Low awareness of students about PHBS allows for a lack of knowledge obtained by students due to the lack of information obtained. Therefore, health education is important to be encouraged. One strategy that can be used in providing health education to students is peer education. To determine and analyze the effect of peer education on the scope of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in students. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental, with a pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis using variate and bivariate tests. The subjects of this study were students of Class VII-A and Class VII-B of SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research instrument used was a test sheet. The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed a significant increase in students' understanding of each indicator including PHBS, except for the indicator of not smoking, although there was an increase but it was not statistically significant. This can be seen based on the average value of the experimental class at the time of the posttest which was greater when compared to the pretest, with a value of p = <0.05, while for the non-smoking indicator the value of p => 0.05. These results indicate the influence of health education with the peer education method on the understanding of the scope of PHBS in experimental class students. Peer Education is able to improve students' understanding of the scope of PHBS better, compared to students who do not receive peer education intervention.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by clothing stores in the Telang area from a sharia economic perspective. In the digital era, business actors are required to adapt to technology, including in terms of promotion and marketing. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that most business actors have utilized social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace to market their products. The strategies implemented are mostly in line with the principles of sharia economics such as honesty (ṣidq), openness (tabligh), and amanah. However, some practices that are not in accordance with sharia are still found, such as the use of photos that do not match the original product (gharar) and excessive promotion (tadlis). The main inhibiting factors in the implementation of sharia digital strategies are limited digital literacy and infrastructure. Therefore, ongoing assistance and training in sharia-based digital marketing are needed to improve understanding and business practices in accordance with Islamic values.

Education is a humanistic process that aims to humanize humans through respect for the basic rights of every individual, including students as the next generation. In the learning process, students' interest in learning is an important factor that influences the achievement of educational goals. Low interest in learning, as found in class VII MTs Al-Fathimiyah in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI), can be caused by the use of monotonous learning methods, such as lectures. This study aims to increase students' interest in learning through the application of the gamification method, an innovative approach that adopts game elements to create a fun and interactive learning experience. The study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, Kemmis and McTaggart model in two cycles, involving SKI teachers and male class VII students as the main subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study in cycle 1 achieved 52.9% and cycle 2 achieved 88.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the gamification method can increase students' interest in learning Islamic Cultural History.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of neurodegenerative disorder, characterized by cognitive decline, β-amyloid plaque accumulation, and oxidative stress in brain tissue. One promising alternative therapy is the use of anthocyanins, flavonoid compounds found in various red, purple, and blue-colored plants. This study aims to review the effectiveness of anthocyanins in preventing and slowing the progression of Alzheimer’s disease through a literature review. Articles published between 2014 and 2024 were selected from PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases, with inclusion criteria focusing on preclinical animal studies evaluating the effects of anthocyanins on neurodegenerative markers. The results show that anthocyanins, particularly pelargonidin and delphinidin, play a role in improving memory, reducing oxidative stress, and inhibiting β-amyloid plaque formation in animal models. Anthocyanins also enhance antioxidant enzyme activity and reduce neuronal apoptosis. These findings support the potential of anthocyanins as neuroprotective agents in Alzheimer’s therapy, although further clinical research is required to validate their efficacy in humans.

Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) is a common complication in cancer patients. The treatment of VTE in cancer patients involves anticoagulant therapy using Vitamin K Antagonists (VKAs), including warfarin. VTE can be managed with warfarin administration, typically preceded by bridging therapy with heparin. The objective of this literature review is to examine and analyze studies related to the impact of warfarin use on cancer risk. The review was conducted on articles published in English over the past 10 years (2013–2024) using electronic databases such as Google Scholar and PubMed. The findings suggest that warfarin may be associated with improved overall survival in cancer patients and may have protective effects against certain types of cancer. Warfarin may exhibit antineoplastic properties through mechanisms both dependent on and independent of coagulation pathways, the latter mediated by the inhibition of the GAS6-AXL signaling pathway.

