Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital role in the Indonesian economy, creating new jobs, innovation and unique strategies. The growth phenomenon of MSMEs presents challenges and opportunities, encouraging the need for targeted strategies, in-depth market understanding and adaptability. This research explores strategic management practices in MSMEs in Dee Lestari's "Rantai Tak Putus". The strategies implemented include internal development, making the right decisions, and consistency in implementing positive values. The MSME players in this book are able to adapt strategic management to their business needs, not only for immediate business growth, but also to build a solid foundation for long-term sustainability. This creates an environment that supports business growth, strengthens competitiveness, and ensures the adaptability of MSMEs to change for sustainable business continuity.

Introduction: 3-month injection KB (Depo Progestin) is a contraceptive method that can be used effectively and has good working power for mothers. The use of 3-month injectable birth control aims to delay or prevent pregnancy, space pregnancies, and terminate pregnancies. Mother's knowledge plays an important role in choosing birth control; the more knowledge the mother has, the more influential she is in choosing injectable contraceptives. Based on Indonesia's profile data in 2019, there was an increase in contraceptive use in women, namely 50% to 64% in the 1991–2017 period, but in 2019 it decreased to 62.5%. The most dominant contraceptive method used in 2019 was the injection contraceptive method as much as 63.7% (Central Statistics Agency data) and based on health profile data for Central Java province in 2021, there is an increase in the use of injectable birth control among married women aged 15–49 years, namely 57.68%. Objective: This study aims to determine the determinants of mother's knowledge on the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of ​​the Pringapus Health Center. Metodes: This research method uses a cross-sectional research method and a purposive sampling approach. The sample used in this study was 92 respondents, and the location of this research was in the working area of the Pringapus Health. Results: Based on data analysis the result is that mothers with good knowledge are 53 (57.7%) respondents, and the accuracy in choosing the answer "Yes" (correct) is 83 (90.2%) of respondents. Then the results obtained have a p-value of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge and the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of the Pringapus Health Center.

Traditional culture, particularly in the context of the Suroan celebration in Javanese society, is explored in this paper. It delves into the concept of traditional culture, the influence of Islam, and the role of culture in the communication ecosystem. The focus is on the Suroan celebration in the village of Dusun V, discussing activities and prohibitions related to the month of Suro. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. The discussion elaborates on the understanding of culture, tradition, and the meaning of the month of Suro. In the cultural context, the participation and function of tradition in preserving the identity, history, and pride of the community are detailed. This research also explores the meaning of the procession of the Suroan ritual, highlighting the integrated elements of culture and Islamic teachings in the celebration. The conclusion affirms that Islam does not reject tradition, and the Suroan Ritual has positive social and religious impacts. This paper recommends the continued preservation and socialization of the Suroan tradition, with an active role for parents in passing down cultural values to the younger generation.

This research aims to find out how the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project activities at SD Negeri 18 Padang City are implemented and their impact on students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The instruments used in this research are documentation, interviews and observation. Data was collected through interviews with one of the class V teachers who implemented an independent curriculum in learning, and involved 4 classes starting from grades 3-6 as participants in P5 activities. In this case, implementing the independent curriculum, students are involved in implementing projects as part of these activities. Based on the results of observations of the implementation of P5 at SD Negeri 18 Padang City, it can be concluded that implementing P5 is a very important approach in achieving the Pancasila Student Profile. P5 activities provide students with the opportunity to increase their knowledge, which plays a crucial role in the formation of their character. Moreover, P5 allows students to learn from their surroundings, which enriches their learning experience.

A mascot is a character or symbol used to represent a brand, product or company. Mascots aim to create a strong, easily recognizable identity and give a positive impression. The definition of a mascot is very important in relation to the branding carried out by the company. In this article the author wants to design a work about mascot design based on the background of one of the studios in the Semarang city area, namely Viula Studio. VIULA STUDIO wants to strengthen its identity by showing its identity using its own logo and also wants to have its own mascot.

The purpose of preparing this article is to describe the juridical basis for inclusive education. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include: observation using the Google Scholar search tool. The results of this research are that inclusive education is education that is friendly to all children, with an education service system that requires children with special needs to study in nearby schools in regular classes with friends their age. The juridical basis for inclusive education can be found in several laws and regulations and can be applied in schools with the principles of Law NO. 8 of 2016 Chapter III Part 6 Article 10 Concerning the Right to Education. States that, The right to education for Persons with Disabilities.

