This research aims to evaluate the user experience of Coop Access application users at Financial Cooperatives. This research is quantitative research. The method used to obtain primary data was to use a survey, then the data was processed using Data Analysis Tool Version 11. The population studied in this research were members of Koperasi Wanita Sejahtera who were users of the Coop Access application and numbered 166 subjects. Using the Slovin’s formula, the number of samples used in this research was 117. The user experience dimension was divided into six indicators, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show varied evaluation results for each dimension. The evaluation results for the attractiveness, perspicuity and efficiency dimensions obtained good evaluation results, while the stimulation and novelty dimensions received above average evaluation results. What needs to be of primary concern is the dependability dimension because this dimension has below average evaluation results. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the Coop Access application is an application that is considered to provide a good user experience but is still not reliable yet.

This research aims to find out whether online customer reviews influence online shop shopee purchasing decisions for students of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, influencer marketing on online shop shopee purchasing decisions for students of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, and website quality on online shop shopee purchasing decisions for students of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. ; and to find out whether online customer reviews, influencer marketing, and website quality jointly influence the purchasing decisions of students at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research uses quantitative techniques with correlational methods. The sample for this research was OTKP and MPLB students in classes X, XI and XII who had shopped via the Shopee application, totaling 140 students. The results of this research show that: 1) online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value (7.935) > t table (1.977) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) influencer marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value (2.206) > t table (1.977) and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. 3) website quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value (4.097) > t table (1.977) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between online customer reviews, influencer marketing, and website quality on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of Fcount (95.480) > Ftable (2.67) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of social media marketing instagram in the dimensions of content creation, content sharing, connecting, and community building on customer decisions Dezato BrowniesThe type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This is in line with the test results which show that social media marketing with the variables Content Creation, Content sharing, Connecting, Communitiy Building is very effective on Dezato Brownies' customer decisions. It can be concluded that social media marketing effectively increases customer awareness, interaction, and purchasing decisions, making a positive contribution to business growth. Keep in mind that customer purchasing decisions are influenced by complex factors beyond the variables studied, confirming the complexity of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

This research aims to analyze the role of motivation in the work environment and discipline on employee performance in accounting services firms. Qualitative methods are used to gain in-depth insight into how motivation and work discipline influence employee performance. Data was collected through interviews with employees at different accounting services offices. The research results show that high motivation and a conducive work environment can improve employee performance, while a lack of work discipline can hinder employee performance. Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide a better understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in the context of accounting services firms.

This study aims to analyze the application of the cash sales, cash receipts, payroll, purchase of raw materials, and inventory of trade goods accounting system at STEIGEN Company. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the accounting system at STEIGEN Company is inadequate and not in line with generally accepted accounting principles. Based on the study's results, it is recommended that STEIGEN Company makes improvements to the accounting system to optimize operational processes. An in-depth analysis of the cash sales system, cash receipts, payroll, purchase of raw materials, and inventory of trade goods forms the basis for a better understanding of designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective and efficient accounting system in the dynamic business environment.

This study evaluates the accounting system at a packaging printing service company, Putra Jaya Kemasan. Jaya Kemasan. This study was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes and cooperation skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Koroulon 1, so the purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes and cooperation attitudes of students by using the Problem Based Learning model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. the subject of this research is grade IV students. The instruments in this study used test and non-test instruments. Evaluation tests were used to collect data on student learning outcomes, while observation sheet instruments were used to collect data on student cooperation. the results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes as seen from the percentage of completeness from 42.1% to 84.2% at the end of cycle II. The increase also occurred in the average value of student cooperation from 51.2 to 74.89 at the end of cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve students' math learning outcomes and cooperation.

Education in the current digital era demands the use of smart technology and social media platforms in the learning process to suit the character of the digital generation. However, the competence of lecturers in Indonesia in this regard is still limited. Therefore, the workshop "Revolutionary Strategies for Modern Learning Through the Integration of Smart Technology and Social Media Platforms for Digital Generation Education" is important to implement. This workshop aims to provide understanding and skills to 187 lecturers in implementing technology and social media for learning innovation for digital generation students. Workshop material includes smart technology trends, use of social media platforms, digital evaluation and assessment strategies, as well as discussion of challenges and opportunities for integrating technology and social media in digital era learning. Participants' enthusiasm was quite high and the evaluation results showed that 91% were interested in implementing modern learning strategies after the workshop.