Microscopic staining is an important technique in observing plant tissue to increase contrast and clarify cellular structures. One of the dyes commonly used in plant tissue studies is Safranin, a cationic base compound from the azo group that has a high affinity for cell components that produce negative impacts such as lignin and nucleic acids. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Safranin as an alternative dye in microscopic observation of spinach leaf tissue (Amaranthus spp.). The practicum was carried out using the wet preparation method, using cross-sections of spinach leaves stained with Safranin solution, then observed under a light microscope. The results showed that Safranin was able to provide good red color contrast to cell walls, cell nuclei, and blood vessel tissue, so that structures such as epidermis, palisade tissue, sponges, and xylem and phloem could be clearly identified. However, obstacles arise in the regulation of concentration and duration of staining, where excess of both can cause excess and excessive structural accuracy. Therefore, adjustment of technical parameters is needed to obtain optimal results. These findings indicate that Safranin is effective as a microscopic dye and has the potential to be used in educational practicum activities, because it is economical, safe, and easy to apply. This study also applies the interdisciplinary application of chemistry and biology in science learning.

The aim of this research is to discuss the hadith view of mager and gabut from a hadith perspective through thematic methods. In this research, the author uses qualitative research and applies thematic methods, namely tracing hadiths about mager and gabut. The results of the research show that being lazy and lazy is an unproductive situation that hinders work. The term gabut is used to describe a situation where someone is bored or has no activities they want to do. Meanwhile, mager is a term used to refer to the condition of someone who is lazy to move or does not have the enthusiasm to do something. This state of mager and fog is clearly negative because it can hinder work and even hamper success. Gabut and mager often appear to us. This sparked the author's curiosity about the hadith's view regarding mager and gabut. In this way, the author can draw the conclusion that this article can be a reference for everyone to always be productive and fight the feeling of boredom and laziness that exists within us.

This study explores the integration of the Grounded Theory (GT) approach, developed by Anselm Strauss and Barney Glaser, into thematic hadith studies (maudhū‘ī) as a methodological alternative for extracting meaning and constructing theory from hadith texts. This approach is considered capable of producing more contextual, relevant, and applicable understandings of contemporary social issues such as justice, leadership, and environmental ethics. By employing GT’s systematic stages open coding, axial coding, and selective coding hadith research goes beyond mere thematic classification and evolves into a theorization process directly rooted in hadith data. While GT offers advantages in flexibility and contextual depth, its application also faces epistemological and technical challenges, particularly in terms of data validity, interpretive bias, and the integration of modern qualitative methods with the principles of ulūm al-ḥadīth. Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach is necessary, involving collaboration between hadith scholars and social researchers, alongside strong mastery of qualitative methodology. In conclusion, GT is not a replacement for classical methods, but a complementary tool that broadens the horizons of hadith studies. By combining the strengths of the Islamic scholarly tradition and contemporary methodologies, this approach has the potential to enrich Islamic epistemology and to present hadith as a living, dynamic, and relevant source of values for modern society.

Birrul Walidain is a concept in Islam that emphasizes the importance of filial piety and treating parents well. This term comes from the words "birr" which means goodness and "walidain" which means parents. This concept is an integral part of Islamic teachings and has broad implications in everyday life. In the Al-Qur'an, Allah SWT commands Muslims to be filial to their parents, as stated in Surah Al-Isra' verses 23-24. This verse emphasizes the importance of treating parents well, not disobeying them, and always praying for them. In everyday life, Birrul Walidain can be realized by obeying parents' orders, treating them with courtesy and respect, and always praying for them. In this way, Muslims can gain the approval of Allah SWT and strengthen their relationship with their parents.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which Sharia principles can stabilize the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) market through the framework of Islamic demand and supply theory. In conventional economic systems, price fluctuations and market instability are common challenges for MSMEs. In contrast, Islamic economics offers a value-based approach that emphasizes honesty, justice, the prohibition of exploitation, and the concept of fair pricing (tsaman al-mitsli). This research employs a library research method by reviewing primary and secondary sources, including scholarly journals, classical Islamic economic texts, and recent empirical studies. The findings indicate that implementing Sharia principles fosters market stability through the reinforcement of business ethics, transparent information, and the utilization of Islamic instruments such as zakat, infaq, and profit-sharing-based financing. Furthermore, the concept of barakah (blessing) in transactions strengthens consumer loyalty and business resilience. This study concludes that Sharia principles are not only normative but also practical and strategic in addressing the challenges of market instability in the MSME sector. However, this research is limited to theoretical analysis and lacks empirical field data; therefore, future research employing quantitative or case study approaches is strongly recommended.
