This study aims to determine the role of human resource audits on training and compensation on employee performance and career development as an intervening variable at PT XYZ. The research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT XYZ who were placed in outlets in Taman sub-district, Sidoarjo. The sampling technique in the study used Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria of employees who deal directly with consumers totaling 35 people. Data obtained by filling out a questionnaire. The data was processed using the SmartPLS statistical tool and analyzed using the inner and outer models. The results of the study found that training and compensation have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and training has a positive and significant effect on career development.

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

Green vegetables is a term in Indonesian that refers to types of vegetables that have a green color. In general, green vegetables contain various important nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for health. This research aims to determine the role of investigation audit techniques, investigative audit standards and investigative audit profesionalism in determining the level of fraud. There have been many fraud cases that have occured, especially in Indonesia, so we need to know the magnitude of the influence of each variable in knowing and disclosing the level of fraud that has occurred. Audit techniques and standards that are applied optimally, complemented by high professionalism of auditors, should produce maximum results in revealing and knowing the level of fraud that has occurred. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting literature studies from previous articles and research. Data sources were obtained from journals, books and articles on the internet that were relevant to the theme of this research. The result of this researchs are that investigative audit techniques and the proffesionalism of investigative auditors have an influence in disclosing fraud to determine the level of fraud that has occurred.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between capital structure, dividend policy, financial performance and company value in the telecommunications industry. This research uses quantitative methods and applies secondary data. The research results show that capital structure, dividend policy and financial performance greatly influence company value. In other words, making decisions about capital structure, dividend policy, and financial performance can positively influence increasing company value. In other words, the results of this research can be used by practitioners and decision makers in the telecommunications industry to help them increase the value of their business.

Sistem pewarisan yang diterapkan oleh suku Jawa disini adalah sistem kekerabatan parental dan sistem  pewarisan secara individualis, dimana terdapat suatu keterkaitan dalam kedua unsur pewarisan tersebut. Dalam pewarisan yang telah diterapkan oleh suku Jawa disini telah memberikan ruang terhadap para ahli waris untuk memiliki kedudukan yang sama dalam pewarisan. Sistem individualis yang diterapkan dalam sistem pewarisan suku jawa juga memberikan bahwasanya dalam pewarisan tersebut harta benda akan menjadi hak milik dari ahli waris. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, dimana dengan penerapan metode tersebut akan memberikan penjelasan yang lebih detail terhadap sistem pewarisan yang terjadi dalam suku Jawa dengan sistem kekerabatan parental dan penerapan sistem pewarisan individualis. Mathematics lessons are lessons that are able to provide students with insight into gaining knowledge systematically or how to solve a mathematical problem. One of the goals of learning mathematics is to develop problem solving abilities. This indicates that problem solving is a very important ability to hone in learning mathematics. The method used is literature study or literature review. The study sources are in the form of reference books, published scientific journals, and references on websites accessed via the internet. Theoretical references obtained through literature study research will be used as the basic foundation and main tool for further practice which will be followed up with field research. Polya's theory is a systematic approach to solving mathematical problems which consists of four main steps, namely understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the plan, and checking again. This theory has been applied in various mathematics learning contexts, such as in analyzing the difficulty of solving mathematical problems on various materials and levels of difficulty.

The growth of invasive foreign plants can change the structure and composition of species in the ecosystem, where the growth of native plant species will be unable to compete with invasive foreign plants which will then slowly experience extinction. Invasive alien plants have detrimental impacts on the environment and economy. The open area on campus 2 of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is an area that is currently overgrown with various types and types of plants, where apart from plants planted deliberately, there are also invasive plants growing around it. The invasion process does not occur simultaneously or all at once, but rather gradually and begins with the presence of invasive species in an area of ​​land, which then takes over the new habitat or territory. Invasive plants will become more dominant in their growing area with fast growth characteristics and large and densely developed roots. This research aims to identify types of invasive foreign plants, their distribution factors, and the use of invasive plants found in open areas on campus 2 of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The method used in this research is the exploration method combined with the inventory method by observing and taking pictures and then identifying using literature sources. The result was that there were 27 plant species, of which 12 were included in the invasive plant species in Indonesia and the dominant family was the Asteraceae family. Apart from that, this research also examined the use of invasive plants from various literature, one of the plant species studied was Putri Malu (Mimosa pudica L..) has been used as a traditional medicine in healing burns.