Hypertension is often referred to as "The Silent Killer" because generally sufferers are not aware that they have high blood pressure, and only find out about it after complications occur. The aim of this research is to find out what risk factors influence increased blood pressure in the elderly at UPTmPSTW Banyuwangi.. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach through surveys and primary data collection. The sample population consists of elderly people aged 60 years and over.. The results of the Chi Square analysis test for the three factors obtained a p-value for each factor, namely the BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) with a value of p=n0.018, the family history factor with a value of p=n0.008, the physical activity factor with a value of p=n0.014. it can be concluded that all three factors have a relationship with hypertension and the most dominant factor is BMI (Body Mass Index) with a value (nb/regression coefficient) of 0.153. The BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) appears as the most dominant factor contributing to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Therefore, special attention must be given to weight management and diet in the elderly as an effective preventive measure.

The purpose of this article is to find out what cinematographic techniques are used in the movie entitled Sang Prawira by Ponti Gea with cinematographic techniques.This research uses qualitative descriptive research method. In this research, the researcher describes or constructs the theory that exists in the research subject. In this study, the aim is to know, the object of research is to analyze the cinematographic techniques used in the film Sang Prawira by Ponti Gea. The results of the research presented in this article show that cinematographic techniques are analyzed with the 5C camera angle formula, close-up/shot size, composition, continuity and cutting. There are 5 cinematographic techniques of Joseph V. Mascelli A.S.C which is also done by the MRG Film Team in the making of the movie sang prawira, namely camera angle, close up/shot size, composition, continuity, and cutting/editing.

The one shot shooting technique for showing character changes in the main character in the film Sabda Kekasih is packaged very interestingly. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the one shot shooting technique used to show character changes in the main character. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to reveal changes in the character of the main character which is displayed using the one shot technique. These character changes can be seen from the dialogue, expressions and behavior displayed and will be dissected using Lajos Egri's characterization theory which discusses the dimensions of physiology, sociology and psychology. The result of this research is that the character experiences a change in character due to an accident he experiences that makes him blind. So it can be concluded that the character changes that occurred to the main character in the film Sabda Kekasih occurred because of the accident he experienced.

Nagari Tuo Pariangan is a tourist village in Indonesia which is one of the supporting factors and drivers of the welfare of the people who live in it and is also a solution to accelerate village development which can have a positive effect in the form of improving the quality of the environment and the preservation of the culture contained therein. The purpose of this design is to produce a Destination Branding design for Nagari Tuo Pariangan as the oldest village in Minangkabau in order to optimize awareness and visitor interaction in Nagari Tuo Pariangan. The method used in this design is the 4D method, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. By using the SWOT data analysis method. This branding design will produce the main media in the form of Brand Guidline Book, and supporting media in the form of DL Envelope, letterhead, business card, landyard, id card, Brochure, Instagram feed, Infographic, Wayfinding System, Signage, Billboard, Expo Booth, banner, Merchandise, Totebag, T-shirt, and umbrella.

This study aims to reveal and describe the process of implementing dance self-development at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting tools such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The analyzing steps are carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification.  The results showed that the self-development of dance at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan was carried out through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Planning is carried out through collaboration between the Principal, Student Representatives and Guidance teachers so that self-development can be carried out conducively. The implementation of dance self-development activities is carried out outside school class hours. Evaluations are conducted by principals, student representatives, coaches/trainers conducted in midterm exams. In its implementation, the self-development of dance has been going well. Supporting factors in the implementation of dance self-development are (availability of facilities and infrastructure as support in dance self-development activities. While the inhibiting factor in this dance self-development activity is the absence of student dance bases so that students are slow to understand the movements given. However, these inhibiting factors can be overcome by the coach with the drill practice method, which is an exercise by repeating the movements given so that students can do the movements and make groups so that they can learn with their friends.

