Dioscorea pentaphylla L. tubers, locally known as tomboreso tubers by Indonesian people, grow wild in forests in various parts of Indonesia but are not well-underutilized. This article aims to comprehensively review the phytochemistry, nutritional, anti-nutritional, and bioactivity of tomboreso tubers. The method used is a literature study with a database of online articles downloaded from Google Scholar related to the topic discussed. Various earlier studies reported that tomboreso tubers are rich in phytochemical compounds, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, polyphenols, terpenoids, tannins, glycosides, and saponins. Tomboreso tubers are also rich in complete nutritional content, such as protein content (1.69-9.20%), fat (0.14-6.24%), fiber (1.28-7.24%), starch (3.71-61.26%), minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids. Furthermore, tomboreso tubers also contain anti-nutritional compounds that are less beneficial to health, such as tannins, oxalates, hydrogen cyanide, phenols, flavonoids, phytates, a-amylase inhibitors, and trypsin inhibitors. Tomboreso tubers have been shown to have various biological activities, such as anti-bacterial, anti-mutagenic, and antioxidant, from various earlier studies. To make tomboreso tubers safe to eat and an alternative food source with low anti-nutritional content, further research must be done on their exploration, utilization, and further processing to reduce anti-nutritional compounds.

A retail company is a company that sells goods or services directly to the end consumer. The success of a retail company is highly dependent on employee satisfaction which if employee satisfaction is met, work productivity will be effective so that it can encourage the company to achieve its goals. However, if employee satisfaction is not met, it will cause poor productivity so that it can have an impact on the company's achievements. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of career development and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Silverindo Djaya Lestari. The study used a statistical quantitative method with a sample of 43 employees. The independent variables in this study are career development and work environment, while the dependent variable is employee job satisfaction. The results of this study show that partially career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a tcal value of 4,575 t table 2,021 and a sig value of 0.000<0.05, and the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a tcal value of 2,343>t table 2,021 and a sig value of 0.024<0.05. And simultaneously career development and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a fcal value of 31,783>f table 4,085 and a sig value of 0.000<0.05.

PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara is a company operating in the marine and electrical sector. PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara makes a full contribution to the Indonesian shipping industry. It cannot be denied that competition is currently at the highest level in the trade sector, especially in the Marine and Electrical trade sector, there are many competitors who are superior in providing services and in procuring goods, according to consumer needs. This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara. This type of research uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara. The data collected from the questionnaire is tabulated and then processed. To carry out data processing, researchers used SPSS 27 software. The results of this research show that compensation influences employee performance at PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara, work discipline influences employee performance at PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara, compensation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at PT Nouf Teknik Nusantara.

Strong organizational culture and engaged employees will improve performance which has a very positive effect on the sustainability of an organization. This study aims to analyze the impact of employee engagement and organizational culture on employee performance at the Avicenna Prestasi Education Foundation. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents selected using the Slovin method. The results showed that employee engagement and organizational culture significantly have a positive effect on employee performance. This means that maintaining and improving employee engagement and organizational culture can improve employee performance at the Avicenna Prestasi Education Foundation. This study contributes to the understanding of human resource management in companies and can be the basis for policies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.

This research is based on the lack of understanding in learning Indonesian in folk poetry materials, the difference between students' learning styles and unsupportive learning media is an obstacle for students in the learning process in the classroom so that students get bored easily. The purpose of this study is to describe the stages of PANDIGI learning media development with a differentiated model on folk poetry materials and to find out the validity and practicality of the development of the developed learning media. The type of research used is research and development using the ADDIE model, (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). This research was conducted at SMPN 18 South Tangerang with the research subjects of grade VII.8 students totaling 41 students. The results of the study show that this learning media is valid and practical to use. The results of the assessment score of material experts were 85.71, and media experts were 86.6 which showed decent information without revision, as well as research from students conducted using a questionnaire showed a score of 84.36 which means very good, so it can be concluded that the PANDIGI website gets a very good and very decent category.