Penyakit Stroke merupakan penyakit serebrovaskuler ditunjukkan dengan kerusakan fungsional dan struktural yang bersifat sementara maupun permanen akibat kurangnya aliran darah ke otak. Depresi merupakan penyakit yang melibatkan tubuh, suasana hati dan pikiran, depresi pada penyakit kronis yang telah dikaitkan dengan kurangnya kepatuhan dalam program pengobatan, kecenderungan bunuh diri dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan tingkat depresi pada lansia dengan penderita  stroke  di  RSI  Sultan  Agung  Semarang.  Jenis penelitian  yang digunakan  yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  Purposive sampling. Uji statistik  yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman Rank. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu taraf signifikasi p-value (0,001 <0,05) dengan nilai correlation coefficient sebesar (-0,395) yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan tingkat depresi dalam kategori hubungan rendah dengan arah  korelasi negatif. Sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan bahwa efikasi  diri yang rendah  dapat menyebabkan tingkat depresi sedang pada pasien lansia dengan penderita stroke. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya perlu melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor- faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat depresi pada pasien lansia dengan penderita stroke.

Abstract: Osteoarthritis is a cause of disability in the elderly where its prevalence will increase along with the increasing life expectancy of the global population (Sacitharan, 2019). According to the World Health Organization in 2013, it is estimated that by 2050 people aged over 60 years will account for more than 20% of the world's population, of which 15% have symptoms of Osteoarthritis, while a third experience severe disability, namely being unable to carry out daily activities (Nos et al. , 2020). Impairments that arise include (1) pain felt around the knee joint and pain when bending the knee, (2) weakness of the muscles that drive the knee joint, (3) limited range of motion (LGS) of the knee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding TENS on Quadricep exercise settings to reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. The data collection method used a quasi-experimental design with a pre and post design with a control group design. The data collected was tested for normality with Shapiro Wilk. Normal distribution, effect test using paired t-test. The results of the paired t-test obtained a value of p = 0.0001 (p <0.05) in pain and obtained a value of p = 0.0002 (p <0.005) an increase in functional activity in the treatment group I. The treatment group II obtained a value of p = 0.0004 (p <0 .05) in pain and 0.0003 (p<0.05) increased functional activity. The conclusions obtained from this study are 1) Quadricep setting exercise can reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. 2) The addition of TENS to Quadricep exercise settings can reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. This research was conducted because the researcher saw an interest in purchasing on the TikTok Shop platform. This study has a purpose to understand the influence of influencers and hedonic shopping motivation on Impulse Purchases and the influence of Impulse Buying, Influencers and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Purchasing Decisions at Tiktok Shop in Jabodetabek. This study uses purposive sampling and probability sampling techniques by taking 170 samples of TikTok Shop user respondents in JABODETABEK. Data collection using the G-form tool with a statement questionnaire with 4 levels of linear scale. This study uses PLS-SEM techniques in hypothesis testing and data validity. The conclusion obtained from this study is that hedonic shopping motivation in TikTok Shop users and Influencers used by TikTok Shop can influence user purchases, but TikTok Shop must re-improve strategies to increase impulse purchases in its users.

There are many strategies that can be used to increase sales volume and attract customers. Marketing generally focuses on products, pricing, distribution policies, and also how to promote. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy that can increase sales volume at PT Panjimas Textile in Gresik city. This type of research is descriptive research. The research method used is through interviews, documents, and observation results. The subject of this research is the export marketing division employee staff at PT Panjimas Textile. The object of this research is PT Panjimas Textile. The results showed that the strategy used by PT Panjimas Textile is to implement the marketing mix or marketing 4p which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion to increase export sales volume. The conclusion of this study is that the strategy used is the application of the 4p marketing mix successful in increasing the volume of export sales at PT Panjimas Textile.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2), both directly or simultaneously, on employee performance (Y). The method of writing this article is the Literature Review method, sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. Based on the results of the research, leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a significant influence on performance (Y).

This research summarizes findings from related journal literature to investigate the impact of work motivation and discipline on employee performance. Through a literature review, this article outlines the positive relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and employee performance, as well as the role of work discipline in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace. The various empirical studies reviewed show that a high level of motivation and a strong level of work discipline can create more productive and high-performing employees. Literacy also highlights the importance of integrating human resource management strategies that focus on increasing motivation and implementing effective work discipline. This research provides an in-depth understanding of these concepts and emphasizes their relevance in the modern organizational context. In conclusion, this article provides a practical view for human resource management in improving employee performance.