This article aims to describe and reveal the role of Indonesian dance as an enrichment of Indonesian knowledge for students at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Pariaman. This type of research is qualitative research using the demonstration method. The instrument for this research is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as writing equipment and a camera. Data was collected through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data was analyzed using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of Indonesian dance training at SMA 2 Pariaman has been running in accordance with the achievement indicators of extra-curricular activities, namely building knowledge and insight as well as dance skills with an Indonesian perspective. The impact of the Nusantara dance training at SMA 2 Pariaman is that students' insight into the Archipelago increases in terms of knowing and understanding cultural identity and cultural aspects attached to the Nusantara dance being trained. Students can understand the Archipelago insight from the aspects of movement, music, costumes and dance procedures or the dance style of the dance.

Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupan. Peran ini mencakup keadaan kesejahteraan yang melibatkan tidak hanya ketiadaan penyakit atau kecacatan, tetapi juga keseimbangan yang baik dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pendirian Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di Kabupaten Semarang Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menganalisis data yang terkait fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah Kabupaten Semarang dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kecamatan di wilayah Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2020-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pencarian data literatur. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dapat merekomendasikan satu dari sembilan belas wilayah pendirian fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yaitu Kecamatan Bancak, yang mendapatkan rangking 1 (satu) berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan metode SAW.

Despite its critical importance, the integration of machine learning, and specifically deep learning, into cryptanalysis has been relatively unexplored. Deep learning algorithms stand out from traditional machine learning approaches by directly processing raw data, thus eliminating the need for predefined feature selection or extraction. This research underscores the transformative role of neural networks in aiding cryptanalysts in pinpointing vulnerabilities in ciphers by training these networks with data that accentuates inherent weaknesses alongside corresponding encryption keys. Our study represents an investigation into the feasibility and effectiveness of employing machine learning, deep learning, and innovative random optimization techniques in cryptanalysis. Furthermore, it provides a comprehensive overview of the state-of-the-art advancements in this field over the past few years. The findings of this research are not only pivotal for the field of cryptanalysis but also hold significant implications for the broader realm of data security.

In a global era that confronts organizations with intense business competition, performance assessments need to be carried out in a more aggregate or comprehensive manner that includes every member of the organization. The classical view that considers assessment only appropriate for subordinates must be abandoned and the assessment process must be carried out as something that has an impact on the organization. The aim of the research is to find out the problems faced by PAI teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, as well as to find out what solutions PAI teachers use to overcome the problems faced in learning Islamic Religious Education in the independent curriculum at vocational schools. Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. To achieve the above objectives, a descriptive qualitative research approach was used with a case study type approach, based on the problem formulation, objectives and benefits of the research. The key instrument is the PAI teacher and the supporting informants are the school principal and head of curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. After that the data was analyzed by source triangulation, namely by comparing the results of the interview with the data obtained. The results of the research show that the problems experienced by PAI teachers are: (1) difficulty changing old habits and thought patterns because they are used to the 2013 Curriculum. (2) Lack of teacher readiness in differentiated learning is influenced by limited references. (3) there is no awareness of students to play an active and creative role. (4) limited learning support facilities. Solutions implemented by teachers include: attending workshops, seminars and training related to the Independent Curriculum, sharing experiences with other teachers, and providing motivation for students to be active and creative in learning.

Guidance and counseling teachers are guidance and counseling officers in schools who provide services related to student development and also making them independent. The implementation of guidance and counseling programs needs to be systematic and structured. Guidance and counseling management is needed to achieve the goals that have been created, because it can place the roles of guidance and counseling teachers in fulfilling their obligations to serve counselee, in this case students. Guidance and counseling management includes planning, organizing, actuating or implementation and also controlling and monitoring or what is called supervision, which is the core of management in guidance and counseling in schools. The role of guidance and counseling teachers in guidance and counseling management is very important, sothe expertise of guidance and counseling personnel is needed to carry out good management. Good management carried out by good personnel can facilitate achieving the desired goals.
