Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field that combines biology, computer science and statistics to analyze biological data and translate it into effective therapies. With technological advances, such as next-generation genetic sequencing, bioinformatics enables the development of personalized therapies based on an individual's genetic profile. This approach provides more effective treatment and reduces the risk of side effects. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates big data analysis, predicts therapy response and identifies disease biomarkers. Despite challenges such as the need for big data infrastructure and ethical privacy issues, the outlook for bioinformatics is bright. Through global collaboration and a multi-omics approach, bioinformatics is expected to become a key foundation in future medical therapy innovation.

This research aims to identify and synthesize previous research related to optimizing Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in improving students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning through a systematic literature review. Data was collected from relevant scientific articles published in the last 10 years using certain keywords through databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science. The results of the literature review show that the application of PBL consistently plays a role in improving students' critical thinking abilities, especially when supported by strategies such as the use of relevant contextual problems, structured feedback, and directed teacher guidance. These findings confirm the constructivist theory which states that meaningful learning occurs when students are actively involved in authentic problem solving. However, there are variations in results across educational levels and countries, indicating the importance of contextual adaptation in the implementation of PBL. In addition, the lack of comprehensive practical guidance and long-term evaluation instruments is a major obstacle. The conclusions of this research emphasize the need to develop clearer PBL implementation guidelines and more accurate evaluation instruments to measure its impact on students' critical thinking abilities, as well as the potential of PBL in improving the quality of mathematics learning that encourages critical thinking skills as an important competency in 21st century education.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan is a junior high school in Medan Denai District that promotes not only through manual media, but also through social media. However, during the period of 2023, the number of students who want to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin has decreased from 85 students in 2022 to 73 students in 2023. This is because there are still many teachers, education staff and school marketing staff who are unable to convey good and positive communication to prospective consumers through e-wom facilities, so they are less able to give a positive impression when conducting promotions. As a result, promotions with e-wom have not been utilized optimally, which makes parents of students as consumers unable to communicate carefully every message and positive impression through the school, because they still prioritize manual promotions, so that many of these prospective consumers have not been moved, so they decide not to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aidin Medan Denai so that training and teaching are needed regarding the implementation of e-WOM. The method of implementing this training is done by conducting lecture methods, as well as through real presentations and simulations in implementing e-WOM applications on social media to carry out promotional activities in order to increase the number of students attending Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan. In the effort to explore the true dimensions of life, humans should not focus solely on the empirical and a priori levels. To achieve a deeper understanding, one must free oneself from all forms of attachment to things that are empirical and a priori. Deep reflection is necessary so that the fundamental principles can be discovered, leading to a more essential understanding of reality. This paper aims to analyze the metaphysical dimension contained within the dolop ritual. The findings of this study show that metaphysical reflection can overcome the limited view of reality that is apparent on the surface, which often feels "real" but is actually deceptive. Unknowingly, such views fall into the ideological realm that restricts and binds, causing humans to become trapped in the sacralization of space, time, and place that color the Kasada ritual ceremony. Based on these findings, the study of the metaphysical dimension continues by delving deeper into the existence and meaning of the symbols present. This exploration ultimately concludes that the metaphysical dimension in the dolop ritual of the Dayak Agabag community is, in fact, a representation or miniature of life itself. This ritual is not merely a ceremony, but a broader representation of life that must be understood in a deeper context.

The maritime conflict between Indonesia and China in the South China Sea arises from overlapping claims, particularly concerning Indonesia’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) near the Natuna Islands. China’s assertion of sovereignty through its Nine-Dash Line, which Indonesia does not recognize under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), has fueled tensions. These have been exacerbated by aggressive actions, including Chinese vessels' incursions and illegal fishing within Indonesia’s EEZ. Despite these conflicts, both nations emphasize maritime cooperation to enhance bilateral ties. This study examines the dynamics of Indonesia-China maritime cooperation and conflicts in the South China Sea and their implications for regional stability. Employing a literature-based methodology, it investigates challenges and potential resolutions, including diplomacy and third-party mediation through bodies like the International Court of Justice. The findings highlight that resolving disputes effectively requires a legal framework and multilateral collaboration through ASEAN. The study concludes with recommendations for bolstering diplomatic engagement and sustainably managing maritime resources to ensure stability across the Indo-Pacific region.

Indonesia is a country known for its richness in natural, diverse and beautiful marine resources. Coral Reefs are one of the ecosystems that must be protected and preserved as best as possible, so that they can become a place to live for marine animals such as fish and others. Australia's also a country known for its diverse and beautiful marine ecosystem. However, both countries are experiencing problems, namely that coral reefs are not maintained, so Humans overexploit coral reefs and cause fatal damage to coral reefs and other marine animals. ICRI, as one of the organizations that can maintain and preserve the sustainability of coral reefs, can be a bright spot for both of the countries to work together to maintain and protect marine ecosystems very well.

This research discusses the position of a siri wife as an heir based on a will from the perspective of Islamic inheritance law. According to the context of Islamic law, the position of an unregistered wife is often a problem, especially in relation to the inheritance rights that she should receive. This research aims to examine how wills can affect the inheritance rights of siri wives. The method used is literature study with analysis using data collection techniques through literature study or document study, which is the most appropriate method for normative legal research. The research results show that even though the siri wife is not recognized as a legal wife in the context of positive law, the will made by the husband can give the siri wife inheritance rights. However, this recognition depends on the intention and clarity in the preparation of the will. It is hoped that this research can provide a better understanding of the rights of unregistered wives in the Islamic inheritance system and encourage the need for reform in inheritance law regulations in Indonesia to create justice for all parties.

The concepts of justice and peace in Islam are fundamental elements that underlie the social, political and moral structure in Islamic society. Justice (al-'Adl) in Islam includes not only legal or distributive justice, but also social and spiritual justice which demands a balance between individual rights and collective interests. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of these two concepts in creating a harmonious and civilized society, as well as how Muslims can contribute to creating a better world. This research is descriptive-analytic in nature, namely describing and analyzing in depth how Islam views justice and peace based on available sources. Following are the research steps: Determine the main research theme (justice and peace), collect data sources, read and analyze relevant texts, identify Islamic principles related to justice and peace. These principles of justice are strengthened by the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah which emphasize the importance of equal treatment, eliminating injustice and fulfilling human rights. Peace (as-Salam) in Islam is not only interpreted as the absence of conflict, but as a state of harmony rooted in justice and a sense of social responsibility. This research can provide deeper insight into the concept of justice in Islam. Islam teaches that justice is not only applied in the context of human relationships with God, but also in relationships between humans. This research can examine how these principles of justice can be applied in various contexts of daily life, including government, economics and social relations.