Digital Marketing is a marketing or promotional technique for a product through digital media or the internet which aims to attract consumers or potential consumers quickly and massively. In an era that is all digital and is increasingly developing over time, implementing digital marketing will be a very effective marketing strategy for community businesses or MSMEs. Therefore, RasaDonat MSMEs must implement and apply digital marketing as one of their product marketing strategies so that they do not only rely on conventional marketing. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the implementation of digital marketing at RasaDonat MSMEs as a marketing strategy in an effort to face intense business competition as a result of the increasingly massive development of the digital era. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, namely data collection methods using observation and literature study methods. The results of this research are the implementation of digital marketing at RasaDonat MSMEs which consists of creating brand guidelines, creating Google My Business, creating social media for product promotion and marketing, creating a website to make product marketing easier, creating commercial articles that are SEO friendly, creating marketing campaigns, as well as creating paid marketing for product promotion and marketing.  

The purpose of this research is to determine the important role of learning evaluation in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Assessment is a very important part of learning and teaching. If learning is important to foster students' spiritual development, then assessment needs to function as an informant to assess the success of learning. Without evaluation activities, it is impossible to find information about the pros and cons of the teaching activities carried out. In some rules, ethics and behavior cannot be ignored in evaluation. Therefore, it is very important to carry out an evaluation of the learning itself. This research approach is descriptive qualitative in which the informant is an Islamic Religious Education teacher who teaches at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. He was chosen by the researcher because he felt he was experienced and had the criteria to answer the questions given by the researcher. An in-depth semi-structured one-on-one interview was conducted to examine his views regarding the important role of learning evaluation in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research found that in the evaluation stage at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, the evaluation process activities at this school were carried out well. This is very useful for teachers and students, this can be seen from the evaluation process which consists of affective, cognitive and psychomotor assessments.

This research aims to investigate the role of internal audit in the context of implementing Minister of Finance Regulation Number 112/PMK.03/2022. These regulations have a significant impact on financial governance and accountability across various entities. With a focus on internal audit, this research explores how the internal audit function contributes to ensuring compliance with these financial regulations. This research method uses qualitative methods involving documentation analysis and interviews. The results of the research are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of the role of internal audit in supporting the implementation of related Minister of Finance Regulations and provide recommendations for further improvements in the entity's financial management.

Internal audit can leverage advanced analytics technology, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to identify risks, detect anomalies, and provide deeper insights into a company's finances. With the adoption of digital technology, internal audit transformation can increase audit accuracy and thoroughness, reduce the risk of human error, and enable fraud identification more effectively. In addition, technology also facilitates the implementation of more proactive and adaptive risk-based audit practices, allowing internal audit to focus on the most critical areas and provide significant added value. However, this transformation also brings new challenges, including the need to develop new skills among auditors, manage information security risks, and ensure compliance with regulations related to data privacy and security. This article details effective implementation strategies, as well as providing views on how organizations can optimize the potential of digital technology to improve the quality of financial reporting treatment. Thus, this article aims to provide in-depth insight into the role of digital technology in the transformation of internal audit and its impact on the treatment of financial statements, identify the associated benefits and challenges, and provide guidance for companies wishing to adopt such technology effectively.

This research aims to find out how the cash disbursement internal control system is implemented and to determine the suitability of implementing the cash disbursement internal control system at PT. Applicationnusa Lintasarta with elements of internal control in achieving the objectives of the internal control system. This research uses a descriptive approach. The object studied is the cash disbursement internal control system implemented at PT. Nusa Lintasarta Application. The informants in this research were the Director and Cashier. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this research show that the results of the list obtained through interviews with the three respondents are 75%, which means the internal control system for cash disbursements implemented at PT. Applicationnusa Lintasarta Medan is quite in accordance with the elements of internal control in achieving the objectives of the internal control system, namely organizational structure, authorization system and recording procedures, healthy practices and employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of five leading construction companies in Indonesia, namely PT Wika, PT WASKITA, PT ADHI, PT ACST, and PT JKON, during the period 2020-2022. The dynamic business context, especially in the construction sector, marks the importance of financial performance as an assessment of a company's sustainability and competitiveness. In the face of challenges, including the impact of the global pandemic, financial ratio analysis becomes a key instrument to measure a company's ability to deal with uncertainty.
