This study analyzes the policy of regrouping higher education institutions in Indonesia in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. Through a comprehensive literature study, this study identifies the gap between the current policy of merging higher education institutions and the demands of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 which focuses on human-technology integration. The findings indicate that the regrouping policy requires a more holistic approach and is oriented towards developing institutional capacity to create an adaptive and sustainable higher education ecosystem. This study proposes a regrouping policy framework that considers aspects of digital transformation, strengthening triple helix collaboration, and building institutional capacity based on Society 5.0 values. The implications of the results of this study can be a reference for policy makers in reforming the strategy of merging higher education institutions that are globally competitive but still maintain local wisdom values.

Water is the main need for every living creature, including humans. However, sometimes the springs are located under residential areas. To lift water to residential areas, large amounts of electrical energy are needed to drive water pumps. Apart from the very large electrical energy sources required, the price of water pumps is very expensive, it is necessary to develop alternative energy sources. An alternative energy source that has enormous potential in Indonesia is solar energy. Every year the sun releases 745 thousand trillion kWh of solar energy reaching the earth. In connection with the above, dedication was carried out regarding the design of the solar water pump. In the design of the solar water pump, a DC water pump is used with a solar power source using 3 solar panel modules. Through the Mitra Village Service SKIM, LPPM UNMUS 2024 Program, this service will examine the performance of the solar water pump, namely the maximum power produced by the solar panels, the water flow that can be lifted by the pump and the duration of operation in a day. The results of service activities in the form of technology that has been installed in partner plantations in Waninggap Nanggo Village, this technology is able to save on plantation operations, especially water pump electricity costs, by using solar power sources. Based on the analysis, electricity costs have been saved by 30%, thereby increasing partner income.

Learning problems in schools are often caused by uninteresting methods and media, which reduce students’ interest and learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of using flashcard learning media on students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for fourth-grade students at SD Al-Madina Wonosobo. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group. The sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class used flashcards, while the control class applied the lecture method. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using t-tests and gain tests. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two classes, with higher posttest scores and gain values in the experimental class. The use of flashcards effectively enhanced students' understanding of the material, especially memorization topics such as Asmaul Husna, and created a more engaging and interactive learning atmosphere. The implications of this research suggest that visual learning media such as flashcards can be an effective strategy to improve students' learning achievement and motivation in IRE classes, while also encouraging teachers to be more innovative in applying suitable learning media.

This research examines the role of Pancasila as a philosophical pillar in strengthening Indonesian democracy and shaping just legal policies amidst the dynamics of legal changes. The research background highlights the challenges in actualizing Pancasila's values within the legal system, reflected in the incongruence of legal policies with the principle of justice, limited public participation, and obstacles in the era of globalization. This qualitative study, employing a literature review method, aims to analyze the application of Pancasila's values in addressing legal challenges and to identify the constraints in its implementation as a foundation for democracy. The findings indicate a mismatch between legal policies and Pancasila's values due to political factors, a lack of understanding, complex bureaucracy, and systemic injustice. Limited public participation in policy formulation also poses a constraint. The implications of this research underscore the need to enhance the understanding and internalization of Pancasila's values in the legal policy-making process, as well as to increase public participation to achieve a more just and democratic legal system in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila.

The in dubio pro reo principle is a fundamental principle in criminal law that states that if there is doubt in the proof of a case, then the decision must be taken in favor of the defendant. The application of this principle is particularly crucial in rape and murder cases, where the legal consequences faced by the accused are severe. However, the use of this principle often causes debate because it can have an impact on the sense of justice for victims and society. This research uses a normative qualitative method with a normative juridical approach to analyze laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and court decisions related to the application of the in dubio pro reo principle. Data was collected through literature study by analyzing relevant court decisions. The results showed that the application of this principle is based on the negatief wettelijk evidentiary system, which requires a minimum of two valid pieces of evidence and the judge's conviction to impose a sentence. However, in practice, the difficulty of proof in rape and murder cases can lead to the defendant being acquitted despite indications of guilt. Therefore, the balance between the protection of the defendant's rights and justice for the victim must be considered in the application of this principle.
