The support for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) is carried out through two different activities focused on business legality and the introduction of simple bookkeeping. First, a mentoring program for the use of the Buku Warung app helps MSMEs manage financial reports flexibly and efficiently. Through this training, MSMEs can record finances via a mobile app instead of manually, allowing for more consistent and streamlined record-keeping. Second, a mentoring program for obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) guides MSMEs in understanding the importance of NIB and the process to acquire it, which can open up access to funding and boost their economic growth. These two programs aim to strengthen MSMEs’ capacity in operational efficiency and business legality.

This study aims to prepare students in the future, in order to realize students who have good competency values, a teacher has an important role in educating and preparing them. Both in terms of physical and spiritual. Technological and information advances in the future are very dangerous if a student does not get guidance in its actualization. We hope that through this article all readers can draw the conclusions that we have compiled.

The objective of this research is to analysis the influence of top management support and formalization of development of systems information on using accounting information systems. Population in this study are 46 of Hospitality Service Company in Semarang City. The respondents are the employee in Hospitality Service Company that work in accounting and finance department. The sampling method use convenience sampling methods. Data analysis that used for this research is structural test using SmartPLS. The result of this research found that top management support has positif effect on use of accounting information systems. However formalization of development of systems information has not effect on use of accounting information systems.

The incidence of reproductive tract infections (RTI) in adolescents around the world ranks between 35% and 42%. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, as many as 5.2 million adolescents complain of itching in the genital region after menstruation, which is a result of poor personal hygiene during menstruation. This situation exists because the level of knowledge of adolescents is lacking, especially among those who have just experienced menstruation. Adolescents' lack of knowledge about personal hygiene is the leading cause of high cases of reproductive tract infections. This study aimed to determine the effect of educational videos about personal hygiene during menstruation on the level of knowledge in early adolescence. This type of research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental method and a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The population in this study were early adolescents in class VII at the Al Badriyyah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School who were already menstruating. The sampling technique used total sampling and obtained 47 female students. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in terms of univariate and bivariate analysis (using the McNemar test with a p-value < 0.05). The results of this study showed that educational videos about personal hygiene during menstruation were affected by the level of knowledge in early adolescence, with a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05.

The coastal area in Aeng Batu-Batu Village, Galesong, Takalar Regency is one of the areas whose lives depend on marine products, especially on seaweed cultivation as their main livelihood. However, due to the sea mining activities that began in the area since 2017 to meet the needs of infrastructure projects on the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) reclamation island, it has had a significant impact on the social life of the local community, a change in income that has decreased from seaweed cultivation which has finally made fishermen switch to looking for other marine biota such as crabs and squid. In the context of social dynamics that occur as a result of mining, it has made changes in the daily activities of the local community, especially in the search for income. In this case, the solidarity of the local community is also an important factor in changing habits that occur after sand mining occurs. Sand mining also triggers coastal abrasion which causes houses in coastal areas to be exposed to abrasion. This research uses qualitative methods that focus on interview techniques, observation and literature review which are used to analyze the effects of sand mining on the coastal communities of Aeng Batu-Batu Village. The results of this study show that coastal sand mining has brought changes to the social dynamics and interaction patterns that exist in the community, especially in the management of marine resources and their place of residence. These results are expected to be material for further attention regarding coastal environmental management policies related to the utilization of natural resources, especially for reclamation needs in order to prevent negative impacts that arise in coastal communities.

Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, plays an important role in the legal system, including in the context of anti-terrorism law. This study aims to explore how the principles of Pancasila function as pillars in the formation and implementation of anti-terrorism law in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review as the main method, which includes analysis of academic literature, legal documents, and interviews with legal experts. The results of the study indicate that the principles of Pancasila Belief in One Almighty God, Just and Civilized Humanity, Unity of Indonesia, Democracy Guided by the Wisdom of Deliberation and Representation, and Social Justice for All Indonesian People provide a moral and ideological framework underlying the creation and implementation of anti-terrorism law in Indonesia. Pancasila ensures that counter-terrorism efforts remain in accordance with the values ​​of humanity, social justice, and national unity. However, challenges such as potential human rights violations and abuse of authority need to be addressed to ensure that anti-terrorism law remains in line with the principles of Pancasila. This study recommends strengthening the enforcement of human rights, inclusiveness in policy making, and periodic evaluation and revision of anti-terrorism policies to improve their effectiveness and conformity to the country's core values.

