Short stories are a form of literary work that reflects life in society with characters that dominate the storyline. The research is based on the researcher's interest in the personality of the characters in the story. The qualitative method in this study focuses on the narration, description, and interpretation of the character's personality in the short story collection "Menghardik Gerimis" by Sapardi Djoko Damono based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis theory. The data collected by the researcher is used as an object of analyzing the character's personality structure which includes id, ego, and superego. The method in collecting data, namely literature, reading, recording, data classification, and interpretation of the analyzed data. In the analysis, there are several aspects found, such as id (satisfaction, fantasy, curiosity, discomfort, and sexual urges), ego (delaying desires, accepting reality, rejecting desires, and making decisions, superego (religious awareness and manners). The conclusion of the research shows a deep understanding of the psychological aspects of the characters in the short story through Freud's psychoanalysis with a qualitative approach that emphasizes narration and interpretation, so as to provide deep insight into the personality aspects of the characters in literary works..

This research uses a natural research design, which means the researcher looks at the phenomenon directly rather than changing the research design. In addition, researchers collected data through online questionnaires. Research on the influence of the use of slang on the Indonesian language skills of the younger generation shows that there is a significant impact of the use of slang on their Indonesian language skills. Frequent use of slang can affect grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure skills in Indonesian. The younger generation who often use slang tends to show a decline in their ability to write and speak good and correct Indonesian.    

The purpose of this study is to determine how social media use affects elementary school (SD) curriculum. The study examined how social media affects elementary school students' connections and learning processes using qualitative approaches and case studies in numerous primary schools. The findings demonstrated that social media can both raise students' level of participation in the classroom and help them become aware of focus-detracting factors. This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of parental attention on the learning achievement of class V students at Brangkal 2 Elementary School. This is motivated by the problems faced by students in class V of Brangkal State Elementary School 2 during the learning process at school, namely (1) lack of attention from parents, (2) there are students who do not want to study alone at home. This research is quantitative research using an Ex Post Facto approach. The population in this study was all students at Brangkal 2 Elementary School, totaling 152 students. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely all class V students of Brangkal 2 State Elementary School. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data obtained is in the form of questionnaire results and documentation results. The data analysis techniques used are Normality Test, Linearity Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study show that there is an influence between parental attention and the learning achievement of class V students at Brangkal 2 Elementary School as evidenced by the results of calculating significant values ​​from simple regression calculations with a value of 0.001 which is less than 0.05 and a calculated t value > t table of 3.683 is greater than 1.697, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that parental attention influences the learning achievement of class V students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal.

This research aims to determine the relationship between student activities and learning outcomes in extracurricular activities for Class V students at SD 2 Karangbener using a sample of 10 students. The data collection techniques used in the research were questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that there is a relationship between student participation in extracurricular activities and academic success. Meanwhile, secondary data are books and journals related to moral values ​​in folklore. Based on the results of this research, the researcher suggests that the oral literature that has developed to date can be used as a source of value education, social institutions and can even be used as local and national cultural wealth.

The results of the literature study show that the use of flash cards as a learning medium can be effective in improving students' speaking skills at the elementary school level. Flash cards contain text, vocabulary, or symbols that help students convey information orally more easily and clearly.

This research aims to describe the abilities of grade 5 students in writing persuasive texts. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This research involved one of the 5th grade elementary school students. The data collection technique in this research is the assignment technique for writing persuasive texts. The data collected shows that students are quite capable of writing persuasive texts well, seen from the aspect of text structure and linguistic rules of persuasive texts that students have written, but there are still some difficulties experienced by students in writing persuasive texts so they need guidance and direction from the teacher. to overcome errors so that students can improve their abilities in writing persuasive texts.

Reading fluency is associated with the accuracy of word recognition and the ease of word recognition. Additionally, fluency reading encompasses reading at an appropriate pace, clear pronunciation, and good comprehension. This research has significant implications for analyzing and evaluating the fluency reading skills of first-grade elementary school students. The findings can be utilized to develop appropriate strategies and interventions to enhance fluency reading skills during the early years of primary education, thereby laying the groundwork for students' academic development in the future.

The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects of this research were second grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. This research includes experimental research using Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study is all grade VII of SMP Negeri 1 Bakam. This study is also relevant to academic learning as it enriches students' textual understanding while fostering social awareness, moral responsibility, and environmental concern.

This research explores the perceptions of 40 cadets at the Transportation Institute in Jakarta regarding the application of visual cues and astronomical learning in maritime safety and navigation. Through qualitative research methods, including interviews and observational techniques, the study examines cadets' proficiency in celestial navigation, their engagement with social media and citizen science initiatives related to astronomical learning, and their awareness of cultural differences in navigation practices. The findings reveal that cadets demonstrate a high level of proficiency in celestial navigation, indicating the effectiveness of the educational practices at the Transportation Institute. However, there is room for improvement in terms of leveraging social media for educational purposes and developing cross-cultural sensitivity among cadets. The research highlights the importance of integrating practical training, fostering cross-cultural competence, and promoting a culture of lifelong learning among cadets to ensure their preparedness for the modern maritime industry. The insights gained from this research can inform educational practices and professional development initiatives in the maritime sector.
