Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in driving economic growth; however, their production activities frequently face uncertainty in achieving predetermined targets. Such uncertainty arises from fluctuating market demand, delays in raw material supply, labor limitations, variations in processing time, and other technical constraints. Conventional deterministic production planning methods often fail to capture these real-world risks and variations, leading to less accurate and suboptimal decisions. Therefore, a more adaptive analytical approach that incorporates probability and uncertainty is required. This study aims to analyze the probability of achieving MSME production targets using the Monte Carlo Simulation method. This method models random production conditions by generating data based on probability distributions derived from historical records. Simulations are repeated through numerous iterations to estimate possible variations in production output and measure the likelihood of meeting targets. The results indicate that Monte Carlo simulation provides more realistic and comprehensive production forecasts compared to traditional planning approaches. By understanding both the probability of success and potential risks, MSMEs can design adaptive strategies, optimize resource allocation, manage inventory more effectively, and improve overall production planning accuracy to ensure long-term business sustainability in a dynamic environment.

In general, infrastructure development requires materials from nature and one of them is natural coarse aggregate of crushed stone. The rapid development of infrastructure in Indonesia has resulted in the depletion of the natural coarse aggregate. Therefore, other efforts are needed in terms of using coarse aggregate as a construction material. So in this study the aim is to make artificial coarse aggregate made from fly ash. The results showed that this artificial coarse aggregate met the requirements of the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 rev 3 as a construction material, namely for an abrasion value of 40% and water absorption of 3%. In this study, 5 types of comparisons were carried out, namely, 70:30%, 60:40%, 50:50%, 40:60%, 30:70 and for the type of composition comparison 70:30% (70% fly ash:30% cement). ) the abrasion value is still below 40%, and the amount of water absorption is below 3% so that this artificial coarse aggregate still meets the standard specifications of General Highways 2010 rev 3. Based on the price comparison that has been made between artificial coarse aggregate and natural coarse aggregate of crushed stone , shows a price disparity of Rp. 35,779 - Rp. 58,779. Thus, this artificial coarse aggregate is one solution that can be developed to reduce the environmental impact due to the presence of fly ash which is quite abundant in Indonesia.

The increasing use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in higher education generates large amounts of student activity data that have the potential to provide deeper insights into learning processes. However, in practice, these data are still rarely analyzed systematically to understand variations in students’ learning activity patterns, limiting their practical use in supporting teaching and learning. This study aims to explore students’ learning activity patterns in an LMS using a clustering approach based on activity data. This research utilizes the publicly available Open University Learning Analytics Dataset (OULAD), focusing on a single course and a single academic term. LMS activity data were processed through data cleaning and feature extraction, followed by student clustering using the K-Means algorithm. The quality of the clustering results was evaluated using the Silhouette Score, and visual analysis was applied to support the interpretation of the results. The results indicate that students’ learning activities can be grouped into two main patterns, namely a group of students with high learning activity and a group with lower or moderate activity levels. These findings highlight the existence of heterogeneous learning behaviors among students, even within the same learning context. The identified learning activity patterns provide an initial foundation for utilizing LMS data to monitor student engagement and to support the development of more responsive, data-driven learning approaches in higher education.

Cilacap Regency in Central Java Province is recognized as an important contributor to national food production due to its extensive agricultural land and reliance on technical irrigation systems. The performance of irrigation networks, particularly secondary channels in the Serayu Irrigation Area (DI), is essential in regulating water levels to support agricultural activities in Sampang and Karangasem Villages. Variations in rainfall and field conditions often create water level differences that disrupt irrigation distribution, reducing water flow efficiency to rice fields and lowering productivity, especially during the dry season. This study aims to design secondary irrigation channels capable of maintaining stable water levels based on irrigation requirements. The research applies a descriptive quantitative method using rainfall data from BMKG, along with land area and elevation data interpreted from Google Earth imagery in 2025. The data were analyzed using probability and Thiessen polygon methods to estimate design rainfall, determine water availability, calculate irrigation demand, and plan channel dimensions. The analysis shows that Secondary Channel BGS 4.B serves an irrigation area of 103.57 hectares with a planned discharge capacity of 0.0343 m³/s. The channel design includes a base width of 0.65 meters and a water depth of 0.65 meters, with water surface elevations of 14.27 meters upstream and 13.15 meters downstream. Evaluation using a 10-year rainfall return period of 151.677 mm shows the channel can convey discharge effectively while maintaining water levels below the embankment, ensuring reliable irrigation distribution.