The research examines: (i) the ideal form of preventing corruption through an integrated education system; and (ii) projected obstacles to implementing the corruption prevention model through an integrated education system. The background to the existence of criminal acts of corruption is proven by Indonesia's position at rank 96 out of 180 countries with a score of 38 out of a perfect score of 100 at the beginning of 2023, below the global nominal of 43. Data proves that efforts to eradicate corruption by optimizing the penal system have not been effective in preventing the rate of corruption cases. Non-penal steps are needed, one of which is through anti-corruption education by instilling awareness of the impact of corruption in the younger generation. The research uses a conceptual approach, then combined with legal material and qualitative thinking analysis. The research results show that there are three ideal forms of preventing corruption through an integrated education system, namely: (i) providing basic level anti-corruption education; (ii) preparation of an anti-corruption education curriculum; and (iii) preparation of anti-corruption educational learning schemes. Meanwhile, obstacles include: (i) there is no anti-corruption education curriculum; (ii) implementation instructions and technical instructions for implementing integrated anti-corruption education are not yet available; and (iii) Anti-corruption education is facultative.

Based on the provisions in Law no. 7 of 1992 in conjunction with Law no. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, commercial banks provide services such as transferring money according to the type of bank category. Along with the rapid development of technology and science in the era of globalization, the banking sector is also required to adapt to improve services to customers. Fintech, or financial technology, is designed to make financial services easier for people. However, potential threats remain and require preventive measures. This article reviews in depth legal protection for customers in digital financial transactions. This research uses a normative legal method with a literature study approach as a way of collecting data. The results of the descriptive analysis show regulations related to legal protection for customers in digital financial transactions with platforms such as DANA, as well as the role of LPS in maintaining the security of customer funds.

Article 1 point 10 of Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning alternative dispute resolution, is a form of dispute resolution outside the court, including mediation. Alternative dispute resolution, the parties are assisted by a third party in resolving the dispute with a mediator. The alternative dispute resolution law provides a variety of non-litigation dispute resolution options. It should be emphasized that the option of dispute resolution with alternative dispute resolution is limited to disputes in the civil field. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of mediation through online dispute resolution in Indonesian laws and regulations as well as to find out the obstacles and challenges in the implementation of online dispute resolution mediation in an effort to resolve disputes in a non-litigation manner. The research method used is using the empirical juridical approach method, the research specification used in this study is descriptive analytical. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data while the data source uses primary data, namely interviews, observations, and secondary data, namely by studying the provisions of laws and regulations, other regulations, researching principles, conceptions, views, doctrines, and legal rules through books, journals, papers, and research results, the results of data analysis to answer problem issues. Conclusion The application of mediation through Online Dispute Resoution in laws and regulations in Indonesia is regulated in Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court. Article 5 paragraph (3) of PERMA Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court. The obstacles to the implementation of Online Dispute Resolution depend on the good faith of the parties and the equipment used. Mediation is difficult to reach an agreement if the parties do not provide information clearly and transparently, and are constrained by the equipment used. 

In the PKPU process, problems often occur, especially when the debtor defaults, which can trigger disputes between creditors, especially concurrent creditors who receive the last payment. Therefore, there is a mechanism for other lawsuits as a legal tool to protect the rights of concurrent creditors. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the legal protection for concurrent creditors through the mechanism for other lawsuits in the context of debt payment suspension and bankruptcy, based on Law Number 37 of 2004. This study uses a normative legal method with a statutory and case approach to analyze relevant legal provisions and practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that although Law Number 37 of 2004 provides a clear legal framework for the protection of concurrent creditor rights, there are still challenges in its implementation. Obstacles such as inconsistent law enforcement and lack of debtor awareness of creditor rights affect the effectiveness of such protection. Therefore, it is important for creditors to understand and utilize existing legal mechanisms to protect their interests during the bankruptcy process.