Posyandu Bougenville 1 is a self-help activity that aims to maintain and maintain public health, especially for pregnant women and toddlers. Until now, data recording at Posyandu Bougenville 1 is still manual so that data can be written incomplete, incorrectly inputted, or difficult to read, potentially causing inaccuracies in reporting and taking longer to recapitulate and report, which can hamper decision making. The purpose of this activity is to increase cadres' awareness of the importance of NCD surveillance, measure NCD risk factors in vulnerable groups, and increase community knowledge about NCD prevention efforts, as well as introduce the E-PPGBM application in general. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews with two posyandu cadres and participatory observation of Posyandu Bougenvile 1 cadres. The education provided to cadres was proven to increase their understanding of the importance of accurate and systematic data recording, and encourage them to be more active in monitoring community health.

Travel insurance provides financial protection for individuals during their trips, both domestically and internationally. With the increasing demand for travel insurance, insurance companies face challenges in efficiently managing claims. This study aims to develop a predictive model to classify whether an insurance policy will be claimed based on historical customer and transaction data. This research utilizes a dataset containing various features related to travel and policyholders, such as agent type, distribution channel, insurance product, travel duration, and premium amount. The methods used include data exploration, feature processing, and the application of machine learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost. Experimental results indicate that the XGBoost model performs the best, achieving the highest accuracy compared to other models. With this predictive model, insurance companies can optimize claim evaluation processes, reduce fraud risks, and improve operational efficiency in handling travel insurance claims.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the unemployment rate and population on economic growth in Ringinpitu Village, Tulungagung Regency. The high unemployment rate and the increase in population each year are factors that can affect economic conditions in the region. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on economic growth with a regression coefficient value of -0.283 and a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05). Meanwhile, the population has a positive and significant effect on economic growth with a regression coefficient of 1.018 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The simultaneous test (F test) shows that the unemployment rate and population together have a significant effect on economic growth, with an F-count value of 35.125 and a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The Adjusted R² value of 0.621 indicates that 62.1% of the variation in economic growth can be explained by the unemployment rate and population, while 37.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Based on these findings, it is recommended that local governments improve job training programs, create more jobs, and optimize population growth control policies to encourage more stable and sustainable economic growth.

Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi salah satu ancaman bagi kesehatan masyarakat terutama di daerah yang memiliki iklim tropis seperti di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya tingkat penyebaran penyakit DBD yaitu pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat dalam upaya penanggulangan penyakit DBD. Pengetahuan akan memberikan dorongan terhadap setiap individu dalam setiap mengambil keputusan dan berperilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat dalam penanggulangan penyakit DBD di dusun pilangjati Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross sectional yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Terdapat 100 sampel dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh dengan teknik quota sampling. Hasil pengetahuan masyarakat di Dusun Pilangjati kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang berkategori baik sebanyak 67 responden (67%), yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 28 responden (28%) dan yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 5 responden (5%). Sedangkan perilaku masyarakat pada kategori baik sebanyak 19 responden (19%), yang memiliki perilaku cukup sebanyak 46 responden (46%) dan yang memiliki perilaku kurang sebanyak 35 responden (35%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas pengetahuan dan perilaku masyarakat Dusun Pilangjati Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang, pengetahuan pada kategori baik (67%) dan perilaku pada kategori cukup (46%). Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik dengan uji Chi square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku masyarakat dalam penanggulangan DBD di Dusun Pilangjati Kecamatan petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku investor wanita dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Investor wanita di Makassar adalah informan penelitian tesis ini serta menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Paradigmanya interpretif dengan metode fenomenologi. Analisis datanya interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Teori dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori perilaku keuangan (behaviour finance) dengan konsep utamanya teori prospek. Hasilnya yaitu pemahaman investor wanita dalam keamanan berinvestasi, penggalian data, ketepatan waktu, kemudahan transasksi, dorongan menanti, pemaknaan berita, dorongan kejelian, dan imbal hasil. Implikasinya dari hasil dari pemahaman investor wanita dalam berinvestasi akan memicu pemahaman investor wanita dalam penggalian data, ketepatan waktu dan pemaknaan berita akan memuculkan perilaku keamanan. Pemahaman investor wanita dalam kemudahan transaksi, dan  dorongan kejelian akan memunculkan perilaku kenyamanan. Untuk pemahaman investor wanita dalam penggalian data, ketepatan waktu, dorongan kejelian dan imbal hasil akan memunculkan perilaku keuntungan. Dari ketiga perilaku yang ada yaitu keamanan, kenyamanan dan keuntungan akan menghasilkan sebuah perilaku investor wanita.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh total aset, total hutang dan total modal terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Sub Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2023. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling, yaitu berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), uji regresi linear berganda dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total aset, total hutang dan total modal secara bersama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap laba bersih. Secara parsial hanya total aset dan total hutang yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih, sedangkan total modal tidak signifikan terhadap laba bersih