Regional languages have a role more than just as a means of communication; it also functions as a symbol of pride, a marker of identity, and a means of communication within the family and local community. Nevertheless, regional languages face the challenge of extinction due to the influence of globalization, population migration, and lack of appreciation, especially among the younger generation. The method used is literature study. The focus of this article is on maintaining Sundanese in the context of elementary school education, highlighting the role of students as the main agents in maintaining regional languages. The discussion involves three key steps, namely learning, community activities, and the use of regional languages on special occasions. It is hoped that maintaining regional languages in education can create a generation that has strong character and is able to maintain cultural heritage, making the preservation of regional languages an important task to preserve cultural and linguistic diversity.

This research aims to explore the potential for strengthening literacy culture in elementary schools by focusing on the role of teachers as role models, facilitators and resource providers. The research method uses a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as an information gathering tool. The aim is to strengthen the implementation of literacy culture in schools through integration in the curriculum, increasing the role of parents, and a variety of books in the library. The benefits include increasing literacy understanding, student motivation to read, and the formation of a strong literacy culture in elementary schools. The results of this research note the positive impact of strengthening literacy culture, including increasing literacy understanding, student motivation to read, and the formation of a sustainable literacy culture in the elementary school environment. The teacher's role as a role model, facilitator and resource provider has a significant influence on the successful implementation of a literacy culture.

This research explores the low political participation of students in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the State University of Medan in conveying their aspirations to the government. Characteristics of a democratic country highlight the active involvement of its citizens in political activities, including student political participation. Student organizations are considered small entities similar to the government. The literature review involves definitions of democracy, forms of democracy, and political participation. The research method uses a quantitative and descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research findings indicate that the majority of students rarely or never convey their aspirations, driven by a lack of confidence that their aspirations will be responded to. Respondent profiles show a majority from the Geography department and with student registration numbers from the year 2022. Factors influencing low participation include lack of trust, low awareness, and lack of support from student organizations. Recommendations include increasing courage, organizational support, student awareness, interdisciplinary networks, innovation, easily accessible communication platforms, and active government engagement. This research provides in-depth insights and offers recommendations to enhance student participation in conveying political aspirations.

This article reviews a syntax-based analysis of predication in language, delving into its underlying linguistic structure. The research conducted employs analytical methods sourced from literature to comprehend sentence construction and the syntactic relationships forming predication. The findings of the analysis present a profound understanding of the framework of predication in language and its implications in human communication. In the exploration of syntax and predication in linguistics, the syntactic approach highlights the essential relationship between subject and predicate in a sentence. Predication maps what is stated about the subject, and syntax-based analysis reveals its basic structure. Syntax, with its central role, is key to understanding sentence structure and the meaning conveyed in communication. Research on this concept shows how the arrangement of words, phrases, and clauses forms predication.

The research was conducted for one week, the results showed an increase in understanding of basic music theory material by 97.8%. This can also be proven by the results of singing the score for the song Tanoh Lon Sayang according to the actual punctuation

In order for the implementation of cultural and civic learning to take place effectively and efficiently, teachers and students in schools must take various steps, such as having school policies that affirm the importance of cultural and civic knowledge, which will affect cultural and civic learning.

Cenil mbok mini was founded in 1967 and is still active until now in 2023, so for around 56 years cenil mbok mini has become one of the culinary mainstays of Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto regency. Cenil is neatly packaged and increasingly modern in terms of packaging and manufacturing methods. This Community Service aims to introduce traditional food to the community, as well as to preserve traditional food so that it does not become extinct. The method used in this training is Preparation Step, Implementation Step, and Evaluation Step. As a result of this dedication, traditional snacks have labels to be marketed. Marketing strategies can help improve MSMEs.

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.