General elections play an important role in a democratic country like Indonesia, guaranteeing people's sovereignty, government legitimacy and people's sovereignty. regular change of power. The importance of the Permanent Voter List (DPT) lies in the ability of citizens to exercise their right to vote effectively. However, challenges often arise in compiling accurate voter lists, which are critical to the functioning of the democratic process. The General Election Commission (KPU) plays an important role in this process by determining eligible voters, coordinating data collection, and utilizing the Sidalih voter list information system. The KPU also collaborates with regional institutions, ensuring the accuracy of voter lists through cross-checking activities, and designating voting areas, all to maintain the integrity of the election and encourage citizen participation.

The blue economy concept is very suitable for island countries with abundant biodiversity. Blue economy prioritizes ecosystem sustainability with marine resources as the main subject. Indonesia sees this concept as an opportunity to utilize its potential through the launch of the Indonesia blue economy roadmap. The Indonesia blue economy roadmap is a very complex design and the challenges ahead are very risky to the goals to be achieved. The international partnership strategy is one of Indonesia's steps in achieving the goals of the Indonesia blue economy roadmap. The partnership strategy is known as the National Blue Agenda Actions Partnership (NBAAP). This research uses qualitative research methods with library research data collection techniques to see NBAAP as a partnership strategy to support the achievement of the Indonesia blue economy roadmap. The results of the research will discuss the priority sectors of the Indonesia blue economy roadmap, the challenges and problems of the sector, the pillars in the NBAAP partnership strategy, and the NBAAP Program that supports the Indonesia blue economy roadmap. With this in-depth understanding, it is expected that Indonesia's international partnership strategy in the blue economy can support the achievement of the goals in the Indonesia blue economy roadmap.

Financial statements are a regularly arranged collection of data that shows a company's financial position at a specific point in time. One of the challenges is the limited knowledge about preparing financial statements using digital finance applications. The primary objective of this community service activity is to train and disseminate information about the importance of digital financial reporting. The research aims to educate Safira batik SMEs about digital financial statements. Socialization and training methods were used in this study. The findings showed that before the training, only 20% were aware of financial statements but did not know about digital financial statements; however, after the training, their knowledge increased by 80%. Before the training, 10% only knew how to record financial statements but had not recorded financial statements using a digital finance application; however, after the training, their knowledge increased by 90%.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the BKI student community service program on female students at the North Asrama An-Nahdhoh Putri Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on improving mental health, practical skills, and social networks. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, which collects data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the community service program has succeeded in increasing female students' self-confidence, stress management skills, and better social relationships. In addition, extracurricular activities carried out every week have contributed significantly to the development of their practical skills. These findings emphasize the importance of community service programs in supporting the self-development of female students and creating a positive learning environment.

This study aims to improve English vocabulary mastery among 8A grade students at MTs Terpadu Berkah through the implementation of the Pictionary game method. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on observation and assessment of students’ performance during learning activities. Pictionary, as an interactive learning method, utilizes visual images to help students understand and retain new vocabulary more effectively.  The research results show that using Pictionary in English vocabulary learning is effective in enhancing students' understanding and memory of new words. Students actively participated in learning activities, demonstrated high enthusiasm, and showed significant progress in using the vocabulary they learned. Additionally, this approach encourages student collaboration and fosters creativity during the learning process. In conclusion, the Pictionary game can be an effective alternative teaching method for improving vocabulary mastery and learning motivation among students. Implementing this method is expected to provide English teachers with a useful strategy for creating a more engaging and interactive learning environment in the classroom.