This study examines the seismic performance of slender Air Traffic Control (ATC) towers in high‑hazard regions (PGA > 0.4g), where vertical taper, torsional eccentricity, and top‑heavy cab mass can significantly increase drift, base shear, and collapse risk relative to conventional buildings. Existing studies often rely on linear procedures and outdated provisions, leading to underestimation of nonlinear behaviour and limited guidance for ATC towers designed to SNI 1726:2019. The research aims to quantify these irregularity effects and formulate design recommendations that satisfy Immediate Occupancy, Life Safety, and Collapse Prevention performance targets. The methodology couples response spectrum analysis, using a site‑specific Padang spectrum consistent with SNI 1726:2019 and ASCE 7‑16, with nonlinear pushover analysis interpreted through FEMA/ATC performance‑based criteria. A parametric study is performed on three cab configurations small, medium, and large modelled as 5%, 15%, and 25% mass ratios at the tower head, while keeping a 10 m × 10 m hybrid core–frame shaft constant. Results indicate that larger cab mass produces systematic but moderate increases in global displacement, story drift, and base shear, while plastic hinges localize primarily in the upper stories and cab‑support region, yielding performance levels from Immediate Occupancy to Collapse Prevention. Overall, the tower meets code drift limits and acceptable performance if local strengthening is provided around the shaft–cab interface, offering a calibrated reference for top‑heavy ATC tower design in Indonesian high‑seismic settings and identifying priorities for future time‑history and soil–structure interaction studies.

The construction and infrastructure sectors are shifting toward lighter, low-emission, and sustainable materials in response to the high carbon footprint and excessive weight of common materials such as concrete and steel. One promising alternative widely developed is natural fiber–based composites. However, studies comparing mechanical properties of variations of natural fibers within a single framework remain limited. This study aims to evaluate and compare composite mechanical properties reinforced by sisal fiber, bamboo fiber, and pineapple leaf fiber to determine the optimal fiber type for sustainable infrastructure applications. The research methodology involved fabrication of composite specimens using a unidirectional fiber configuration with a resin matrix, molded following ASTM D638 Type I dimensional and geometrical requirements. Tensile testing was conducted to evaluate mechanical responses, including ultimate tensile behavior, deformation characteristics, and elastic properties, which were presented in tabular and graphical forms. The results show that incorporation of all natural fiber types significantly enhanced composite mechanical properties, exhibiting an average tensile strength of approximately 26 MPa. Pineapple leaf fiber demonstrated balanced mechanical behavior combining strength and ductility, while sisal fiber showed superior tensile resistance and rigidity. Bamboo fiber provided moderate mechanical improvement. Overall, natural fiber–reinforced composites demonstrate strong potential as environmentally friendly alternative materials for infrastructure applications, with mechanical characteristics adjustable based on reinforcing fiber type.

Wood consumption in Indonesia, which is expected to reach more than 64.84 million m³ by 2025, is putting enormous pressure on forests, as evidenced by the reduction in forest area through the clearing of 96,230 hectares of forest in 2023. To reduce dependence on wood as a building material, alternative materials with comparable physical and mechanical properties are needed. Bamboo, especially laminated bamboo, was chosen because it has high tensile strength, a short harvest time, and abundant availability. This study examines the behavior of hollow section laminated bamboo beam-column connections with a glue-in-rod-bracket system to determine the ductility of the connection under unidirectional (static) loads. An experimental method was used with the independent variables of diameter and number of bolts, while the dependent variables included the moment-rotation of the connection, stiffness, strength, and ductility. The results show that the average ductility values for 4 and 6 thread rods D6, D8, and D10 mostly meet the SNI 1729 (≥1.25) and AISC 360 (rotation >0.03 rad) standards, with classifications ranging from "partially ductile" to "fully elastic." However, the 10-diameter 6-thread rod only achieved a ductility of 1.2, thus failing to meet the SNI standard. Based on the Handbook of Structural Steel Connection Design and Details, all connections fall into the non-seismic category because their ductility values are less than 3. These findings confirm the potential of laminated bamboo as an environmentally friendly construction material, while also providing technical guidelines for the design of non-seismic beam-column connections.

Male reproductive performance serves as a foundational metric for predicting the reproductive quality traits of progeny. This study aimed to investigate the interaction between semen quality in Etawa Grade (PE) and Boer bucks and non-genetic factors, specifically age and season. The research utilised secondary data on fresh semen production collected from 2018 to 2022. Quality parameters evaluated included ejaculate volume and individual sperm motility. Data were obtained from the Central Java Artificial Insemination Center and analysed using the Statistical Analysis System On Demand for Academics to determine the interactive effects of age and season on fresh semen production. The results indicated that bucks in the younger age category tended to produce higher semen volumes compared to other age groups. In conclusion, there is a general interaction between age and season on the semen quality of PE and Boer bucks. The interaction observed in fresh semen volume and motility was significantly influenced by individual age differences and seasonal factors based on rainfall levels. Further research is warranted to investigate these interactions across additional macroscopic and microscopic parameters.
