of the study found that customer satisfaction at Merpati Urei Faisei Hotel, Waropen Regency was positively and significantly influenced by the service quality factor of 0.475, the influence of the hotel facility factor of 0.454. This study is expected to increase insight and knowledge about the quality of service and hotel facilities on customer satisfaction.

This research aims to examine the role of environmental management in supporting the development of sustainable tourism at Asstro Highland Ciater. Apart from that, this researcher aims to find out and evaluate the concept of environmental management in order to preserve the environment. The background of this writing is because this tourist attraction relies heavily on nature. so environmental management is very important to study, several problems that want to be discussed include: 1. waste management that is not yet optimal 2. increased use of natural resources such as water and energy that is not controlled 3. as well as low awareness of tourists and local communities which has an impact on damage to local ecosystems, the method used includes in-depth interviews with tourist attraction managers and local communities to identify policies and managerial practices implemented in environmental management. Apart from that, field observations were carried out to assess environmental conditions and interactions between visitors and the natural surroundings. The main results obtained from this research were: 1. Efforts to reduce plastic waste 2. Conservation measures which include the use of water-saving equipment and energy use 3. Management can provide education to tourists regarding the importance of maintaining cleanliness and preserving nature, from this research it can recommend the development of ecotourism and strengthening sustainable tourism branding through preserving nature.

The method used in this research is qualitative methods (library research). According to the result of the research, it revealed that management plays a very significant role in enhancing the tourist’s appeal to the tourist destination of The Lodge Maribaya. Marketing management includes aspects of market segmentation, product development for tourism, promotion and communication, visitor services and experiences, and creation of a brand image.

This research aims to analyze the role and participation of the community in the development of Upas Crater tourist destination in Tangkuban Perahu Mountain area, West Java. Methods This research uses qualitative with descriptive approach, data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with community leaders, local community leaders, local tourism businesses, and visitors, as well as documentation studies. The results showed that the surrounding community plays an active role in various aspects of tourism development, including: 1. Provision of facilities and Provision of tourist facilities and services, 2. Preservation of the environment and local culture, 3. Management of tourist area security, and 4. Promotion of tourism through various social media. However, there are still some obstacles such as limited human resource skills, lack of business capital, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. This research aims to describe digital marketing management regarding promotions In tourist attractions, the Cirendeu traditional village is often little known. This background is designing, developing and promoting a destination for the purpose of achieving tourism benefits. This marketing focuses on creating sustainable relationships between tourism businesses and consumers by utilizing digital technology such as social media, websites and tourism applications. The problems found in the field are 1. internet limitations and lack of understanding of the importance of digital promotion 2. adaptation in digital era: Technology towards changes that continue to develop, 3. businesses in the tourism sector must have high creativity so that consumers can produce digital content with valuable quality according to their interests. The methods used include direct observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and heritage studies. The results of this research show that the management of the Cirendeu Traditional Village tourist attraction does not understand digital-based promotion in the current era, due to internet limitations.Apart from that, this research can provide understanding and insight for Cirendeu traditional village tourism managers to be able to develop digital promotion strategies that are more effective and sustainable

Village tourism has become one of the alternatives in improving the economy of people in rural areas. The active participation of the community in the development of ecotourism in the village is considered crucial to achieve sustainable success. This study aims to analyze community participation and contribution in increasing local income through the development of tourism in Warnasari village, Paangalengan, Bandung. By understanding the forms of community participation and their impact on income increase, it is hoped that this research can provide effective policy recommendations for sustainable ecotourism development. The method used in this study is qualitative analysis by collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature review analysis that supports the theme of this research. The results obtained from the qualitative analysis showed that there was an increase in local registration after tourism development in the Warnasari Village area. However, in addition to the economic impact, this tourism development also has an unfavorable ecological impact so that there is a need for more advanced ecotourism development.