This study examines the efforts of local food-based entrepreneurship training to start and develop BUMDesa Duawutun, Nagawutung, Lembata. This study is based on data from the 2021-2027 Duawutun RPJMDes, explaining the inhibiting factors for BUMDes management in Duawutun Village, namely the BUMDes management is not functioning properly, the lack of Human Resources (HR) for BUMDes management, and BUMDes still lacks funds, so that in 2023 the Duawutun Village Government will dissolve BUMDes Duawutun. The method used in this activity is socialization and practice with the aim of providing explanations and honing the skills of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) mothers, BUMDes administrators, and the Duawutun Village community directly. This training activity produces several local products in the form of (cassava chips and pumpkin sticks). The main targets of this activity are BUMDes administrators and PKK mothers.

This research focuses on the social integration of foreign nationals in Indonesia from the perspective of citizenship. Indonesia has become a favored destination for many foreigners who come to work, study, or seek refuge due to the increasing global mobility. However, the social integration process of foreign nationals in Indonesia faces several challenges, including restrictive citizenship policies and significant cultural and social differences. The aim of this study is to examine the factors that influence the social integration of foreign nationals in Indonesia and to provide policy recommendations that could facilitate a better integration process. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. Policy analysis, in-depth interviews with foreign nationals and local communities, as well as literature reviews from various sources, are all part of the process. The research findings indicate that Indonesia's strict citizenship policies, along with a lack of understanding and interaction between foreign nationals and local communities, are often major barriers to the integration process. The extent to which foreign nationals can integrate into society is influenced by access to education and employment, as well as community support. Additionally, the study compares the social integration processes of foreign nationals in Indonesia with those in countries such as the United States, Germany, and Australia; it was found that more inclusive policies and better-organized integration programs play a significant role in the success of foreign nationals' integration in these countries.

This study aims to find out and analyze  the role of the prosecutor's office in determining the right to restitution for the crime of trafficking in persons based on case number 27/Pid.sus/2019/PN.Kpg. This research is a normative legal research (library research) supported by empirical data. This research focuses on the Role of the Prosecutor's Office in Determining the Right to Restitution for the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. The approach used in this study is the case approach. This research uses primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. This legal research is analyzed using the  Content Analysis legal material analysis technique. The results of this study show that (1) The existence of restitution is contained in Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning Trafficking, Article 4 of Perma No. 1 of 2022, and is contained in the Criminal Procedure Code. (2) The role of the prosecutor's office in determining the right to restitution of victims in the crime of trafficking in persons is to inform the victim of their rights in submitting restitution applications to the court, so that the suggestions that can be given to law enforcers, especially the Public Prosecutor, should be given socialization or training regarding Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Trafficking in Persons, especially the provision of restitution,  so that there is a common perception in handling cases of human trafficking.

This study aims to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the duties of the civil police unit in the management of dormitories/lodging in Central Ende District, Ende Regency. This research is an empirical juridical research that uses three approaches, namely the socio-legal approach, the conceptual approach and the doctrinal approach using primary data and secondary data collected using observation, interview and literature study methods. This study uses a method of processing legal materials which is processed in several stages, namely inventory of legal materials, classification of legal materials, systematization of legal materials and verification of legal materials after which it is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this study show that (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the duties of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in controlling dormitories/lodging in Central Ende District, Ende Regency can be said to be effective, because the Satpol PP of Ende Regency in collaboration with other agencies carries out their duties and authorities following the existing procedures, even though the implementation is not perfect, (2) Obstacle factors for the implementation of Satpol PP's duties in ordering dormitories/lodgings,  namely responsiveness and confrontation, compliance and understanding, limited resources, difficult cases and infrastructure constraints

The regulation of protection during armed conflicts is greatly aided by the distinction between the rights and protections granted to combatants and non-combatants under International Humanitarian Law (IHL). Nonetheless, there hasn't been much discussion in the literature about how nationality affects how these legal safeguards are applied. This study attempts to investigate how fighters' and non-combatants' rights and safeguards under IHL are impacted by nationality. The results show that nationality can have a substantial impact on the legal status and level of protection that individuals receive, regardless of whether they are combatants or not. This research examines obstacles to the application of legal safeguards and illustrates how nationality influences their implementation using case studies of the crises in Syria and Ukraine. The study suggests that within IHL, precise standards on nationality be developed.