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keamanan, dan kualitas pelayanan samsat online terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di UPPD Kota Semarang III. Metodologi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat pengguna layanan samsat online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi keamanan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan samsat online juga berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi pengembangan sistem pelayanan pajak yang lebih baik melalui platform digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan masukan bagi kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan pajak masyarakat.

This study aims to identify the problems of learning methods of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade IV students of SDN 060866. The results showed that conventional teacher-centered learning methods were still dominant, causing low student interest and learning outcomes. Most students have not reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) with a percentage of completeness of only 25%. Teachers face obstacles such as lack of student interest, a less conducive learning environment, and limitations in applying innovative learning methods. To overcome this, teachers plan to implement project-based learning methods that are more interactive and relevant to students' daily lives. This study concludes that more varied and student-centered learning strategies are needed to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes.

Women's stories on Instagram as an online community that is currently embraced 107 thousand individual followers by intensively doing online social campaign and discuss case by case of women who experiencing sexual harassment through content on the account. So, based on Field findings following forms of social campaigns, namely personal stories, infographics and illustrations, inspirational quotes, calls to action, legal and rights education, and Testimonials experienced by the social community of @perempuanberkisah accounts. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Collection The data was carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. Results It also shows that the women who are victims are expressing their feelings and insecurities. Victims They tend to have that the outside world is a threat to them. So that there is a need for increased awareness, change in attitude and behavior change. Victims experienced by adolescents to adults and preventive measures to prevent harassment and violence sexual recurring in the victim. Hope by sharing this story, can provide moral support for other women who may feel hesitate or embarrassed to speak up. Women who dare to share stories are inspiration big and this further motivates to continue fighting for the rights of fellow women.

The knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition plays a crucial role in the utilization of food ingredients. One of the efforts to address stunting is by consuming foods that contain vitamin A, such as chicken liver. This correlational analytical study determined the correlation between pregnant women's knowledge of vitamin A and the use of chicken liver as a nutrient in stunting prevention with a retrospective approach. The population in this study consists of pregnant women in trimester I visiting the Kedungmundu Public Health Care, with a total of 70 people. The research instruments are a cognitive level questionnaire and a food frequency questionnaire. The analysis was the Spearman Rank correlation test. This study shows that pregnant women in the Kedungmundu Health Centre area did not take chicken liver as a source of nutrition for pregnant women in preventing stunting due to low cognition about vitamin A, with a p-value of 0.047 (p-value < 0.05), indicating a strong correlation between the level of knowledge about vitamin A and the administration of chicken liver as a source of nutrition for pregnant women in preventing childhood stunting, with a very strong correlation (r = 0.257). Health education and mass media encourage pregnant women to actively expand their knowledge. The researcher anticipates that a comprehensive understanding of vitamin A's benefits will spur a rise in chicken liver consumption, thereby contributing significantly to efforts to prevent stunting

Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah (Aswaja) is an Islamic doctrine based on the Qur’an, Hadith, and the understanding of the companions and early scholars. This study aims to examine the Qur’anic and Hadith-based evidence that legitimizes Aswaja and its relevance to Islamic education. The research employs a literature review method, analyzing primary sources such as classical and contemporary tafsir books, major Hadith collections (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Tirmidhi), and scholarly works by figures like Imam Ash’ari and Al-Ghazali. The findings indicate that Qur’anic verses, such as Surah Al-An’am (6:153) and Surah Ali Imran (3:103), emphasize the importance of adhering to the straight path, which is a central tenet of Aswaja. Furthermore, the Hadith on the division of the Muslim ummah into 73 sects supports Aswaja’s position as al-firqah an-najiyah (the saved sect). These sources provide textual legitimacy to the doctrine of Aswaja, affirming its central role in preserving Islamic unity. The implications for Islamic education are significant, including the integration of Aswaja values into curricula, the promotion of a moderate and balanced understanding of Islam, and the strengthening of faith based on authentic textual evidence. By incorporating Aswaja principles, educators can foster an environment that prioritizes tolerance, inclusivity, and intellectual engagement within Islamic educational settings. This study contributes to reinforcing a moderate and tolerant Islamic approach, promoting a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity in educational contexts.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using an Arabic dictionary in enhancing the vocabulary of students at SMK Tarbiyatus Salafiyah Pesawahan Tiris Probolinggo. The main focus of this research is to identify the factors influencing the use of dictionaries in vocabulary acquisition and the impacts resulting from their use. The research problem formulation includes identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors in dictionary utilization and analyzing the effects of dictionary use on students’ vocabulary mastery. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct classroom observation to examine students’ interactions with dictionaries, in-depth interviews with students and educators to explore their experiences and perceptions, and documentation in the form of field notes and student work to analyze vocabulary development. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of dictionary use is influenced by both inhibiting and supporting factors. Inhibiting factors include the limited availability of dictionaries, a lack of understanding regarding their proper use, and restricted access to digital technology. Meanwhile, supporting factors involve teachers’ patience in providing guidance, students’ high enthusiasm and motivation, and their Arabic language proficiency. The positive impact of effective dictionary use is not limited to an increase in vocabulary acquisition but also contributes to students’ confidence in communicating in Arabic, enhances memory and cognitive skills, and improves reading and writing abilities. Thus, this study concludes that using Arabic dictionaries is effective in enriching students’ vocabulary, especially when supported by conducive factors.

This study examines the Arabic language learning strategies at MTs Nurul Istifadah Gebangan, focusing on the implementation of audio-visual methods, educational games, and digital learning applications. The research employs a qualitative approach through interviews with the Principal (Sulhan Wahyudi), Vice Principal for Curriculum (Misbahus Sudur), Arabic Language Teacher (Muslihatul Ilfah), and a 10th-grade student (Budianto). The findings reveal that the audio-visual method enhances students’ comprehension and pronunciation through interactive videos, songs, and recorded conversations. Educational games, such as Arabic Scrabble and role-playing, make learning more engaging and boost students' motivation. The use of digital applications like Duolingo Arabic and Nahwu Shorof enables flexible learning both inside and outside the classroom. This study concludes that a combination of technology-based strategies and active interaction can improve students' interest and understanding of the Arabic language. As a recommendation, the school should further develop the use of AI-based media and blended learning methods to enhance learning effectiveness.

Assistance in preparing the Budget Plan (RAB) through the Community Service Program (KKN) aims to help the Lubangbuaya Village community understand and apply budget management concepts for the construction of a two-story house. This activity consists of several stages, including socialization, training, and direct simulation, to provide comprehensive knowledge on systematic and transparent RAB preparation techniques. The results indicate that the community is better equipped to prepare RAB, understand the key components of budget calculation, and recognize the importance of RAB in ensuring project efficiency and accountability. It is expected that the acquired skills can be applied to various village development projects, leading to more effective and structured financial management.supports more sustainable village development.

Education plays a crucial role in improving human resource quality to achieve national goals. Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau (UMRI), through the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Informatics, equips students with academic and pedagogical competencies to produce professional future teachers. The School Field Introduction Program (PLP) at Ma Dar-El Hikmah Pekanbaru serves as an experiential learning platform that enables students to observe school culture, build competencies, and understand the teaching-learning process directly. This study employs observation, interviews, and documentation methods to provide in-depth insights into the teacher’s role in managing the educational environment. The findings of this program are expected to enhance students’ understanding of the education sector and develop their skills as professional and adaptive future educators.
