This research aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for land rights holders and legal actions in cases of double certificates. The urgency of this research is to analyze the forms of legal protection for land rights holders in cases of double certificates, which often threaten legal certainty and cause social conflicts due to administrative negligence and land mafia practices, thus requiring strict legal efforts and comprehensive solutions. The type of research used is normative juridical with qualitative data processing. The data sources used in the research are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data. The results of this study explain that the PTUN decision on the double certificate dispute case Number: 35/G/2021/PTUN.SMG dated September 2, 2021, which has permanent legal force, is 1). The appellant's request was fully granted because, based on the judge's consideration and through the administrative examination mechanism, it was proven that the appellant is the actual landowner with the legal basis of Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) Number 1385/Village of Sambirejo in the name of Elisa Mariani Wijaya and Ownership Rights Certificate (SHM) Number 2709/Village of Sambirejo in the name of Hartono Widjaja, which were issued in 1995; 2). In that case, the legal action taken by the BPN was the mediation effort in accordance with Article 43 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning the Handling and Settlement of Land Cases.

Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa putusan PTUN sengketa kasus sertifikat ganda Nomor: 35/G/2021/PTUN.SMG tanggal 2 September 2021 dan telah berkekuatan hukum tetap adalah 1). Permohonan Penggunggat dikabulkan seluruhnya dikarenakan dengan pertimbangan hakim dan melalui mekanisme uji administrasi membuktikan bahwa Penggunggat adalah pemilik tanah yang sebenarnya dengan alas hak Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (SHGB) Nomor 1385/Kelurahan Sambirejo atas nama Elisa Mariani Wijaya dan Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) Nomor 2709/Kelurahan Sambirejo atas nama Hartono Widjaja, yang diterbitkan pada Tahun 1995; 2). Pada kasus tersebut tindakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh BPN adalah dilakukannya upaya mediasi yang sesuai dengan Pasal 43 Peraturan Menteri Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Penanganan Dan Penyelesaian Kasus Pertanahan.

This project is motivated by the high risk of work accidents in the concrete production process, especially at night when there is poor lighting. Based on observations, there were various significant work incidents, such as injuries from sharp objects and being caught in heavy equipment, which indicate the need for increased risk control. This study aims to design personal protective equipment in the form of an innovative safety helmet using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method to improve occupational safety and health (K3) at PT Adhi Persada Beton Batching Plant Kebonarum. The methodology used includes hazard identification, risk analysis, and solution development in the form of designing a safety helmet that is adjusted to the ergonomic needs of workers. This study also includes analysis of work accident data, identification of potential hazards, and evaluation of the effectiveness of existing personal protective equipment. The results of the study indicate that the application of the JSA method can identify risks in a more structured manner, as well as produce recommendations for safety helmet innovations that can improve worker protection against potential hazards.

This research aims to optimize the introduction of the MDIN application as one of the sharia banking services offered by Bank Muamalat Indonesia to its customers in Parepare. The MDIN application is designed to provide convenience in digital banking transactions while maintaining sharia principles. The service methods used include outreach, training and assistance to customers. The results of the service show that the introduction of this application increases customers' understanding of digital sharia banking features and increases their interest in using the MDIN application in daily transactions.

This study explores the integration of mathematical and English language skills in the education of Generation Alpha, particularly in the context of Society 5.0. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the research analyzes existing literature to examine the role of these skills in shaping the future educational landscape. The findings suggest that both mathematical and English language skills are crucial for preparing students for the challenges of a technology-driven society. However, challenges such as gaps in educational resources and the digital divide persist. Opportunities arise from leveraging technology to enhance both subjects simultaneously, and project-based learning methods have shown promise. Furthermore, these skills are increasingly vital in the context of Society 5.0, where digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and technological advancement are central. This paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of integrating mathematical and English language skills to ensure that Generation Alpha is adequately prepared for future societal needs.

One of the benefits of the development of information systems is to increase effectiveness, efficiency and convenience in various aspects of technological life, especially in the scope of education, such as at SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas which implements a library visit system. But there are also challenges in its implementation, such as theft of personal data and misuse of data by irresponsible people. By conducting an information system audit, we can better understand the weaknesses of the system, for example, using COBIT 5 to view and evaluate the information system. as in the questionnaire that we distributed shows that there are 79% of students feel safe about the library visit system and 4.8% of students feel that the library visit system is not secure enough for almost the same reasons such as the authentication system that only relies on a username in the form of NIS and no password. From this data we can provide recommendations such as implementing a password system and 2-factor authentication in order to better protect personal data, files, systems, networks, and so on so that the system becomes better and more secure.

This research aims to analyze the process of implementing a voluntary non-execution movable object auction at PT JBA Indonesia Semarang City Branch. As well as to analyze legal protection for winners of non-voluntary execution movable object auctions at PT JBA Indonesia Semarang City Branch. The urgency of this research is so that auction winners are not deceived by the condition of movable objects when they are declared to have won the auction. And so that the auction winner gets legal protection and understands the legal standing at the time of the auction. This writing is empirical juridical research with a statutory approach and a case approach. The research specifications used in this research are analytical descriptive. The data collection method used by the author is by examining primary data obtained through interviews with employees and assistants to the leadership of the private auction house PT JBA Indonesia, Semarang City Branch, which was conducted directly at the PT JBA Indonesia Semarang City Branch office and secondary data obtained from materials. The results of the research explain that the auction implementation at the private auction center PT JBA Indonesia uses a voluntary non-execution auction type, then the auction implementation is also divided into several categories, namely pre-auction, during the auction, and post-auction. The “AntriSmecone” queuing system was implemented in the PPDB process at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto to improve efficiency by up to 70%. However, the system encountered several issues, such as race condition conflicts in queue numbers and code execution errors caused by automatic translation. This study employs the IT-IL V3 framework, focusing on the Service Operation domain to analyze IT service management, particularly in the subdomains of incident management and request fulfillment. The research methodology includes interviews, observations, questionnaire distribution, and literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the system's maturity level is at level 4 (Managed and Measurable), with an average score of 3.74. The system has structured and monitored procedures, allowing deviations to be effectively addressed. Recommendations were formulated to optimize incident management and fulfill user requests. This study contributes to the development of the “AntriSmecone” system to ensure service quality and efficiency in the PPDB process.

This article discusses the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting elementary school (SD) students' understanding of Mathematics subjects. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes various literature to describe the potential of AI technology in adaptive, interactive and personalized learning. The results show that AI makes a significant contribution to improving understanding of mathematical concepts, but also faces challenges in its implementation. Therefore, this research recommends a strategic approach to integrating AI into the basic education system.

This research aims to explore the use of Canva as an interactive learning medium at the elementary school level. Canva, an easy-to-use graphic design platform, offers great potential to create engaging, creative, and visual learning experiences for students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving grade IV students in an elementary school as research subjects. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of student work using Canva. The results of the study show that the use of Canva can increase student interactivity, creativity, and motivation to learn. Students actively participate in learning, mainly when creating posters, infographics, or presentations describing the concepts being taught. Material comprehension has also improved, especially on topics that require visual representation. While several obstacles are related to device access and student adaptation time, the benefits of using Canva in learning are significant. This study suggests that teachers should regularly integrate Canva into their learning to improve the student learning experience and provide training on how to use Canva to maximize its use. Further research is needed to examine the long-term impact and compare it with other interactive learning media
